We know, we know…. eye makeup is not child’s play. It is both, difficult and dangerous. Dangerous is the sense that if not done right or ‘the right for you’; well, let’s not venture in the realm of nightmares. Currently, all the hype is around pastel eyeliner makeup. This bold, yet elegant and simple look is becoming increasingly popular because this is the season to show it off. The light, vibrant, and colorful pastel eyeliners go hand in hand with the season of spring. Best of all, it is perfect if you want to rock that bare face look.
A Difficult Choice:
Getting into the more typical aspects of it, the soft shades of pastel eyeliner are considered difficult to pull-off as they usually go with a bare face. This is why the majority of the girls like to stick with the traditional black as it goes well for almost everyone.
But once you have read through this piece, we guarantee that you too will be prompted to opt for pastel eyeliner makeup. So let’s start with how to get it done:
How to Apply Pastel Eyeliner Makeup?
Here, we will tell you all that you need to do to rock those lids with bright pastel colors. Feel free to experiment yourself too but we advise to keep it light and as close to neutral as possible.
  • Start off with the pastel eyeliner. Try any color you like but choose a light shade as they go with almost all skin tones. We advise using baby pink or something similar. But if a different color seems to do well for you, then it’s a go from us.
  • Next; when going for the eyeshadow, use a neutral-colored shade that compliments your skin tone. Or you can go for white colored eyeshade as they always highlight the light and vibrant colors of the pastel eyeliners.
  • If you can, apply the same colored Kohl as the eyeliner can further enhance the look of your eyes and make them appear bolder and attractive.
  • Remember the experimentation part? Well, don’t stop at one pastel eyeliner, use multiple shades and get creative. Try combining light green with ocean blue or pink with lavender. Just don’t get carried away, you might end up looking like an art project of a first grader.
  • One pro tip is to use a white eyeliner or Kohl. This will enhance the beauty of various shades of pastel eyeliners and bind the whole look together
  • Now that you have heavily decorated your eyes and made them gorgeous, it is time to do the opposite for your face. Go for a neutral tone for the rest of the face.
  • Though a tough choice, don’t be the one left out; do give it a shot and experiment a bit. It may seem that it is tough to pull off bright colored eyes with an almost neutral look on the face, you can apply a little bit of pink blush to complement the pastel shade you have selected for your eyes.

This mist is so fun to use. You can use it with makeup or on its own! I tend to use it on bare skin for a natural glowing look. It is a fine mist that moisturizes, nourishes and helps fight damage. It also helps fight irritation and calm the skin. I will be posting a video a little later of me using this before makeup application! Makeup glides on after using this to prep the skin. What’s in it: peach extract Hyaluronic acid Reishi mushroom lotus extract cica ceramides much more! This product has so many awesome ingredients, it’s hard not to love! PEACH & LILY - Glass Skin Veil Mist I will give this a 5/5! Pros: can be used to refresh makeup can be used on bare skin hydrating calming gives a wonderful dewy glow smells nice Cons: $30 for a mist is a bit pricey but this mist does so much in return 💞 let me know a mist you love!

Hi Guys!!! I recently saw this scrolling on Pinterest and I wanted to recreate it! It’s SO easy and took about 5 minutes total!! It looks so fancy yet it’s so simple! I have medium to thin hair but this can work on pretty much all hair types! (: (tip: spray texture spray beforehand) this helps it stay in better!)☺️ HOW TO: -I like to pull my bangs out first (: - you’re going to section it as if you’re doing a half up half down hairstyle -then you’re going to start twisting that part of your hair -I twist it around like I’m doing a ballerina bun😅 -then I secure it with a hair tie ❤️ -you can leave like that! Or I like to pull it out a little so it’s more loose!✨😊
GRWM! New products and some old!
GRWM! New products and some old!
Hello everyone! I did another GRWM using some new and old products! First I started off with a primer. I used e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer I was actually really surprised by this. It reminded me of Tachas silk canvas primer. It went on smoothly and did a good job of blurring my skin. I will say though after I looked at my makeup in the mirror up close it did settle a bit into my pores and my creases and was pretty noticeable. Overall I think this is a good product and will work for people with smoother skin. e.l.f. - 16HR Camo Concealer Then I used the elf concealer. I love this concealer. I’ve used it so many other times in my other videos. WINKY LUX - Diamond Powder Foundation Then I used the winky lux foundation. This actually went on so nicely and was super natural looking. I love how it’s so weightless and decreases shine. I would recommend this for people with oilier skin. the CRÈME shop - "Macro Brow" Angled Brow Pencil + Spooley Then i used macro brow. This is just to fill in the last bits of my eyebrow to look fuller. It’s easy to use and has a great price point. I just wish the pigment was a little easier to apply. You have to push so hard. RITUEL DE FILLE - Rare Light Crème Luminizer My favorite brand of highlighters ever. Just so pretty and pigmented. All natural and cruelty free. An amazing brand overall. 💞 fresh - Sugar Lip Treatment Sunscreen SPF 15 I used a tinted fresh lip treatment. Love the way they hydrate and the subtle color it gives off. They also smell and taste really good 😂. Hope you enjoyed getting ready with me! Let me know if you have any questions about the products I used.

Skincare Products ( that i have been LOVING )
Recently, I have been super into skincare and keeping up with my skin’s appearance as I am growing myself in the beauty industry ( meaning that I am now CONSTANTLY doing makeup on myself! ) Fluff and Starface both sent me these products to try out, and I have been LOVING them so far! I have combination skin, and this routine is PERFECT for me! My new three favorite skincare products that I have been enjoying as of lately are 1) FLUFF - Face Oil #1 , which is 100% jojoba oil, which I used as an all natural makeup remover! Jojoba oil is super moisturizing and amazing for literally all skin types- especially acne prone and sensitive skin! 2) FLUFF cleanser , which is again - all natural - containing jojoba oil, hemp seed oil (which moisturizes without clogging pores, and balances out oily skin), ashwagandha root (which stimulates production of natural skin oils), and aloe vera (which reduces blemishes and acne, as well as lightens blemishes on the face). This cleanser does a great job of removing makeup as well as leaving you skin moisturized and soft! 3) STARFACE Moisture on Mars Hydrating Face Cream! A little bit of this product really goes a long way, leaving your face super soft, hydrated, and all with a SERIOUS glow!!! I highly recommend checking these 3 products all out! They all work great separately, but in my opinion as I have been using them cohesively, my skin has been looking and feeling great ( besides that one pimple 🙄 ). xx Isabelle
Tips from a dermatologist on sunscreen ☀️
Tips from a dermatologist on sunscreen ☀️
Let’s talk about sunscreen ☀️ What’s a good sunscreen to wear? One that is: * Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays) * SPF 30 or higher * Water resistant This will help protect your skin from early skin aging, sunburn, and skin cancer. What is the difference between chemical and physical sunscreens? Chemical sunscreens work like a sponge, absorbing the sun’s rays. They contain one or more of the following ingredients: oxybenzone, avobenzone, octisalate, octocrylene, homosalate, and octinoxate. These are often easier to rub into the skin without a white cast. Physical sunscreens (aka mineral sunscreens) act like a shield, sitting on the surface of your skin and deflecting the sun’s rays. These can come on white. They have the active ingredients zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide Reapply every 2 hours when outside in the sun ☀️ Some of my favorites: Tinted: Cerave tinted, la roche posay tinted, alastin CeraVe - Face Sheer Tint Hydrating Sunscreen SPF 30 LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios 50 Mineral Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid SPF 50 ALASTIN SKINCARE - HydraTint Pro Mineral Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 36 Not tinted: colorescience, drunk elephant colorescience - Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield SPF 50 Sunscreen DRUNK ELEPHANT - Umbra Sheer Physical Daily Defense Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 30 What’s your favorite sunscreen?
