Perfect Nails, The Ultimate Beauty, Or The Ultimate Sentence?
There is an old saying,
"Chase your dreams in the dreams,
In the perfect pair of heels
And with perfectly painted nails."
This might seem a bit odd to a man but for a girl, this is the ultimate checklist; to follow her heart and become whatever she wants to while making sure that she has her ultimate essentials with her.
Talking about heels? Why does it have to do with a perfect checklist? Well, heels are shoes that give you comfort and confidence. And confidence can ultimately help you reach your desired goals of being perfect.
Now you may ask why talk about nails? Well, they are the cherry on top of any dressing. If they aren't done weekly, a girl might feel uneasy or unprepared which as a result would change her overall confidence level. What if we tell you that the preparation of one of your essentials, namely nails, is causing more harm than good? The real question that arises is how much harm can some nail paint and gel nails do?
Well, we regret to inform you that the harm is not something minor. It's major and needs some serious attention. The roots of the problem aren't the gel or the nail paint actually but the UV dryers used to dry the gel and nail paint. And they are causing not a small health issue but something massive, something massive like CANCER!
To make it easier for you to understand, what we are saying is that you need to understand this first. According to CDC UV lights are a major cause of melanoma: the deadliest type of skin cancer. And according to cancer research UĶ, this occurs because UV light alters the DNA of the skin cells and if this damage keeps building up it causes the cells to grow uncontrollable. Hence leading to cancer.
A point that can be made is that overexposure to UV light can cause cancer and how much exposure there is from a dryer. To our dismay, it's more than a lot. It takes about 8 times usage for the dryer to start causing DNA damage. And any girl knows you need to get your nails done every week, or max two. And eight sitting means 2 to 4 months’ maximum.
Cancer is not something that can be taken lightly. It is something that is serious and needs to be taken seriously. It is caused by the abnormal growth of cells in a particular area. The treatment was very rigorous. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy are done to try and control cancer. The side effects of both these treatments are difficult to deal with and can cause excruciating pain. And cancer itself is a deadly disease that can result in death. Research has been done to find a cure for cancer but up till now doctors and researchers have been out of luck. Cancer patients need to be extremely lucky to have got the cancer data at an early stage, so its growth can be stunted and it is destroyed from the body.
They may seem scary and it is, but let's just calm down a bit and look at our alternatives. Rather than using UV light dryers why not opt for something else? Maybe, some fan dryers perhaps? Another good option would be to ask your manicurist to opt for a thick sunscreen then lotion. Sunscreen can act as a protective layer against the UV light and as a result, delay slows down the damage and might even completely protect the skin from the damage that they are going to face.
Is this sunscreen worth the hype?
There is 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻 without 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻. And, the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 is the one that you will wear religiously. Is 𝗜𝗦𝗗𝗜𝗡 𝗘𝗿𝘆𝗳𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 tinted mineral sunscreen worth the hype? #Isdin - ISDIN Eryfotona Ageless Ultralight tinted mineral sunscreen[products]#[FourStars] Pros ☀️ 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 sunscreen aka physical blocker, thus broad spectrum ☀️ Contains 𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀, though unclear of percent. May provide protection against blue light. ☀️ One of the few tinted moisturizers that blends in well in skin of color. The tint is so homogenous and nice that you can away with not applying foundation after. ☀️ Contains 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗹𝘆𝗮𝘀𝗲, an enzyme, that help repair damage caused by the sun. Not too thick or too thin, apply easily on the skin. ☀️ contains 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗘, an antioxidant as well as moisturizing Cons 🥴 𝗢𝗶𝗹𝘆, would not recommend for oily skin 😱 $$$ 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲, it is definitely a splurge when there are comparable more frugal options out there.

3 Easy Ways to Volumize Your Hair
Hair concerns: Flat, Thin These are my 3 quick, go-to hair tips for volumizing my hair! This is great for when you’re on the go and don’t have too much time on your hands. 1. Use a Root Volumizer Hot Tool (Bed Head Little Tease Hair Crimper for Outrageous Texture and Volume) - Using this root volumizer hot tool will give you the volume of teased hair without the tangled knots and hairspray. It works by making small crimps or waves in your hair and gives your roots volume from the texture it creates. Just make sure to cover your roots with a layer of hair to conceal the textured areas. - Directions: Clamp the hot tool at your roots, brush it out with your fingers, and cover it with a layer of hair. Spray a moderate amount of hair spray to keep it in place. 2. Dry Shampoo - Thin, flat hair usually looks lifeless because of the lack of texture and thinness of the hair shaft. This means that having freshly washed hair can actually be your worst enemy if you’re going for a volumized look. Adding in a hair product can help at the roots by allowing for your hair to be styled into place. You can use any texturizing spray to do so, but I like to use dry shampoo especially for second-hair days! It helps soak up the oils in my hair as well as volumizing my roots. - Directions: Use any dry shampoo your own and spray onto your roots and brush it out. 3. Hair Extensions - Adding hair extensions onto your head will effortlessly give the illusion that your hair is much thicker than it actually is. The added layers will make the roots of your hair appear uplifted. You can choose from lengthening hair extensions (like mine) or extensions that match your hair length. Either way, it’ll make your hair on your head look much fuller. - Directions: Use clip-in hair extensions and clip it onto your roots. Cover the clip-ins with a layer of hair and spray hairspray it to keep it in place. #cheriepartner #sponsored
✨Cute Bun Hairstyle✨
Hi Guys!!! I recently saw this scrolling on Pinterest and I wanted to recreate it! It’s SO easy and took about 5 minutes total!! It looks so fancy yet it’s so simple! I have medium to thin hair but this can work on pretty much all hair types! (: (tip: spray texture spray beforehand) this helps it stay in better!)☺️ HOW TO: -I like to pull my bangs out first (: - you’re going to section it as if you’re doing a half up half down hairstyle -then you’re going to start twisting that part of your hair -I twist it around like I’m doing a ballerina bun😅 -then I secure it with a hair tie ❤️ -you can leave like that! Or I like to pull it out a little so it’s more loose!✨😊
