Wow! You Can Do This with Nail Polish

Most women keep a considerably large collection of nail polish. That is not surprising, given that they cost just a couple of dollars. Whether you have more nail polishes or a few, you need to make the most of them. Luckily, their uses are no longer confined to the nails alone. There are many fun things that you can do with your nail polish. Read on to find out.
1. Color-code your keys to avoid confusing them on different padlocks
Do you hate it when you stand at your door trying out different keys on the padlock, but none seems to pan out? Avoid this by giving them a paint coat to stay organized and look stunning. The thing about this hack is that you do not need any craft skills to execute. Simply decide on the nail polish you want to use for given padlock keys. You do not have to paint all keys. Sort out the ones you use daily and do your magic!
2. Seal envelopes with nail polish for better security
The contents of your envelope are important and private to the person receiving them. In most cases, you are not assured that someone else will not try to sneakily open them, hence the extra security needed. Whereas the envelope may have its security seal, different strategies like steaming can open it and then re-seal without the recipient ever knowing. Sealing your envelopes with nail polish is more secure because no one can use the steaming method to bypass the mild security enforced. To get the most out of this DIY, use a clear top or base coat. Paint the underside of the flap (where you often lick to seal) with clear fingernail polish.
3. Paint your bangles as a fun fashion idea
Do you have some old bangles that you would love to revive? If you are like most people, there is a chance that you have a pile of fake gold plated or colored bangles lying idle somewhere in the drawer. You may want to keep these for a long time because of the nostalgia effect. However, their aging looks do not please you. Get them painted with nail polish for an amazing look. You do not require any rocket science to accomplish. Just set aside some bright, vivid polish for the job, and you are sure to love the end results. That is a classy chic remake.
4. Give your sunglasses a new look with nail polish
Getting too used and bored with your sunglasses? Make them exciting again by repainting them with nail polish. Whereas one color is enough to get the job done, two colors are sure to deliver desirable results. To effectively use this tip, begin by separating the top and half of the sunglasses using artist’s tape. Make long, clean strokes on the first half using a preferred color. Let it dry then repeat the same for the second half using the other color. Be sure to make a glossy finish.
5. Personalize your headphones by combining different nail polish colors
Loving your music? Add more fun to it by making the earphones lively using nail polish paint. Use as many colors as you want for this. The coloring pattern should be in such a way that your headphones are split into various parts of equal sizes.
6. Create an outstanding phone case
Your phone stays with you almost throughout the day. To get it to serve you for a longer time, you need to safeguard it with a phone case. Even though some phone case designers try to bring in style in the cases, their sole focus is protecting your phone. Thus, the final look may not be so appealing. You can change this using a freehand killer art where you paint the case using pop colors. Get a perfect chevron color by incorporating masking tape in your mission.
7. Enameled spoons from the comfort of your home
Enameled spoons are an easy and fun way to breathe life into your dining table. They are also a perfect way to warm your kitchen or even give out as a personalized gift at your best friend’s birthday! Since nail polish is not food safe, you need to use it in a way that it will not touch the food. The typical approach is to coat about a quarter of the handle, starting from the top. Use a variety of colors for different spoons. Be ready to create a rainbow of spoons!
8. Marbled mugs that look like they were bought from an upscale boutique
Marbled nail polish mugs are mind-blowing. This art requires a little bit of effort from you. Begin by filling a container with hot water, then pour in your nail polish. Swirl until the polish settles on the water then dip your mug into it. Allow it a few minutes, then take out the mug and turn it upside down to dry. Tada!
No special skills are required to effectively utilize your nail polish. Use any of the DIY tips shared above to create a mind-blowing art. Remember to have fun when doing any of these activities.

Another beautiful HA serum other than Glowrecipe
Another beautiful HA serum other than Glowrecipe
Another beautiful Hyaluronic acid serum! I am a fan of Farsali products and this is no exception 😍❤️ MOISTURE REPLENISHING SERUM QUENCH by Farsali ✨💧 fARSÁLI - Quench I found it similar to Glowrecipe one in performance and details while the consistency is a little different. It's a hyaluronic acid serum that helps to replenish moisture in the skin by using a unique complex of low and high molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid. The staggered molecular weights of the Hyaluronic Acid are designed to help promote multi-depth hydration on both the skin's surface and in the epidermis. Enriched with replenishing Provitamin B5, the skin's elasticity appears improved as well as feeling and looking softer. ❤️INGREDIENTS: 💧Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid is a lightweight, versatile hydrator that attracts and binds 1,000 times its weight in water. Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid is such a tiny molecule, it's able to penetrate deep into your skin and replenish moisture from within. 💧Hyaluronic Acid High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid, due to the larger molecule size, this Hyaluronic Acid sits on top of the skin, forming an invisible shield that traps moisture. This helps reduce moisture loss from stress, heat, extreme cold and environmental factors. 💧Vitamin B5 Vitamin B5 a naturally moisturizing form of Vitamin B5, otherwise known as Panthenol. This silky vitamin helps replenish skin for a soft and supple appearance. The best part is it's Ingredients list, it's only 7 Ingredients and the formulation is so good that I feel I have been sleeping on this product for this long. It feels so soft and smooth on skin, goes on silky, smooth and doesn't feel heavy. And after few hours skin feels super hydrated and plump. I found this serum to be working the best for dehydrated skin condition. Especially in the colder months. Dehydration leads to broken barrier and dullnes, this targets these issues! It's only 24$ which is a win in my opinion! Their opther products which are my favorite are a bit more expensive than this one! I love it! It goes on perfect under makeup as well! Would you like to try this?
What is the best way to apply spf and how often?
What is the best way to apply spf and how often?
Understanding what products to use in your routine can be overwhelming, add trying to figure out how much sunscreen you need to put on your face makes it all that more complicated. Thankfully there are some tips to know exactly how much sun protection is the right amount. Proper sun protection is extremely important for everyone, especially if you are also into skincare or use actives (also known as exfoliants or acids). The best way to apply sunscreen or spf is to use the 2 to 3 finger rule for liquid sunscreens. This rule was popularized by Tiara aka MakeupforWOC who is an esthetician on Twitter and Instagram. This method involves using the index and middle finger length of sunscreen, with the option of adding your ring finger to ensure full sun protection for your face, neck and ears. To make sure you have enough sun protection before leaving the house use a full teaspoon to cover the face, neck and ears, then apply whatever else is left over on the back of your hands and half a teaspoon for only your face. When applying sunscreen, make sure there is an even application, rubbing it into the skin and wait 15 minutes before any sun exposure. Reapplication is recommended every 2 hours after the initial application. If you are also wearing makeup there are the options of spray, powder, cream/lotion for spf. The rule of thumb for reapplication of sunscreen is to blot your face before, as the oils from your face can breakdown the spf. My two fav sunscreens are LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid SPF 50+ and EVERYDAY HUMANS - Resting Beach Face SPF30 Sunscreen Serum #CheriePartner
