Curly hair + Bangs: Yes, it’s possible!

Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t rock bangs with curly hair. It’s totally possible, but bangs on curly hair can be a little bit unpredictable. If they’re too short, then they’ll end up sticking up (which can be fixed with a well-placed bobby-pin), and if your bangs are too long, they can end up looking uneven and chunky.
Perfectly round curly fro - One of the cutest curly haircuts is this perfectly round ‘do. Embrace your frizz and your natural highlights with this cute style and frame your face perfectly with bangs. This style is so natural that even if you do have a few flaws in your bangs, no one will notice.

Curly bed-head pixie - If you like a lazy, naturally curly style, they consider this cute, bed-head pixie cut. It’s low maintenance, and it embraces your natural curls. Keep this cut trimmed a little on the sides and let the top and front grow naturally.

Blonde pixie with shaved side - If you’re anxious about having too much weight on the sides of your hair, consider shaving the sides and back, and letting the front of your hair grow. The style looks good with loose or tight curls and offers a shocking amount of styling versatility.

Heart-shaped DIVA cut - A few years ago, the DIVA cut was one of the most popular cuts for kinky, afro-textured hair. A well-done DIVA cut can accent any face shape, from square to round, and give you perfect looking bangs at the same time.

Long bangs, loose curls - If you have naturally looser curls, consider bangs that hit at your cheekbone for a chic and stylish look. This can be achieved by having shorter bangs and letting them grow out or cutting your bangs to this length from the start.

Bangs with curly hair are achievable, but you do need to make sure you invest in an expert stylist and quality hair products to make sure your hair is well moisturized. If you’ve been the victim of a bad haircut, know that there are ways to mitigate the look of bad bangs.
If your bangs are too long, then a well-placed bobby pin inside your hair can shorten them to the link that you want. This also works for when your bangs are growing out as well. If your bangs are too short, then you can consider pinning them back or brushing more hair over them to hide them until they start growing in more.
Don’t be afraid to try a haircut with bangs. At the end of the day, it is just hair, and it will grow back if the style doesn’t work for you. If you are concerned about getting your hair cut, then make sure you have pictures of what you want before you go to see your hairstylist.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a humectant that famously holds 1000 times its weight in water. It pulls in water from the environment and from the deeper layers of your skin. This ingredient seems to be ubiquitous in skincare products nowadays and it can be found in a lot of moisturizers. Benefits: -Immediately plumps the skin, softening fine lines and wrinkles -Hydrates the skin (specifically high-molecular-weight HA) -Assists in wound healing Dermatologist Tips: -Hyaluronic acid is your first step after cleansing -Must be applied to damp skin! -If you live in a dry climate, make sure to moisturize immediately after -Can be used once or twice a day -Safe to layer with most other skincare ingredients My Top Picks: VICHY - Minéral 89 Face Serum This contains a high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, which has moisturizing properties and sits on the surface of the skin without causing inflammation. It contains only 11 ingredients making it ideal for people with sensitive skin (like me). Also, Vichy’s proprietary volcanic water has actually been studied and proven to have skin protective and healing properties THE inkey LIST - Hyaluronic Acid Serum The price point here is unbeatable. Again, with a simple ingredient list, you’re unlikely to run into issues with allergy or irritation. This contains a multi-molecular-weight HA, which allows you reap additional benefits, in addition to hydration and plumping. This also has matrixyl 3000 peptide, which can stimulate collagen synthesis Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Serum Both high and low-molecular weight hyaluronic acid for added benefits. This also contains glycerin (another amazing humectant) and vitamin B5 (an amazing anti-oxidant) NATURIUM - Quadruple Hyaluronic Acid Serum 5% A great option fragrance-free, cruelty-free option from Naturium! This contains multi-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid that hydrates, plumps, and repairs the skin. #CheriePartner

THE inkey LIST - Caffeine Eye Cream Why I like the Inkeylist caffeine eye cream: ✔️ Lightweight texture blends very easily ✔️ Hydrating ✔️ Can help reduce puffiness ✔️ Antioxidant ingredients help fight off free radicals from the sun and pollution ✔️ Can help improve the appearance of dark circles ✔️ Fragrance free- no smell to it! ✔️ Affordable ✨ It is one of my favorite go-to eye creams because of the caffeine which really helps with my puffy eyes in the morning and has helped with my dark circles. I also really like that it blends in easily, is fragrance free, and affordable. I like using this once a day in the morning but this can be used twice a day. I like using it in the mornings because it really helps with my puffy eyes (which is worse in the morning for me!). I notice an immediate effect on the puffiness around my eyes. It took a few weeks to notice the improvement on my dark circles. What do you think about this eye cream? Comment below!

Dry Shampoo white residue? Don’t worry I got you
Dry Shampoo white residue? Don’t worry I got you
I love a dry shampoo with a lot of powder because it is what is absorbing the oil to make your hair look less greasy. However, sometimes there is a little white powder residue that I can’t seem to rub into my dark hair. Simple solution 💡!! Shine spray! It makes it all blend away!
