THE EASIEST BUN!
THE EASIEST BUN!
Life gets busy, hair gets greasy, and sometimes you just need a hairstyle that is out of your way but still so simple and cute. Here is the easiest low bun ever! ✨put your hair into a bun but don’t pull all the way through ✨take the tail, wrap around the scrunchie and tuck in the bottom THATS IT! I said it was easy didn’t I?! Give this a try💗 Xo, Johanna
Preserving My Curls Overnight
Preserving My Curls Overnight
This is how I preserve most of my hairstyles overnight! I hear many people complain about how their bonnet or scarf is always falling off their head and ending up on the floor once they wake up, I was having the same issue! That is when I decided to create a wrap that would stay on throughout the night while protecting your curls. I hand make them myself and sale on Etsy (link in my bio) if you are interested! 😊

THIS is why I love BoxyCharm 🙌🏾 These products wouldn’t have been on my radar, but they were delivered right to my door + I absolutely LOVE all of them! And this olive eye!! I’m feelin it! Full tutorial and review are on YouTube now! Link in bio ❤️ Product List: #Violet Voss - Olive You Forever[products]#[FiveStars] This is my first time trying this brand and I'm really impressed! The shadows are creamy, pigmented, and super blendable! FARMACY - Daily Greens Oil-Free Gel Moisturizer with Moringa and Papaya I love the cleansing balm so I was excited to try this! It has definitely helped my skin stay hydrated and even makes it look more glowy and matte! I love the texture and it absorbs quickly! #Avant Skincare - Bi-Phase Hyaluronic Acid Rejuvenating Micellar Water[products]#[FourStars] This reneges ALL my makeup, even mascara, with no issues! My skin feels smooth and hydrated after using it. However, it has a LOT of fragrance. I don't mind the smell, but it does linger. #Seraphine Botanicals - Apple + Baume Glow Lip Mask[products]#[FiveStars] A great lip mask! Hydrated lips nicely! I like applying this as I start my makeup routine and it's usually absorbed by the time I get to my lips. #Trust Fund Beauty - Lipgasm Lip Gloss[products]#[FourStars] this is a pretty gloss but it is a bit sticky. How to find your natural part!
How to find your natural part!
Are you struggling with how to find your natural part? Start by brushing your hair all backwards! Then, gently push forward with even tension. Your natural part should fall into place! This works best with dry hair that is straighter or blown out, or when hair for curlier, more textured hair! Give it a try, let me know what you think! X
My well-loved drugstore makeup essentials
My well-loved drugstore makeup essentials
These are the drugstore makeup picks I ACTUALLY use! Don’t get me wrong, I love a good Tarte Shapetape Concealer. Even the latest launches from Rare Beauty have me swooning. But drugstore makeup holds a special place in my heart. Walking through the aisles of Target or CVS gets me giddy. Quite honestly, I count those trips as my therapy sessions. Plus, these are the places were I started getting essentials to experiment with when I was younger! My favorite brands to score from are no doubt Pixi, NYX, Essence Cosmetics, Sonia Kashuk, Maybelline and Covergirl. They’re just my go-to’s! They’re the brands constantly putting out dupes for cult favorites. Everything in this picture, I use on a daily basis. I’ve been going through Maybelline Lifter Glosses like they’re going out of style. I actually was responsible for my local Target running out of stock once...oops. Another new essential that’s crawled its way into my everyday routine is the Covergirl Cooling Glow Stick. It’s part of their new Clean Fresh line and I use it on my WHOLE face. Top tip: try it under your eyes over your concealer 👀 I’m still in search for the perfect drugstore CC cream, does anyone have any good recommendations?
