Innersense beauty review 🛁
INNERSENSE - Pure Harmony Hairbath this whole line smells heavenly! 🌹It lathers really well which is important for me 🧼 Has safe ingredients 🌱 and I feel like it cleans pretty well. Adds some shine to the hair too ✨ INNERSENSE - Pure Inspiration Daily Conditioner this doesn’t have to same scent as the shampoo but it’s actually better (still compatible scents)! It definitely detangles my hair well. 🌸 INNERSENSE - Sweet Spirit Leave in Conditioner this stuff has a nice texture for a leave in conditioner. Not too watery or too creamy/heavy. I have very fine hair that either tangles easily or is weighted down fast by certain products. Unfortunately these weigh my hair down and make it looks flat. although this line feels good once I’ve cleaned my hair and still smells good too, the next day my hair isn’t the greatest & needs to be washed again :( but I gave it good stars for the smell and texture of the products. Maybe this will work for a different hair type 😊

Go-To Hairstyle for Parties! 🎉
Hair Type: Curly (3c) 👩🏽‍🦱 💛 Products Used: -INNERSENSE - Sweet Spirit Leave in Conditioner Love this conditioner; it is hydrating and easy to spray on my hair for looks exactly like this one. - TRADER JOE'S - Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner I use this as a leave-in, styling product, and even shave cream! I’ll definitely give a full review on this specific product but for those looking for a cheaper alternative (under $5) I HIGHLY recommend this conditioner for curly hair. - annie - Easy Style Reinforced Extra Firm Boar Bristle 5 Row Brush I have thicker hair and therefore need a stiffer styling brush to brush my hair with. This bristle brush is perfect and smoothes my hair down easily! I love my curly hair! but I often want to change up my hair style to give myself a different look every now and then. Because I don’t straighten my hair anymore (7 years no heat) my go-to hairstyle that always works no matter the occasion is my low-bun look. It’s my favorite because it’s easy to achieve and can be done with only a few products and short amount of time! ✨STEPS: 1. Part your hair however you choose (whatever shapes your face the best) 2. Apply styling products to keep hair slick and reduce fly-aways 3. Brush hair down and secure ponytail or bun with elastic 4. Use bobby pins secure any loose hairs 5. (OPTIONAL) Add hair accessories to spice up the style a bit more! And that’s it! 🙌🏽 This look usually takes me 5mins to achieve and I usually just throw own a pair of hoop earrings, a little makeup and I’m good to go. What’s your go-to favorite party look 🥳?

Curly Girl Hair for Desert Dry Hair + Growth
I have tried SO many products on my hair this year. And I FINALLY found a set of products that give me the results I want! I have: - damaged - extra dry - thin - 2b curls I require: - curly girl method approved - vegan - cruelty free I want: - curl definition - hydration - softness - smoothness - growth INNERSENSE - Hydrating Cream Hairbath I start with this shampoo only on my ends and just up to my scalp. Hairbath‘s and co-washes are good for thin and curly hair as they hydrate more than regular shampoo, are more gentle, strip less, cause less buildup, and are lightweight on curls. BONDI BOOST - Hair Growth Shampoo I use this just on my scalp. Even with all my breakage in split ends I’ve still seen growth using this- however, I’m going to test this next shower to see if it’s causing my fall out. Have any of you seen fall out with this product? I’m about at the average with 100 hairs per shower but I’d like to try to reduce it. Any recommendations?! LOVE beauty AND planet - Planet Hope and Repair Coconut Oil & Ylang Ylang Conditioner I saw absolutely amazing results after the first time after using this. Very hydrating, lightweight, and left my hair so nice and shiny without the oil look. Detangles BEAUTIFULLY. PACIfICA - Pineapple Swirl Curl Defining Cream I use this product on my wet hair once I get out of the shower as well as on my dry hair between showers. It’s a little heavy, but it’s finally a product that hydrates my dry ends all. day. long. I was using the Bondi Boost repair serum but it would only be effective for an hour after I use use it. *~•! cheers !•~*

Quarantine Hair Glow-Up 💫
In 2018 I decided to buzz my hair and get an undercut. I wanted to switch up my style a bit and try something new 🤩 2019 I decided I was over the undercut and wanted to start growing my hair back out; so I did! I grew out my buzzed hair for 5/6 months before I did a really big chop! 💇🏽‍♀️ Since September 2019 - March 2020 I was more focused on getting my hair to grow, but during the quarantine I focused more on definition and health. So here are some quick tips I have for those trying to grow their hair and/or get healthy locks 👩🏽‍🦱 1. Don’t wash your hair everyday! The frequency can be different for many people based in their own hair type. For me personally, I wash every for 4 days. 2. Use products add optimal hydration to your hair. Your hair NEEDS hydration - don’t give it too much or too little. 3. Wrap your hair or use a bonnet to minimize the friction between your hair your pillowcase; this can cause the hair to break and damage it further. My current favorites: INNERSENSE - Hydrating Cream Hairbath john masters organics - Conditioner for Dry Hair With Lavender & Avocado TRADER JOE'S - Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner evolve - Satin Wide Edge Bonnet #CheriePartner

Long vs Short Hair for round faces 💛
✨ For years I toggled with the idea of cutting my hair and in 2019 I finally decided to do my second “big chop” - this time I decided to chop off much more hair than I did the first time. 💇🏽‍♀️ Since growing my hair back out, I’ve been wondering if I should grow it long or keep it around shoulder length. Because of the shape of my face, I’m finding that the shorter hair with curly bangs tends to shape my face better. However, I do love the versatility of having longer hair. 👩🏽‍🦱 After much thought, I decided to grow my hair out about 1 more inch. This will allow me to maintain volume (curly fro), my hair will appear thicker and it will match the roundness of my face better. With longer hair, the strands become heavier and the curls appear looser and thinner. I won’t maintain much volume and will have to work harder to get the hair look i Desire. How many curly girls out there deciding between short vs long hair? Would love to know your thoughts ✨ Hair products I recommend for curly hair: INNERSENSE - Hydrating Cream Hairbath INNERSENSE - Hydrating Conditioner TRADER JOE'S - Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo with Peppermint TRADER JOE'S - Tea Tree Tingle Conditioner ACURE - Mega Moisture Shampoo, Argan Oil & Pumpkin ACURE - Mega Moisture Argan Oil & Pumpkin Conditioner Wet brush - Original Detangler

Curly Hair Routine
Hair Type: 3C curls Wash Days: Every 4-5 days 💛 Wash Routine: 1. Shampoo 2. Condition & De-Tangle a. Deep Con. if needed 3. Leave-In 4. Styling products 5. Air Dry or Diffuse I know most people can easily log onto YouTube and search for the perfect curly hair routine among the 100s of videos influencers have to offer. But today, I just want to share with you all the products I have been using and that’s been helping my curls stay healthy and fresh. First up, is the INNERSENSE - Hydrating Cream Hairbath This shampoo is amazing for anyone with drier hair who needs a good cleanse but with added hydration. It’s super creamy and suds up just enough to wash away dirt and debris but not all the healthy oils. My only caveat, I do need to wash about 2x before I feel that build is sufficiently gone, but not an issue because I don’t need a lot of product. I usually go in with a more gel-like shampoo to really bulldoze and clarify my curls if needed. INNERSENSE - Hydrating Conditioner This conditioner is the perfect companion to the above hairbath. It’s thick, creamy and adds amazing hydration. However, if you tend to have thinner or finer hair, I would opt in for another product because this will weigh the hair down. Also, I do wish it had a bit more slip to it. My hairstylist did mention to me that I should add a it of water to it to before de-tangling in order for the brush or comb to slide through better and that has definitely helped. Besides those two things, highly recommend for people with textured hair. john masters organics - Conditioner for Dry Hair With Lavender & Avocado This has been my go-to leave in and sometimesregular conditioner, for years! This stuff is amazing 🙌🏽 if you do have finer hair, I would use this conditioner over the product mentioned above. I typically use this as a leave in product after shampooing and conditioning regularly. It has a thinner consistency but enough to moisturize my hair and is a perfect leave-in. Never had any issues tbh 😩💕 PACIfICA - Pineapple Hydrate Curl Nourishing Mask So I have been in the hunt for a deep conditioner that actually works. I have tried numerous masks, DCs, with no luck. I finally deceive to give this product a try and I do not regret it. First of all, it smells like whole piña colada; Second, it works so well! I try to deep condition 1-2x per month because my hair tends to get dry fast and this has been a life saver for me. Amazing slip, hydration, scent 🍹😍 and just an over all great product. If you are looking for another mask to to try out, I highly recommend this product 🙌🏽 Let know what you guys think! I’ve only been using these products for about 3 months but they works wonders! Favorite clean hair care!
Favorite clean hair care!
I’ll be frank: it took me a minute to make my mind up about Innersense’s color-friendly shampoo and conditioner. I was seeking a clean hair care routine that was effective at knocking out grime and oil from fine hair and would be color safe for my highlights. That’s not an easy product to find. For around two months, I was skeptical. My scalp felt irritated, dry, and itchy as it adjusted to the natural formula. But around the two-month mark, something snapped into place. My hair was noticeably shinier and stronger, my scalp felt clean and refreshed, and my color hadn’t turned brassy like it did with other products. Innersense has now ruined me for other shampoos and conditioners, despite the steep price point. I have to wash my hair less often with it, so that lessens the impact to my wallet. Also, I love the light, lovely smelling formula of both products. Cheers to clean hair and clean care! INNERSENSE - Color Awakening Hairbath Shampoo INNERSENSE - Color Radiance Daily Conditioner
