This Japanese cream blush is fantastic! It’s a light creamy gel formula that blends into the skin really easily and Dries quickly. The result is a super natural blushy cheek. This is immune favorite color. The name says peach but it’s a very natural light pink color. I love this blush and as it is so inexpensive. Highly recommend!

This is a cream blush by the Japanese company, Canmake that is suppose to leave you with an effortless, cute flush on your cheeks. The texture of this blush is so incredible; it’s soft and creamy and blends so beautifully. I decided to try this product after one of my friends purchased it for me for Christmas. It had been on my list for a while due to its affordable price point and the fact that it was a cream blush (and I love cream blushes)! I love this blush for so many reasons; the pigment payoff is incredible and its texture is so creamy and light. Like the title says, it blends like air. You can’t feel the blush on your cheeks, unlike some cream blushes. I would definitely recommend this product to all my Cherie friends. It is so affordable and you can easily get it from Amazon! 🧚🏻‍♀️Spring is one of my favorite seasons. It makes me think of warm weather, sweet marshmallow, and charming floral. If you ask me what my go-to match for spring was, I will pick YSL couture palette, shade 09 Love, and Canmake cheek&face color 05. 😍YVES SAINT LAURENT - Couture Eyeshadow Palette YSL couture palette, shade 09 Love. The shade of love has already made you think of spring date, right? Compared to other palettes, this palette is extremely cute. I marked the use of my daily makeup, which is also the instruction from YSL. B means base, H means illuminator/highlighter. 123 are colors that can be used anywhere. Compared to eyeshadow, I prefer using this palette as highlighter or blush.😉 Because this LOVE palette is not so highly pigmented. The shade of base and highlighter is suitable for a sparkling highlighter or blush. But it’s long wearing after a whole day hanging out, the color is still there. 🤩CANMAKE - Cream Cheek [05] Sweet Apricot Canmake is one of my favorite Japanese drugstore brands. No matter their packages or products themselves are so adorable. The main color of their packages is pink, which is soooo cute. I almost owned the whole series of the cheek&face color. I have panned so many colors. This 05 one is my pick for spring. Super cream and easy to apply. It is blendable and buildable as well. 05 is a pink peachy tone. I think many of you would like this color. Every time I wear this blush, I feel so energetic. Even it is a creamy type blush. It is not oily at all. Because as I know, many creamy type blushes are so oily, even some big brands. Canmake’s cheek&face color is pigmented and long staying!! And they are cheapppp!! Amazing, please all in!!💰

DAILY LOOK: Too Faced - Just Peachy Mattes Eyeshadow Palette — perfect for every day because they’re all my favorite colors! I reach for pink and peach in palettes with hints of brown. — perfectly pigmented colors, but still buildable if you want a light look. I tend to gravitate towards the nudes and browns for daily wear and add in a bit of pink for fun. — packaging is nice with a large mirror and big pans. TRAVEL: CANMAKE - Perfect stylist eyes 10 Sweet Flamingo — I love these colors for travel, and the colors aren’t really powdery but more so creamy, so I like using it when I travel because the likelihood of it breaking and getting everywhere is smaller! — I use the light brown shade for my crease, the dark brown shade on the outer corners, and then a pink or two for the lid. — my only complaint with this palette is I wish it had a mirror! NIGHT OUT tarte - Rainforest of the Sea™ sizzle eyeshadow palette — this palette has all my smoky colors that I want at night! I can easily create a whole eye look with this one palette and I think it screams “night out”! — I love the glimmer in each of them, and I love that the color is buildable so I can get the kind of effect I want easily. — I enjoy most of these shades, which is surprising for a whole palette. — I love the packaging a lot and how easily accessible the colors are even though they’re in the round.

Here are some of my favorite Japanese eyeshadows! Matte shadows aren’t really a thing in Asian makeup, but that’s totally okay with me since I love satins and shimmers. Swipe for swatches! The first palette is the Perfect Stylist Eyes palette in 14 Antique Ruby from Canmake. These are surprisingly cheap— a little over $7 USD— and I totally would’ve picked up more last time I visited my parents if I didn’t already own more eyeshadow than I need. These are so smooth, buttery, and pigmented. The shimmer shade in the middle (Last swatch) can be worn alone or as a topper. These shadows also have squalane in them, something I haven’t heard of before in eyeshadows. The second one is a custom palette from Dolly Wink. The empty palette and the singles altogether were pretty pricy, but I couldn’t resist. The red and brown shades (Last two swatches) were advertised as matte, but again, those don’t really exist in Asian makeup. They’re just as creamy and pigmented as the Canmake shadows and I’m thinking of picking up more singles next time I’m in Japan. If you’ve been here a while, you know I love cute, travel-friendly packaging and these are right up my alley. In every aspect, actually. I give these a 5 out of 5!

Canmake is another popular drugstore beauty brand from Japan. Their base make up is wildly popular in Asia as are their affordable line of cheek, eye and lip colors. What is it? Canmake Marshmallow Finish Foundation with SPF50 PA++++ From the website: * A smooth, fine-textured powder softly envelops your skin, making pores and other forms of uneven skin texture less noticeable. * Creates a marshmallow-soft finish that never feels thick or heavy. * Contains 10 types of beauty ingredients - Beautifying and moisturizing agents: aloe vera leaf extract, rosemary leaf extract, chamomile flower extract, lemon fruit extract
- Skin-toning agents: horse chestnut extract, perilla leaf extract
- Emollient agents: squalane, olive fruit oil, jojoba seed oil, grapeseed oil My thoughts: A beauty blogger friend loved hers and I also saw that they were selling supersized versions of the finishing powder at Narita Airport! (It has to be good then! :D) I picked this up at my local J-Beauty store here in LA. It was really affordable - I think I got this for USD15? Even though it’s a foundation, it goes on light and smooth. It did as promised and wasn’t heavy or sticky. I liked that it was so easy to use and compact enough to take with me. The only down side is that the color range is limited. It only came in 3 colors: Matt Beige Ochre, Matt Light Ochre and Matt Ochre. I was actually surprised that I could use the color as I am olive skinned. But the powder goes on smooth and blends with the skin so it worked well. The coverage was light and very natural - so this means it does not cover all blemishes unless you layer multiple layers. I tend to have a light hand with make up and often don’t even wear make up, so it worked fine for me. It left me enough of a positive impression that I want to try more of their products. My husband got me this blush while on a business trip in Japan. I love that it’s a cream blush because it’s so soft and literally melts into the skin. This color specifically is a little TOO coral for me so I don’t really use it outside of the summer. It’s so much more affordable than Glossier’s cloud paint and does the same thing. Highly recommend!
