•Soothing & Moisturizing Sunscreen•
Sunscreen = Skin’s best friend As you may know sunscreen is a must wear in our skincare routine. However, it is always a trial & error finding the right sunscreen for your skin. I have oily combination skin and the most important in a sunscreen for me is to keep my skin protected from UVA/UVB and moisturized with NO white-cast. I had seen Aromatica products on IG and therefore, decided to purchase AROMATICA - Aloe Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50/PA++++ . This sunscreen not only does it give a dewy finish look it leaves no white-cast (which I loved) When I first applied it the consistency felt thick however, it was light and fast absorbent. Also it’s very moisturizing. There is light soothing fragrance. This sunscreen is great for all skin types. Retail price - $31 There are sites that are selling it for $24-$25 *We may have the same skin type but, our skin reaction is different. What may work for me may not do the same for you*

•A Proper Soothing Aloe Moisturizer•
Sharing with you another Aromatica product. This time a gel cream like moisturizer that is is refreshing and soothing to the skin. (See Rosemary toner to learn more about the brand) AROMATICA - 95% Natural Aloe Aqua Cream is not a gel nor a cream it is a combination of both. Some gel moisturizer can leave a sticky residue while creams can be a little heavy on the skin especially for oily skin types. This one is a water like consistency leaving no sticky residue yet highly hydrating and moisturizing. During the time of using this I had recently done a chemical peel (I do these treatments once a month). When doing these treatments my skin becomes dry and slightly irritated (mostly because of the heat). I began using this on the second day of my treatment and was I glad I had this moisturizer because it helped moisturize areas of skin that were dry while alleviating redness and irritation (some parts of my skin were itchy too especially around my cheeks). Another reason why I enjoyed using this product is because the first ingredient is Aloe which has a high concentration in the product. Aloe is mostly water which is why it would the first one. This also contains rosemary which in fact there is a light smell of rosemary but, nothing too predominant (could tell because of my experience w/ the rosemary toner). The combination of both Aloe and Rosemary contain anti-inflammatory properties aiding in healing, soothing, and controlling excess oil at the same time hydrating and moisturizing the skin. Overall this brand keeps amazing me with the quality of their products. My skin feels refreshed while using their products. I recommend this moisturizers to all skin types and would honestly suggest using this instead of aloe gels (like innisfree; tried this years ago and did not have a good reaction on my skin) for redness or irritated skin. Price: 150g/ 5.2oz - $23 I purchased mine at my nearest k-beauty store, don’t recall how much I pay but, Aromatica recently updated this product (check out their website) *not sponsored by Aromatica just sharing a product I enjoy using. This is based off my skin experience. As I always say we may share the same skin type but, our skin reaction may be different*

My Korean Skincare Routine for Acne!!
SATURDAY SKIN - RISE + SHINE Purifying Cleanser AROMATICA - Rose Absolute First Serum MIZON - Snail Recovery Gel Cream BANILA CO - Dear Hydration Toner I was on accutane for 4 months in 2019, and I thought I found the cure for my acne. Unfortunately, I started breaking out again in February of 2020. My breakouts went back and forth, but either way they left me with more PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema aka those RED/PINK marks leftover from acne) My skin was also insanely dry and painful!! Any face wash I used just burned and irritated my skin even more! I didn’t have a consistent skincare routine, so I turned to peachandlily.com to look for a Korean skincare routine that’s also cruelty free. I think I found my new go to routine! It’s pretty simple, but after only 2 weeks I am satisfied with the products so far. Of course they don’t create miracles, but I don’t have any current breakouts (which I’m surprised my skin didn’t purge), my skin is MUCH more hydrated, and I feel as though my PIE looks slightly lighter! I started with the Saturday Skin Rise + Shine Purifying Cleanser, then use the Banila Co Dear Hydration toner to help with my acne, follow it with the Aromatica Rose Absolute First Serum, and finish it off with the Mizon Snail Recovery Gel! The Saturday Skin cleanser surprisingly leaves my skin moisturized! The Banila Co toner has peppermint extract to help calm acne. The Aromatica serum has niacinamide which is supposed to help calm acne and fade both PIE and hyperpigmentation. The Snail Recovery Gel has snail mucin to help calm acne and also moisturize with anti-aging effects! Overall I’m very satisfied with this new routine, and I will update in a month to see how my skin is doing!

Suffering from fungal acne and bacteria ?
Use oregano oil soap . This worked wonders for me . May be a little harsh for sensitive skin people however use this as your first cleanse and then use something else after . I also use this on my body . I cut the soap in half . Half for face half for body ! I purchased it off amazon . AROMATICA - Acne Control Oregano Soap Loaded with natural nutrients, the oil offers tremendous benefits for the skin. It makes the perfect natural remedy to enhance the skin tone and reduce the appearance of fine lines. With regular use, the oil can enable you to get a luminous and blemish-free skin. The formulation showed superior healing and antimicrobial effects compared to the reference antibiotic. Collectively, our data suggested that oregano oil nanoemulsion is a potential natural and effective alternative for treating acne and overcoming the emerging antibiotic resistance. To use oregano oil topically for skin issues, dilute one or two drops in a carrier oil. A person can then apply this mixture directly to the skin When used topically, Oregano Essential Oil can improve skin conditions such as psoriasis, acne, eczema, and fungal infections, as it eliminates yeast, bacteria, and fungi. Its anti-inflammatory properties can neutralize the pain, itchiness, and general discomforts of insect stings and bites. Fungal acne is a type of infection in your skin’s hair follicles. It most commonly appears as small pimples that don’t vary much in shape or size, often along with itching. Fungal acne can cause whiteheads and skin irritation. It’s often confused for acne vulgaris. This is the type of acne most commonly associated with blackheads and whiteheads. But fungal acne and acne vulgaris are two different conditions caused by two different things. They won’t respond to the same treatment. If you keep using anti-acne treatments, you can make fungal acne worse. The yeast responsible for fungal acne is always present on your skin. Typically, your body is able to balance the yeast, other fungi, and bacteria that are also a part of your skin.

🌿Soothing Rosemary Toner🌿
Over 2 months ago I posted a sunscreen from Aromatica. I was impressed on the quality of the sunscreen and how it made my skin feel. I then decided to give AROMATICA - Vitalizing Rosemary Decoction Toner a try. Contains: 🌱 Rosemary 🌱 Aloe 🌱 Chamomile 🌱Verbena The above ingredients are listed based on the box. Theres more but these are the ingredients that stood out to me. Rosemary is the 1st ingredient while Aloe is the 2nd ingredient on the list. Meaning the toner is highly concentrated by these two ingredients. The other two fall in the small percentage of concentration. However, combining these ingredients aid in soothing, toning, skin generating, refreshing, purifying, and hydrating the skin. This also contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Brand: Aromatica is probably the first clean beauty (since 2004) brand in Korea. It is vegan and cruelty free ( a plus for me). Packaging made out of recycled glass even the cap. In 2016 it became the first Korean brand to be U.S. EWG verified. Experience: After months not using a toner I began using one again. This toner has a pleasant woodsy herb scent, because of the Rosemary it is slightly acidic. It is lightweight and fast absorbent. It was soothing, hydrating and refreshing to my skin. One of my concerns is my oily t-zone and redness, while using it aid in controlling my excess sebum and soothe my skin. Since it is slightly acidic because rosemary has a natural alcohol. I have sensitive skin and the first time using it I felt a tingly sensation but, after a couple of uses I did not feel it anymore. Unless I had a pimple that was irritated then I will feel it. However, the tingly sensation was not irritating where my skin felt a burn in fact, I noticed that it aid in healing and soothing my irritated breakouts. Overall I recommend this for those with less break out. If you have open wound pimples you may feel a slight tingling. Before trying it out give it a patch test to make sure your skin reacts positively to the rosemary. Price: 300ml/ 10 fl. oz - $29 (retail) I purchased mine at style korean for $25 (not affiliated/sponsored) *Based on my skin experience. We may share the same skin type but, our skin reaction is different. Just sharing a product I enjoyed using*

Skincare routine thoughts?
Hi everyone! I’m new to cherie and I’m absolutely loving what I’m seeing on here with all the advice, support and tips & tricks!! I have always been pretty interested in skincare but I guess not interested enough since I know a lot less than I thought I did 😂 I just recently started using the FIRST AID BEAUTY - Pure Skin Face Cleanser and I absolutely love it! It’s not over-drying or stripping at all and it makes my face feel super clean and truly feel like it’s gotten all the gunk off. I double cleanse so I have also recently been using the dermalogica - Skin Resurfacing Cleanser I have been using the BURT’S BEES - Rosewater Toner for YEARS, like since I was about 13 or 14, and I think it’ll always be a holy grail product of mine but I’ve been using it for so long and I feel like I need a change! Next is the pixi - Glow Tonic which I also love but have heard mixed reviews about recently and am now rethinking whether the The Ordinary Glycolic Acid toner is better and for a much cheaper price? Another product I’ve been using is The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil and I bought it to use for my acne scars which I have seen some minor improvement in but I haven’t been using the product as often as I probably should so that’s probably why! Oils aren’t my favourite thing bc I just don’t like the way they feel on my face, especially at night bc it just gets all over my pillow lol I’ve also tried the FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Oat & Hemp Seed Dry Oil and it feels about the same Next is the AROMATICA - Calendula Juicy Cream which I literally just started using but it hasn’t made me break out or given me an allergic reaction, I like the smell and the way it feels on my skin! CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion is the absolute best cream I have tried and I have nothing bad to say about it! It makes my skin feel so soft and it’s never made me break out and it’s just an all around great product So here’s the thing, I have super dry skin on only my nose where it literally peels off in chunks (gross, i know, i’m sorry) and no matter how much I exfoliate and use products for dry skin, it doesn’t get better or go away and it’s something I’m really insecure about bc no moisturizer helps it either & I’ll just have flakes of skin on my nose throughout the day and people have pointed it out & it’s so awful :( another problem I have is the pores on my nose, forehead and chin & my skin is acne prone/combination/sensitive All recommendations and advice are welcome and appreciated!! 💘

This Reviving Rose Infusion Se
This Reviving Rose Infusion Serum by @aromatica.official is 98% organic and works well even with the most sensitive skin to help firm and moisturize your skin. This serum isn’t overly strong in scent even with essential rose oil added into it. According to their website, this rose serum delivers skin a luminous look while moisturizing the skin & improving fine wrinkles. I love the gel like texture and the fact that it isn’t too runny (which helps a lot when applying to your skin). It definitely gives the skin a more natural glow and this brand even has its own “rose” collection if you like using the same type of products together. This serum is $50 on their website and for the size of the product... I would say this is a STEAL!!! Especially if you like rose infused products. I love that this brand also uses recycled glass with recyclable packaging too for a more sustainable beauty!! AROMATICA - Reviving Rose Infusion Serum

Aromatica Rosehip Oil
When doing my night time skincare routine I can’t wait to add facial oil! I been using the Aromatica Rosehip oil. This product is vegan and 100% cold-pressed. I always mix a face oil with a moisturizer for more hydration. My boyfriend always tells me I look like a glazed donut! Which is the goal ✨ I love the feeling of super hydrated skin, mainly when my skin has been feeling so dehydrated, do you? Rosehip oil is great for hyperpigmentation, dry skin, fine lines, brightening and moisturizing. It is suitable for all skin types including dry, oily, sensitive. I like how it quickly absorbs into skin. AROMATICA - Organic Rose Hip Oil

New fave eye cream
New fave eye cream
Love the gentle hydration and cooling sensation of Aromatica’s Rose Eyecream. I was worried that the scent may be too much for delicate under eye area, but it proved to be very gentle and I quite like it. Definitely one of the best under eye hydrators, especially in the K-beauty category
