Hormonal Acne Treatment Carbon Theory
Products I use: AM: 🥞 Step 1: Wash face with Carbon Theory. - Charcoal & Tea Tree Oil Break-Out Control Facial Cleansing Bar - Great for hard pimples/ acne that hurt (can’t go ‘pop’ with a cotton bud). - If you are sensitive to tea tree I do not recommend. Step 2: Tone with Carbon Theory. - Facial Purifying Tonic - This can sting open wounds or burns so be careful. - Has brightened my complexion. (Wait 30 mins then apply ⬇️) Step 3: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% - Have not used yet, still making sure I do not have an allergy to the product before I put it on my face! (Wait 30 mins then apply ⬇️) Step 4: Moisturise with Cetaphil - Oil Control Moisturizer SPF 30 Unscented - I have been using this for years it absorbs well into the skin, and does not flake or go lumpy when your makeup is applied over the top. I love that it has SPF in it, it also doesn’t have a terrible odour. PM: 💤 Step 1: Either damp face with water & apply sukin - Pink Clay Facial Masque Sensitive 100ml - This is OK I haven’t seen any drastic improvement in my skin but will keep using this as I like pink clay, and I will mention if I see any improvements while using this. OR sukin - Pore Refining Facial Scrub Oil Balancing - I have been using this for a while I like how this feels on the skin, it is not a very harsh scrub. It does help to minimise the pores but not drastically. OR AZTEC SECRET - Indian Healing Clay (leave face dry and apply mask with Apple Cider Vinegar) - THIS STUFF IS AMAZING this was recommended to me by a makeup artist, and I love it! It does sting and burn on open wounds/cuts, but it is great for pigmentation (which I have lots of issues with) and helps to even out your complexion, it also “pulsates” and “tingles” and I know it’s doing something good! It does feel a bit uncomfortable with the vinegar at times (makes the eyes run) but it dries out and kills any pimples I have. I recommend using an oil straight after to avoid dehydration as this is a harsh but effective treatment. If left on for too long it can make red marks where the product has been on the face which will eventually go away...😅 OR use Carbon Theory. - Charcoal & Tea Tree Oil Breakout Control Facial Exfoliating Scrub on already damp face. - I do love using this it feels really refreshing, I believe it to be a harsher scrub so I do not use this regularly 1-2 as it can cause break outs if used everyday. Step 2: Wash face with Carbon Theory. - Charcoal & Tea Tree Oil Break-Out Control Facial Cleansing Bar Step 3: Tone with Carbon Theory. - Facial Purifying Tonic (Wait 30 mins then apply ⬇️) Step 5: the Jojoba company - 100% Natural Australian Jojoba Oil - For white heads I ‘pop’ with cotton bud and apply tea tree

Did you know: Jojoba oil isn't an oil?!✨
I am oil obbbbbbbsessed right now. The Jojoba Company recently relaunched in the US and their gorgeous oil has been gracing my skin almost every day.⁣ ⁣💧⁣ The Jojoba Company's signature jojoba is called Wadi-Wadi and it's very unique because it's only grown in a certain area in Australia. Their plants are grown on a family farm without the use of chemicals. They're vegan & cruelty free. ⁣ ⁣💧⁣ ⁣Jojoba is technically not even an oil, it's a liquid wax ester🤯 It has the same molecular structure as your skins natural oils which makes it an extremely tolerable oil for most skin types.⁣ I have the pure jojoba oil & jojoba bead cleanser. Enjoying both so far!✨

my top three facial oils
my top three facial oils
these three oils are my absolute favourite facial oils to combat sensitivity, dryness, psoriasis and eczema! I usually decide to use only one with my routine at a time, depending on how my skin is feeling! Here’s when I reach for them, if my skin is: 1) extremely dry, flakey, sensitive => mermaid oil 2) in need of a little hydration => rosehip oil + HA 3) doing ok and it’s nighttime, and I just want something light and moisturising => jojoba oil
