Stay Young Forever: Antioxidants 🍊
This is my favorite type of ingredient. If you’re looking for anti-aging, hyperpigmentation help, or even just prevention this is it! Antioxidants: You can find these in things around and even inside you. Vitamins such as A, C, and E have such a role in your life it’s crazy. Antioxidant main enemy is FREE RADICALS This free radicals are natural occurring and environment related stressors. They can be caused by the body’s metabolism or found in drugs, pesticides, cigarette smoke, and other pollutants. They over time damage cells and cause that portion of your body to not function properly. They are the most known for accelerating the aging process (mostly by diminishing collagen production). I love this chart because it lists the needs and skin types for each! My favorite is Vitamin C best to use during the daytime comes in many different forms helps the immune system (internal) Some of my faves 👇🏾 ORGANYS - ORGANYS Vitamin C Serum Seoul Ceuticals - 20% Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum Mad Hippie - Vitamin C Serum Resveratol : anti microbial produced by mostly fruits plants to protect from air pollution also cancer fighting expensive The Ordinary - Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acid 3% SKINCEUTICALS - RESVERATROL B E Nighttime Antioxidant Serum for face Vitamin E: needed by many organs helps quicken the skin healing process reduces stretch marks I like to get vitamin E in a oil form JĀSON - Vitamin E 5,000 I.U. Living with Eczema 🌵
COVID is hard enough and while we’re all living during a difficult time, those of us with eczema (especially on our hands) understand how [literally] painful 2020 has been so far. Washing your hands is an absolutely must, even more so right now with the pandemic. However, if you have eczema then you know that more washing = more peeling, more dry skin, more water blisters, more bleeding, more pain, etc. Although it’s not pretty (sorry for the photos) it is a real thing and I wish people talked about it more. I spent a good 10+ years of my childhood life literally telling people that I had damaged my hands and that’s why they looked messed up, or that’s why I don’t have a fingerprint (true story, because of eczema my fingerprints are severely underdeveloped and hardly there). I wish as a child that someone had really explained it to me and taught me that it was okay, not something to hide or be ashamed of. Now, as an adult, of course I have learned to live with it and how to handle when my eczema starts to act up. Honestly, nothing I have ever used has been perfect to get rid of all of the cracked skin, bleeding, itch or really anything. BUT, some products that I have found that at least help a little have been: Eucerin - Advanced Repair Hand Creme Probably the best so far that I’ve used, it has an odd feeling at first, but it goes away fairly quickly. It is pretty long lasting too, which is great, sometimes I mix my eczema cream (prescription) with it to make the prescription hold better CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream a cult classic of course but I don’t find it to last as long as the Eucerin cream JĀSON - Vitamin E 5,000 I.U. Pure Natural Skin Oil I never thought I’d just rub oil on my hands, but honestly after it soaks in it feels really good. But I do have to still use a cream afterwards typically. Do you have eczema? What have you used that has worked wonders for you? I have eczema on 5/10 of my fingers (so far) and sometimes I can tell that as I get older, it will slowly spread further. When I was 3, it was only one finger, 21 years later and it’s on 5. My eczema flares up almost constantly, so I’m always open to recommendations for what everyone else has tried and seen working! 💙

Gentle whitening and tastes like that vanilla mint flavor that white tic-Tacs are coated in. Does not hurt or stain my sensitive teeth. It’s the best. Just use it. JĀSON - Powersmile, Antiplaque & Whitening Toothpaste

Do you have dandruff? This shampoo is going to help with that and keep your hair healthy! Where to find this at? Walmart: $11.99 for a 16 Fl Oz Target: $14.99 for a 16 Fl Oz My journey: I had super bad dandruff and I used a bunch of different shampoos before I found this one. This one I started using back in February and it works AMAZING! My hair is always super soft and I have way less dandruff. I wash my hair twice every time I shower since I have thick hair and I make sure to rub it into my scalp.
