Feelin’ Blue ❄️
...during this winter
Hey Cherie Fam 🍒
I played with one of my favorite palettes of all time which is the MORPHE - Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Eyeshadow PaletteI have literally made so many looks with this palette and after all this time I still reach for it often. I wanted to do an icy winter blue look so I played with the jada and pool side. The jada shade, which is the teal shade is soooo pigmented! It wasn’t chalky at all and applied evenly.
For this look, I used:
•creamsicle and butter with a fluffy brush as a transition shade
•hunts on the crease just below the transition shade
•I cut my crease with P.Louise eyeshadow base in shade rumour 2
•I applied jada all over the lid then topped it with poolside
•I used creamsicle and butter on the lower lash then applied hunts on the outer lower lash. I applied jada close to the lash line
•I used NYX retractable liner in white to brighten up the eyes
•enlight on the inner corner and brow bone
•mascara then falsies. I used HOL in Temptress Wispy
Maybe one day I’ll be brave enough to do a full blown eyeshadow look 💙
Xoxo,

1920s makeup!🥀🕊
hello everyone! today i am showing you all how i created this 1920s makeup look! i love the 1920s, as im a big fan of history/history of economics, feminism, and beauty, and ive also read every single short story and book ever written by F. Scott Fitzgerald, so needless to say I was really excited to try this look😊
anyways, here is how i achieved this look! dont forget to follow and cheer!😊
face:
i first started off with the e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer to get a nice base. im pretty sure primer didnt exist back then, but im not gonna have oil destroy my hard work😂
i then used COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation in the shade “fair 25w”. i used one of my more pale foundations, as being fair was seen as beautiful back then. i used e.l.f. - 16HR Camo Concealer in the shade “light peach” under my eyes to hide my dark circles.
i then PACKED my face with powder. they kept their skin very matte back then, and highlighter wasnt a thing. i didnt go TOO heavy, but i wanted to really emulate the time. i used the e.l.f. - Perfect Finish HD Powder to achieve this. this product works really well, and its a must have for me! it keeps me matte and set all day😊
i finsihed my face with COLOURPOP - Colourpop Pressed Powder Blush in the shade “whole nine yards”. this is a very dark and intense pink that i focused in the center of my cheeks. they used very intense blush back then!
eyes:
i started with PLOUISE - Base Pro Shade in the shade “1” as an eye primer. i let it dry, then went in with my COLOURPOP - COLOURPOP X Mulan Eyeshadow Palette palette! now, i bought this palette before i found out about the controversy around the movie, so i dont recommend you buy it. it is great quality, but colourpop has many other amazing products that dont fund films like this.
regardless, i made a halo-smokey eye look that barely went above my crease. they liked to wear very black and intense smokey eyes back then, to really draw attention to the eyes! i first started with the light brown shade from the mulan palette called “imperial” to create a halo effect just above my crease. i progressively darkened this with “honor” and “true”, then kept the black shade “defiant” closer to my lashline to create a smokey effect. i finsihed off with the color “silver spoon” on top the lid from the Too Faced - Pretty Rich Diamond Light Eyeshadow Palette .
i used the e.l.f. - Instant Lift Brow Pencil to brush my eyebrows to look thinner. they had superrr thin brows back then, but i wasnt about to shave mine😂 i also tailed my brows downward, as it was very common to draw “droopy” brows like betty boop.
i finished my eyes with my favorite L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Original Mascara i did this like normal!😊
lemme know what u think below!😊

hello everyone! today i am showing you a vintage makeup look inspired by what my great grandma used to wear when she was a teenage in the 40s❤️ i know the bandana is more like 50s but whatever😂
vintage makeup is very simple and cute to do! its bold yet sutle. i also never wear red lipstick so this pushed me out of my comfort zone. lemme know what you think and dont forget to follow and cheer! follow my makeup instagram @aesthetemilyy😍
products/ how i used them:
SOAP & GLORY - The Fab Pore 3-In-1 Oil Control Serum i used this as normal
COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation i used this as normal
e.l.f. - 16HR Camo Concealer i used this matte concealer to highlight, because 40s women did very matte looks!
e.l.f. - High Definition Powder i made sure to make my skin very matte
COLOURPOP - Colourpop Pressed Powder Blush in the shade “desert rose”. i used a pink blush because a lot of vintage women wore very bright blush and no bronzer!
PLOUISE - Base Pro Shade i used the shade “1” to create a bright, matte base
COLOURPOP - Night Owl Pressed Powder Palette i used the cool, light brown shade just in my crease and outside corner, and i used a white shade from COLOURPOP - Aura & Out Shadow Palette on my lid and inner corner.
COLOURPOP - BFF Liquid Liner i used this black liner to create a small wing like many vintage ladies used to wear❤️
L'ORÉAL - Voluminous Original Mascara i used this to make my eyelashes feathery and not as thick
e.l.f. - Instant Lift Brow Pencil i used this to create very arched and dark brows, as many ladies did this in the 40s
KYLIE COSMETICS - KYLIE COSMETICS Matte Liquid Lipstick i used this deep red lipstick in the shade “leo” as red lipstick was really popular back then

The PLOUISE - PLOUISE Base Shade also works amazing with pigments(p.s no need for any setting with the base wether it’s eyeshadow or pigment).

Pardon Me For Cheating On My Eye Primer
My makeup bff told me to buy PLOUISE - Base Pro Shade even though I absolutely love URBAN DECAY - Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion .
PLouise made me cheat on my loyal UD primer potion. The cut crease capability is impeccable, the eyeshadow vibrancy for a brown gal like me is impressive, and that base leaves a nice light feeling on your lids.
Forgive me for cheating, but damn does PLouise work great for an eyeshadow base.

Kinda glam, kinda simple :)
★Peaches & Cream - Peaches & Cream Loose Eyeshadow Pigment If you have not tried peaches&creams pigments, BUY IT. Major game changer for an extra oomf and POP on your face. Easy to work with if you apply something tacky to adhere good like a primer/base/glitter glue etc.

versatile palettes + eyeshadow products
I’m sharing some of my favorite eyeshadow brands and products not only bc I’m in love with the formulas/pigmentation, but the possibilities of looks are endless with these two.
★P.Louise “Base” - has been a staple in my makeup routine wether it’s “natural” or full beat glam bc eyelids tend to be very oily no matter the skin type & this minimize the amount of creasing close to none by the end of the day.
★P.Louise “Secret Sinner Palette” - is part of my makeup kit bc they’re all matte & have various colors that are practical and unique for different occasions all in one palette.
★Bh Cosmetics “brushes” are my tried and true fav synthetic brushes. The bristles don’t really shed or get brittle to where it starts poking ur eyes. I still have some from MANY yearsss ago and are still good as new.
