L😍VE THIS STUFF!
I absolutely love this product. My hair is damaged due to years of coloring it—it’s thin, dry at the ends, breakage, and gets tangly so easily. I got a free sample and got hooked instantly so I had to buy a full size product. It works amazing in my hair. I put it on 15-20 minutes after my shower and then let my hair air dry as long as possible and then I blow dry it. This leaves my hair smooth and not tangly after I am done blow drying it 😃 other leave in conditioners don’t leave my hair feeling this amazing. The smell is subtle and it doesn’t leave a scent in your hair. I will continue to buy this product and other products from this brand. The price is $29 you can get it on their website. I get mine from my local salon.

Leave in conditioner/styling creme?
This is another product that my hairstylist used on me. I originally picked it up because of its scent and have been incredibly impressed by it since then. R+Co - High Dive Moisture + Shine Créme Pros: It smells so nice and fresh! Leaves my hair super soft and not frizzy Of course I purchased this with out reading the back, but it is actually a leave in conditioner as well as a styling creme Super light weight Little goes a long way Cons: Works best when used without another in-shower or leave in conditioner Though this product will last a while, it is still fairly expensive for the amount you get It is somewhat hard to distribute throughout your hair and tends to stick to your hands Definitely worth a try if you have frizzy hair that does not enjoy in shower conditioner!

Dry Bar- Worth the hype? Pt. 2
drybar - Detox Dry Shampoo Lush Scent I had some rewards to spend at Ulta and wanted to try something new, I liked the smell of my other Dry Bar product. I had been to a dry bar “salon” with my sister and thought that the employees there did good work and I thought their products must be great, but I was wrong to think all of that. Pros: This is a dry shampoo, it does take some the oil out of your hair Works best if you allow it to sit overnight Cons: This product is your classic dry shampoo, it leave a white powder in your hair It stinks! I though lush would be their classic scent but it is just completely overpowering I just would not recommend this product, it doesn’t not do enough for a $$ product. Conclusion: Dry Bar is not worth the hype. Better Alternatives: R+Co - Death Valley Dry Shampoo NOT YOUR MOTHER'S - Beach Babe Texturizing Dry Shampoo

Worth the money
I had been using Not your Mothers dry shampoo for years before buying R+Co - Death Valley Dry Shampoo . This was definitely an upgrade. Pros: This is actually a DRY shampoo, it reinvigorates my hair making second day hair feel like it was just washed. The scent of this product is the classic R+CO scent, it smells nice but does not linger. Buildable coverage is easily achieved by sectioning and spraying between the sections at the roots. Definitely a well made product that will last This product is definitely worth the price Cons: This is a dry shampoo that is to be left in before bed, it works when first sprayed, no need to let it absorb oils overnight. It’s hard to control where the aerosol sprays, as it is not very easily directed. This product is expensive! But it will last you a while.

Hair Static? Oh, Yes! Your Hair Really Needs👀
👀What causes hairf static? Static hair occurs when your hair builds up an electric charge, meaning it has gained some extra electrons thanks to friction or a change in humidity. That makes the strands of your hair repel each other, leaving your hair frizzy and difficult to style. Plus, the elements, a lack of moisture in the air, and heated indoor environments can all exacerbate static hair. 👀How to get rid of static hair? ⭐️1. Try Anti-frizz sheets ⭐️2. Avoid plastic combs Using plastic combs and brushes on your hair can cause static electricity, much like that old trick you did as a kid of making your hair stand up by rubbing a plastic balloon on it.  ⭐️3. Massage your Scalp Regularly Scalp contains natural oil. Sebum, which is secreted from the glands keeps the hair moisturized. It also prevents static electricity buildup in your hair. Oil massages have other great benefits all well. It helps in blood circulation that helps in hair regrowth. Oil massages also keep your hair shiny. ⭐️4. Shampoo less often The more you shampoo, the more you’re stripping the natural oils from your hair. Instead of washing your hair every day, shampoo every other day.  ⭐️5. Make Deep-Conditioning Mask Regularly If your hair tends toward dry or your hair is otherwise damaged, you may find that regularly using a conditioner isn’t enough to keep your strands feeling moisturized. In that case, using a deep-conditioning mask or treatment once a week or so can help restore your hair’s shine softness. Products to try: ● PALMER'S - Coconut Oil Formula Deep Conditioning Protein Pack ● ORIBE - Moisture & Control Deep Treatment Masque ● BrandFree Japanese essential oil hair mask high gloss non-steaming conditioner repairs dry and rough hair smooth and moisturizing ⭐️6. Never skip conditioner While the surfactant ingredients in some shampoos can contribute a charge to your hair while they clean, conditioners are designed to counteract that. Sure, they’re also designed to help seal the hair cuticle and improve its overall shine and manageability. But if you’re trying to counteract frizz or static, the charge thing is the main reason to never skip conditioner. Products to try: ●aussie - 3 Minute Miracle Moist Deep Conditioner ● R+Co - Television Perfect Hair Conditioner ⭐️7. Use a Moisturizing Shampoo A moisturizing shampoo locks the natural moisture of hair strands, thereby preventing them from drying up. This will not only prevent dryness but will also preserve the natural oil secretion of hair stands called sebum. This will prevent your hair from building up electricity charge as well. Products to try: ● rahua - rahua Hydration Shampoo ● Herbal Essences - Bio Renew Coconut Milk & Aloe Hydrating Hair Mask for Dry Damaged Hair Hope this would helps, sharing is caring.

Stay Away if You Have a Sensitive Scalp
I am fully aware I gave this R+Co - Television Perfect Hair Shampoo ($32.00/8 oz) product one star and to be honest if I could give it less I would! I will start by saying I didn’t pay for this product, it was part of a giveaway prize bundle. I am not sure if would pay more than $30 for a shampoo 🤷🏻‍♀️. Let’s begin with the pros of this product. It smells nice, it’s paraben + sulfate free, cruelty free, gluten free, vegan, and has UV protection. These are all great perks to have in a hair shampoo product🧖🏻‍♀️. The brand claims to strengthen, soften, and smooth the hair aka perfect hair! Again, I will be speaking about my personal experience with this shampoo - just because it didn’t work for me, does not mean it won’t work well for you! I classify myself as having a sensitive scalp because usually when I try new products they give me a scalp irritation and/or flakes. I have to be very careful and do my proper research when I introduce a new shampoo, conditioner, or mask into my hair routine. Alas, I didn’t do my research before I started using this shampoo and I paid the price later on! I mentioned earlier in another post that before I started using this shampoo I was coming off of another bad experience with a shampoo. Now here I was trying to save my scalp and hair only to then to do more damage. I had an itchy scalp, flakes coming down on to my clothe all the time, and I felt my hair was looking lifeless. But after I added this shampoo to the mix, I got another negative symptom. My hairline around my forehead and edges were red, itchy, and constantly flaking all day long. If I had my hair up you could see the red outline and flakes! The only saving grace was that I was working from home and nobody could see my horrible hair situation. This shampoo just added more irritation to my scalp and it took me using half the bottle before I realized it was this shampoo that was continuing my scalp irritation. I stopped soon after and then used another shampoo that actually did what it was supposed to do (Head & Shoulders review is up on my page)! Again, this was my personal experience and don’t recommend it if you have a sensitive scalp however this could someone else’s holy grail! I’m not certain if it’s a specific ingredient that does not to do well on my scalp or a combination of the ingredients. For now, I will be sticking to the shampoos that I know work well for me! Side note! The matching conditioner of this shampoo works amazing so I’m not sure what happened that one product works but the other doesn’t 🙃.

| R+Co Centerpiece All-in-One Elixir - $32 | Claims: helps detangle, fight frizz, and hydrate So i used this on second or third day hair to help refresh my waves from the day before. It ended up making my hair wet and sticky :/ and just ://// you feel me. It comes out as a liquid spray. Idk what the point of this product is honestly and maybe i havent given it a fair chance since i was disappointed after the first use. I don’t think i would recommend this or repurchase it. Maybe the potential of the product is there and i just don’t see it which is why i gave it a 2/5 R+Co - Centerpiece All-in-One Elixir Spray

Best hair products in my life!!!
Here’s some background on my hair: it’s thin, blonde/golden naturally, dry at ends, oily on scalp, and I have to wash it everyday. Now this R+Co set I just bought? Heaven. Literal heaven. First off it smells freaking amazing. Like out of all of the shampoos and conditioners I’ve tried (a lot) this baby is the best smelling thing in my entire life holy crap. It’s hard to describe the scent it’s like a clean Perfume smell. Not floral but more like Sandlewood and oranges. Ugh it’s to die for. Honestly I’d buy it for the scent alone Actual quality of product? Amazing too! The shampoo lathers beautifully and cleans my hair great, even so great my hair doesn’t get as oily as it used to early in the day! Score!!! And it’s so moisturizing too! I could use the shampoo alone it’s that moisturizing and the conditioner is just that perfect level of moisturizing that it’s not too heavy for my thin hair but not too light where you wonder if it does anything Leave in spray: smells like a coconut dream ughhhh it smells so good guys and yes i do use a little bit of it in my damp hair to add in more moisture to my ends cause winter is coming and it’s gonna be a wreck. Anyways moisturizes very well doesn’t weigh down my ends at all. Just all around great! 5/5 love love love this set! I got it at dermstore cause it was %20 off and it’s the best thing I’ve done for my hair in awhile. I will buy these when I use them up they are so good!!!

What saved my Hair!
Okay! So a month ago I visited a hair salon for the first time in 4 years for just a consult. It resulted in information I pretty much new but needed a professional opinion. Long story short years of box dye and not a lot of trimming and treating led to 6 inches of damage, bleeding 🩸 hair follicles ( basically my color has been bleeding out for years) and breakage that moved up to the top! All horrible. 😖 My hair was in need of some serious help! WHAT MY STYLIST RECOMMENDED! She sent me home with new clean products and told me not to buy any more box dye... I agreed. R+Co - Super Garden CBD shampoo Gluten-free- Vegan - UV protection - infused with Hemp derived CBD. COST- 36$ Very good clarifying shampoo to rid your hair of all the gunk that has built up with products and such. Smells Amazing! Nice gentle natural clean scent that is slightly minty. It does not smell like ya know....🤗😂 Leaves you with an invigorating clean feeling scalp! The CBD helps soothe scalp dryness, inflammation, helps promote hair growth, and moisturizes the strands. R+Co - Dallas Biotin Thickening Conditioner Paraben free, sulfate free, petroleum and mineral oil free, gluten free, vegan and cruelty free, also with UV protection. Contains biotin to help fight breakage, build volume, and repair the hair follicles. COST- 29$ Has a nice natural scent that is very mild. Super moisturizing. Helps restore damaged hair. Leonor Greyl - Huile de Leonor Greyl COST- 20$ for the very small bottle of oil you see in the picture. Use this oil as a pre-shampoo treatment for dry, over-processed hair. Contains natural UVA/B filters, also can be used to protect your hair from damaging effects of chlorine and salt water. Leonor Greyl - Masque Fleurs de Jasmin Nourishing Hair Mask not in the picture I had samples, this stuff is expensive 😱 65$ for strengthening and shine boosting. WHAT I DID! So I wash my hair about every 2 days. I asked my stylist and she said it depends on the person, my hair gets super gross about every 2 days so yeah. Shampoo my scalp, condition from my ears down to the ends, as recommended by my stylist. Give my hair a cool rinse at the end to close up all the follicles, totally a real thing. As far as treating, I applied the oil to my hair from my ears down, work through with a boar bristle brush to the top of my hair, then I put on my turbine twist and applied a hot towel for 30 minutes. Then I applied the moisture treatment on top of that for ears down and left it wrapped for 20 minutes. Then I washed my hair. I did not rinse the treatments out immediately but got them wet and then shampooed, follow by conditioner. This is what she recommended and it WORKS Y’all!!! It’s pretty pricey for a monthly cost so I plan to find something more budget friendly even though I am happy with results. My hair no longer bleeds! ❤️❤️🤗🤗👏👏 I do get regular cuts now too!

Hmm...
This is my first time ever using products from R+Co and I have to say while I love the scent of both the R+Co - Super Garden CBD shampoo and R+Co - Super Garden CBD Conditioner I’m not sure I see huge results with my hair, then again, I’ve really only been using Head and Shoulders until I got this product recommended to me by my hairdresser. My main issues with my hair is greasiness and thinning. Ive noticed since I started using both products I have a lot less hair fall out, but in terms of oiliness in between washes, that has not diminished. My hair still gets oily, as a matter of fact, it gets oily pretty much the second day after washing using both these products. One thing to note as well is that the shampoo doesn’t get very sudsy, so you definitely need to use a little extra water just to avoid using a large amount of product because they’re expensive AF. Overall I don’t think I would purchase this product again even though I really, really love the scent! It’s in between a earthy, but feminine, mixed with floral vibe, it’s amazing lol but spending almost $40 for shampoo that smells good is a hard no for me.

How I keep my hair color looking great!
Hair maintenance is an overall investment, and you should treat it no different than any other thing you invest in. When you leave a salon you have to remember what was started there needs to be finished with proper product and tactics at home. I wrote up some tips of what I do at home to keep my hair color maintained between trips to the salon. 1. Don't wash your hair so often. I know this is hard to hear for many girls. This wasn't easy for me either. I used to wash my hair everyday, and was sucking the life out of it. I generally wash my hair 1-2 days a week, and invested in a great dry shampoo to help assist with any unwanted odor and oil between washes. I use IGK - Direct Flight Multi-Tasking Matcha Dry Shampoo for my dry shampoo. IGK brand has a variety of dry shampoos which I like and that are based off of oil level instead of one size fits all. They range from light all the way to heavy! 2. When washing your hair use the right products! You just went to the salon and spent $200 on your hair color and cut, and now you are washing it with a $5 shampoo full of sulfites and parabens. You might as well have just flushed your money down the toilet. It's blunt but it's true. Sulfites and parabens are used in a lot of beauty products to help get rid unwanted bacteria and dirt. They do this by opening the cuticle in the hair and not only stripping the moisture but the color that goes with it. Now I am not saying to go buy the most expensive shampoo and conditioner on the market, but I am saying buy one that is trusted by your salon and is going to help keep your hair healthy. You'll also find when minimizing your washes that you'll burn through less product so that higher price point shampoo and conditioner will also last longer. For my blondes, I suggest using a purple-based shampoo and conditioner but remember, not every purple based shampoo and conditioner can be used with every wash! Some of them are more intense with the toner and can actually make your hair purple. Find one that works for every wash. Since I just have highlights and baby lights I simply just invest in a purple conditioner. If you are curious what products I use on my hair I use R+Co - DALLAS Biotin Thickening Shampoo andR+Co - Sunset Blvd Blonde Conditioner . Although I mix and match my shampoos and conditioners, they also come as a pair. I also use OLAPLEX - No. 3 Hair Perfector once a week to help maintain moisture. It seals the cuticles and makes my hair flexible for styling while protecting it! 3. Prime! Use a primer on your hair after washing it. Use one that has a UV protection in it. This helps the hair color stand up to the sun and heat damage. Heat damage causes color to fade so having a barrier there prevents this. I use R+Co - One Prep Spray Not only does it keep my hair color looking fab, it moisturizes, detangles and makes it smell great!

My advice for bleached + colored hair!
I am no stranger to putting my hair through the ringer. I’ve literally done it all to my hair... and I mean shaved it, bleached it, rainbow.. EVERYTHING. One thing I was always stopped and asked was how I kept my hair so soft and healthy with all the bleach and processing. My best tips are pretty manageable, but also a big investment in your hair! >> Bleaching your hair << Go to a professional. Don’t fry your hair off please. It’s really not as simple as just applying bleach to your hair and BAM it’s lighter. NOPE. That’s not how it works. Everyone’s hair lifts different and has its own kind of undertone it will lift to. Some of us can go to platinum pretty quickly, but I could not. It was always an ALL day process for me. Be patient and don’t push your hair too far. It grows back, but do you really want to have to deal with bleach damaged hair? >> hair color! How to maintain it! << Color fades and it either looks cool or you need to get that touch up ASAP. wash your hair less frequently. Skip a few days and use dry shampoo. IGK - First Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo use a color depositing shampoo/ conditioner! My favorite to use is Overtone. I have used the bright colors and the natural brown color from the brand. *WEAR GLOVES WHEN USING! Thank me later lol* OVERTONE - Magenta Coloring Conditioner OVERTONE - Coloring Conditioner try a gloss! It will add shine and color the outside of your hair strands. This will cover up greys as well. #dpHUE - Gloss+ Black[products]#[FiveStars] >> KEEPING YOUR HAIR HEALTHY!!<< It’s really all in the products you use and what heat you put on your hair. Invest in GOOD shampoo. My best recs: davines - Oi Shampoo This shampoo is great for ALL hair types. Adds shine, volume, nourishes and smooths hair. I religiously used this shampoo and conditioner. davines - Nourishing Vegetarian Miracle Conditioner SAVES MY HAIR EVERYTIME! this is an ultra repairing conditioner. It strengthens the hair and adds shine and softness. Basically gives your hair life again. R+Co - Atlantis Moisturizing Shampoo Super moisturizing shampoo with B5 in it! Instant hydration. This really helped my dry hair. This is especially great if you have a lot of heat damage. STOP WITH THE HEAT! let your hair air dry. Blow dryer can add so much more damage. use a scarf and braid your hair to get waves. Throw curlers in over night. simply limit your weekly heat use on your hair. don’t use the highest setting. Your hair doesn’t need 400 degrees to curl. USE HEAT PROTECTANT! make that hair style last honey! Use that dry shampoo instead of starting fresh the next day. use a spray conditioner! KRISTIN ESS - STYLE REVIVING Dry Conditioner Great for next day styling to add extra protection and hydration.

SOFT LUCIOUS HAIR PLEASE
Damaged hair? 🤦🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ YUP that’s me. After a year of bleaching my hair to platinum and random colors, my hair is official DEAD RIP 🥺 BUT fear not because I have found a holy grail shampoo that has slowly restored the shine, gotten rid of frizz, and made my hair so soft and much healthier! R+Co - Atlantis Moisturizing Shampoo This hydrating shampoo has been a big game changer! My dry, frizzy, and damaged hair finally looks soft and shiny. I can run my fingers through my hair and I don’t just throw it up in a bun anymore. I use this product with the R+Co. Palm Springs hair mask for max repairing and hydration. +Vitamin B5 hydrates the hair and adds a beautiful natural sheen. + Prickly pear extract promoters a healthy and balanced pH of the hair/scalp. + Glycerin retains moisture while keeping the water balance of hair. + Nettle Extract adds shine, helps frizz, strengthens hair, and hydrated. + SMELLS SO GOOD + lathers up really nicely + great thick consistency + little goes a long way. + doesn’t make oily hair more greasy. No negatives so far from me! I actually genuinely love this shampoo! Will I repurchase? BIG YES.

Hands down this is my favorite hair spray! A while ago I received R+Co - Outer Space Flexible Hairspray in a Birchbox and fell in love. A few years passed and I decided to revisit this and purchase a full size. Firstly, I love the smell! It doesn’t smell like your typical hairspray. The nozzle sprays out the product very fine and evenly. It’s a very light weight hair spray so it’s perfect to finish off my hair styles without making your hair super crunchy. Plus the packaging is adorable! Honestly, if anyone is looking for a light weight hairspray I do completely recommend this one. I’ve never been disappointed with it.

R&Co High Dive Product Function: To add moisture and shine Product Target Concerns: Dull, dry and damaged hair Texture/Consistency: Thick white cream Thoughts: I received this in an ipsy box and do not really notice a difference in terms of helping out the damage in my hair. I do notice that my hair is a bit shinier. I also feel like this one leaves residue and build up. I do not think this is worth it and will not repurchase. Recommend to others: No, not worth the priceR+Co - High Dive Moisture + Shine Créme

Shine on you crazy diamond 💍

Wasn’t in the market for this product, but a friend sent my way. After all it is a cult classic and so many raves this gives that walking out of hair salon million dollar strut (enter wind machine). I do like this product. Easy to apply (lightweight moisture rub through locks after towel dry hair) and hair does shine. 4 out of 5 since I like it and think it adds shine, but not blown away. The ease to use and fair price point make it a solid purchase. However I would grab a mini if can and explore a few other options to find best game changer for you.

Two R+Co products I’m obsessin
Two R+Co products I’m obsessing over this month. The Centerpiece All-in-one Elixir Spray has done wonders to diminish the level of frizz I used to experience during the days I wear it down. The dry shampoo I use in between regular washes and it helps to eliminate any oil without a powdery feel to the hair. Perfect for refreshing the volume of your curls.
