The best vitamin C serum, for a great price 👆🏻
Give me some of that vitamin C🍊. @timelesshaskin. . . A new favourite in my morning skincare routine! Do you use vitamin C in your skincare routine? - - This serum contains vitamin C; also has Ferulic acid and vitamin E which help stabilize and enhance the function of the vitamin C. - - Benefits of the use of vitamin C in you’re routine: - antioxidant: helping protect from sun damage and air pollution. - helps build collagen. - can help with discolouration and hyperpigmentation. - helps with acne and acne prevention - because vitamin c has strong anti-inflammatory properties. . . My thoughts on the product so far: I really love how it makes my skin feel. The consistency is more watery of a serum which feels refreshing on my face. It is not irritating to my skin at all. I apply 2-3 drops and use my fingertips to massage into my face. I’ve noticed it’s helped with my discolouration around my mouth which I’ve mentioned before I really wanted to try and fix! So I am extremely happy about that. My skin appears to be smoother, radiant and no blemishes since I’ve added it into my skincare routine. I will be testing it out more but I truly have been enjoying it!

Let’s talk Vitamin C 🍊🍊
Okay so everyone knows that Vitamin C is a staple in the dermatology/skin care community (if you don’t you know now). Toted as an anti-aging antioxidant it has been used forever. When picking a product though, do you know what you’re getting? There are many forms of vitamin C. The main two I’m going to compare is it L-Ascorbic Acid and Sodium Ascorblyl Phsosphate. Okay quick grab your Vitamin C serum and look for the vitamin C ingredient they used, then look up the concentration (i.e 10%, 20%) Okay so ASCORBIC ACID, is the most powerful version of vitamin C there is. I’ve seen a lot of articles that say it’s what you need for “effectiveness” but honestly it’s unstable. (There is research suggesting this as well).. with that being said it’s not the worse thing ever, just make sure your product is formulated correctly. When looking for L-ascorbic acid, it’s has to be 8-20% to make it effective and below a 3.5 pH . If you have acne or sensitive skin this also isn’t recommended, it’s toted by dermatologist as the strongest and while that is true it’s not necessarily needed for skin. SODIUM ASCORBLY PHOSPHATE (SAP), it has a salt molecule attached to it allowing it to easily penetrate the skins lipid barrier. It’s not not associated with the irritation caused by L-Ascorbic acid and it’s more stable and allows longer shelf life. Comparing to L-Ascorbic acid it has be said to have a lower “effectiveness” which I find to be highly doubtful based on published medical studies and personal results. When looking for the best Vitamin C product it should be mixed with -Tocopherol (vitamin E) -Ferulic Acid -& Hyaluronic Acid I currently use (Korean beauty)Seoul Ceuticals - 20% Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum and I love it .. i find that sodium ascorbly phosphate (SAP) works better on my current sensitive, acne prone skin. If you’re into something harder such as C E Ferulic by Skinceurtical (which I find EXTREMELY OVERPRICED @ $166) the dupe for that is Dr. Brenner C serum (can be found on amazon for $17.99 & timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum. (Which I have not tried but am tempted to). I also have used and loved Mad Hippie - Vitamin C Serum (SAP) and TruSkin - Vitamin C Serum .. Just make sure to wear sunscreen after this product ☺️

Night Time Skin Routine ✨Details Included✨
This is one of my many skin care routines when I couldn’t get laser resurfacing treatment. DRUNK ELEPHANT - T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Resurfacing Night Serum DRUNK ELEPHANT - A-Passioni Retinol Cream just came in. It’s my first time trying them. They’re strong. It stung my face. It’s normal because it’s a sign that it’s doing it’s job. When SkinCareByHyram recommends The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% for acne prone skin, I made my purchase. It’s gentle, unlike most products for testing acne acne, this one doesn’t sting and it doesn’t dry out our skin. Eric Nam claims CLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly helps with brightening our skin. So I got it. It is hydrating. The orange one has vitamin C (a chemical that brightens skin). It’s gentle. It stung a little on first try because I have sensitive skin, but it doesn’t do that anymore. I also saw on SkinCareByHyram’s channel when he praises ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronized Recovery for probably being the best product Estée Lauder has ever produced. I got it. Before using ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronized Recovery my eyes were having an allergic reaction to another eye serum (I will post about it). My eyes were red, puffy, dry & with unexfoliatable dead skin all over. But this serum completely rehydrated my eyes. • Next day after this ‘hardcore’ resurfacing routine, I had redness and peeling on my face. I used all organic/pure products to avoid irritation. This lasts about 2-3 days. I exfoliate my face once the dead skin dries up (you can use a wet towel or a exfoliating towel). After exfoliation, redness still shows. But my skin was smooth, even, matte, and new. I used timeless SKIN CARE - Hyaluronic Acid 100% Pure (for hydration & to level up the pH level on my skin), HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Spray (to calm/treat redness, irritation & itchiness for my sensitive skin), Refining Serum from Dr’s Secret (100% natural ingredients & it helped speeding up my healing process), REVOLUTION - Copper Peptide Serum (to generate new collegen), 99% Pure Aloe Gel from Aloe Mastercare (for faster healing process), TATA HARPER - Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil With Vitamin A (for hydration), FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration (to moisturize) • Other products in this video are: Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser fresh - Rose Deep Hydration Toner LANEIGE - Special Care Water Sleeping Mask LANEIGE - LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask Neutrogena - Alcohol Free Toner Kiehl's - Powerful-Strength Dark Circle Reducing Vitamin C Eye Serum BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil Briogeo - Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-in Conditioning Spray Briogeo - Don't Despair, Repair! Strength + Moisture Leave-in Mask J.R. WATKINS - Heritage Store Rosewater & Glycerin Spray

💧AFFORDABLE SKINCARE THAT WORKS!💧
Timeless Skin Care is one of my absolute favorite brands because their products are affordable and effective. These two are a staple in my morning routine! 🤍 IMO their popular products are their Vitamin C+E Ferulic (hailed as an extremely affordable dupe for skinceuticals) and their HA serums. timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum timeless SKIN CARE - Hyaluronic Acid 100% Pure ⭐️ I love their other products as well because they utilize the potent peptides Matrixyl 3000 and Matrixyl Synthe 6— both powerful wrinkle fighters. 💧 The spray is new to me and I'm loving it because it smells amazing, the sprayer is great, and it contains Matrixyl 3000 and HA. timeless SKIN CARE - HA Matrixyl 3000™ w/ Orange Spray 🙌 I also love their pure squalane oil bc I'm a squalane STAN. PM Routine for Dry Sensitive Skin 🌙🌵
This is my boyfriend’s PM skincare routine (created by me! 😁). Before we met 3 years ago, he never moisturized or used sunscreen, and washed his face with body wash. 😱 As you can imagine, his skin used to be hella dry and dehydrated, and his skin barrier was damaged. He has very dry, sensitive skin, isn’t acne-prone, and likes simple and quick routines so that he doesn’t have to spend too much time getting ready. 🌙 PM Routine 1. BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original This is a simple and affordable cleansing balm that he uses to remove sunscreen at the end of the day. It doesn’t irritate his eyes or leave an oily film behind. 2. ETUDE - Soon Jung, pH 6.5 Whip Cleanser He’s tried other simple cleansers such as the Cetaphil face wash and the Innisfree Blueberry Cleanser, and all of them have made his face feel tight and dry. This product does not, it is a gentle foaming cleanser that doesn’t make his skin feel stripped. 3. THE inkey LIST - Hyaluronic Acid Serum He uses this product on a damp face to hydrate his skin. My skin is sensitive to hylauronic acid, but my boyfriend doesn’t have any issues with HA serums. 4. ETUDE - Soon Jung, 2x Barrier Intensive Cream This moisturizer has skin repairing ingredients like Madecassoside and is great for his dry skin. It’s a little too occlusive/greasy on me, but his skin absorbs it well. 5. timeless SKIN CARE - Squalane Oil 100% Pure His skin is so dry that moisturizer alone is often not occlusive enough to last throughout the night. To supplement, he pats a few drops of squalane oil into his face as the last step of his routine. He reports that when he uses squalane oil, his face doesn’t feel tight and dry when he wakes up the next morning. Hope this helps those of you with a similar skin type as his! 😊 His AM routine is also posted on my page!

For Facial Oil Lovers: Timeless Squalane Oil 💧
A few months ago, I started learning about the benefits of facial oils and how even oily/acne prone skin can benefit (look up Liah Yoo’s videos on this topic if you want more information). I also learned about the benefits of Squalane, which is supposed to be safe for all skin types. A note about Squalane: I read reviews from people online saying that they experienced some irritation from the Ordinary’s and the Inkey List’s Squalane, which are both derived from olives + a mixture of other undisclosed plants, so I wanted to find a Squalane oil that was 100% derived from olives or sugarcane. In the end I was debating between Biossance’s (derived from sugarcane) and Timeless’ (derived from olives), but the Biossance one was out of stock and also way more expensive—so I went with Timeless 😅 timeless SKIN CARE - Squalane Oil 100% Pure Texture - this product, despite being an oil, is so lightweight. I know Squalane in general is a lighter, drier oil, but I didn’t expect that the texture would be so watery and light. The texture is just a tad thicker than water. Scent - this product is scentless and doesn’t have any synthetic fragrance Application - it comes in a frosted glass bottle with dropper Results - this is where my conflicted opinions come in...at first, I really liked this product! It didn’t make my face feel greasy, nor did it feel heavy. At the time, I was using the Cerave Moisturizing Cream and I would mix 2 drops of squalane into it nightly. However, I got sucked into watching too many product reviews on Youtube and decided to switch from the Cerave to the FAB Ultra Repair Cream because I wanted to try something new/fancier 😂 I was still using Squalane the same way (mixed into my moisturizer at night), and I noticed that I started breaking out in little bumps on my face. I switched back to the Cerave Moisturizing Cream and have been since doing a very minimal, stripped down routine—so I have not been using the Squalane oil and will not be until my acne calms down. Overall thoughts - Despite this, I still am rating this product 5 stars because: 1. It mixes like a dream with a lighter moisturizer like the Krave Beauty Oat So Simple Water Cream. I have written another review on this moisturizer and concluded that it was not occlusive enough for my face (even with the Squalane oil), but I like to apply it on my neck and décolletage mixed with Squalane in the PM. So for me, the FAB Ultra Repair Cream was probably too heavy to be mixing with the squalane. 2. If I’m being honest, I don’t think my skin, which is combo but still on the oily side, needs a facial oil. However, my boyfriend who has super dry skin mixes this squalane oil with his moisturizer every night and his skin loves it. So I’d say it depends on your skin type! This is a very affordable (~$10) squalane and I think people with dry skin or people who know and love facial oils might really enjoy this product!

Comparison of 3 Vitamin C Serums
Almost every morning I use a Vitamin C serum to help protect against environmental damage and help prevent premature signs of aging. In addition to providing antioxidant protection, Vitamin C can also boost collagen production and help fade hyperpigmentation.  I definitely consider it a skincare staple. #timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum Refill🌟🌟🌟🌟 I enjoyed using this serum (which was gifted by the brand). It had barely any smell, applied nicely and it didn’t contribute to excess oil on my skin. This is an affordable serum, and if it works for your skin, then it is an excellent option to get consistent antioxidant protection in short chunks of time. Because this has the shortest shelf life of the three (in terms of what the company states in terms of efficacy). #SKINCEUTICALS - C E Ferulic With 15% L-Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C Serum🌟🌟🌟 The first thing that struck me about this serum was that it had the most potent “hotdog water” smell. Once I got past that, I liked how it applied and absorbed into the skin. If this and Paula’s Choice Resist C15 were the same price, I would choose Skinceuticals because they have done efficacy and stability testing. But since the Paula’s Choice formula is so close to the overall formulation and effects, the products just seem far too similar to the Paula’s Choice Resist C15 for me to justify the cost difference. #PAULA'S CHOICE - Resist C15 Super Booster🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I have purchased this serum twice now. I love how it comes in a smaller bottle (.067 oz) because that means I use it up right about the time that it is starting to oxidize and I never feel like I am wasting product. I will say that I didn’t start to really see an improvement in pigmentation until I started to use it 5 days a week (initially I was using it 3 days a week). This is my favorite serum. It works for me and I love it.  Thanks to @goalstogetglowing for writing inspiration!

Dupe Or Nope? Does the budget option REALLY exist? 🤔🤔
SKINCEUTICALS - C E Ferulic With 15% L-Ascorbic Acid Vitamin C Serum is the best-selling product from SkinCeuticals and  is known as the gold standard of Vitamin C serum. It features 15% vitamin C, 1% vitamin E, and 0.5% ferulic acid. Vitamin E helps increase the anti-oxidant effect of vitamin C and reduce skin irritation, while ferulic acid provides an anti-inflammatory and soothing effect.  There are lots of copy-cat products following its footsteps, attempting to mimic the serums magic powers. timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum Refill is among the most common. Today I gonna explore that do they really DUPE? The timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum Refill is super easy to use. The difference between this serum and the SkinCeuticals serum is the 5% increase in vitamin C concentration, but 15% to 20% concentration actually gives almost the same result. The main reason for increasing the vitamin C concentration is to prevent a weak anti-oxidant effect and a poor balance of its ingredients from reducing the overall effect. However, the irritants have increased as well. Experience: Both have a very runny consistency, although the SkinCeuticals serum is slightly more sticky than that from Timeless. I think the Timeless serum feels better on oily skin. Effect: I always use a lot of serum and use it only in the morning. I essentially finish a 30ml bottle within two months. I have combination-dry skin in winter and combination-oily skin in summer, and neither of these products irritate me. Instead, they offer effective oil control and brighten my complexion. All in all, I think the Timeless serum is actually a good dupe. Combo: I normally use SK-II - Facial Treatment Essence (Pitera Essence) followed up with SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, then add a moisturizing serum, either ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex or Timeless Hyaluronic Acid 100% Pure Serum. I then use theESTĒE LAUDER - Revitalizing Supreme Global Anti-Aging Crème as my facial cream. Last but not least is sunscreen, which is absolutely essential! Reminder: Use only a small amount of vitamin C at first to build up your skin tolerance, then slowly increase the dosage and use it up as soon as possible as it won't work after oxidizing. Have you used any of these products? If not, will you purchase in the future? 😝

I love using both products but I'll DEF buy...👆👆👆
I bought two products recently: Timeless Squalane Oil andHABA - Squalane l. I have normal skin, and I don't have much skin problems. After using both for a while, here is how I felt.  Squalane: The hydrolipidic film is a protective film on the surface of our skin that plays a very important role in protecting and retaining the water of our skin. 12% of its composition is squalene, but squalene is unstable, so it is generally added to skin care products in the form of squalane. Squalane beauty oil is a natural skin moisturizer and skin barrier oil. Ingredients: Both contain 100% squalane, are preservative-free, scent-free, alcohol-free, and mild. Timeline Squalane Oil is extracted from olives while HABA Squalane II first generation was extracted from shark liver but then got changed to being extracted from plants in the HABA Squalane second generation. Feeling: It's a little greasy at first, but it's moisturizing once fully absorbed. It's really suitable for severely dry skin. The Timeline Squalane Oil is more watery than the HABA Squalane II. If you squeeze a drop of both on the back of your hand, you can see that the Timeless Squalane Oil has a more runny consistency and spreads more easily. Instructions: Normally, I'll mix the squalane oil together with a toning lotion before applying them both to my face. You can also mix the squalane oil together with some lotion, facial cream, or body lotion. Issues with dry skin caking can be solved by mixing the squalane oil together with a liquid foundation. Squalane is relatively stable as you can finish it within two years after opening. In conclusion, I love using both products but I'll definitely buy the Timeless Squalane Oil considering its lower price. Everyone should buy according to their own skin condition and purchasing power.

timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitam
timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum This is the old packaging of this product. It is a vitamin c serum with vitamin e and ferulic acid, which is apparently the best companions to vitamin c. This is a very thin serum, almost as thin as water. It has that classic vitamin c serum smell, which people either love or hate. Personally I don’t mind it and would recommend trying this product! I don’t think I’ve been using it long enough to note any significant effects.

Timeless Vit C - best affordable vitamin c!
Timeless Vit C - best affordable vitamin c!
Timeless is the best affordable vitamin c on the market! I’ve tried high end and low end and loved them both. Timeless gives me the results and freshness I’m looking for (I keep it in the fridge!). With the rate at which I go through vitamin c, I prefer an affordable option so I can spend elsewhere in my routine (retinols and actives, serums, etc.). On my fifth bottle or so of this, and plan to continue repurchasing!timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum

1.Neutrogena - Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night Moisturizer There aren't many skin care products that provide visible results within a week (aside from maybe self-tanners). So when I read that 100% of women reported seeing visible results within a week of using Neutrogena's Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night Moisturizer, I was skeptical. That's a pretty bold claim for a product that's available in drugstores, doesn't have botox in it and costs less than $20. Still, I wasn't skeptical enough to not try it in the first place. It's one of the winners of Good Housekeeping's 2019 Beauty Awards, and as long as I have a choice, I'd rather sport cat eyes than crows feet. One of the main ingredients in the night cream is hyaluronic acid. During the day, I use Neutrogena's best-selling hydro boost water gel moisturizer, which also features hyaluronic acid in the formula. Since I've been using the day moisturizer for years, I wasn't too worried about how my skin would react to the powerful ingredient. However, it's important to note that my face did mildly burn and turn red the first few days I used it. At night, I apply a dime-sized portion of the moisturizer to my face and rinse it with water. When I wake up, I look like I spent the day basking in the sun on a boat. I'm naturally pale, so I actually appreciated the color. The burning sensation didn't bother me much either. According to the instructions on the bottle, mild redness and a warm tingling sensation are normal indications that the product is working. For sensitive skin, the company recommends users limit application to every other night until your skin gets used to it. I was able to use it every night for a week with no major discomfort. After night three, I'd say the color and burning sensation mostly went away. I even know of a woman who actually uses this moisturizer day and night with no problems. She says one bottle lasts her about a month. I also love the lightweight feel of the formula. According to the bottle, there are 31 ingredients (but it feels like there are only three). Retinol is one of the key components of the moisturizer and it's also why this product works on fine lines and wrinkles. Retinoids are basically vitamin A in topical form, so they increase collagen production and the rate at which skin cells turnover. They also help fade dark spots and even out skin tone. 2. timeless SKIN CARE - 20% Vitamin C + E Ferulic Acid Serum A crucial player in the production of both collagen and an essential antioxidant is vitamin C which helps with rejuvenating damaged aged skin. However, when taken orally very little reaches the skin. To help combat effects of ageing, a natural vitamin C serum needs to be applied directly to the skin. When used topically, results show vitamin C serum stimulates the formation of collagen while stopping the effects of free radicals, helping people across the globe maintain a firm, youthful looking skin. An older YouTuber recommended Timeless 20% with E and Ferulic Acid and I tried it. It is the best one I have tried. It is water based and so use it quickly and use it not only on your face, but your neck, decollete and on your hands. I store mine wrapped in aluminum foil in a dark place to make it last longer. It looks like water when it is good, but if it turns yellowish, throw it out, as it will do more harm than good. Vitamin C is used on clean dry skin before anything else of a morning. It brightens the skin and is an antioxidant plus a hydrator. You can use any other water based serum over the top if you use others. Remember water based serums first and then moisturizers, sunscreens and oils. What kind of ingredients do you like to use together? Tell me below!

Dupes For SkinCeuticals? The Best B5 Serum Is...🤫🤫🤫
Dupes For SkinCeuticals? The Best B5 Serum Is...🤫🤫🤫
B5 is a great ingredient. B5 helps keep skin soft, smooth and healthy. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect that can help stimulate your skin's healing processes. As a combo skin, I have been using SKINCEUTICALS - Hydrating B5 Gel, but it's more expensive as I always finish a 30ml bottle in just two months if I use it every day and night. So I have always been looking for a cheaper alternative. I bought two common brand products, The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 and Timeless Vitamin B5 Serum. I have been using them for a while and decided to share my experience. Texture: All are transparent and sticky liquidsStickiness: The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 > SkinCeuticals Moisturize Hydrating B5 Gel > Timeless Vitamin B5 Serum Moisturizing effect: SkinCeuticals > The Ordinary > Timeless Absorption: SkinCeuticals > Timeless > The Ordinary Comfort: SkinCeuticals > Timeless > The Ordinary The SkinCeuticals B5 Gel is still irreplaceable as it's the most useful one, but we can buy 7 bottles of The Ordinary Acid and 4 bottles of Timeless Serum for the same price as just one bottle of the SkinCeuticals gel. That's why you get what you pay for. If you are really looking for a replacement for SkinCeuticals, I recommend the Timeless serum as its texture and absorption rate are really close to that of SkinCeuticals. The only difference is that the Timeless serum is not as moisturizing as the SkinCeuticals gel. If your toner contains oil, don't use The Ordinary Acid as it will end up very lumpy. Both the Timeless serum and the SkinCeuticals gel don't have this issue.
