So Do All Cleansing Balms Suck?
Cause this one sure did. I wear very waterproof mascara L'ORÉAL - Unlimited Length and Lift Waterproof Mascara which I have found to be better than any high end brand. So, I really need to work hard to get my face actually clean. I've been double cleansing with oil cleanser for many years. I use BURT’S BEES - Cleansing Oil with Coconut & Argan Oils and it actually does a great job I'm just not really a coconut oil fan. So when I saw all the hype about cleansing Balms I knew I had to try. All this talk of it dissolving your makeup sounded amazing and I was so sold. k beauty is my fav and this Zero cleansing Balm seemed like an easy and popular choice. But unfortunately it does not get my makeup off, it also gave me super cloudy eyes. Like super cloudy, it literally blinds me when I use it. I find even after using a bamboo wipe to try to get the extra off, it's not dissolved enough to get it to glide off. I wonder if I'm not using it right, because it's that bad.
NEW IN: my skin care ritual just got fancy
ULTA had ELEMIS - Pro-Collagen Perfect Partners on sale and I just had to guys. I love Elemis products and have been dying to try these two products. I love cleansing balms. They are the best thing to remove waterproof makeup without stinging and irritating your eyes. Yes, micellar water works as well but I usually use it after to make sure everything is off . This cleansing balm is so luxurious and oh my word the smell is absolutely divine. The balm is based with rose and mimosa waxes and are infused with elderberry, starflower and optimega oils and supercharged with anti-aging algae, padina pavonica— a Mediterranean algae with proven outstanding anti-aging benefits. Some of my favorites are: CLINIQUE - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm (works well but they test on animals) BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original Then I met you - Living Cleansing Balm After cleansing, I follow up with my new favorite retinol alternative ingredient, Baluchiol in ACURE - Radically Rejuvenating Dual Phase Bakuchiol Serum . I use this twice a day before moisturizing for that extra bit of moisture and protection from free radicals. I have to be honest, I have not tried the cream. I’m sure it is divine but I’m currently half way through two creams and it seemed wasteful to open this one... and I wouldn’t really be giving it a good test run if I’m still using the others right!? I will update in a later post. What other cleansing balm should I try? Thank you. Be Kind, Stay Beautiful **Elemis, Banila Co, Then I met you are all 🐰cruelty free.

My first retinol - Tretinoin routine
As part of the @cherie and Apostrophe Save My Skin, I got a consult and month of treatment from Apostrophe. My main skin concerns are beginning signs of aging and some dark spots/age spots (hyperpigmentation) that are beginning to appear. A couple of the dark areas on my face are quite pronounced. The Apostrophe process was super simple. Created my account online, answered some questions about my skin concerns, and uploaded some photos of my face and areas of concern, and chose my Dr. All of my information was reviewed by a Dermatologist who suggested a treatment plan to meet my goals. Less than 2 weeks later I had a box at my doorstep! The box from Apostrophe - Topical Formula included my prescription, a sheet detailing my treatment plan, a postcard, and some stickers. Cute. I was prescribed Tretinoin 0.025% + Niacinamide 4%. I’ve been using Niacinamide for about 2 months now, but this is my first prescription retinol experience. I was directed to apply every other night for 2 weeks, if no irritation, move to every night. In order to lessen the chance of irritation I was also directed to use a light moisturizer before and after, use sunscreen daily, avoid eye and mouth area, discontinue use of any acids, and use a moisturizing cleanser as well as a Vitamin C serum each morning. My retinol / Trentinoin daily routine Evening: If I have makeup on I cleanse using BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Nourishing or ELEMIS - Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm which I also use as a mask of my skin is super irritated. Apply pea size amount of Tretonin + Niacinamide cream over face and half that amount to neck Moisturize with THE inkey LIST - Peptide Moisturizer Apply BITE - Agave+ Nightime Duo to lips, generic castor oil to brows with a spoolie, and PETER THOMAS ROTH - Lashes to Die for Turbo Nighttime Eyelash Treatment lash serum to my lashes Morning: Cleanse using BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Nourishing or ELEMIS - Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm Apply SUNDAY RILEY - C.E.O. Rapid Flash Brightening Serum all over face and neck Use The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG under eyes Then rose hip oil on areas that feel especially dry or are peel Since it’s only been a couple weeks I will probably end up refining this routine, I’ve noticed dryness mostly around my mouth and nostrils. Highly recommend the Apostrophe process so far! 💙
Starting my Accutane Journey 😬
Hey guys! So today I am starting Accutane. I decided to post my current acne pictures so that I can document my progress through the process. I’ve had acne, in different degrees of severity, for about 7 years. I have painful, cystic acne along with whiteheads. Also, I have never picked my skin, yet I am still almost always left with scars. I have been prescribed every topical product under the sun along with other oral medications. Nothing ever worked. I’ve also tried many different skin care products without success. I only ever have acne on my cheeks and jaw. I will only get a pimple or two on my nose, forehead, etc maybe once or twice a a year. My cheeks are where my acne is concentrated and where it is the worst. I have extremely dry, dehydrated skin that is pretty sensitive. I’m quite concerned how my skin will be on Accutane since it dries out your skin a lot. I don’t think my skin can get much drier 😅 I’m going to post my current skincare routine so I can see if and how it changes throughout Accutane: A.M. 1. Rinse face with water 2.I either go in with The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Squalane or BIODERMA - Hydrabio Sérum 3. Moisturize with Cetaphil - Deep Hydration Healthy Glow Daily Cream OR FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer P.M. 1. Remove makeup using BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Nourishing 2.I’m going to switch out my CeraVe - Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser for the CeraVe - Hydrating Cream-To-Foam Cleanser 3. Tone with BIODERMA - Hydrabio Tonique 4. Again, either going in wirh the Squalane or Bioderma serum listed above. Occasionally I’ll use hyaluronic acid. 5. Then I’ll moisturize with either the FAB moisturizer listed above or the CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream 6. Cetaphil - Hydrating Eye Gel-Cream I use various masks once or twice a week as well. Also, I use a chemical exfoliator once a week. This routine keeps me super hydrated currently so I’m hoping it will continue to do so. Is my skincare routine sufficient for Accutane? Any suggestions or warnings 😅 P.S. Sorry that some of the pictures are cropped weird. I use a skincare app and just took screenshots from the app!

altered PM routine for sensitive & dry skin
The temperatures dropped below 70 this weekend and my sensitive, dry skin started freaking out! So I revamped my routine to cater to my skin’s reaction to the cooler weather. My skin has been responding really well to the changes so far. More smoothness and less flakiness for sure! ACURE - Seriously Soothing Cleansing Cream COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% CeraVe - Moisturizing Cream For Normal To Dry Skin The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane we’re already part of my routine and then I subbed in DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil which is a great first cleanser but also kind of smells like olive oil... I’m also using BANILA CO - Dear Hydration Toner which is new my routine. I was previously using THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner which I tried due to all the hype but I’m also concerned that it’s an astringent that adding to my dry skin problem. I’m no the only one whose skin becomes drier in colder weather right?! Have you used any of these products before? What do you think about them?
My Korean Skincare Routine for Acne!!
SATURDAY SKIN - RISE + SHINE Purifying Cleanser AROMATICA - Rose Absolute First Serum MIZON - Snail Recovery Gel Cream BANILA CO - Dear Hydration Toner I was on accutane for 4 months in 2019, and I thought I found the cure for my acne. Unfortunately, I started breaking out again in February of 2020. My breakouts went back and forth, but either way they left me with more PIE (Post Inflammatory Erythema aka those RED/PINK marks leftover from acne) My skin was also insanely dry and painful!! Any face wash I used just burned and irritated my skin even more! I didn’t have a consistent skincare routine, so I turned to peachandlily.com to look for a Korean skincare routine that’s also cruelty free. I think I found my new go to routine! It’s pretty simple, but after only 2 weeks I am satisfied with the products so far. Of course they don’t create miracles, but I don’t have any current breakouts (which I’m surprised my skin didn’t purge), my skin is MUCH more hydrated, and I feel as though my PIE looks slightly lighter! I started with the Saturday Skin Rise + Shine Purifying Cleanser, then use the Banila Co Dear Hydration toner to help with my acne, follow it with the Aromatica Rose Absolute First Serum, and finish it off with the Mizon Snail Recovery Gel! The Saturday Skin cleanser surprisingly leaves my skin moisturized! The Banila Co toner has peppermint extract to help calm acne. The Aromatica serum has niacinamide which is supposed to help calm acne and fade both PIE and hyperpigmentation. The Snail Recovery Gel has snail mucin to help calm acne and also moisturize with anti-aging effects! Overall I’m very satisfied with this new routine, and I will update in a month to see how my skin is doing!

Winter skin need a more moisturizing cleanser?
Mine does! I still haven’t found my holy grail everyday cleanser, but I have started using more actives and acids in my routine so my already dry skin really needs moisture anywhere I can get it! I picked up this BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Revitalizing from Ulta the other day hoping the change from the foaming cleanser I was using to a balm would help my dryness. It did! I love it! The cleansing balm doesn’t leave my face tight, it has a fresh slightly fruity scent, you can rinse it my emulsifying with water or just wipe it off. One of the really cool features about this brand: the product comes with a way for you to verify that it’s authentic. So no more wondering if that product you bought off Amazon is authentic!
🌹🌹Rosewater cleansing gel 🌹🌹🌹

Morning and night routine - suggestions?
Here is my AM and PM routine. My issues are mostly large pores and blackheads. I feel like my morning routine is missing something. We are trying for baby #2 soon so Retinoids and salicylic acids are out. Morning: CeraVe - Hydrating Facial CleanserI actually just started using this cleanser. Before this I was using Neutrogena - Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser which I really liked, but the CeraVe had been recommended by so many I thought I would try it. pixi - Rose Tonic I like this toner. Not sure it is doing a whole lot for me. Thinking about trying fresh - Rose Deep Hydration Tonernext. The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% I really want to love this product and I am hoping with continued use I will see more results. I’m thinking of using this once a day instead of twice a day and maybe replacing it with something else. Maybe a vitamin C? CeraVe - Eye Repair Cream this has been working great on my dark puffy eyes. The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA I’ve been using this for a few weeks. It is okay. I don’t love the way it feels on my skin and will likely go back to Neutrogena - Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel Moisturizer which I feel like was better for my skin. Sunscreens: I use CeraVe - Face Sheer Tint Hydrating Sunscreen SPF 30 on days when I am just at home. Unfortunately it does contain Salicylate which have been shown in animal studies to cause birth defects. So I will be discontinuing. MAYBELLINE - Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-In-1 Skin Perfector SPF 30 I use this during the week as a foundation because I have to wear a mask for a good portion of the day and it provides enough coverage without being too heavy. bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 PM routine: Same as above accept I double cleanse with BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Marble Edition 2-3 times a week at night I use The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% I have only been using this for a few weeks, but it is one of the few products you can use for acne during pregnancy. 2x a week I use The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution My skin feels great after I use this. I have noticed much of a change yet. But I am hoping I will over time. 1x a week I use The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution My skin feels amazing after I use this. Unfortunately once we are pregnant I will have to stop using this one. Products I am planning to add: pmd - Clean Smart Facial Cleansing Deviceand pmd - Personal Microderm. These are both arriving in my Fall Welcome Causebox and I cannot wait to add them in! I’ll be able to continue to use both of these once we are pregnant and have heard great things about their effects on large pores.
Makeup remover: OIL or CREAM texture?
ABOUT ME：Combination dry skin，Acne Prone skin. Oil in my T-zone. ERNO LASZLO - Phelityl Pre-Cleansing Oil ERNO LASSO pre-cleansing oil is sold for $40 of 200ml. Light yellow oil. It cannot be treated as makeup remover or cleanser. It is pre-cleansing oil. What does this mean? ✨How to use: Before washing your face, apply it on your skin, then directly apply the cleanser. This product is for matching their main product, black soap. Official suggests us to use pre-cleansing oil firstly, then using the black soap. But I never tried this combination. I changed the black soap to my common cleanser. The effect is also great!I usually treat it as a massage oil for my face before cleaning. 🤔Why we need this? For example, summer is so hot and the temperature of our skin is hotter, while the winter has a low temperature and our face is relatively dry. So product can help us adjust the balance of skin temperature and condition. Be honest, when I first used it, I thought it was the worst cleansing oil I have ever used. I squeezed an appropriate amount of cleansing oil on the face with dry hands and dry face. Wash off with water after the massage. The result is still a layer of oil on my face. But now, I learned this product cannot be used as a cleanser. BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Marble Edition The other one comes from Korean, BANILA ZERO, 100ml for $20. Their prices are totally the same. Differ from the simple packaging of Erno lasso, banila zero is looked more cute, always in a pink package. The texture is white cream with low liquidity. In general, cream texture is more oil than others. But this one gives me a surprising feeling. ✨How to use: Massage on your face by circular direction by using your dry hands on your dry skin. If you feel your feel has become clean, wet your hands then massaging continuously. Under this way, the paste can be emulsified into cream. I always use cleanser again after this product. Both products, same size, same using way, same price. However, I prefer BANILA CO. Every time when I use it, I can feel more comfortable and cleaning! Actually, oil texture is always my last option.
J-Beauty Cleanser PK K-Beauty Cleanser
Kanebo - freeplus Mild Soap Ingredients: fragrance-free, colorless, no paraben preservatives, UV absorbers, alcohol and mineral oils. I seldom buy Japanese facial cleanser. This is my first one bought from Amazon. This is an amino acid cleanser. It has no taste and is very mild to use. The foam is abundant with high cleaning ability. The surface of our skin is weak acid, and the weak acidity of amino acid cleanser is close to the PH value of our skin. So it is more gentle to use without any stimulation. Amino acids are the base materials to constituent protein. It also maintains skin's elasticity and moisture. In order to improve the cleanness and degreasing ability, traditional facial cleanser has added highly alkaline surfactant, foaming agent and soap base. Due to the weak acid of human skin, it will irritate the skin if we use them for a long period. But the amino acid cleanser’s ingredient is not stable, as the weather changes may appear granule. BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Foam Cleanser This Banila Co facial cleanser is the sample I got when I bought BANILA’s Makeup Remover. The price is similar to Freeplus. Daily creams and sunscreens can be washed clean. A little dry after washing, not recommended in winter. It belongs to soap base cleanser. This kind of cleanser’s PH value is relatively high. Most of them give you a taut-feeling after being used. Conclude, 1. Freeplus has higher cost performance. 2. If you are sensitive skin, I recommend you to use freeplus. 3. If you like dry and taut-feeling, banila is better option.
This foam cleanser by Clean It Zero is simply fabulous. I love that it’s such a smooth and sensitive formula. It’s creamy but turns foamy when you lather it up with your hands. I love that it’s nothing too harsh for the skin and that it doesn’t have a overpowering scent either. I love that this brand is such a simple yet effective skincare brand and for only $14, this foam cleanser is on the more affordable side of awesome skincare. BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Foam Cleanser
Do you like double cleaning ?
I’ve been using 2 different cleansing balms and I’m telling you that using a double cleanser in your evening routine is a must. I absolutely love how my skin feels after I use it and it’s such a game changer to your skincare. I bought the Banila Co cleansing balm from Ulta for $15 (I had a 20% off coupon) and the Versed cleansing balm from Target for $7.99. I love these both and highly recommend for anyone looking to start double cleansing into their skincare routine. BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Purity VERSED - DAY DISSOLVE Cleansing Balm
Banila Co Clean It Zero Purity ⠀⠀⠀ ☘️Description: Award-winning skin friendly, hypoallergenic sorbet-like lightweight cleanser that goes on as a solid balm and transforms into a silky oil while effortlessly dissolving even tenacious makeup & impurities without stripping the skin. Recommended for sensitive skin. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☘️My Thoughts: Been using this for few months now. I actually had a bit of mixed feelings with this at first. Maybe because I don’t really like the scent. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I personally love balm type for my 1st cleanser. So I do really love the texture of this balm cleanser, its easy to apply on skin and it dissolved and cleansed my skin so well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This Clean it Zero Purity make my skin feel clean, fresh, didn’t make me breakouts, gentle on my skin, and a bit soothing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I do prefer the balm cleanser instead of oil or micellar water honestly, because I feel that my skin love them more and they feel gentle and don’t irritate my skin at all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And I started to love this balm Banila Co Purity after few months of using this -because while my skin suddenly acting up being so sensitive and dry, this one feel so soothing and calming to my skin. Banila Co is really good with their balm cleansers! Can’t wait to try out the new formulated and packaging. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☘️Conclusion: No breakout, clean, fresh, and soothing. And great for sensitive skin!

Amazingly Effective Makeup Removing Balm
BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Purifying I’ve been on the hunt to find the perfect cleansing balm for the first step of my double cleanse process and this one is definitely in the running for 1st place! The texture is more of a firm waxy feeling when it’s first scooped out, but turns into a luscious creamy, smooth balm when warmed up in hands before applying to the face. This removes ALL of my makeup ( two mascaras, Stila eye liner, full eyeshadow, and foundation/concealer/setting powder) in one go and then rinses off easily and completely. My skin is fairly oily and I find that cleansing balms work much better for me than cleansing oils when it comes to not leaving a film on my skin. This balm reminds me of the Clinique take the day of cleansing balm, but this one has a sweet fragrance to it which I enjoy, but others may not. Also, this balm has quite a few added ingredients like centella asiatica extract, licorice root extract, and aloe. Have you tried this one out or any of the other Banila cleansing balms? What are your thoughts?
Battle of the Oil Cleansers 🔥🥇🥈🥉
So you know the deal, if you wear sunscreen (which we all do, RIGHT 👀) then you need to be double cleansing at night to get rid of buildup and clean your skin. Since I’ve started double cleansing, my skin has really been more receptive to my nighttime treatments, serums and moisturizers because there isn’t an oily film preventing absorption. Fair warning when I started oil cleansing I went through a 2-3 week purging period where my skin broke out from all the gunk being pulled out. These are my top 3 cleansers for step 1 of double cleansing, let me know what your favs are! VERA BOTANICS - VERA BOTANICS Oil Cleanser and Makeup Remover I love love love this oil cleanser, it is super light weight and emulsifys so nicely! It only has 4 ingredients and takes off a days makeup like a charm. Because it is so light, I find myself using way less than normal oil cleansers because it spreads easily. This product is only 9-12 dollars, depending which vendor you are buying from and when. One bottle will last me about 2 months cleansing 1x a day! BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Purifying This is a cult fav, so I had to try it. While I really appreciate the easy emulsification, the initial application feels a bit weird to me and has the consistency of hardened coconut oil that you have to melt. While I really like this one for removing heavy makeup, I don’t run to it when just double cleansing off sunscreen for the day. DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil Ahhh a classic and popular pick, its true DHC is that girl! Easy, classic, olive oil based for all skin types, and no fragrance. I like DHC, it has all the whistle and bells for a great oil cleanser, however I only have this size thanks to Costco and wince at the normal price. I would recommend DHC for more sensitive/dry skin types because this is the creme de la creme of oil cleansers and is one of the OG legit formulations.

Hi girlies, this is my 8 step day time skin care routine, and this is the order i apply them too💗 1⭐️I wash my face with the PCA skin - Creamy Cleanser and omg I absolutely love this cleanser, it is great if you have dry skin because after washing your face feels so hydrated and you dont have that dry feeling like your skin is gonna rip off anytime lol! 2⭐️After that i apply my HERITAGE STORE - Rosewater Spray toner and i gently tap it in until it feels tacky, and hydrated, 3⭐️after that i apply my NEOGENLAB - Real Rerment Micro Essence which is an hydrating essence thats so hydrating i love how moisturized i feel, and it also helps to brighten my skin. 4⭐️After my essence i like applying my vitamin C from hyper - Hyper Clear Brightening Clearing Vitamin C Serum right after my toner directly onto my skin and gently tap everything in. This vitamin C is absolutely amazing, it helped me with my hyperpigmentation tremendously. It is for sensitive skin, i never experienced no redness or burning from it. 5⭐️After vitamin C I apply The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 for some more hydration and after that i apply my PAULA'S CHOICE - Daily Pore-Refining Treatment with 2% BHA which is a chemical exfoliator, its in liquid form and guys YOU NEED THIS! I cant barely see my pores & i had HUGE pores! This is a staple in my day routine! 6⭐️After exfoliator i apply my NEOGENLAB - Real Ferment Micro Serum this serum is so good, leaves my skin plump and soft, It is formulated with Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin B5, as well as active ingredients like panthenol and collagen to help reinforce skin elasticity. It is non-greasy but hydrating, improves oil-water balance, and fortifies skin barrier for a healthy and radiant complexion!! 7⭐️Next step I apply my moisturizer from BANILA CO - Dear Hydration Moisture Boosting Cream and its so hydrating and i love how my skin feels after, not greasy but hydrated. 8⭐️The last step of courseee its SPF THANK YOU FARMER - Sun Project Water Sun Cream and guys this sunscreen is AMAZING leaves me feeling hydrated and it gives me this amazing glow 😍 and thats it, thats whats been working for me during the day & of course with clearing the hyperpigmentation around my mouth area. I hope this helps 💗 ill be posting my night routine soon! Lmk if you like more of these posts 😊
banilaco I dipped into the Purple " Purity" Cleansing Balm lastnite after wearing makeup all day yesterday, and I was really able to put it to the test.. Needless to say, it did not fail me. . This balm literally banished my makeup in an instant. I was shocked by how quickly & easily it removed it all. My face felt nice & clean afterwards, even a little nourished. I'm looking forward to using this one more, as well as the original cleansing balm and seeing which one. After cleansing, toning, essence, serum, ( you know, all that good stuff..) I used the Dear Hydration Boosting Cream and I absolutely loved it! Dare I say it reminds me of the Tatcha Water Cream?! It feels like silk on the skin, and absorbs so nicely, leaving the perfect amount of hydration. No doubt this cream would be incredible when used in place of a primer before makeup. I'll definitely be trying that out next time I'm wearing some! I think I'll try out the Dear Hydration sleeping mask tonight and see what it's all about. Definitely been enjoying these products from Banila Co, and I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts with you later down the road once I've had a chance to really gain some insight on them.
Why is honey so popular in skincare?
🍯Honey might be this year’s most popular skincare ingredient! But why? Honey has really amazing natural benefits: antibacterial and antimicrobial - good for acne prone skin antioxidants - good for anti-aging, protecting the skin from environmental stressors, and healing skin propolis - strong healing properties, can be helpful for after acne care, incredibly moisturizing My favorite way to incorporate honey is in serums, like the Banila co. Mr. Honey ampoule, or masks, like the Farmacy Honey Potion. I also love the smell of honey and use hair and body products with honey for the scent as well as moisturizing effects. #cheriepartner

This cult favorite oil cleanser just got an upgrade — new packaging and formula + now comes in two sizes (the original size of 100mL and a jumbo-sized version of 180mL) This product has a pH level of 6.1. The mineral oils from the previous formulation has been replaced with natural ester oil, the BHT is gone and vitamin E acitate (which is skin friendly!) is in it’s place. Has a scent that is naturally derived from green tea to provide a fresh rose scent. The texture is smoother than ever with a higher melting point.

Current skincare products ✨
Just wanted to share a few products that have been working really well for me to keep my skin clear, glowing, and hydrating. By the way the reason it says my "dark spots" are so high is because it's counting my freckles :( The toner I am using is BANILA CO - Dear Hydration Toner It is so light and really hydrates my skin. I find that whenever I use it my skin is much softer and much more dewy. EDIT- this has denatured alcohol as the 4th ingredient so I stopped using it. As a night cream I use ANDALOU NATURALS - 1000 Roses, Heavenly Night Cream for Sensitive If you were to pick any night cream, this one is AMAZING. It is so hydrating but light, and it soaks in quickly. Pairs great with the toner. For cleanser I use the basis - Sensitive Skin Bar It is so good. Not only does it get everything off, it also moisturizers and doesn't strip the skin of necessary natural oils. It's the best cleanser I've ever used. As a face mask that I use every 2 weeks, I use FACETORY - All About Balance Box for Combination Skin Masks. They are so hydrating and clear my skin right up!!! The only reason I give them 4 stars is because peel off face masks are not good for the planet. Tip: save the extra serum inside the mask package to put on your skin ! In the daytime I use ANDALOU NATURALS - Facial Lotion, 1000 Roses, Daily Shade, SPF 18, Sensitive . It’s so hydrating and soaks in easily, but never clogs my pores ! I love the SPF it has, too. In my eye area, I always use OLE HENRIKSEN - Total Truth Eye Creme SPF 15 The skin absorbs the amount of this product needed, you only need a little bit. It's not greasy. I will say it takes about 15 minutes to fully absorb, but it's worth it because it helps brighten your under eye area and leaves your eye area and brow bone smooth and healthy. It's very gentle and unscented as well. As my SPF, I am a huge fan of SKINCEUTICALS - Physical UV Defense Sunscreen SPF 30 It protects my skin very, very well and wears great under makeup. The price point is higher, but this is such a high quality sunscreen that it's 100% worth it. For acne, I use Neutrogena - On-the-Spot Acne Treatment Which works well on acne and is a pretty basic benzol peroxide treatment. For my lips, I use sun bum - Mineral Sunscreen Lip Balm SPF 30 If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. It keeps my lips moisturized and protected for hours after I apply it. I take this EVERYWHERE. If you made it down here, thanks for reading ! ! ly <3
ANDALOU NATURALS- 1000 Roses, Heavenly Night Cream for Sensitive
This is amazing at removing makeup!😆
This is a great Balm oil! This really does a great job removing Makeup and sunscreen! And it’s not expensive! At Ulta it’s only $15 dollars you can also get this on their website and amazon! A few ingredients that I really like that are in this balm oil is Lithospermum erythrorhizon Which is a great Skin-soothing agent! It also has Antioxidants and it’s has plant extracts! It does have fragrance but it’s not bothersome in a wash of treat since your only leaving it on your skin for 30-60 seconds.🌸 BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original
BANILA CO-Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original
Come, get the inside scoop. Banila Co I've been using their Pink (original) cleansing balm on a daily basis and I absolutely love it. It's a sherbet-like texture that melts into an oil when applied to the skin. And it does a great job at "melting away" my sunscreen/makeup without stripping my skin or stinging my eyes. It also doesn't break me out, which is a huge plus, given my acne-prone skin. What is the difference between each one, you ask? See below. 💗 Original - for Normal Skin 💙 Purifying - for Sensitive Skin 💛 Nourishing - for Dry Skin 💚 Revitalizing - for Oily/Combo Skin
BANILA CO-Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original
Amazing Eye/Lip/Face Makeup Remover!
The Banila Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm is my very favorite way to remove my eye/lip/face makeup. It is a 3-in-1 balm that transforms from a balm to an oil as you massage on your face & is meant to remove every single trace of your makeup (even waterproof mascara!) This formula is meant for any skin type - it’s hypoallergenic and made without parabens, sulfates or phalates. They describe the texture as sherbet like and I would completely agree - you can sort of see from my photo but it’s also nearly empty because I can’t stop using it! Overall, I’m really pleased with this cleansing balm for two reasons - first of all, it takes off ALL of my makeup. There is never an ounce of eyeliner, mascara or liquid lipstick left on my face when I use this. Second, it doesn’t irritate my eyes at all and I have really dry and sensitive eyes. Because of that I have tried so many cleaning balms only to give them up because they make my eyes red, watery or even worse ... my vision blurry. Not this baby! It also leaves my skin feeling clean but not stripped or dry which is another complaint of other balms I’ve tried. It’s also super affordable - $19 at Ulta and with daily use this has lasted me over 3 months (you really don’t need much). I would definitely recommend this balm if you are interested...plus they offer 3 other formulations (purifying, nourishing, revitalizing) BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original

K-beauty cult fave✨
I started double cleansing few months ago, and the clean ir zero balms are amazing! Great texture, melts easily on your skin and no greasy feeling after using it so it easier to wash off in the second cleanse My friends gave mi this set and I use the original one first because I was use to it and that amount of travel size was enough for 3-4 nights, now I’ll jump in the purifying one K-beauty is amazing because it has a great price and works perfectly for me They have a set of the 4 types pf balms, I’m eyeing that for this holidays BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original
