Underrated Holy Grail Hydrators 💧
I have combination skin that is super sensitive on my face and body. I find I get regular dryness on my lips, body and cheeks so hydrating my skin is really important for me, especially now that I’m back working and showering twice a day because of it. Here are my favorites that are super underrated! ☀️ Brazilian Kiss by Sol de Janeiro $18 for .21 oz I found this when I was still using Lippe by DE and this stuck out because it’s the same price but has twice the amount of product. I purchased it to try it out and it’s been my favorite ever since. This is basically like a big gorgeous chapstick. The smell reminds me of sugar cookies, probably because among lots of hydrating oils it also contains butter. I’ve gone through 3-4 of these already and I’m not looking back! 🌹 Rose + Glow by Leah Skin ~$32 for 1 oz This oil every time I use it reminds me why it’s so great. Not only do I see quick results in terms of fading my red acne marks on my face but overall it hydrates gorgeously and brightens my skin. I also love supporting small businesses and this brand knows what they’re doing. Some key ingredients are squalane, Vitamin C and oils. This is a stable form of Vitamin C that can be mixed with other forms of that vitamin and even retinol. I also adore squalane for its anti-aging and oil control properties and for helping eczema and acne. The texture of this is a little thick but doesn’t feel that way on the skin at all. It’s smooth on application and goes on clear. *won in a giveaway by a skincare blogger 💕Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm by Aēsop $30 for 2.6 oz This is the best hand lotion EVER. Nothing makes my skin feel as soft and smell as gorgeously of citrus. Definitely holy grail status. Key ingredients here are Mandarin Rind, Rosemary Leaf, Cedar Atlas. This doesn’t feel greasy at all and absorbs quickly while still maintaining hand hydration. This comes in two sizes, 2.6 and a massive 17 oz for the big big fans who just can’t get enough. I can definitely see why! 💦 Lots of washing means lots of hydration. How do you keep your skin moisturized? Must-Have Products From Aesop!💖💖
I have combination, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. I want to share some Aesop products that I've used recently and found useful. First is the renowned Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Facial Toner. I normally use half a dropper of it and rub it between my palms before pressing it onto my face. It has a light plant scent, and a slightly thick but runny enough consistency. It leaves my skin with a radiant glow but a little sticky as well, which, fortunately, vanishes after a while. I read online that some suggested not following it up with a facial cream, but I think it either way is fine. Facial cream can be easily absorbed, but without it, your skin won't feel dry either. I will consider repurchasing this product since it's a reasonable price. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel It has a thick honey-like texture and you'll need to emulsify it by gently rubbing it between your palms until it's warm before applying it. Wait a few seconds for it to be absorbed. It really leaves me with smoother skin and reduces my acne. In conclusion, it doesn't offer the best user experience, but it does offer great results. Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque This is an acne-fighting clay mask which offers great results. It's herbal scented, has a soft and smooth texture, and it reduced my acne significantly in just a short time, so I will repurchase it. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Toner I wanted to buy the Aesop B & Tea Balancing Toner, but when the beauty advisor saw the acne on my face, she recommended me the In Two Minds Facial Toner instead which is suitable for oily, acne-prone skin. It has a light yellow-brown texture and its main ingredients are witch hazel, nicotinamide, and chamomile flower. My T-zone gets oily easily in summer and I find it does a good job at controlling the skin's water-oil balance. Aesop - Parsley Seed Facial Cleanser It gently resurfaces your skin with lactic acid, so it's quite useful for my acne-prone skin. It lathers wells and doesn't leave the skin feeling tight. Aesop - Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm It has a fragrant citrus smell and it's doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. It's absorbed easily and leaves a matte finish.

Best Aesop products for this Summer
It’s that time of the year again and our skin knows it, humid weather and hot temperatures affect our skin’s appearance and sadly, not always for the better. That’s why we need to change our skin care routine to an appropriate one that can keep up with this weather. Today I will talk about a very popular brand which you may have heard of before, Aesop. And also, some of their fan-favorite products that are ideal for this season. Aesop is an Australian cosmetic brand established in 1987, and it’s been quite popular for the last years thanks to its approach to skincare beauty in which they fusion traditional Botanics extracted from natural herbs and science. They have become a very popular brands not only because of the high quality of their products, but also because of the packaging’s design and their whole philosophy behind it. Their containers have a minimalistic style, are fully recyclable, thinking of the environmental impact first. Another reason why customers love shopping this brand is because of how unique their stores are. There aren’t 2 Aesop stores that look alike! I didn’t believe it at first until I did some research and looked at pictures online of different locations. Their philosophy of achieving harmony goes truly beyond their products and it can be seen just by the aesthetic, art and architecture in their stores. When you visit a store, it’s like a sensorial experience in a way, not to mention a perfect Instagrammable spot for nice pictures. Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel Because of sun exposure our skin can look and feel more dry than usual. That’s why this balancing gel is great moisturizer option thanks to its ingredients like antioxidants, vitamin B and vitamin C. It is completely safe for all types of skin including sensitive and acne-prone skins. It has a very thick texture, almost like honey but surprisingly is absorbed really quickly by the skin. It doesn’t leave the area sticky and instead leaves it fully hydrated with a matte finish, which is a plus! So if you suffer from oily skin it will control that extra shiny and big pores that many people struggle to get rid of. Many customers have also mentioned that it made acne scars appear lighter over time. Another great plus that makes this gel a Summer ally is that it works wonders as a quick cure for sunburns. Simply apply it every morning after doing your regular face cleansing routine. Like we mentioned, its consistency is quite thick so make sure to apply small amounts at a time and spread it evenly throughout your cheeks, chin, neck, and forehead. Aesop - Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste Once your face is getting enough hydration thanks to the balancing gel we just mentioned, it’s time to take care of the outer layer of our skin and do something about the dead cells that tend to increase for some people, especially those with dry skin and combination skin. Nothing helps more than a proper exfoliation with the right ingredients. This paste will do the job! It’s boosted with botanicals like Rosemary leaf and Rosehip that will make sure your skin is soothed. This cream formula is boosted with a very unique ingredient that is rarely seen in other products; I’m talking about quartz! You read it correctly, this paste is enhanced by extremely tiny quartz that will remove any dead skin and impurities and lactic acid will leave it smooth and soft, so it’s not an aggressive exfoliation.  To apply it simply put some paste on your palm and massage your face and areas you want without applying too much pressure, after a few seconds just rise the remaining cream with lukewarm water. Your skin will look revitalized and like new ready for this Summer!

Meh Toner, Won’t buy again, anybody want it?
Long time lover of Aesop. But not this toner. It really doesn’t do much for my skin and leaves my face feeling a bit dry. Cons: • witch hazel • not moisturizing, but leaves my skin feeling dry • don’t feeling balanced after using lol Pros: • cute bottle for decoration, perhaps stick a piece of flower in there Aesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner

4 Aesop Facial Toners, The Best One Is🤔🤔🤔
I finished using my previous toner last month, so I bought this Aesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner. Aesop features four types of facial toners. Aesop - Bitter Orange Astringent Toner is suitable for oily skin. It's absorbed easily and doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. Aesop B & Tea Balancing Toner is suitable for normal skin. It's more moisturizing compared with the Bitter Orange Astringent Toner. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Toneris especially suitable for acne-prone skin. Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Facial Toner offers the best moisturizing and antioxidant effects. I have combination-dry skin and I liked the Bitter Orange Astringent Toner more at first, but it's not moisturizing enough for me, so I switched to using the B & Tea Balancing Toner. Aesop products are alcohol-free, chemical additive-free and fragrance-free, so they're safe for pregnant women and those with sensitive skin to use. All of Aesop's ingredients are natural plant extracts, so they smell a little strange. I didn't like the green tea scent of the B & Tea Balancing Toner at first but I got used to it after a while. The overall user experience is great as it has a refreshing texture, absorbs easily and doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky, while still being moisturizing and nourishing at the same time. Overall rating:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Experience:🌟🌟🌟🌟 Moisturizing effect:🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's just right for dry skin, but those with oily skin might find it more suitable for fall and winter. Results:🌟🌟🌟🌟

My New Routine With Aesop And Lancome! Is It Effective?🤔🤔
I wash my face with only water in the morning, omitting the facial cleanser. I have combo skin. 1) Aesop - B & Tea Balancing Toner It has a light yellow, slightly sticky texture and a pleasant tea scent. It's refreshing, easily absorbed, and it doesn't leave you with sticky skin. However, I found its effects to be just average, so I won't repurchase this product. I will finish this bottle though. 2) LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum It contains alcohol and has a strong smell of alcohol as well, but it's easily absorbed and refreshing. When I use it during my morning skincare routine, it doesn't leave me with sticky skin and none of my follow-up skincare products ball up. My enlarged pores improved after a few bottles, so I will continue to repurchase it. 3) LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Eye Cream This is my first bottle and I've already finished half of it. It's more moisturizing compared with ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex Synchronized Recovery. It's also absorbed quickly around the eyes, so there's absolutely no need to worry about milia! I will continue using it although it doesn't really improve my dark circles. 4)Aesop - Mandarin Facial Hydrating Cream It has a pleasant citrus scent and a moisturizing texture that doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy. It doesn't need to be emulsified before it's applied but I like to gently rub it between my warm palms before pressing it onto my skin for better absorption. It comes in such a big bottle, so I might not repurchase it because I'd like to try some new facial creams. Since we're talking about Aesop, I'd also like to talk about Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel. It's more expensive and it claims to minimize enlarged pores. It has a thick, gel-like texture and is sticky when applied, but after using it, I really woke up with minimized pores. However, it's really too sticky, so I don't use it a lot and didn't manage to finish it in the 9 months after opening it, and now it has expired. Therefore, I will definitely not repurchase it.

💙The Game Changer💙 Perfect Match for Oily Skin!!
Those with oily skin are always after skin with a matte-finished effect. Aesop's Aesop - Mandarin Facial Hydrating Cream and Aesop - Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum can achieve that effect instantly. I have combination-oily skin and Aesop is the best brand that I've ever used since I started using skincare products. Aesop's most popular product is its Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum, but it's not very suitable for oily skin. The beauty assistant recommended me their Aesop - Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum. It has a gluey texture and runny consistency. If you directly apply the serum in your face, you will find it terribley sticky! The correct way of using it is to emulsify it between your palms then press it onto your skin. It's absorbed quickly and is not greasy. It offers amazing oil control that lasts the whole day. I don't like the smell personally, but I don't think its a big problem as it works well on oily skin. Aesop - Mandarin Facial Hydrating Cream feels refreshing on the skin and it's not sticky, yet it is super hydrating. My skin flakes easily in winter when it's not well hydrated and it's especially obvious after applying foundation. After using this facial cream, my skin no longer flakes or peels. Pairing and using them together offers great a moisturizing effect and oil control, making this combo extremely suitable for oily skin. Aesop's products are plant-based, so keep an eye on the expiration date.

Recommended Face Scrubs by Aesop
With a cult global following, Aesop is an antioxidant, plant-based botanical skin and body care brand. I  love how the Australian brand takes a holistic approach to skincare, and its aromatic formulations definitely helps me keep a mindful and balanced lifestyle, especially in unique times that we are in today.   For my combination skin, exfoliation and face scrubs are particularly important in my skincare routine. Two of my favorite scrubs are from the Aesop line.   In a beautiful minimalist tube packaging, the Aesop - Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste is a cream-based cleansing formulation enhanced with fine quartz and lactic acid to slough away dead skin cells and soften the skin. It is suitable for my combination skin, especially on my cheeks which can feel extra dry on certain days.   The fine quartz particles in the formula may seem larger than usual scrubs but it is super effective to detoxifying the skin cells effectively yet gently at the same time. Its herbaceous, floral, earthy fragrance relaxes me immediately, and helps me wind down at the end of the day. To use: dispense into palm then massage gently over face and neck, applying minimal pressure. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.   The second scrub I recommend from the brand is theAesop - Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque. The Parsley Seed range of products is my absolute favorite for my combination/ dry skin, especially during harsh winters. The scrub is a clay-based formulation that affords my skin a deep cleanse, it is yet gentle and nourishing at the same time thanks to aloe vera and botanical extracts in the formula. Unlike the exfoliant paste which I can use more frequently, the stronger cleansing masque is suitable for use twice weekly only. To use: apply a layer to freshly cleansed and exfoliated skin. Leave for up to fifteen minutes, then rinse off wth warm water. The distinct scent is something I look forward to as well.

I Didn't Know It's Such A Great Product Untill I Used It Correctly
Aesop is a well-known organic skincare brand from Australia which is reassuring to use. It also has a pleasant scent. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Toner is a new product which has a light brown liquid texture and smells really pleasant. It's better to pour it onto a cotton pad then gently wipe it across the skin. Here's the most important part! This is already my second bottle of Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum and I only just realized that I've been using it wrong. I used to apply it without first emulsifying it, so it wasn't easily absorbed and left the skin really sticky. Emulsifying the toner means rubbing it between your palms, but be careful not to touch it with your fingertips as it gets easily absorbed by them. Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum is not as effective as other antioxidant serums. It's mostly just moisturizing and reassuring to use, suitable for even sensitive skin, so I will repurchase this product.

Ordinary use!
I’ve been using this product on the morning and afternoon for the past week... I can already see the results!! The Ordinary - Salicylic Acid 2% Solution Although it made my face itch and burn a little the first time I used it, I got used to it pretty quick! Face care routine: 1. I wash my face with TRADER JOE'S - Oatmeal & Honey Soap or use a regular dove (original) bar soap. 2. After rinsing and drying my face, I apply TRADER JOE'S - Rose Water Facial Toner which has a delicious scent and its fun to spray it in your face! 🤪 then I dry it with a cotton ball. 3. I apply The Ordinary - Salicylic Acid 2% Solution when my face is totally dry. (Two little drops are good for my face and neck). Put it in your hand before applying. 4. We finalice with Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Hydrator two little pumps are good for me. Although this product doesn’t have the best smell, it hydrates my face completely! And lasts forever! ❤️ My face is still making progress but I am thankful that at least is cooperating! I’m not an expert but someone who tries to express the beginning of their journey. THANKS FOR READING!! 😍❤️

Aesop Face Moisturizers for Summer Hydration
I love summer. The heat and long day light hours make me feel alive, and I embrace sweaty skin with open arms. However, the thick, rich face creams that helped me survive all winter may need to make way for summer lightweight moisturizers so that my skin can breathe more easily.   For my combination skin, Aesop has some effective face creams that are hydrating yet not too oily at the same time. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Hydrator is a lightweight moisturizer that rapidly absorbs into my skin with a matte finish, leaving my skin soft, smooth, and hydrated. I love using this for my morning routine as it is silky light for another layer of sunscreen. Containing witch hazel, sandalwood, andiroba seed, it also smells natural , woody, and herbaceous which is a point I adore about Aesop products. I love products with witch hazel as it helps with so much – from tightening pores to firming the skin thanks to its astringent nature. On sweatier days, it also helps to balance and manage oil, especially on my oilier T-zone.   I also love Aesop’s Aesop - B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel – a lightly hydrating treatment that delivers potent doses of Vitamins B and C (like its name promised) and antioxidant fortification. Formulated to balance, replenish and soften skin, it always leaves my skin feeling nourished and cooled with an nice matte finish. I always lean towards this cream when I travel home to Southeast Asia as it is hot and humid all year round. The concentrated gel is recommended for use nightly – or when in need of a vitamin boost during the day. To use: warm between palms before spreading across freshly cleansed and toned face and neck, massaging gently until absorbed. It feels rich and enriching on the face and smells fresh and floral.

The Lightweight Serums You Should Be Using This Summer
Aesop - Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum Some serums are very greasy to use in summer. It makes the t-zone feel uncomfortable and oily after applying. Finding a lightweight serum can make skin calm and comfortable. I would like to recommend Aesop’s Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum to people whose skin feels oily in hot climates. The formulation uses the natural base of Aloe vera and it also contains ylang-ylang.  It is suitable for combination and sensitive skin to use in summer or warm climates. The texture is lightweight, silky and skin can absorb it easily. It makes my skin feel hydrated but not heavy. the scent smells natural and nice.  I have a combination, sensitive skin. My t-zone is oily and the rest of my face is dry and easy to have breakouts.  In the humid summer, I found it is the best serum that can keep my face smooth and keep hydrated with a light finish. It is a good base to have underneath my make-up.   The provides hydration and relieves irritated skin. I really enjoy this serum. The aloe vera base makes it very easy and comfortable to apply. Use only a little bit goes a long way, leaves the skin nice and soft. In conclusion, it is a wonderful lightweight serum to use in summer. I will definitely recommend this to my friends who have oily skin or the weather is hot. It can be used at night before sleeping and let it sink into the skin. The next day I can feel the skin is soft, clean, clear, and hydrated. However, if you have very dry skin or you stay in a dry place, I don't think this one hydrating enough. I will recommend some heavier serums.  In conclusion,  It is a great product for people who have combination skin or stay in hot, humid climates. It can provide hydration without clogging the pores or stains

Once you try this brand, you will love it...💘
Aesop's brand was founded in 1987, and it has become more and more popular in recent years. The brand's products are mainly focused on skin, hair and body care, relying on plant-based and laboratory-made ingredients to win consumers' attention. Different from other brands, Aesop rarely advertises, and it relies more on the reputation of users. On the other hand, it has many unique shops and experienced consultants tailor-made recommended products for consumers. In the past two months, due to the seasonal change and frequent business trips, my skin condition was very bad, which led to enlarged pores and acne outbreaks. What I need is a product that could moisturize and mildly improve skin condition. Aesop - Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum100ml/$60  And Aesop's Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum just met all my needs. This is a face serum with a super-light, watery texture, which is very suitable for oily, sensitive and blemish-prone skin types. After my friend recommended it, I bought it and used it. I found that this facial essence has a high moisture content, but it absorbs well and has no greasy skin feeling. Lightweight Facial Hydrating Serum packaging is Aesop's signature brown glass flacon, which can effectively prevent the product from being degraded by UV rays. After opening the lid, I would smell a little citrus, which gives people a fresh feeling. The product seems oily at first, but once it touches the skin, it was absorbed so quickly that I don't even feel the thing. So far has been very calming to my sensitive skin, hasn't broken me out and has soothes the redness. After using it for a period of time, my skin condition has been greatly improved, and my acne has been reduced. This depends to a great extent on the comforting powers of Aloe Vera. On the other hand, active botanical extracts of Ylang Ylang and Panthenol work to balance and regulate excess sebum production. What's your thoughts of this brand and its products?

Aēsop Parsley Seed Antioxidant Serum Review
[PRODUCT REVIEW] Serum Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum What You Need to Know: Cruelty free Fragrance free (doesn’t mean it doesn’t have a scent) Vegan Contains oils My Personal Experience: I’m so biased about this product I just love it so much and I don’t know why. 😅 The packaging is beautiful glass bottle with a dropper. It smells so so so great in my opinion. Aēsop describes it as herbaceous, floral and fresh. It is just light and pleasant. The texture is a medium weight serum. I usually mix 3 drops into my moisturizer both AM and PM. My partner sometimes uses it as a day time moisturizer and it’s been no irritation nor dehydration. I know it’s just an antioxidant serum with soothing properties. The first ingredient on the list is aloe leaf juice not water, which makes this serum a bit sticky. Aēsop claims it will dry down to a matte finish, but I don’t know if I just use too much, it doesn’t really feel matte on my face, that’s why I like to mix it with my moisturizer. And another thing is the dropper once fell out of the lid. I was able to put it back but I feel like I should mention it’s not the best quality of packaging. It is quite expensive, but not really outrageous for a high end brand. $75 for 100ml (3.4oz). Usually a high end serum can cost over $30 for 1oz anyways. I just enjoy the experience of using this product a lot so I think it’s worth it. There are definitely definitely more affordable antioxidants out there that work equally well. Final Tip: Antioxidants in skincare help fight free radicals produced in our bodies as a reaction to environmental and other pressures. They help slow or prevent cell damage, which is very important for anti-aging purposes. 🦄

Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum is not as effective as other antioxidant serums. It's mostly just moisturizing and reassuring to use, suitable for even sensitive skin, so I will repurchase this product.

Oily skin? You can't miss this facial cleanser⭐⭐⭐
My skin is really oily and my daily skin care totally relies on this series to control oil! Aesop's In Two Minds series is launched in the last two years, and they are skincare products that specializes in combination skin and oily skin for summer use. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Cleanser Texture: At that time I bought a In Two Minds set, and the cleanser was a little vial of 100ML. At home, I poured it into a large vial with pressed mercury and it was already used up, so I took pic with the these left over. As shown in the figure: It's a gelatinous, yellowish liquid. For gelatinous cleansers, the froth is already very dense!! Using experience: I have oily and sensitive skin. I think this Aesop’s In Two Minds cleanser is not the one with strongest cleaning power, but it is extremely mild and so I’ll give it a B+ for cleaning strength! I usually use it in the morning. The cleanser in the morning only cleans the skin residue from last night, so it doesn't need to be too strong. Compared with other cleanser of this brand, this product won’t produce much foam but nly moderately bubbling. So people who like foam should choose carefully. Generally speaking, this one is more inclined to acne skin with oil. This is because the product contains salicylic acid, an essential ingredient in acne treatment, as a chemical exfoliator. In addition, it also includes the witch hazel extract to remove excess oil. Sage and rosemary essential oils help kill bacteria and inflammation. Also, the product contains a small amount of vitamin E, which helps to moisturize the skin and fight oxidation. I really love it and will rebuy it! Let me know your thoughts in the comments👇

💖💖 Life changing routine!!! Must Have for Oily Skin in Summer!!🌞🌞
I have combination-oily, sensitive skin and I've always used this set for my morning oil-control skincare routine, which can last for about four months. Highly recommend it to thoes with oily skin. Summer is coming! Prepare your oily skin for the shining summer!!! 🌞🌞🌞 Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Cleanser It's a light yellow gel-based formulation that lathers up a rich and dense foam. It's very gentle but cleanses well and leaves my skin clean and refreshed without being tight. It's especially suitable for summer use. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Toner It has a light yellow, water-like texture with a very runny consistency. It's super refreshing and is easily absorbed by the skin. This series focuses on oil control. After applying this toner, I will apply an oil-based moisturizing essence and a serum. This type of oil control toner helps subsequent skincare products to be absorbed more effectively. Aesop - In Two Minds Facial Hydrator It's also a light yellow color. It spreads easily, is absorbed easily, exceptionally moisturizing, comfortable on the skin and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. It's not suitable for dry skin as it's not hydrating enough. A minor drawback of this hydrator is that it balls up when it's used with certain serums.

Aesop VS Grown Alchemist
Aesop VS Grown Alchemist
Let’s start with Aesop on the left first. The Aesop purifying facial exfoliant paste was what I thought the best physical exfoliant... until, yup, Grown Alchemist Polishing facial exfoliate, pink grapefruit glucomannan extract. It’s just fantastic. But I will add consistency, smell, performance and my pros and cons on each to let you decide. Aesop - Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste It’s pricey but it is a well formulated, all natural, green, clean and earth conscious made product. None of the icky stuff. Consistency: It is a drier paste compared to GA. It is a heavier paste which is strange for me and you will know why in the GA part. The grains are fine quartz which are really tiny and but quite grainy, not in a bad walnuty way anyways (I see you Kylie lol). Spreads fairly easily and even though it’s heavier as mentioned before it comes out quite liquidy. I know it doesn’t make sense but it will soon. Smell: The smell is pretty oceanic, almost like standing on a pier but slightly fishy and herbal, which I like and don’t ask me why. Performance: Feels good on the skin, I would not recommend it for sensitive skins but anything else would be fine. The fine quartz does take dead skin cells off but it you can miss some spots with it being a paste; Just make sure you spread it well and evenly. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖VS➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ GROWN ALCHEMIST - Polishing Facial Exfoliant Consistency: It’s like a fluffy paste. This is why I say the Aesop one is more thick as this one is thicker when you see it coming out of the tube and start rubbing it on your face but it quickly changes into a light, airy, almost mousse like feeling and it even disappears into your skin whereas the Aesop one doesn’t, it actually spreads quite a lot. The GA is more gentle since the paste is more mousse/creamy like. Smell: definitely fresh, like duh, it has grapefruit Jen, 😂! It’s a great “wake me up” or “I wanna be + feel super clean and fresh” type of product. Also a very herbal, again, one word: frrresshhhh. Performance: This product is way gentler and has tiny particles that manually exfoliate. It is recommended for all skin types even neck and chest and I AGREE. This product like the Aesop one, also contains Lactic Acid, which is a chemical exfoliant if you’re wondering as this is one of the ingredients that draw me to the Aesop exfoliant. Looking at the ingredients list I saw that the first ingredient is Aloe vera plant extract, which I assume is what makes it more hydrating and gives it that softness. This also contains Glucomannan (Konjac root), which has brightening effects and it’s very popular in Asia. And yes it does remove my dead skin cells and brightens as well. Overall: Both products are good and do exactly what they say they will do but I prefer GA as it is a tad more hydrating, has a lot of beneficial ingredients and it can be used as a mask as well, not to mention the beautiful natural energetic smell

This wonderful product by aesop is initially made for travelling, however i use it more for anxiety. I’ve used this product for YEARS as a perfume, it’s not made for that, it doesn’t last very long on the skin, the oily consistency absorbs almost straight away. but it’s still a wonderful essential to carry with you, it’s small enough for a purse, and it’s easy to use on a train, bathroom touch up, etc. The reason this has helped to calm my nerves is because the oils, like ginger root, lavender and geranium, work together to create an earthy scent that brings my headspace back down to reality and ultimately soothes me. The price point is a little hard to swallow, with $33 for 10ml, which doesn’t last long unfortunately. but if you’re like me, and like to use the senses, like smell, to ground you- i would highly recommend this roll on formula. Foundation Battle! Bobbi Brown VS. Estée Lauder
Foundation Battle! Bobbi Brown VS. Estée Lauder
I have combination skin with an oily T-zone and dry cheeks, which become especially dry in winter. I am pretty satisfied with both of these liquid foundations. 💖💖They're both moisturizing and can be easily blended using a beauty blender. Estée Lauder Futurist Aqua Brilliance lasts longer and stays on the whole day. It is a life-saver for people with dry skin. I'll mix it with a drop of Aesop - Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Serum if I still find it a bit dry so that it's more moisturizing. 💓💓 BOBBI BROWN - Intensive Skin Serum Foundation SPF 40 on the other hand, is lighter and makes my face look naturally moisturized. For the same reason, it doesn't conceal well nor does it last long, so proper pre and post-makeup is crucial. 💦💦

Non-Drying Hand Sanitizer 🧼
Non-Drying Hand Sanitizer 🧼
Hand sanitizer has been number one on alot of people's lists with everything going on right now! I have ezcema on my hand so I'm super picky when it comes to the right one for me! It needs to do its job, but also can't leave my hands dry. The Aesop No Rinse Hand Wash is one of my favorites because it is actually moisturizing! With regular use it doesn't dry out my hands and smells great too. This travel size retails for $10 which doesn't break the bank, and they offer a much larger size for $47 which could be used to refill this mini! I plan to repurchase the larger size when it's back in stock!

Hyped cream which barely hydrated my skin
Hyped cream which barely hydrated my skin
Product claims: A rich blend of nourishing nut oils, skin softening ingredients and geranium leaf and citrus extracts to provide exceptional hydration Product target concerns: Medium-weight cream for supple, soft and hydrated skin My experience: I had high expectations for this cream because everyone raves about Aesop body balms. But it was a very meh product for me. I honestly didn’t feel any hydration from applying this and I found myself reaching for it again and again because my hands still felt so dry. I don’t think it’s any better than an average drugstore moisturizer. It does smell good and the packaging feels luxe but I won’t spend $37 on something which barely moisturized my skin. Do I recommend this to others? No, I don’t think it’s hydrating enough and there are better luxury creams in the market Price: $37 for 120 ml/ 4.05 oz.
