Inspired by Caroline Hirons
Happy New Year! In December I read Caroline Hiron’s book “Skincare a No NonSense Guide”. See earlier post for a review (I definitely recommend the read!). In her book she lays out the basics for creating a skincare routine. I am 35 with dry, normal skin. My concerns are preventing fine lines & wrinkles, dullness, dark circles, and hyperpigmentation. Here’s her basics for an AM Routine: 1. Cleanse A recent trend has been that you don’t need to wash your face in the morning. Instead you should look for a gentle cleanser. She also suggests staying away from foaming cleanser (these contain Sulfates) CLINIQUE - CLINIQUE Liquid Facial Soap I bought this Jumbo Clinique Facial Soap on sale in the summer and I’m still slowly working through it. It is gentle. However, after starting my clean skincare journey I found it has sulfates (second ingredient), TEA, and PEGs. I will swap for a “clean” soap when I finish it. (See my clean skincare posts for more info) 2. Exfoliate Caroline recommends using toners to exfoliate. Buy two acids a gentler and a stronger and rotate them. I’ve learned I like serums better for exfoliating, but I have started rotating two Pixi toners (see post for longer review) pixi - Glow Tonic pixi - Milky Tonic 3. Spray Mist She suggests to look for a mist with glyercin or hyalonic acid or rose water. Or use a hydrating toner I’ve been using The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 for this step. A very affordable hyaluronic acid that won an Allure Beauty Award. Do you use a facial mist? What do you recommend? 4. Eye cream Many people say eye cream should be after serums & moisturizer, but says it should be first to act as a barrier for the eye area. The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG See my previous post for full review. I’ve been using this to target my dark circles, but haven’t noticed much difference. 5. Serums / oils This step is where you should target your concerns (i.e., hyperpigmentation). I love Vitamin C serum for the AM. VERSED - STROKE OF BRILLIANCE Brightening Serum This is a great drugstore Vitamin C serum. I’ve noticed my skin is brighter and more radiant! See earlier post for more info. 6. Moisturize CLINIQUE - Moisture Surge Hydrating Lotion I got this as a reward from Clinique and really like it for a daytime moisturizer. If you are a fan of their Moisture Surge line you will like this. It leaves my skin feeling very hydrated. With this concentrate you use less and it absorbs easily quicker. But from a “clean” beauty perspective it contains dyes. 7. SPF And finally always SPF. ICLINIQUE - Moisture Surge Sheertint Hydrator Broad Spectrum SPF 25 This is a great BB cream with SPF, light coverage, and moisturizing This routine leaves me feeling great even without putting on anymore make-up

Pixi Toner Review
I recently picked up this Pixi toner pack from Shoppers Drug Mart. I’d heard good reviews of the Pixi Glow Tonic but wanted to also get a hydrating toner, so that I could alternate based on how my skin was feeling or if I would using any other acids in my routine that day. This multipack retails for $30CAD but was on sale for $22.49. If you live in Canada, Shoppers is also great because you can take advantage of 20x the PC points days which give you 30% back in points! The pack includes 40ml of the Glow Tonic, 40ml Milky Tonic, and 40ml of the Retinol Tonic. The 100ml bottles sell for $20, so this pack on sale is a little bit of a deal. What are you opinions on toners? I’m starting to feel it is an extra step in my routine that I could cut out. pixi - Glow Tonic This is an alcohol free toner that has 5% glycolic acid. It accelerates cell renewal to reveal brighter, glowing skin. It also includes ginseng for circulation, aloe vera to sooth and hydrate, and witch hazel. It is gentle enough to use daily. It has less than 1% fragrance (this is Sephora’s standard to be allowed for their Clean seal). However, I find the fragrance strong and unnecessary. It has a soft floral scent that I find out of place for the toner. I would rate this 3.5 stars if I could. I like the ingredient list. I haven’t noticed any irritation. I’m not a fan of the fragrance, and haven’t seen any noticeable improvements in glow, nothing compared to a Vitamin C serum or lactic acid serum pixi - Milky Tonic This is a calming and hydrating toner that is infused with oat extract to soothe. It also includes chamomile, jojoba seed extract, hyaluronic acid, lipids, and lots of fruit extracts . It is alcohol and paraben free. I don’t see fragrance listed on the ingredients but it has the same soft floral scent of the Glow Tonic. It also has PEGs. I would also give this one 3.5 stars for the same reasons as the Glow Tonic. pixi - Retinol Tonic I haven’t tried this toner yet, as Im breastfeeding, so staying away from retinol. I’ll save it for later. I wouldn’t have bought this toner as a standalone, because even when I start to use retinol I would use it as a serum or cream and I would invest in a good science based brand. This toner has time release retinol and antioxidants. It has peptides, hyaluronic acid, jasmine, and rosemary. It is paraben free, but it contains PEGs. It can used twice daily, so I’m sure very little retinol. Overall, Pixi has a good selection of toners, but I wasn’t blown away. And if you don’t like fragranced skincare I would suggest avoiding. I don’t think I’ll repurchase.

Put on some eye gels and say ahhh
✨ Pixi Eye Patches! ✨⁣ ⁣ Yet another purchase due to Kathleen Jennings, my hero & savior. This is my third jar of these, and I highly recommend storing them in the fridge for bonus cooling & de-puffing. I love the way they feel on, especially after a long day of Zoom calls. I don’t know that I’ve seen major differences in my under eye appearance, but I really like how they feel to wear! I usually keep them on for at least 30min. I also put some of the extra serum on my upper eyelids for depuffing there.⁣ ⁣ 60 patches (30 pairs) for $24 is a great deal, so I’ll likely continue to repurchase!

👀 GOOD MOLECULES - EYE .... DONT KNOW 👀
I’m back to give you my thoughts on the GOOD MOLECULES - Caffeine Energizing Hydrogel Eye Patches As I’ve said before, I really think eye patches are more for self pampering than anything else. Which I honestly have no problem with, the experience is relaxing and gratifying enough for me that I’m not driven by getting shocking results. I really prefer to buy them in these big containers because I think the single use packs are create so much garbage, it’s simply to wasteful for me to enjoy. I love that these patches have lots of serum, and come with a little spoon the remove them from the jar. They serum is chocked full of great ingredients like Niacinamide, Caffeine, Aloe Leaf Juice and Green Tea Extract. The sensation is cooling and soothing, I do feel like my eyes are less puffy after I use these. The one negative with these is I find you have to rinse the serum off your face after or it pills up. I find it weird that it doesn’t all soak into your face.. idk. You definitely have to be careful that you have rinsed all the serum off if you are applying makeup after using these or else your face with honestly be pill city lol. I might try the pixi - DetoxifEYEpatches next, do any of you have a great eye patch reco?

Love this light hydrating mist
Pixi is a great cruelty free brand that focuses on ethical products. Pixi has a large line with a variety of products, however I have found it is hit and miss about whether the products work for me. Price: Pixi products are wildly available in Canada and costs $20 for 1.7 oz Texture: A very light mist that settles well into my skin and boosts my skins hydration on those extra dry days. Effectiveness: This product contains oats which I find to be very soothing and hydrating. It also contains hyaluronic acids which is a great humectant. pixi - Hydrating Milky Mist I really enjoy this mist as it provides an extra layer of hydration.

SKINCARE: NIGHT ROUTINE BASICS!
Finally part two of my skin care basics! A lot of the steps are the same but I do have different products in those places. Let's get into it.... 1) MAKEUP REMOVER: this step is essential after a long day, look at this like double cleansing so they scheduled the service layer off before your cleanser goes in to get a deeper clean. my product: CLINIQUE - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm 2) CLEANSER: cleansing helps to get rid of dead skin, pollutants, oils, dirt, and bacteria in general but many dermatologists & estheticians recommend that you should wash your face first thing in the morning so that you can prepare your skin for any other products that go on top of it. my product: CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser 3) EYE CREAM: the eye area is a super fragile, sensitive part of the face so your best bet is to apply your eye cream right away. to allow for maximum moisturization, apply first and pat around the area GENTLY! also in the AM, eye cream can help tighten and depuff the eyes. my product: BURT’S BEES - Sensitive Eye Cream 4) TONER/ESSENCE/MIST: this step can help to prime your skin to absorb active ingredients, do you research on whether you should be using a toner or an essence. shameless plug, one of my first posts is about the difference between toners and tonics, check that out for help. my products: pixi - Collagen Tonic pixi - Hydrating Milky Mist 5) SERUM(S): this stuff delivers the bulk of active ingredients to your freshly primed face! if you apply serums over thicker formulas (moisturizers, etc.) they may not penetrate as well. serums DIFFER from day to night. be sure to choose ingredients that are SAFE for the time of day you're using them. (i.e. retinol should be used AT night, vitamin c during the day) my product: PACIfICA - Dream Shot Beauty Sleep Booster Serum 6) RETINOL: as stated above right now is best used at night! i use a retinol alternative. check out my dedicated post on bakuchiol vs. retinol! my product: ACURE - Radically Rejuvenating Dual Phase Bakuchiol Serum 7) MOISTURIZER: think of this as a way to seal in everything you just did! look for hyaluronic acid & other ingredients that lock in moisture. my products: CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream CLARISMA - Cali Dreaming Cream Daily Moisturizer 8) SPOT TREATMENT: only if necessary, you should be applying spot treatment on active breakouts both morning & night to accelerate the healing process. my product: JĀSON - JĀSON Tea Tree Oil 9) FACE OIL: i have a special post also on what face oils can do for oily skin! they help trap moisture in your skin & as a protective barrier. think of it like skin care topcoat. my product: ACURE - Seriously Soothing Blue Tansy Night Oil Thanks for reading! ❤️

My go to makeup products for almost every look
e.l.f. - e.l.f. Contour Palette MORPHE - Glamabronze Face & Body Bronzer NYX - Holographic Halo Finishing Powder L'ORÉAL - Hydra Perfecte Perfecting Loose Face Powder I don’t really have a con for elf and morphe products, but I do have a con for the NYX Halo powder and the L’ORÉAL face powder. For the nyx halo powder, since it’s a highlighter it does leave behind some behind when you remove it and it gets everywhere when you apply as well. And the L’Oréal face powder it’s a good setting powder, but it does have a small amount of flashback. tarte - Shape Tape Stay Spray Vegan Setting Spray pixi - Glow Mist Milk MAKEUP - Hydro Grip Primer I love all three products. The hydro grip primer hype is really and I didn’t believe it until I started using it. Charlotte Tilbury - Magic Foundation Flawless Long-Lasting Coverage SPF15 COLOURPOP - No Filter Matte Concealer tarte - Shape Tape Concealer All these products are good, the Charlotte Tilbury foundation is medium coverage and it is buildable and it’s one of the best formulations I’ve tried so far. The Colourpop and tarte concealer are very amazing concealer. They both are high coverage concealers, but they do cake up/crease easily so you got to set it real good to not have it move around. JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS - Thirsty Eyeshadow Palette the Balm cosmetics - Alternative Rock Vol. 1 -- Face Palette #Lunarskies Cosmetics - Eyeshadow palettes[products]#[FiveStars] I do like Jeffree’s formula even though he has done handful of things, but the pigment and formula is there in all of his products. The Balm Eyeshadow and Face palette is my go to for the natural everyday glam look. Let me tell you something about Lunarskies Cosmetics eyeshadow palettes. They are the best small cosmetics business I have tried and invested my money in and their palettes are to die for. JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS - Velour Liquid Lipstick JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS - JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS The Gloss DOSE OF COLORS - Two Moods Lipstick Duo COLOURPOP - Big Box of Lippie Stix COLOURPOP - Lippie Pencil I love all these products, but my only issue, and it’s a thing with all matte liquid lipsticks, is that they are slightly drying, but you can easily fix that with some lip balm before hand. COLOURPOP - Colour Outside the Eyeliner Kit COLOURPOP - Limited Edition Star Crossed Colours Crème Gel Liner Vault Beauty Creations - 3D Silk Lashes tarte - Maneater Mascara thrive causemetics - Liquid Lash Extensions Mascara™ I don’t have an issue with these products. I love them all.

do you use a setting spray?
setting spray is another one of those products that I didn’t use to understand. I thought makeup on its own was fine—no need for things like primer or setting products. luckily I’ve learned the benefits of setting sprays, and since glowy skin is the thing at the moment, I’ve been loving this pixi - Glow Mist . The main ingredients in this mist are olive oil, propolis extract, and niacinamide. It also contains aloe extract, rose oil, lavender oil, avocado oil, evening primrose oil, and jojoba oil. In other words, this is a very moisturizing and soothing mist. Pixi claims that this mist gives a glow to complexion, as well as hydrates, protects, and nourishes. It also claims to set makeup after application and refresh makeup when used throughout the day. I really enjoy this mist as a setting spray after applying my makeup. The mist is super fine and I haven’t had any issues with the packaging. It has a light and pleasant scent, and it leaves my skin feeling very nourished and looking outright luminescent. You know how sometimes your base makeup takes a little while to “settle” on your skin, especially in dry areas? This mist seems to help speed up that process and makes my makeup look settled and natural right away. It’s also $15 for 2.7 oz, which is a very reasonable price. I can’t do my makeup without it now! Does anyone else have a favorite setting spray, or do you go without? #CheriePartner

a setting spray and eyeliner duo to kill for
hello! this is both a “daily look” post as well as me screaming praise for 2 products used here. 1) NYX - Epic Ink Liner in Brown what a product! it goes on nice, is super pigmented and pretty, comes off with just a little friction and micelles water but doesn’t budge unless you want it to! i get no flaking or extreme fading. at the end of the night my eyeliner (after sweating in that hot NY weather) was still perfectly in tact. however, another product was at play keeping me flawless. And for 9 dollars, it’s more than worth it’s cost. 2) MORPHE - Mini Continuous Setting Mist Saweet Peach oh my GOD. I finished putting my makeup on at 9:00am and by 12:15am it was still all almost perfectly in tact minus some oily eyelids. i’ve never been so blown away by a setting spray. smells great, works great, wonderful investment. and for 10 bucks? you simply cannot go wrong. love love love.

🧴simple skincare for normal/combination skin🧴
hi loves! this is my first post on cherie so i decided to share my daily routine for the past few weeks and how these products have changed my skin! note: i exfoliate once a week with either Avène - Gentle Scrub or ST. Ives - EVEN AND BRIGHT PINK LEMON AND MANDARIN ORANGE SCRUB depending on the texture of my skin. products in order of use: VICHY - Pureté Thermale Mineral Micellar Water for Sensitive Skin my experience: i like this product. it leaves my skin clean but not feeling tight. my only complaint is it struggles to take off waterproof makeup. overall, i would rate it 4 out of 5. disclaimer: it does have perfume in it! pixi - Glow Tonic To-Go Pads my experience: several people recommended this to me to help with enlargened and clogged pores, and i am so happy i bought it. i’ve noticed immediate results; my pores are visibly smaller and the bumps on my chin are shrinking. i haven’t experienced any severe irritation from it. i give it 5 out of 5 stars and will continue using it! disclaimer: it has AHAs in it so be careful if you have sensitive skin! VICHY - Minéral 89 Face Serum my experience: i have been sporadically using this serum for the past few months but only recently buckled down to daily use. the hyaluronic acid in this has made my skin brighter and more plump. it has no perfumes or oil and it makes your skin feel immediately hydrated with no residue. the product does exactly what it promises to, and subsequently i give it a 4 out of 5. pixi - Phenomenal Gel my experience: this moisturizer is nothing to write home about. i switched to this from POND'S - Facial Moisturizers Dry Skin Cream just for something new and i was advised to use it with the Glow Tonic. it is non-scented and leaves a slightly greasy residue. i have noticed no change in my skin since starting to use it. it isn’t a bad product, but it certainly isn’t anything special. if you have normal skin it may work as something to just throw on. i give it a 2 out of 5. JOUVIANCE - Restructiv Lash FX Lash & Brow Fortifying Serum + Primer my experience: i have had nearly invisible eyelashes for the better part of my life and have been actively seeking ways to grow my eyelashes and eyebrows without breaking the bank and found this. in two weeks of use, i have noticed subtle eyelash growth. the primer is applied with a spoolie and is dark enough to pass as mascara so i wear it alone. the serum is to be applied before bed with the thin brush included and you can hardly tell it’s there once it dries. so far i rate it 4 out of 5 but i am excited to see what results it may yield in a few more weeks! if anyone has any comments or recommendations they are SO welcome! i hope you enjoyed reading! -c

your skin- but better
pixi - H2O Skintint lightweight transfer-proof ”no makeup” makeup suitable for very pale skin An absolute dream. I have very oily, acne-prone skin and I was looking for something lightweight and skin-like. I hate the feeling of makeup on my face! This is unlike any foundation or tinted moisturizer I’ve ever come across. It disappears and dries down as you rub it in (best with fingers like a moisturizer!). It’s transfer-proof (enter face masks2020) and lasts pretty well. I forget that I’m wearing it. The best thing about it is, as it wears away, you can easily tap a little bit more on if needed, if you’re like me and your skin eats makeup throughout the day. I don’t even use concealer usually anymore. I just take a dab and concentrate it by patting it in. This is so hydrating and doesn’t cling to my random dry patches around my nose like almost anything else does. Don’t expect full coverage, but an all-over evening that is virtually undetectable and fades gradually! Did I mention it DOESN’T break me out!! Checks out on COSDNA and several other ingredient databases I run all my products through. What are you waiting for? I’ve already ordered a backup!

Let’s Talk Toner
I use to be one of those people where if my face tingled or tightened after using it. I would say to myself WELL... it must be working🤷🏽‍♀️. I didn’t know any better at the time and I forgive my younger self. At first I didn’t see the point of toner but the thing was I was using the wrong type of toner for my skin. Sometimes I would notice my skin feeling tight, or tingly I should of took that as a sign that that my skin was yelling for help. Looking back on it if I had know what my face should of felt like after using a toner I would of done better. For instance, if your lips are dry and cracked and you buy a chapstick and your lips still feel dry you would know immediately this is not working for me. However because I would often use a toner after washing my face I thought every product I use I should be able to feel the difference. I wanted to know it was working and craved for my skin to feel like it was doing something so I wouldn’t feel bad about spending my money on colorful water. It wasn’t until recently where I decided to give the pixi - Retinol Tonica try and I noticed my skin just felt normal after using it. I thought to myself WELL this is different. It felt like I had just wiped more water on my face but my skin didn’t dry up afterwards, it didn’t feel tight, there was no residue to rub in it just felt normal! I think I was so use to using products that wasn’t working that when I finally got something that worked it felt weird. I continued to use it and here is what I realized. Toners don’t “Tone”. When I think of a toner I think it’s something to even out my skin tone and eliminate dark spots. When in reality toners should reset your skin. It’s should pick up anything that maybe your cleanser might of missed. It should NOT leave your skin feeling stripped of moisture and it should feel like you just splashed your face with water. Depending on the type of toner you use the nutrients in it will give your skin results over time. So I’ve been enjoying using Pixi’s toners. I’ve noticed most of them don’t have alcohol in them and it’s gentle enough for my sensitive skin. So I picked up two additional toners pictures above from there collection. So far I’m using the Clarity Tonic and it feels similar to the retinol. However this one does not have a smell. I picked up the rose tonic to try after the clarity runs out. I decided to get the rose because I have a few other skin care products that have rose in them and that seems to be a key ingredient that works well for my skin. Let me know what you think about toners. Are they worth it? Should they feel like something? Is it just colorful water? Haha Let me know what you think!

✨🌸 What's in my bathroom? 🌸✨
Hey everyone! This is my first post! 🥰 I decided to start off with this kind of post because this batch of skincare is my first ever! (I have only been consciously aware of my skincare for about two months now) So I'm always reevaluating my routine 😅 My skin type: combination;mostly dry but specifically oily in the creases of my nose. Prone to sensitivity, redness, and dehydration. Lets talk products! ♡CLEANSERS♡ Dr.Ceuracle - Pro Balance Pure Cleansing Oil Love this gentle oil cleanser! I only occasionally wear mascara(not waterproof) and it takes that off no problem with zero eye irritation! ANDALOU NATURALS - CannaCell Cleansing Foam Amazing, gentle, pure foam cleanser! Does not feel drying or make my skin tight after use, even without my oil cleanser! Pyunkang Yul - Low pH Pore Deep Cleansing Foam I have only used this about 3 times; each time after use I seem to get slight irritation, but doesn't last longer than 10-15 minutes or the rest of my products calm it down. ♡TONERS♡ pixi - Rose Tonic I love the rose smell(natural fragrance) and it can be a bit sticky after applying but doesn't bother me. pixi - Vitamin-C Tonic I feel like this toner is a great introduction to Vit C in skincare. I have "virgin" skin so this even tingles a little, but zero irritation even when I do 2-3 layers. COSRX - BHA Blackhead Power Liquid Very hydrating exfoliating toner and it leaves my skin so soft. This does not irritate my sensitive skin at all!(I only use 1-2 times a week) Pyunkang Yul - Essence Toner Honestly underwhelmed for the hype I heard about it. Still giving it a chance. Fleur & Bee - Rose and Shine / Natural Rose Water Toner Just a convenient hydrating mist. ♡SERUMS/OILS♡ Pyunkang Yul - Pyunkang Yul Moisture Serum Very nice to apply, great for layering Krave - Great Barrier Relief 100% WORTH THE HYPE essano - Certified Rosehip Oil I can't rate this yet(only used once so far) but overall first application was soothing! ♡MOISTURIZERS♡ Krave - Oat So Simple Water Cream Personally not hydrating enough alone for my dry skin, but a great base cream for me to layer with others due to the clean ingredients list. Pyunkang Yul - Pyunkang Yul Moisture Cream Great cream; however, the lid does have some black flakes of something that fall into the product when screwing it on and off. Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream Mediocre gel cream, not hydrating enough for me and the ingredients aren't the greatest. ANDALOU NATURALS - Luminous Night Cream Purple Carrot + C I love the thickness of this, but sometimes I wake in the morning with a weird tight flilmy feeling on my face. #Murad - Age Reform Perfecting Night Cream[products]# Honestly just bought this because it was on clearance😅 so we'll see how it goes Up next: my first detox mask, my sunscreens and a natural deodorant! ♡🌸✨

some new makeup developments for me!
So! i’m not good at contouring, never have been. BUT today, i used bronzer effectively! i was so excited and nervous lol and it came out really pretty and i’m very excited about it. i used a lot of too faced stuff for this shiny glowy look (inspired by Bailey Sarian’s 90’s makeup look tbh) and overall this was an incident free application process. as usual, many of these products are my favs and i adore them, but i did want to talk a little bit about the MAYBELLINE - Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer i actually meant to buy the concealer when i bought this, but it is the PERFECT summer shade for me. using a wet beauty blender i really pounded it into my skin and honestly, this is the nicest i have ever gotten a foundation to look on me. it’s very creamy and buildable, and honestly for 10 dollars how could you go wrong? i have medium skin during the summertime (i tan easily) so darker shades work best for me and honestly, i feel like i’m glowing AND have nothing on. Strong recommendation! hope you all have a wonderful day and try this foundation (or any of the other products here) and experiment!

a setting spray and eyeliner duo to kill for
hello! this is both a “daily look” post as well as me screaming praise for 2 products used here.

This is great for no makeup days. I started using this everyday since I don’t wear as much makeup. I put this on my skin and it looks so glowing and not dead. Highly recommend.

I wanted to share some love for @pixibeauty Glow Tonic. I tried it years ago before I knew about skincare or used any kinds of acids and I didn’t like how it felt. Fast forward to today, and it’s a major staple in my collection! The sheet masks are also amazing, and do the same thing with added hydration.😍 . It’s hard for me to choose between hylauronic and glycolic for a favorite acid since my skin loves both, but the hype is definitely real with this stuff. It brightens, smoothes, and clears up blemished skin. It also helps reduce wrinkles and even out skintone...all of the amazing things we want in a skincare product! . I want to compare this to The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner. I have used both and while I used to be a big fan of TO, I’ve found my skin majorly prefers Glow Tonic. Here’s why: . 🌸 TO: 7% glycolic acid and a p.H of 4.1. (High pH levels neutralize glycolic acid, so here 4.4% survived). It contains water instead of aloe, but has more amino acids than GT. There is no fragrance, and you get 8 ounces for roughly $9. . 🌸 GT: 5% glycolic acid and a pH of 4.1 (Only 1.8% of GA survives). Unlike TO, GT contains witch hazel and aloe. There is a fragrance, and you can get 3.4 ounces for $15. . (Thank you @beautifulwithbrainsofficial for doing this scientific math for me...Be sure to check out her blog post about this!) . What does all of that mean? TO may be more effective, but GT will be less harsh and irritating to the skin. The thing is that I actually find Glow Tonic to be WAY more effective for me! It definitely doesn’t make my skin as red, and leaves my face with much more of a glow in the morning. TO is obviously a better value but both get the job done well, however I would personally recommend Glow Tonic over The Ordinary toner. • • The Ordinary - Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution

Probably one of my all time favorite facial peels is the hydrating milky peel from pixibeauty 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Loved how smooth and clean my skin felt after using it, heck even the husband became addicted to it. We went through this tube so fast that I had to go purchase a second and hide it from him!
