Evening Routine Necessities 🌙 & a La Mer Dupe!?
SUNDAY RILEY - A+ High-Dose Retinol Serum — This is truly the fountain of youth! Compared to other products containing retinol, that I’ve tired, this is superior! (I do in part think the 6.5% retinoid is in part to blame.) I use this a couple times a week and it is the only thing that really reduces wrinkles/fine lines. I don’t use this product in conjunction with many others because it’s very strong—I’ll use a gentle cleanser with my Foreo Luna Play Plus, tone, apply eye cream, apply the retinoid, and then moisturize. $85 is a bit too pricey for me to purchase out front, so I waited for a sale and found it for $60 at Urban Outfitters during a 30% off beauty sale. NIVEA - NIVEA Crème — I purchased this online through Amazon for $11 after hearing on some blogs that it was a dupe for the elite LA MER - LA MER Moisturizing Cream(which retails for $190 for 1oz). While Nivea is sold stateside, usually in a plastic tub in their signature royal blue, I specifically ordered this one from Amazon due to the fact it’s the German version, which has a different formula than the US version and is therefore more similar to La Mer’s The Moisturizing Cream. While I haven’t tried La Mer’s moisturizer, I am really impressed with the German version of the Nivea Creme so far! I apply this in the evening by taking a small amount of product and rubbing it between my hands until it’s no longer white/thick, I then press it into my skin and move my hands in an up and out matter to blend it in. This creme is definitely fragranced, so it might not be the best for sensitive skin. After a few nights of use, the dry/flakey skin on the top of my forehead and nose have totally disappeared and swapped for smooth glowing skin! While I don’t think this is a necessity for the summer months, it’s been great to counteract the effects of fall winds and dry weather. If you’re going to buy this as a La Mer dupe, buy the German version on Amazon or through another retailer! SEPHORA COLLECTION - Rose Quartz Gua Sha — This is my first Gua Sha and I love it so far! Prior to purchasing this, I was using a jade roller from Ulta that I wasn’t blown away by—the roller always squeaked and felt rickety. The Gua Sha is incredibly easy to hold, clean, and use compared to the roller I tried. This is typically the last step in my routine, after a moisturizer, and I find it helps my products sink into my skin. To use, I follow a short YouTube video to use the Gua Sha to remove fluid from and lift my face. For $12, you can’t go wrong! Lano - Everywhere Multi-Cream — Instead of a super thick hand cream, I’ve been using this on my cuticles and tops of my hands to help my hands with the consistent hand sanitizer, washing, and dry fall weather. My hands and cuticles feel much softer and look healthier! This cream is unscented and can be used everywhere, a little goes a long way!

📚 𝓢𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓬𝓪𝓻𝓮 𝓡𝓮𝓪𝓭𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓛𝓲𝓼𝓽 📚
💳🛍I recently went on a book ordering spree... (😝one of my favorite things, besides skincare splurges) 💻 Even though we can get seemingly endless information about skincare online, I was curious to seek out some books because I love the tactility & I really hate reading on a screen. Regarding ingredients, there is a plethora of opposing information online, & I’m sure these books will yield some of that too. It’s important to cross reference your searches, meaning checking multiple sources & comparing that information. It’s also important to consider what site is providing the information & whom might benefit from it. 📚Swipe to peek inside📖 PRETTY ICONIC A Personal Look at the Beauty Products That Changed the World By Sali Hughes 2016 💄$18-$21 (paperback version) I was most excited about this one, I’m a big fan of pop culture history & of course I love beauty products. I think this book would likely find a loving home on many of your coffee tables☕️ With over 400 pages of iconic & cult popular skincare & cosmetics products from over the decades, this is such a fun addition to any beauty fanatics collection! THE BEAUTY GEEK’S GUIDE TO SKINCARE 1,000 Essential Definitions of Common Product Ingredients By Deborah Burnes 2019 👩🏽‍🔬$15-$18 • 178 pages A really great resource for looking up both chemical & botanical ingredients. The vast majority of the book is just like a dictionary. It also includes some natural recipes & remedies, as well as source references for all ingredient info. MAKEUP IS NOT (JUST) MAGIC A Manga Guide to Cosmetics & Skin Care Written & illustrated by Ikumi Rotta 2019 🌸$14 • 135 pages This super cute manga was translated into English earlier this year. It takes the form of a guide to the basics of Japanese skincare & makeup application by following a loose narrative of a young woman who writes about beauty products on social media (sound familiar?😻) I read a lot of manga, I’m impressed by this high quality paper! THE KOREAN SKINCARE BIBLE The Ultimate Guide to K-Beauty Secrets By Lilian Yang, Leah Ganse & Sara Jiménez 2018 Makeup chapter by Esther Sandoval 💗$13 (hardbound) 🇪🇸This was actually originally published in Spain as: ‘El Arte Coreano del Cuidado de la Piel’ It’s a cute little 189 pages, straightforward & informative. THE LITTLE BOOK OF SKINCARE Korean Beauty Secrets for Healthy, Glowing Skin By Charlotte Cho 2015 ☁️$26 (hardbound) 212 pages The creator of Korean beauty shopping site, ‘Soko Glam’ & skincare brand, ‘Then I Met You’ wrote this very cute & approachable book full of Korean skincare tips for beginners➕if you’re ever in Seoul, there’s a nice section on all the spas, salons & stores to hit up. K-BEAUTY : THE FACTS Korea’s Top Dermatologist Reveals the Insider Truth about Korean Skincare By Hae Shin Chung 2020 🇰🇷$13 • 175 pages This book aims to debunk &/or demystify many Korean skincare myths with science, graphs & knowledge from 1 of South Korea’s most renowned dermatologists.

My new love of drug store brands
La Mer user in recovery lol. It all started when I realized they had no acne products or any containing the usual, key ingredients. So a long journey of The Ordinary, the Inkey list, and La Roche Posay- I have no use for La Mer. I’m all about tried and tested products now. Key ingredients and proper concentrations. Really, buy the Marine Hyaluronics from The Ordinary and add it to any ol’ lotions. Then enjoy the freedom and The Ordinary - Marine Hyaluronics LA MER - LA MER The Moisturizing Soft Cream LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Duo (+) massive savings of relying on the tried and true ingredients- not the brand who’s mystical backstory involves a psychic trying to contact the original manufacturer from the grave to get his recipe. The only thing that La Mer soothes is my ego.

All the toners and essences I have emptied
I want to name a few products worth trying: LANEIGE - Cream Skin Refiner so hydrating for winter. You may not need a moisturizer after if used in summer time. Will get a full size some time. fresh - Rose Deep Hydration Toner super comforting just hard to get the juice out at the end with all the flower petals. ORIGINS - Dr. Andrew Weil For Mega-Mushroom Relief & Resilience Soothing Treatment Lotion Limited Edition I didn’t think I would like it. Looks like a boring product but I then realize my skin was really stabilized during the period I used it. Will I get the full size? Maybe not. But for those of you with reactive skin, give a shot. fresh - Black Tea Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence love love love the smell and the touch on the face. Will consider repurchase. LA MER - The Treatment Lotion a bit oily feeling but hydrating. With the price point I will not get the full bottle. SK-II - Facial Treatment Essence (Pitera Essence) I suppose it’s good but after over a year journey with the biggest bottle I’m not going to get another one for now. But if you never had one, try it.

💸$115 for 100ml of La Mer- worth it?
Luxury skincare has always fascinated me. I don’t mind the extravagance, as long as it’s worth the price! I was excited to get my hands on this mini version of the Treatment Lotion to see what it feels like. I’ll start by saying the bottle is a twist off cap, so you have to be *extremely* careful not to spill it or pour too much. Each drop is precious! The way you’re meant to use it is kind of like a toner, where you put some on your fingers and press it into the skin after cleansing. You can also apply it with a cotton pad, which is what I’ve been doing. I like that it doesn’t burn the skin and it’s hydrating enough to be used on its own without moisturizer on top. Must be the “miracle broth” they use! The top three ingredients are water, Algae (Seaweed) Extract and Glycerin. My main skin concerns are acne, hyperpigmentation and dryness. While I can’t say that it’s done much to fix those issues, it hasn’t hurt either! LA MER - The Treatment Lotion

Miracle in a sample? 🤔
I was pretty excited to get this sample from La Mer. After all, their new The Concentrate formula starts at $200. 💸 However, as a barrier serum that strengthens and repaid I was excited because I’m trying to restore my skins moisture barrier. LA MER - LA MER The Concentrate What to Know The key ingredients are: Concentrated Miracle Broth™, Lime Tea. Both ingredients defend your skin against free radicals, calm redness, and renew the skin. According to La Mer, “After just 14 days, skin’s natural barrier was significantly strengthened.” 🧐 HOWEVER, here’s where skincare brands lose me. Those results are based on only 23 women who used the serum daily. That IS NOT a big enough pool to make such claims. 🙅‍♀️ Even still I gave it a try to see if maybe I was one of those 23 lucky women. ✨ My Experience After 2 weeks — yes, the sample lasts that long — here’s what I loved about it: It has a rich marine/plant natural scent to it that’s utterly soothing. It could easily double as a primer if you use makeup because it creates a silky-smooth barrier on your skin. My skin’s textures improves by 75% with a smoother and less bumpy texture. It did nothing to calm irritation or ease out my acne. If anything, I got some new whiteheads with this. Final Verdict Would I spend $200+ on this serum? Probably not right now. However, once my skin goes back to normal and stops being reactive, it’s a great daily serum solution for aging signs and moisture.

💰MY LA MER HAUL: Splurge or Save?
Work so hard every night and day just to spend on a ton of La Mer goodies. Here’s my Christmas La Mer haul. It is expensive for sure but is it worth it? It’s been debated since like land before time. Does expensive really mean it’s better? Below, I provide some more alternatives for the same effect. LA MER - LA MER Moisturizing Cream The original moisturizing cream is thick. When you buy one of these, you must practice the La Mer ritual. Warm the pea sized cream in your hands and between your fingers then press onto your skin to apply. Since this cream is thick it feels like it stays on all day but I still couldn’t get over the thickness of it. After finishing the jar, I changed to the moisturizing soft cream. LA MER - LA MER The Moisturizing Soft Cream The moisturizing soft cream is lighter and has a weightless feel to it. It’s ready to apply without warming it with your hands or fingers and directly press onto your skin. I love the texture of this moisturizer because of how soft it is but it’s not that moisturizing to the point where I’d rebuy. In fact, I threw mine away and opted for TATCHA - The Dewy Skin Cream LA MER - LA MER The Powder I bought this finishing powder and pre-pandemic, I tried this on at the store and it looked super smooth. As always, I try to strive for a poreless look and it really felt like it gave that but it’s $95! I bought it anyway 🤦‍♀️ You could spend less for the same effect but I did feel bougie putting it on. I now use KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Lock-It Setting Powder Just use a powder brush and dust all over. I wouldn’t rebuy this at all. LA MER - LA MER The Body Crème I don’t love it. It’s a body cream that works and I’ve rebought this thinking it’s doing wonders for my body’s skin until I tried whipped argan oil like I can’t believe that shit ain’t butter and WOW. The La Mer Body Crème for $285 vs $36 JOSIE MARAN - Whipped Argan Oil Illuminizing Body Butter Save your $$$ money cash. I’ll be writing a review for the rest of the items soon! Standby or follow for Part 2 of my LA MER haul and thanks for reading. 😍

This lip balm may be Angelina Jolie's pick🥰🥰
I've been always very much more into lip care products, not necessarily lip make-up products since my adolescence. I have gone through quite a lot of high-end to high street lip care products, and I thought I would share LA MER - LA MER The Lip Balmthat I've been using for many years. To be honest, I don't really mind using any lip balms as long as one doesn't irritate my sensitive lips regardless of price tags since even some of the 100% pure natural organic ones have quite often given my lips very uncomfortable itchiness. Nevertheless, La Mer The Lip Balm has never caused any cold sores to my dehydrated sensitive lip, which is a worthwhile investment for kissable (Ha! :P) lips ;). Benefits This velveteen balm with a hint of mint calms, restores and conditions, transforming lips with the most tender touch. Instantly helping to soften dryness, this emollient treatment nourishes, restores and strengthens the natural moisture barrier to help prevent further environmental damage. Key Ingredients: Miracle Broth™ Formulated Without Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates Effectiveness / Tips La Mer The Lip Balm is also buildable, so if you are in need of more intense moisturisation, then you could layer a few times more on your lips. This is how I normally use it during colder seasons or at night as my lips tend to get dry very easily. Or if you think that it's a bit of a waste, then alternatively you could layer Vaseline instead. La Mer The Lip Balm won't make your lips glossy or even look like Angelina Jolie's plumped look, but it will still give your lips a naturally youthful appearance and provide a good lip make-up base. As I mentioned briefly before, you can basically customise the moisturisation level that you want, so just a few dabs on lips will do fine for lip make-up. Having said that, using the lip balm on top of existing lip make-up doesn't work very well, so I would avoid doing that. In terms of anti-aging benefits, I've noticed that La Mer The Lip Balm keeps my lips smooth and soft, so it seems to help with skin renewal around the area to a certain extent. I wouldn't say that it will get rid of the existing wrinkles on your lips, but it will help prevent them from getting worsening and future ones. Regardless, La Mer The Lip Balm is a great classic one to use day and night for both men and women, but I still think that it would be nicer if the company would one day bring out the lip balm in a portable lip stick case too so I won't need to wash my hands every time before applying onto my lips when I'm outside. Oh, have I also mentioned that it works great for cuticles? :3

Worth or not??? My secret for getting a healthy lip!👍
My lip is very dry, especially in fall and winter. These days I went back to my hometown, the climate of my hometown is very very dry, my lip became chapped and painful. It was terrible. Then I bought Lamer Lip Balm, to be honest, as a lip-caring product, it is very very expensive. I bought it because everyone was saying it is “the best lip balm in the world”, after testing it by myself, yes I agree.  LAMER THE LIP BALM $70 LA MER - LA MER The Lip Balm The lip balm is a balm quality of material, basically does not have flavor, attracts very fast. The only fly in the ointment is there is no brush to anoint, so I have to buy an extra brush to match it. Actually the brush is not so useful for me, finger can solve everything! I usually use it before I go to bed because it is a little oily. Using your finger to get a little balm then anoint on your lip. Keeping using it every day while your lip is dry. Now my painful lip is recovered even though I am still staying in my hometown, a very dry place. If your lip is not chapped or painful, the Lamer Lip Balm could play a daily-care role, before wearing your colorful lipstick, I suggest you anoint Lamer Lip Balm on your lip, your lip would be soft than before. Although it is expensive, the weight of Lamer Lip Balm is 9g, which is much more than other lip balms! It is very worth to buy.  Lamer is good at caring dry skin with a long history, I believe the expertise of this band and I totally agree that the Lamer Lip Balm is “the best lip balm in the world”. Now I am planning to buy another one for my mother as a birthday present.

You Can Always Find Your Eye Product Regardless Of Your Budget😋😋
I'm over 25 years old and the four eye creams below are the eye creams I use most often, some affordable, some luxurious. I have thin, quite sensitive skin with occasional puffy eyes, fine lines around my eyes, and dark circles under them. 1) la prairie - Skin Caviar Luxe Eye Cream (Luxury brand) After scooping it out and dabbing it around my eyes with my fingers, the cream and oil separated, and it was also extremely difficult to dab and spread, so I could only smear it on. The accompanying silver spatula also felt quite useless. In short, after using it for quite a while, it did nothing much for me. Neither my fine lines nor my dark circles were reduced, so it's definitely not worth the price. 2) LA MER - The Eye Concentrate(Luxury brand) La Prairie and La Mer are neck and neck in terms of their reputation and price but La Mer The Eye Concentrate is way more suitable for my skin. It neither has a thick and heavy texture nor is it greasy, and it spreads and absorbs very easily. It's very nourishing and moisturizing to the touch and it doesn't leave my skin sticky. I've just bought it recently so I've yet to see its results, but it's said to be a superstar in reducing fine lines and dark circles. Another thing worth mentioning is the accompanying spatula, a green handle with silver ball, which is used to gently massage the eye cream onto the skin. Cooling and comfortable on the skin, it helps with eye cream absorption, and I hope that I can see results after using it for a longer period. 3) Kiehl's - Creamy Eye Treatment With Avocado(Affordable brand) It is quite moisturizing but spreads less easily compared to La Mer. It needs to be emulsified between your fingers until it feels more watery before it's applied, or else it can't be properly absorbed! Gently dab from the outer to the inner corners of your eyes after it's the right texture. It does nothing much for me, maybe because it's no longer suitable for my skin age, and it might be more helpful for new fine lines. 4) ORIGINS - GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff (Affordable brand) This eye cream is moisturizing and lightweight, which is how I prefer eye creams to be, and it also spreads very easily. The cream itself is a little shimmery and it's said to brighten the skin around the eye area, especially for dark circles. It does nothing much for me, but it feels nicer on the skin and is absorbed more easily compared with Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. It's better to test eye creams yourself instead of just focusing on the skincare brand and following reviews, especially considering how age-sensitive eye creams are.  What's your favorite eye cream?🤩

My Cleanser Awards
La Mer The Cleansing Foam This is my favorite cleanser. It’s loaded with Sea Algae Fiber which works to hydrate and softens your skin. I am oily combination skin. It just gives me a very clean and comfortable feeling with vibrant and creamy foam. It cleans all the excess makeup off my face and everything else clogging my pores. And what attracts me most is it can keep my skin super hydrated and smooth after cleansing. So, I gave this the best hydrating cleanser. Benzac AC Wash 5% It is amazing and has done wonders for my acne. This cleanser features 5.0% Acrylates Copolymer (AC) beads to wash away dirt, oil and dead skin cells that may have accumulated in the pores and also provides cooling and soothing relief. I use this cleanser when I get breakouts on my face, and it always helps with clearing painful pimples in a few days. And the best part is it does so without leaving my skin dry and tight. It is why I gave this cleanser the award for acne-prone skin. Aesop Amazing Face Cleanser It is a daily gel cleanser with a unique smell. This cleanser contains a potent blend of a plant that helps to correct the skin’s natural balance while clearing away grime, oil, and impurities. It works to balance out my skin that is dry on the cheeks with an oily t-zone. After using it, it can leave my skin feeling balanced yet clean. This product regulates sebum production and balance sebum levels. I definitely gave this the best balancing cleanser award.

Cleansers For Combo Skin
I have a combo skin, dry on the cheeks but oily in the T zone. ☺☺ Talk about the three cleansers I have been using 😁😁:  1.  LA MER - LA MER The Cleansing Foam I LOVE the smell!!! 💓💓My skin is very clean after I use it, and it doesn't feel tight at all. Not a lot of foam comes out of it, so you need to squeeze out a handful each time. It does feel a little wasteful, but it's a good product if your pores get clogged easily. 2.  la prairie - Foam Cleanser I decided to full size after trying the 50 ml sample. Squeeze a little in the palm of your hand and mix it with water to produce a smooth foam. I usually use it with the LUNA mini 2 cleansing brush. It is great for combination skin, leaves my skin feeling very clean without being dry. 👍🏻👍🏻 3.  Extra-Comfort Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream-Clarins My friend recommend it for me. It has a creamy texture. The main ingredients include moringa, shea butter, and mango extract, so it smells great. This foam is designed to remove everyday pollutants and light makeup. It should be used with dry hands on a dry face. Apply an appropriate amount to the face and gently massage for thirty seconds. It feels very soft and very comfortable. 🥰🥰

The Renewal Oil: Is it worthwhile?——No!NEVER Buy!
$350/30ml First, I’ll talk about this brand. La Mer is good for sensitive skin and the lotion, concentrate, and moisturizer I am using are all in this brand. So, this time I tried La Mer The Renewal Oil. It is called the magic oil. I have a quite healthy skin and only want to prevent aging in my 20’s and keep my skin bright, fresh, and youthful.  LA MER - The Renewal Oilincludes antioxidant powerhouse neutralizes free radicals The sales told me it is universal and multi-tasking essential oil. It can help the skin’s natural collagen and overall firmness improve and soften the look of emerging lines and wrinkles. Unfortunately, I think it doesn’t work well. Firstly, I mixed three drops of it with half a pump of the La Mer foundation and it left my skin really oily. Makeup was dropping out easily especially in summer. Then I tried to mix it with the La Mer Moisturizing Cream. It is easier to emulsify but still super oily. It doesn't absorb into the skin like a traditional facial oil. It kinds of just sit on top of the skin and have caused me to break out in little bumps along the jawline a few times. I don’t know if it is because of my skin type. If you are dry skin maybe you can try it. But I don’t think it is a good product for people with oily skin. Lastly, I used it in my hair and on my lip. It is good to restore chapped lips. A few drops applied help repair the damage of a harsh winter, but how ridiculous it is to use essential oil as a hair product, or a lip balm. I am sure I won’t buy it back.

WORTH IT? YSL Cushion VS. La Mer Cushion
La Mer cushion: The texture of this cushion is very moist. It contains the essence and nourishing ingredients, which have a moisture effect on the skin. Besides, the package of this cushion is quite high-end. Its concealing ability is excellent, and the color is very close to the skin color. This cushion holds the makeup for about 7 hours. The amazing thing is that, after using this cushion, the skin will look shiny and natural. This La Mer cushion is 90 USD, which includes a box of formal cushion and a box of replacement cushions, 12g per box. If I use it once a day in the morning, and once in the afternoon, it lasts for about one month per box. Hence, it is equal to 1.5 USD per day. YSL Touche Éclat Cushion: This YSL cushion is very light, and it lasts for about 4 hours on my face. Because the texture is quite light and thin, the concealer effect is more average. After using it for about 3 hours, the color will become a little dark on my face, and then the makeup will start melting. The advantage of this cushion is that it is very light and breathable. After using it, you won't feel that you have a heavy base makeup. The price of this cushion is 39.15 USD, 15g per box. If I use it once every morning, and it takes about one month to finish one box. It is equal to 1.3 USD per day. Because of this dupe, the YSL cushion doesn't worth it. The costs per day are similar, but La Mer cushion is much better than the YSL cushion. So when choosing a cushion, I will prefer La Mer.

Even though I have quite a lot of lamer products I still get extremely excited when I get new purchases. I really want to try their cleansing lotion and SPF next. They sound really good. My holy grail eye cream
My holy grail eye cream
De-puffing and reducing discoloration As you can see from the second image, I’m not wearing any makeup and it looks like I have no dark under eye circle though I didn’t get my 8hr beauty sleep. The smell to me is amazing, very fresh and light. The applicator which comes with it is useful. In the morning when I use it to apply the product, the cold metal wakes me up. I’m halfway through the bottle, and my eyes definitely haven’t seen the puffy days. You won’t get to see the results right away though, so give it 2-3 weeks and be amazed.

My go to anti aging serum for my nightly routine
My go to anti aging serum for my nightly routine
I’ve tried various anti aging serum’s throughout the year and have constantly switched up brands and products that I would use. Despite having so many different choices sitting on my make up desk, I do have a go to one. ESTĒE LAUDER - Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex My go to is Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night repair. To be honest, all of my serums do a great job, but the reason that Estee Lauder stood out and became my go to is because they sold me on their new exclusive technology that they’ve incorporated into this serum. If you go on their website, you can see that they go in depth in talking about this new exclusive technology called “ChronoluxCB” that is patented. This technology includes anti-oxidants plus hyaluronic acid to help lock in moisture in your skin which helps your skin regenerate throughout the night. In layman's terms, this technology allows the serum to maximize our own skins natural nighttime regeneration process. I’m not too familiar with all the science behind it, but I trust Estee Lauder as a brand. To top it off, it’s one of the cheaper serum’s in my collection, so that’s definitely a plus in my books. I don’t use this serum exclusively, but it’s definitely my favorite out of all the one’s I have. LA MER - LA MER The Concentrate If this one wasn’t available, my second go to is Lamer’s concentrate serum. This one works extremely well, but the reason that it's only my second go to is because of the price. If you can spend a few hundred on this every month, than by all means this is the right now. However, if you are on a budget like me, it's a nice luxury to have but it's not necessary. Lamer’s concentrate does a great job complimenting our skins natural healing process, because it is infused with a highly concentrated miracle broth. The healing and regeneration of this serum is amazing and you can see results shortly after application. If you want to give this a try without breaking the bank, than you can keep an eye out for a complimentary sample of this that are given out in make up bundles or special promotions.

This moisturizer surprised me by how thick it is but how smoothly it applies and how light weight it feels. I received this sample from La Mer to try and enjoyed both products they sent to me. The price point is high end and luxury and unfortunately not feasible for most so I do make recommendations that are more affordable.

Some products I want to share:
Some products I want to share: Modulating Glucosides by Niod Used this for three months and it really saved my skin during winter as well as helped me when my red cheeks have been playing up. Will I repurchase? Don’t think so as I think of getting a new serum from elan. Ascorbyl Glucoside 12% Solution by The Ordinary This is my all time favourite, it really helps my tone and redness in the mornings. Even trying a different type of Vit C (which went horribly wrong), I came back to this one so I already have a back up. So definitely it’s staying. 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Oil by The Ordinary This has a special place in my heart. Use it in the nights, and I enjoy moisture it gives my skin and the way my skin behaves while using it. Unfortunately wasn’t been able to repurchase. But a unique one is Rose Hip Oil by theinkeylist . Azelaic Acid 10% by The Ordinary This is staying indefinitely in my routine unless I won’t need it anymore. My combination skin enjoys it a lot❤️ . Eye Concentrate by La Mer This is a sample I got from a facial with La Mer, I fell in love with it I use it in conjunction with polaar instant eye Energiser (review coming soon) and once in many years I don’t need to wear a concealer for my genetically dark circles. Also have another one in the go, and even considering getting a full size. Multi Peptide High Density By The Ordinary —deciem Used it for two months, definitely saw new hair growth, but hate the consistency, it’s very hard to use as it’s water like. So I guess the effect isn’t worth a repurchase for me. (Full review is coming up soon) All Clean Balm by —heimish Got this as a sample from style . I actually fell in love with this thing. So I will definitely will order it quite soon. It’s a beautiful balm to oil to milk cleanser and it works well for a double cleanse in the evenings.

I know this is a cult favorite, but I just do not see what all the hype is about. I got a mini sample of it, and it is a nice moisturizer but it is definitely not worth $180. It is very silky and absorbs well into skin, but I think there are many moisturizers at 1/10th of the price.LA MER - LA MER Moisturizing Cream

I was sent a sample of La Mer’s Creme de la Mer in the mail. It is a baby sample so I’m going to do my research and focus on using it for two weeks outlining what they claim it will improve and what I notice. I’ll take photos for my skin before I start, during and when the product is finished. The claims: “Helps heal dryness with deep moisture.” Patented “Miracle Broth” heals the skin. The cost: $90 (0.5 oz) - $2,400 (16.5 oz) How to use according to the website: Activate the Miracle Broth™ by warming it for a few seconds between the fingers until translucent, then press gently into the skin.
