I Like 🐮
I’ve been using this dietary supplement for a few months now and I really enjoy it. Now, there are a lot of claims out there that taking this in your morning coffee will transform your skin and hair etc. I personally haven’t seen that happen. However I do believe you are what you eat. I primarily take this supplement for the protein. In every serving it has 18g of protein. I know I don’t get enough from my diet so this helps a lot. Because your body needs protein to do all it needs to do. However, your hair, skin, and nails need protein too; they just get whatever it left over from the body’s primary functions. So if you’re getting enough protein then you’ll see a difference in your skin etc. That is very overly simplified if course and how I roughly understand it. I’m not an expert by any means. My Thoughts: I really enjoy this protein powder because it truly doesn’t taste like anything. It completely dissolves into my coffee or tea or whatever I’m drinking hot or cold. I usually prefer it in something hot though. I’m on my second jar of this and I’ve been seeing it at Costco. I definitely recommend this collagen powder especially if you just need that protein boost in general or even after a workout.

VITAL PROTEINS - Collagen Peptides Unflavored Dietary Supplement Okay ladies and gents! One of my friends recommended this product to me, and I must say I am AMAZED. I’ve been using this product for roughly 6 months now, and the first 3 weeks I noticed a complete 180 with my skin and nails!! About 2 months down, I noticed a significant change in the length of my hair and texture. Everything is soft, and GLOWING!! In my opinion, ingesting supplements are a lot more effective than topical solutions. At a certain point your body stops reproducing collagen, and let me tell you this is THE HOLT GRAIL OF 2020! It comes in powder form. There is a scooper inside, and a serving is 2 scoops per 16oz. So in your morning cup of coffee, or shake! (Like me) You can even put it in your food and it dissolves pretty well, (however I don’t do this). I even have my boyfriend take it, and he says it’s helped his joints while running a ton! 100% recommend this product if you need your daily dose of Collagen, Peptides and Vitamin C. (+HA) **If you have any questions, comment below!!** xoxo 💋

Healthy Nails - Tips from a Nail Biter😬
Okay so I might not be the best person to give advice about how to grow long, healthy nails BUT I’m going to tell you what works for me. I have been a nail biter since before I can remember...as someone who has dealt with life-long anxiety, nail biting/picking, lip biting, nervous-foot-shaking, etc have all been prevalent for me. For years, I was unable to grow my nails because I bit them so bad but one day I just kind of realized a) how disgusting it is (who knows what’s under your nails) and b) it made me really self conscious of my hands. So I decided I wasn’t going to be a nail biter anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I still bite them from time to time when I’m feeling anxious (mostly just pick at them) but for the most part I leave them alone. Some things I have done and currently do to help my nails grow longer and healthier are: supplements - I take a bunch of different natural vitamins + minerals including vitamin c, b-complex, magnesium, vitamin d, and omega-3 which are all great and help make your hair, skin, and nails healthier and stronger. This isn’t the sole reason I take these supplements (hormone imbalances/anxiety/digestive issues are the main reasons) but it’s nice that they can help this too! collagen - ingesting collagen can be really helpful in growing your hair and nails and keeping them strong. For collagen, I’ve been trying out some various products from Vital Proteins (like these bars). castor oil - this stuff has SO MANY uses but I use it on my lashes, brows, and cuticles. I massage a tiny drop into each cuticle a few times a week and it helps them to not be so dry; when they aren’t dry I don’t pick at them so much! nail files/clippers - I try to always file or cut my nails now with one of these two tools instead of biting. hand lotion - I try to keep my hands + nails hydrated and soft (again, so I don’t pick) and the nails don’t break as easily drink a sh*t ton of water - the more hydrated you are, the better off you are overall, right? While I may not always have the perfect nails, I have found these things to really help me when it comes to having much healthier nails and cuticles. What are your tips for growing strong, healthy nails?

HUM Collagen POP
HUM Collagen POP
I have been using collagen for about a year now, collagen production slows down the older you get so I take the supplement to support my skin. Now I haven’t noticed a change in my skin from taking collagen but it doesn’t hurt to throw it in the mix to keep my skin looking it’s best. I have been taking HUM - Collagen Pop for about a month now. I usually use VITAL PROTEINS - Collagen Peptides Unflavored Dietary Supplement but I wanted to try something new ! 🌺 Premium Marine Collagen 🌺 Vitamin C 🌺Wild Strawberry and Lemon Flavor 🌺 10 Tablets in A Tube , 3 Tubes come with order = 30 Tablets for $30 🌺Improves Skin Elasticity 🌺Boost collagen levels 🌺Place tablet in 8 oz of water This is easy to take on the go , it has a light fruity flavor, and it dissolves easily. So far I like these tablets. They make taking collagen easier because the powder can taste funny and be hard to dissolve. If you have any questions about collagen ask below #cheriecreator
