Caudalie Sorbet
My Skin: Oily About the Product: Moisturizer filled with grape water, grape seed, and chamomile to moisturize and sooth the skin. It’s vegan and Sephora says it’s primarily for normal or dry skin types. Texture/Consistency/Packaging: Lightweight, whipped gel cream. It’s an extremely satisfyingly light texture that glides over the skin. My Experience/Thoughts: At first I wasn’t a huge fan, but I’m almost out of this moisturizer now and I really like it, even for my oily skin. My favorite part about it is the texture. It’s so lightweight and not heavy at all. It leaves no greasiness after application. Do I Like It? It is a pretty simple moisturizer that does what it’s supposed to and makes your skin feel super soft. I’m a fan. Worth It/Would I Recommend? I bought this from Costco for $25, as opposed to $40 at Sephora. I’m not sure I would pay the full $40 for a restock, even though I love this moisturizer. But if you are looking for something whipped and lightweight, I recommend. CAUDALIE - Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet

Empties // Moisturizing Sorbet 🍈
I restock CAUDALIE - Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet almost every 3 months after trying it out. It smells amazing. The texture is so velvety and immediately hydrating. It feels very lightweight on the skin and doesn't leave any oily residue. It doesn't give the skin a strange texture, either. It leaves the skin feeling very smooth. The chamomile in the moisturizers works wonders calming the skin. I face constant issues with redness and this product did an exceptional job at calming that redness and giving my skin a very near even tone.

Blackhead + Skin Impurities no longer!
CAUDALIE - Vinopure Natural Salicylic Acid Pore Minimizing Serum INGREDIENTS/CLAIMS This is a salicylic acid rich serum which is meant to target blackheads and other skin impurities such as pores, breakouts, and excess oil. It has a typical serum/gel consistency (see second picture) which spreads thinly and evenly, and sinks into the skin quickly. It is a green color, but the color is no longer visible once you rub it in. OPINION I honestly love this serum, I’ve been using it since it was released about a year ago. Caudalie’s products have all worked really well on my skin and I was looking for a salycilic acid treatment, so I decided to try it in a kit. It really reduces the appearance of pores by cleaning them out. I have recommended it to quite a few people and have my family members hooked on it as well. I use it every other day, and I don’t find it to be drying at all. I think this product is worth the $49 price tag and would definitely repurchase once I run out. I rate this 5/5 stars!

Found: An effective skin clearing serum that is gentle on the skin! Caudalie’s Vinopure Skin Perfecting Serum refreshes as it melts into your skin and really helps to reduce the appearance of imperfections and tighten pores. This is a lightweight serum that is great for oily, combo, normal skin types that experience anything from occasional breakouts to mild acne! In addition it helps to visibly refine your skin’s texture. This gorgeous Vinopure Serum is formulated with the highest concentration of natural Salicylic Acid (to flush out excess oil and clarify clogged pores), Grape Seed Polyphenols (to prevent the oil inside your pores from oxidizing), Organic Essential Oils (provides antiseptic benefits to calm the skin), and Rosewater (to enhance and hydrate). For me, because I do not get blemishes often, I really like the texture improving aspects of this serum. It provides hydration (which is a rarity in acne serums) and after a few weeks of use my skin is noticeably smoother and more radiant, pores are significantly reduced. My husband, who is prone to breakouts, feels like ti helps blemishes go away quickly while still leaving his feeling nice and hydrated! The texture of this is a thicker gel-like serum that quickly absorbs not the skin and it has a refreshing herbal aroma that I just LOVE! At $49.00 for 30ml it is definitely more of an affordable luxury price-point but something I would highly recommend for more mature skin types that do experience breakouts and clogged pores.CAUDALIE - Vinopure Natural Salicylic Acid Pore Minimizing Serum

Salicylic acid
Is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that occurs as a natural compound in plants. It has direct activity as an anti-inflammatory agent and acts as a topical antibacterial agent due to it’s ability to promote exfoliation. Benefits: 🔸 Fights acne 🔸 Decreses oil secretion 🔸 Reduces inflammation and redness 🔸 Removes dead skin cells Side effects: can irritate (peeling, redness) and dry on very sensitive skin. So, this ingredient is best known for it's exfoliating and bacteria-fighting powers, I like it because it’s not an aggressive acid and it works well cleaning the pores and get rid of pimples. CAUDALIE - Vinopure Pore Purifying Gel Cleanser This gel cleanser contains 100% natural salicylic acid, helps to minimize the appearance of pores, blemishes and oil. It is ideal for oily skin and combination. The texture of this cleanser is lightweight gel that foams when applied on damp skin. I really don't like the way this smells, but works well by cleaning my pores and drying pimples faster, without irritation and without drying my skin. After using it my skin feels clean and fresh. Although it contains essential oils such as the beauty elixir, but this product doesn’t cause me irritation or redness. Price: $ 28 (5 oz). TULA SKINCARE - Keep It Clear Acne Foam Cleanser Gentle foam cleanser with salicylic acid and licorice, treats regular or occasional breakouts leaving skin looking soft and glowing. Contains 2% salicylic acid, one of the highest for sale without a prescription. This is recommended for oily skin, combination, mature, dry and acne prone. It has a foam texture, making it easy to apply and remove. The aroma of this cleanser is strong, it smells like tea tree oil. I like it because it doesn't dry my skin when I use it either, and it leaves it very fresh. It has helped me to stop new pimples. Price: $ 34 (6.3 oz). THE inkey LIST - Salicylic Acid Acne + Pore Cleanser Lightly foaming cleanser that removes makeup and dirt, helping to reduce blackheads, acne and blemishes while unclogging pores. They recommend it for oily, combination and normal skin. This one like the previous one also has 2% salicylic acid. I just started using this but it has given me very good results in the pimples that come out occasionally without irritating or drying my skin, leaving it soft. It has a light and clean fragrance. Price: $ 9.99 (5 oz). This is by far the cheapest of the three, and it really works just as well as the other two. I like the results I get with them since they don’t irritate my skin. In my opinion any of the 3 are a good investment, I just started using the cleanser of The Inkey list, but I could say that it’s the one I like the most, because it has a subtle smell and leaves my skin soft after using it, in addition to having a good price.

Emptyyy This was the @caudalieus vinosourse SOS hydration serum, that was part of a trio I was gifted a while back. First things first, key ingredients: Squalene and Hyaluronic Acid, Dimethicone, Grape Seed Extract and Grapefruit Water. What I liked about this product: I loved that it had HA and Squalene in this, it definitely was very hydrating and the dimethicone, topically made my skin look smother. Also there was no strong smell in this that’s normally distinctive of Caudalie. What I’m meh about: The grape stuff, haven’t seen any research on the benefits or drawbacks, so can’t comment. What I disliked: it still contains fragrance (not a fan). And I went through this so freaking fast! The full size is $49, so that’s not sustainable financially for me. Bottom line: I seriously enjoyed using this, had noticeable results; skin was more hydrated, clearer (due to sustained levels of hydration), worked great under makeup and I’m sad that it’s finished. Also it doesn’t smell disgusting (unlike the beauty elixir 🤢, ik ik unpopular opinion). I’m still unsure if I’ll repurchase this because I definitely have products that I like better and that are more cost effective. Have you tried Caudalie? Which line, and did you like it?

Caudalie Hydration Set Review
💦My favourite is the serum I love how it keeps my skin hydrated and happy! It’s lightweight and non greasy since I do have combination skin I love how perfect it is! It also absorbs very fast into my skin and it drinks it all up! The moisturizing cream is good too after I apply the serum I layer this on top and especially when I know the temp will go down to -30 this is just enough for my skin to be extra moisturized and hydrated! The beauty elixir omgoshhhhh keeps my skin so refreshed that I can’t live without it, when I need that extra dose of skin refreshers I use it and to be honest it’s kinda addicting 🙈 .

Caudalie vinoperfect serum: claims & my thoughts
CAUDALIE - VINOPERFECT RADIANCE SERUM The Caudalie Vinoperfect serum claims to boost radiance and lighten dark spots, thereby evening overall skin tone. Caudalie claims that it’s 62 times more effective than vitamin c in this regard, but I’m not sure how they did the science to get to that claim. Some of the key ingredients include viniferine (a patented ingredient of Caudalie’s), olive squalane, and mint and geranium for a “phyto-aromatic scent” (of which I’m not a huge fan—I think it smells like grass). My thoughts: this is a nice serum. I got a mini size in a Caudalie set, and I have used the whole serum since then. While I didn’t love the scent, I enjoyed the lightweight, moisturizing texture of the product—it sunk in easily and made my skin feel moisturized but not greasy. The mini size lasted me several weeks of twice-daily usage, and I do think my complexion looks brighter and my dark spots are faded ✅ (though it’s always hard to tell how much of the fading is just natural and how much it was speeded along by any particular product). Regardless, I do think that this follows through on its claims. ✅ However—this is $79 (!!) for 1oz. In my opinion, though it does do what it claims to do, it wasn’t dramatically better than my $18 vitamin c serum (scroll back to see my review) when it comes to brightening and fading dark spots. If you have a higher budget, this is a solid option, but if not—there are other products that will accomplish the same goals at a much lower price point.

I have a new found love for gua sha and love using this on my neck at night! My skin looks bright and feels so smooth in the morning after using it! Excited to keep using this one! Laneige lip sleeping mask always adds extra hydration and nourishment for my lips, especially during these cold winter months. Urban Outfitters lait de coco hand cream (won in a giveaway) is one of my favorite hand creams. I love the packaging of it, and it’s very reasonably priced and keeps my dry hands hydrated!

Detoxifying Mask Off: Caudalie vs. Kypris
Sometimes, all you need is a good detoxifying mask. With my acne-prone skin, I’ve found that treating myself to a detoxifying mask at least once every 2 weeks really makes a difference in my skin’s overall tone, texture and clarity. Two of my favorite refining masks that get deep down into my pores when they’re clogged and draw out all of those acne-causing impurities are Caudalie’s Instant Detox Mask and Kypris Beauty’s Glow Philtre. They both make excellent additions to my nighttime skincare routine and do not irritate my sensitive, reactive skin. The good stuff: Caudalie’s Instant Detox Mask: This is your typical clay mask and acts like a vacuum to draw out excess oil and toxins and combat congestion. I ~may or may not~ have bought this mask after I saw Kourtney Kardashian uses it, but it’s also affordable ($39) and made with quality ingredients. Grape marc powerfully detoxifies, while pink clay and coffee absorb blackhead-causing dirt and excess sebum. Together with papaya enzymes, the mask fights off bacteria, reduces breakouts from forming and brightens the skin. While I love the mask for its detoxifying properties, one thing I will say is that this mask can be a little drying. While it’s doing its thing, it gets really stiff and uncomfortable but doesn’t feel stripped which is good. Kypris Beauty’s Glow Philtre: I recently discovered this brand after sampling their Clarifying Serum and loooooove it so much. The Glow Philtre contains a refining blend of pomegranate pith enzymes, thalassic extracts of sea fennel stem cells and sea algae to detoxify, brighten and soften the skin. It also silver ear mushroom, which delivers a hydrating boost to the skin. Its texture is unlike anything I’ve ever tried before – it’s almost gel-like but not quite. This really makes a difference in the smoothness of my skin and I’ve noticed that it clears the little whitehead pimples that I get from wearing my makeup/throughout the day right away.

A friend influenced me to buy this in college and I am so glad I did. It was my very first caudalie item and now it’s one of my top skincare companies. This product doesn’t need a review, just go out and buy it! CAUDALIE - Instant Detox Mask The smell is amazing, it doesn’t negatively affect my sensitive skin, it helps my pores, cleans the junk. It’s perfect.

Old vs New - Serum Edition
I recently used up my night serum (the KS retinol one) at the same time I finished my morning one, so decided to use one that’s a morning and night one so I can use the product up faster! . Kate Somerville - +Retinol Vita C Power Serum has a nice white color to it that feels lightweight and quickly and easily absorbs into the skin. It has a typical cream-like serum consistency and a strong orange scent to it, so I would avoid if you are sensitive to fragrances. It is almost to the point of being overpowering, but I enjoy the orange scent. This serum combines retinol (visibly improves skin firmness and textures, along with smoothing fine lines and wrinkles) and L-ascorbic acid (the most pure form of Vitamin C, it helps brighten and even skin tone). Due to this serum having retinol, it is strictly to be used at night and in conjunction with sunscreen. I used up two of these size samples and man was I so impressed! I saw my skin tone become more even and my acne scars seemed to diminish. I also noticed that my pores weren’t as noticeable and I didn’t break out as often. I was expecting this to really dry out my skin since this was my first time using retinol, but even with using this nightly, I didn’t experience any sort of dryness, peeling, or uncomfortable side effects. The only reason I didn’t and probably won’t repurchase is because the full size is $98 for 1 oz 😱😭 I can’t ever see myself spending that much on one serum, maybe if it was half off? But definitely not on my current budget when I spend anymore than that, even though I really enjoyed this product. . CAUDALIE - Vinopure Skin Perfecting Serum is my new serum I rotated in for day and night use. It is a pore-minimizing gel serum that addresses blackheads, pores, breakouts, and excess oil. It is a clear gel-like consistency that dries down sticky and can easily pill. The worst part is the overpowering and nauseating essential oil/herbal scent. I typically don’t have an issue with fragrance, but this one is almost to the point of being unbearable, so I would definitely stay away if you are sensitive to fragrances. I’ve been using it for about a week and a half now and haven’t noticed any sort of benefits from using it, if anything a few more breakouts. The cost is more affordable at $49 for 1 oz, but I wouldn’t ever purchase the full size of this due to the fragrance.

Honestly, between my Tatcha essence and my Caudalie daily moisturizer.. I cant decide which ones I cant remove from my daily routine... I mean maybe the Violet C serum is replaceable as its not a beloved fave of mine, but everything else I think would be essentials for me.

Omorovicza and Caudalie beauty elixir
Omorovicza and Caudalie beauty elixir
My Skin Type: Combination My Skin tone:Light I purchased two different sprays so that I had one dedicated to my morning routine and another for my nightly routine. I chose my two sprays based off reviews that I read online. Omorovicza - Queen of Hungary Mist I got the Omorovicza elixir for my nightly routine. I liked this spray because it has a floral and fruity smell to it, which helps me fall asleep at night. The spray also moisturizes my skin so that I feel more relaxed. CAUDALIE - Beauty Elixir For my morning routine, I got Caudalie’s beauty elixir. This one had pretty good reviews but I was thrown off by the smell. The smell was very strong and it’s a very herbal smell, which doesn’t really smell good to me. However it works for me because the smell helps wake me up in the morning. The spray also makes my skin feel tighter and it closes up my pores, which I’ve read that it’s good to have your pores close in the morning so that it doesn’t gather as much dirt and other substances throughout the day. Overall I’m pretty happy with both of these sprays and they both work really well for me.

I was so excited when Caudalie sent me their new Vinoperfect Skin Brightening Moisturizer to try. Best for normal to dry skin, it is supposed to help with dullness, dryness and dark spots. It’s a lightweight gel formula that contains viniferine, which is said to be even more effective than vitamin c.
