How to Get Full Lips with Makeup 💋 Pictorial
Swipe for a full pictorial of how I use lip liner, lipstick, gloss and contouring for full lips!
1. Starting with makeup free lips, I apply a lip balm or plumper at the begining of my makeup routine so that my lips and already moisturized and juicy!
2. Apply a cream contour under the lip and on each side of the top lip, leaving your cupid bow free of contour. Naturally full, plump lips will have a shadow here so we are mimicking that with contouring. I used the NUDESTIX - Nudies Blush in the shade Bondi Bae, it's super blendable and a nice cool tone.
3. Apply a cream highlight to the cupid bow, this will balance out the contour. I used the DOSE OF COLORS - Meet Your Hue Concealer .
4. Add a powder highlighter to the Cupid's bow. I used the Jouer - Jouer Powder Highlighter in the shade Skinny Dip. It's a neutral gold tone that looks great with a nude lip! I like to match this highlight tone to my lip color, if I'm using a pink lip I'll go with a pinky toned highlight.
5. Now it's time to add your lip liner! This step is really going to depend on your lip shape and what look your going for. I like the round out my cupid bow a tiny bit, add shadows to the corner of my lips and over line in the bottom center of my lip for more of a pout! I used the MELT COSMETICS - Allday Everyday Lipliner in the shade Foxy, it's a neutral nude that is perfect to continue to contour the lips!
6. Add a dab of a lighter liquid lipstick to the center of your lips! I went with my favorite nude, DOSE OF COLORS - Limited Edition Truffle Set the matte liquid lipstick will last all day long and is super comfortable!
7. Finally I top it off with gloss! I apply it only to the center of the lips, adding to the poutiness! I went with the gloss from the ARTIST COUTURE - Uncensored Bronze Lip & Eye Set . It's a beautiful sheer nude that isn't sticky!
And that's it - you now have full lips! 💋

Glowing Skin
I shared this look a few looks back with a break down of the products I used and mini reviews of each!
I started by evening out my base with concealer and a bit of loose powder under my eyes. Then I warmed up my complexion with NUDESTIX - Nudies All Over Face Color Bronze + Glow in a bronzer shade and a blush, the shade In the Nude is a perfect sunkissed shade for the cheeks! I added highlighter to the tops of my cheek bones, on the bridge and tip of my nose and above my brows. I used Jouer - Jouer Powder Highlighter in the shade Skinny Dip. Added the warm Terracotta shade from the RÓEN - 75° Warm Eye Shadow Palette to my lids. Then used the glossiet gloss to my lips, FENTY BEAUTY - Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer .

Double Eyeliner 🖤
I love the double eyeliner look, especially for hooded eyes like mine!
Bought some new face makeup to try and get that flawless base! My opinion on a couple are below!
Jouer - Essential High Coverage Liquid Concealer
Color: Chiffon 🖤 So far I love this concealer! Very high coverage and didn’t crease under my eyes. Even covered some retinization (dry, red spots caused by skin getting used to using retinol treatment) that have been under my eyes. The dark spots under my eyes are still slightly visible. I’ve struggled with dark spots since childhood and have yet to find an effective, cake-free way to cover them completely! If you have experienced this or have any ideas let me know!
FENTY BEAUTY - Match Stix Matte Skinstick
Color: Amber 🖤 First cream contour I have used (I usually just stick with bronzer) and I loved it! Color was a great match and the formula was easy for me to blend. The only issue I had was after walking around outside in the hot sun (sweating) for an hour with my makeup on, when I got home I noticed my skin had tiny red bumps where I had placed the contour. Not sure why this happened, but it did clear up within 2 days.

🎖RANKINGS: Under Eye Concealer Edition
Under eye concealer! A must for anyone like me who is a night owl and spends waaaaay more time scrolling TikTok then actually sleeping at night. There's a few things I look for in a concealer: coverage, blendability, and whether or not it creases. Let's get into the rankings!
1. Too Faced - Born This Way Naturally Radiant Concealer - this checks all the boxes for me! Great coverage, hydrating so it doesn't crease and blends so well. It's super lightweight but doesn't move all over the place! I actually use this all over the face too!
2. NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer so this is similar in coverage to the Born This Way concealer, but a bit drier and thicker. It's also not heavy, but doesn't blend as easily as some others.
3. YVES SAINT LAURENT - All Hours Concealer this is my favorite in terms of creaminess and blendability! The only downside I have with it is the shade range, I wish it ran a bit more yellow and had way more shade options.
4. laura mercier - Flawless Fusion Ultra-Longwear Concealer this is the one I reach for if I don't need a ton of coverage! It's not as high in coverage, I'd call it a medium coverage but it has great blendability and is super lightweight. I also love the shade range and like to use this all over the face as well!
5. Jouer - Essential High Coverage Liquid Concealer so this is the highest coverage but I'm not a big fan of the texture. It's a whipped texture that I find really dry and hard to blend. I think this would be better all over the face and actually wouldn't bother using it under the eyes.

How to contour a round face: here’s my secret😬
Being a round face, I kinda enjoy people’s compliments of how I usually look cute and young. But it is an obstacle when I wanna try out some mature and sexy style. So at this time, contouring powders and technique are there to help me out. Today I want to share with you how I usually contour my round face to make it appear a little longer and slimmer. These are my tricks to adding definition of my face features.
· What I will use:
◇ Bronzer: hoola from Benefit
◇ Highlighter: liquid highlighter in the shade “Champagne pop” from Becca
◇ Blush: Blush Bouquet Dual Blush Palette in the shade “Adore” from Jouer Cosmetics
· Steps of contouring the face:
1. The first step is to emphasize your cheekbones since I believe most round-face girls are bothered by soft and rounded features on their faces. To achieve that, you want to first suck in your cheeks in the mirror to find the right area to start applying the bronzer powder with the brush it comes with.
2. Another place to use bronzer is where around your temples. Narrowing these two sides will make your face visually slimmer. Just use your brush to draw a “C” shape on both sides.
3. Next, use you finger to apply the liquid highlighter in three areas: under-eye area, the middle part of your forehead and also your chin.
4. And here comes the blush: use the blush to connect the areas of bronzer and highlighter and make sure they are blended out in a natural way. It would be a good idea to dab a little of the product on your chin.
5. Finally, it would be better if you could use a large face powder brush to blend all the products on your face to make sure there are no clear boundaries.
· Some more tips:
As you can see from my swatch, my chosen products are rather in the same undertone of golden and yellowish color. In this way they look more harmonious when used together.
If you somehow use too much product, you could always save it by applying enough face powder to blend!

Jouer - Essential Lip Enhancer Balm is a nice lip treatment that hydrated my lips and made them look smooth and juicy. I received it in my November boxycharm. the only thing I don’t care for is the smell that’s the only reason why I won’t be purchasing this product in the future

💄give me some BALM 💋
💄 This Sephora Favorites lip balm set is a *kisses fingers* set of perfection! Because of COVID, I’ve been wearing a mask all the time and there’s no point to lip color when no one can see it. And all that humidity makes my lips chapped. This set came to the rescue.
💋 For $29, you get five lip balms ($89 value), TWO of which are full size! It includes
🌸 Full Size tarte - SEA Quench Lip Rescue Balm
$19. A beautifully tinted and shiny lip balm that hydrates and makes my lips soft and shiny. I love this balm and the clean brand Tarte, which uses vegan ingredients and doesn’t do animal testing. It doesn’t have a scent and the color is so natural.
💋 Full Size PAT McGRATH LABS - Lip Fetish Balm
$36. A sheer and hydrating lip balm that I would never pay $36 for normally, but am happy to have. The packaging is so cute and with nice ingredients like shea butter and vitamin E, my lips feel so smooth.
👄 Lil fresh - Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment
$13. From acclaimed lip therapy brand Fresh, this delicious smelling lip treatment containes beeswax, jojoba oil, and olive oil to smooth out lips and heal any cracks.
🌸 Lil Too Faced - Peaches & Cream Lip Balm
$6. Smells like peaches and cream with a sheer pink tint for a natural look! It’s super little and fits right into my purse.
💄Lil Jouer - Essential Lip Enhancer Balm
$8. Jojoba oil, beeswax, vitamin E, and shea butter in a clear lip treatment with a touch of pink that smells deliciously like roses.

100% Recommend!!!✨✨✨
Jouer's highlighters Jouer - Powder Highlighter Trio Setare my absolute favorite! 💖They are much easier to use than the popular Hourglass highlighting sticks. I bought three of them: Rose Quartz, Citrine, and Skinny Dip.
I have combination-dry skin but my T-zone gets oily easily. I also have a lot of bumps and a neutral skin tone.
Rose Quartz: Suitable for girls who wear heavy makeup! It gives you the effect of using hyaluronic acid, making you very photogenic!
Citrine: Suitable for girls who are more low profile! It's very suitable for everyday work, but it's not as invisible as Hourglass.
Skinny Dip: Suitable for vacations or girls with darker skin. It's recommended for those with a more tanned look.
Summary: The powder is relatively delicate, doesn't highlight pores, lasts long, and the colors are very pigmented. I highly recommend these highlighters! 😍

Citrine and Rose Quartz are two popular Jouer highlighters Jouer - Powder Highlighter Trio Set and I wanted both colors but didn't need that much so this mini set is just the right size. Each color is 2g, and there are three colors for you to try. It's also convenient to carry around because of its size. The colors are very practical! I highly recommend it!👍
Citrine is basically gold. It makes you look healthy and is suitable for all skin tones.
My favorite is Rose Quartz, which is a very soft light pink highlighter.
Topaz is more of a bronze highlight, but the color is pretty natural.
It doesn't highlight pores and the powder is smooth, soft and delicate. Definitely worth its price.

Favorite blushes
(Don’t mind the water mark on the pictures, I had to edit them cause they were too big) anyways, these blushes are so beautiful! I stick more to the natural, peachier side of the palette. The have amazing staying power and lots of pigmentZ the arent dry either so they won’t just look like a big patch of dusty powder on your face! Love this!!! My favorite shade to wear is “Peach Quartz” Jouer - Rose Cut Gems Blush & Cheek Topper Palette

A Few Favorites ✨
So I’ve recently been really loving the beautyblender bounce foundation, primarily influenced by my absolute favorite hindash! I usually struggle with finding shades that properly fit my neutral, but warm skin tone but the shade 3.25 N has been such a good match so far! I have been using it with their new opal essence primer, influenced by the most gorgeous human on the planet, miss basmabhamze, and it is SO great for my dry skin!
Another complexion favorite has been the jouercosmetics concealer which has blown me away due to the high coverage yet comfortable feel.. kathleenlights and so many others rave about it and with good reason! I like to use my complexion products interchangeably so that I can find a good mix of what I like depending on how much coverage I want that day. So far, I highly recommend these three pretty products♥️

Best Beaming Highlights✨
A cream & powder option for a beamed up cheek.
✨This Jouer powder highlight leans very gold, so I'm only able to use when tanned. This color (rose gold) would look phenomenal on deeper skin tones.Jouer - Jouer Powder Highlighter
✨This Colourpop lite stix looks shimmery on the hand but blends out to a glittery finish. I wouldn't wear this everyday but it's fun for going out. Definitely not a natural glow.COLOURPOP - Lite Stix
