My best mascara experience so far!
I have tried benefit - Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara , COVERGIRL - Flourish by Lash Blast Mascara , COVERGIRL - Full Lash Bloom by LashBlast Waterproof Mascara ,REVLON - Volumazing Waterproof Mascara and even the MAYBELLINE - Great Lash Washable Mascara ... none of them have worked for me and added curl to my lashes like thisessence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect Waterproof Mascara has! And it’s waterproof! My only problem with it from me giving this 5 stars is that it looks kind of clumpy... but besides that, $5 at ulta is a total bargain!!!
BEST MASCARA IN THE MARKET📣
ESTĒE LAUDER - Sumptuous Extreme Lash Multiplying Volume Mascara Just no.. If you want really REALLY natural lashes, then go ahead and get it, but I don’t recommend it. It’s a mascara that does NOTHING at all. You see no difference. LANCÔME - DÉFINICILS High Definition Mascara This is a natural lash mascara. But it’s better than the Estée Lauder one. This mascara actually gives a difference to your lashes. It’s not clumpy at all. It gives you that natural good, long lash. LANCÔME - Hypnôse Drama Instant Full Volume Mascara This one screams lashes. It’s like wearing fake ones. But it’s too clumpy even if you apply a lash primer under. benefit - Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara This one is a drama but natural lash mascara. But it’s buildable and if you keep applying more coats, your lashes look BOMB. The wand is that curl type made of wax, not the ones with spikes (the others have that type of wand). I use this mascara everyday because I just love it. Your lashes look so beautiful and it’s not clumpy LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Mascara This mascara is better than the Hypnose. It gives you fake lashes. It’s really goooooooood. It makes you say “wow I have lashes”. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s clumpy, and the wand doesn’t help :)

✨✨Fenty Foundation Wear Test ✨✨
FENTY BEAUTY - Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation trying out this new foundation sample by fenty. Kept me nice and matte for majority of my wear. A touch of oil did start to peak through but that was with about 8hrs with of wear. It oxidized a touch so I think I’d get a shade lighter to try out. NYX - Epic Wear Eye & Body Liquid Liner love this liner. It’s dark and easy to apply. A little hard to remove, even with my professional products. But I do love it benefit - Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer this was my go to after I ran out of my Mac brow pencil. I like that it has a little more length to the pencil so I can hold it better. I wish the product was a little firmer so I’m able to make more defined hair strokes. laura mercier - Translucent Loose Setting Powder love this setting powder. Sometimes I’ll use a powdered foundation if I need a little more coverage but I typically set my whole face sigh this powder. I don’t bake since power dries out my under eye area but this powder keeps my skin smooth. It also blends well with my contour powder and my highlight powders.
throwback to a good day
I remember doing this makeup in September for an event where I read some of my poetry for the first time . I am still getting used to my really short hair and to feel as feminine and as confident. Is it Worth it ❓❓ tell me your opinion ⚠️
🌲My First Impressions Of Benefit Badgal Bang Mascara 👁In the wake of perusing the cases I was sold, mascaras are so difficult to get right, however Benefit Roller Lashes are one of my faves, so I had high expectations. 👁The wand is plastic and more than most mascaras, and I was somewhat scared by it. I felt free to apply to my first eye, and WOW my lashes were right away 30% longer and thicker. 👁The equation covered each and every hair, twisted and dried rapidly I was intrigued to such an extent that I hurried to my sister to show him and even he was dazzled. 🎅🏻Final Results ➡️Advantage Badgal Bang mascara hits practically the entirety of their cases, tragically missing one of the most significant and first cases. The recipe isn't without smudge , truth be told, it is perhaps the runniest mascara I have ever attempted. ➡️The arrangement is softly cover your lashes with a waterproof mascara, which I will do however it's not ideal or handy for most. ➡️I was shattered by this folks; I was living for how stunning my lashes look with this equation. Yet, raccoon eyes will never be an alluring look. ⚠️My recommendation is attempt it for your self and perceive how the recipe functions for you. I do have touchy eyes that get watery a ton during that time so it very well may be diverse for you. ❓Have you attempted it? I will very much want to know whether you have an alternate/equivalent experience as me.⁉️ 💸Price : 0.14 oz $13 0.30 oz $25 benefit - BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara #CherieCreator #CheriePartner

Benefit 💕 Best in Brows
Benefit was a brand I majorly slept on before I started working at Ulta. I didn’t really vibe with them until I started to learn more about the products from the wonderful Arch Experts at my store. The more I tried the more I fell in love with them. Now Benefit is mostly the only thing I use for my brows. I also exclusively go to Ulta’s Benefit Brow bar for my brows. I usually get them waxed and tinted every 5-6 weeks and I’m always happy with them. They can’t really do it now but they brow map your brows and give you a service way better than I was taught in school nor have seen anywhere else. My favorite product in their brow range is the benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel . Wether it’s an early morning, minimal make up shift or full on glam I’m always use this. It’s a tinted brow gel with little fibers (you can’t see) that attach to the brow hairs to give you color and fullness. When it comes to no make up this makes all the hairs lay down properly and gives some tint so they don’t look weird contrasted to my foundation. When it comes to full beat and my eyebrows are drawn on they give dimension to the hairs to make them look more natural. Not to mention Benefit’s brow range color is far superior to any brand I’ve seen. (Plus their blonde’s aren’t grey!) I also really like the benefit - Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer . You should have seen my brow girl’s face when I told her after months of using the product I realized their was a spoolie on the end 😂 but this has a micro precise tip to easily let you outline and fill in the hairs at the beginning of the brow. This is the pencil I use the most when I do use pencil. A pencil I’m still getting used to is the benefit - Goof Proof Brow Pencil . This has a bigger tip on the end with a waxier formula which is more geared towards those who have brow hairs. The waxy formula sticks better to the hairs and you can easily fill in what you have. For me this is trial and error since I’m not used to the bigger tip but I still think it’s a great pencil. The ultimate clear brow gel is the benefit - Benefit 24-Hour Brow Setter Shaping & Setting Gel . If you have this I need you to go smell it right now. Trust me. It smells amazing! This has a two sided brush (with a long side and a short side to lay down the correct amount of product for each part of the brow) and it lays the hairs right down. My tails can be unruly and this keeps them flat all day. It’s not crunchy but you can feel it in your brows when you wash it off at the end of the day. Your brows are set for as long as you need it with this. A new product for me that I fell in love with was the benefit - Brow Microfilling Eyebrow Pen . This is a felt tip pen with three prongs. This is meant to be flicked up to create a micro bladed effective. By far it’s the best one I’ve used and looks natural.
no brows? no worries!😁
I am here to help! I also have no eyebrows and since I started wearing makeup, I’ve used nearly every product under the sun trying to achieve that full brow look I have always wanted so badly. I will break it down by skill level and what has worked (+ not worked) so hopefully you can find something that works for you and will give you beautiful, full-looking brows! if anyone wants me to make a tutorial/video showing how-to comment below! EASIEST TO USE - PENCILS ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brow Definer this product was great. the tapered end allows for thin hair-like strokes towards the front and a thicker, more-defined look at the arch. ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brow Wiz Mechanical Brow Pencil the formula itself was also great, but there is not a lot of product AT ALL and you will find yourself buying another one within the month, waste of $$$ in my opinion. benefit - Goof Proof Brow Pencil SUPER SIMILAR to Brow Definer but amazing!!! ADVANCED - POWDERS REVLON - Colorstay Brow Kit I used this product many years ago when I was just starting out. honestly don’t remember if the wax even did anything and the powder was not very pigmented. it pales in comparison to what I use now. brown eyeshadow | ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ quickly after the Revlon brow kit, I wanted to dive into a look that was a little more impactful. I used any neutral or cool-toned brown eyeshadow I could get my hands on. this led to lots of trial and error (and at one point using black eyeshadow which you should NEVER DO even if you have black hair!). my most frequent shades have been Crucifix from KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Saint & Sinner Eyeshadow Palette and Volcano from MORPHE - 9B Bronzed Babe Eyeshadow Palette . these shades are quite dark on their own, but technique is everything and a natural look is achievable if you practice being light-handed. powder is the most common way I have filled my eyebrows in for the past 7 years and it’s never steered me wrong! MASCARAS/GELS ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - ANASTASIA Beverly Hills Tinted Brow Gel when you don’t have eyebrows, gels can’t be trusted to do all the work. however, they can help to seal in product so it’s less likely to budge all day. that’s exactly what this product does. NYX - Tinted Brow Mascara great affordable dupe and does the same thing. I do find it smudges with pressure though!!! NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART - POMADES ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Pomade this product is pigmented like an eyeliner, and it will absolutely go on like one if you aren’t careful. this product was at the height of the Insta Brow trend, but we all know now that Nike checks for eyebrows aren’t for everyone. if you want a very intense eyebrow then give it a shot but I will never repurchase.

Super close-up beauty - Skin under a microscope
My son got a nice little digital microscope for Christmas. So naturally, I’m gonna investigate my skin with it, duh! In case everyone needs further evidence/reminders to be extra, super, crazy gentle with your skin - here it is. I’m in my 40’s now. I had sporadic acne as a teenager and hormonal acne throughout my 20’s. Nothing out of the ordinary. I think it made me crazy enough to go to a dermatologist two or three times. But, I picked and popped everything!!!! I didn’t really know better. In the late 80’s/early 90’s we slapped some Noxema on everything and called it a day. Then when I was in college Biore’ Pore Strips came out. In fact, we all got “Welcome” bags in our dorm rooms and they had pore strips in them. That was viral marketing back then. So I used those bad boys like crazy. For years! I didn’t even have “blackheads” but no one who wasn’t a Derm even knew was a sebaceous filament was! Cut to now. Now, when I look at my skin up close I can see thickened, darker areas of skin where I previously had acne and picked/popped constantly. Now, I have a couple deep ice pick scars from trying to dig out cystic pimples. benefit - The POREfessional Face Primer is my every single day spackle to make those holes even with the rest of my face (Will do a microscope pic of that another time) And now, around my nose where I worked to remove “blackheads” that didn’t exist you can see there area tiny broken capillaries that make the whole area look pinkish and will only worsen with age. (The top 2 photos are areas of my face where the skin is relatively undamaged - the bottom 2 you can see what happens when you squeeze and tear stuff out of your pores) Being extra, overly gentle now will pay off later. Don’t pull at your face when brushing or swiping your make-up on. Don’t scrub it raw when washing. Don’t use harsh chemical laden products. And seriously please don’t use those damn pore strips 😝♥️ (Also, just realized my skin has a weird iridescent scaley look to it. I have Vitamin C serum on. It seems to dry leaving this film on my skin 😉 )

🤪Glowy natural makeup when I’m late😌 (~10min)
SKIN TYPE: Very dry skin, eczema, sensitive and acne-prone all at the same time🙃🙃 Sometimes using prescribed cortisteroid ointments (Novasone) for eczema flare ups or reactions. PRODUCTS USED (in order): Primer I use e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer , it’s so cheap but acts as a nice bond/barrier between skin after skincare routine and applying makeup; it’s so good in preventing drying out my skin but it’s not very hygienic as fluff or dust gets stuck. Usually patting the primer into the skin and waiting a moment for it to melt into the skin. Foundation is a cushion #CHANEL - Vitalumiére Glow[products]#[FourStars] (#21), gives a shine upon application while still looking like natural skin. It’s a light to medium coverage and I find it doesn’t cling to my dry patches. I don’t use concealer most of the time but I do use the powder Charlotte Tilbury - Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder to set under the eyes, smile lines, nose contour area, chin and forehead. I don’t produce much oil through the day at all but I do sweat and the powder helps set makeup while still looking natural and doesn’t take away the glow too much. For the price though, there might be better cheaper alternatives🥺. Brows I usually use the innisfree - Auto Eyebrow Pencil or the ETUDE - Tint My Brows Gel New +benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel, the tint can last ~2-3 days so it saves time if I’ve already filled in and drawn my brows the night before😂. The only con is that on initial application the tint looks green-ish in the camera. #NARS - Original blush - Orgasm[products]#[FourStars] for the slight golden shimmer enhancing the glow of the cushion foundation, usually building it up for a slightly brighter flush of colour on the cheeks as the colour doesn’t show too much when you first apply it. Highlight usually the FENTY mini Kilowatt highlight in the shade Hustla Baby, it’s a golden sheen that really blends in with my skin tone and not too glittery while also blends in with the NARS blush. If I’m feeling extra then also lightly adding in the FENTY mini Diamond Bomb highlight. Eyeliner is the brownUZ - Eye Opening Liner Usually use various lengthening falsies or innisfree - Skinny Microcara Last but most crucial thing for me is the URBAN DECAY - All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray , it really pulls the whole look together, adding back some shine where I’ve powdered thus making the whole look more natural. Also with the spray I don’t have to worry about the makeup transferring or fading/melting away during the day unless 8+ hours. Lip products include: CHANEL - Rouge Coco Flash Lipstick(#212) #CHANEL - Rouge Allure Laque[products]# romand - Glasting Water Tint 6 Colors FENTY BEAUTY - Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer FENTY BEAUTY - Diamond Bomb Baby Mini Lip Gloss and Highlighter Set
Makeup For My Graduation Photoshoot!!! 🎓💖✨
First of all, congrats to all my fellow 2020 graduates!!! I recently did a graduation photoshoot with my family and so I wanted to show you the makeup I did for it! I wanted to look like myself but more enhanced and defined. I started with MAKE UP FOR EVER - Full Cover Concealer to cover any blemishes on my face. It has a super thick and high coverage formula that lasts all day (it’s literally waterproof!) and is perfect for pinpoint concealing! I skipped foundation because I wanted my makeup to look more skinlike in the photos and not super flat. I then defined my brows with MAYBELLINE - Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil . It’s a great dupe for Anastasia’s brow wix and any other more “expensive” skinny brow pencil. It’s not too pigmented where you accidentally like like you use a sharpie to draw on your brows. It has the perfect in-between pigment and wax so it lasts all day and adds thickness to the brows. I used benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel to set my brows. It’s literally super glue for brows! This is a clear gel that keeps my hairs looking fluffy and combed up all day. I used the bronzer and highlight fromTOM FORD - Soleil Contouring Compact to add some warmth, glow and definition to the face. It has a super smooth powder formula that doesn’t look like makeup once on the skin! It blends in perfectly and seamlessly so it looks just like skin. For blush I used CHANEL - ROUGE COCO Lip Blush in 420 for a warm berry glow on the cheeks. This is a gel like formula that is super cheer but buildable. It also leaves a nice glassy sheen on the skin! To set the concealer and the parts of my face that gets shiny throughout the day, I used rms beauty - "Un" Powder . It makes my skin look satin smooth and doesn’t let any shine come through! It also doesn’t have flashback (if you apply only a sheer layer on the skin). For eyeshadow, I used TOM FORD - Cream and Powder Eye Color in Naked Bronze. It’s a beautiful combination of a creamy, moussey bronze cream shadow and a sheer but super glittery gold powder shadow top coat. It lasts all day and looks suuper flattering! I always get questions on what I have on my eyesqhen I wear it. I used my holy-grail favorite DollyWink - DollyWink Liquid Eyeliner to line my eyes for extra definition. It has a super fine tip for extra precision and the formula is inky black and doesn’t budge at all! For the biggest, baddest lashes, I used LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara . It adds so much volume and length to my lashes and the waterproof formula makes it stay on all day without any smudging. For the lips, I wanted a shade similar to my natural lip color so I went for COLOURPOP - Ultra Blotted Lip from Pony’s Collaboration in Holly Lolly. It’s a beautiful warm pink!

My Daily Products/ My Absolute Favorites!
SEPHORA COLLECTION - Animal Eyes Eyeshadow Palette - My favorite eyeshadow palette! Perfect for a natural look! Doesn’t have the product, but the Wet ‘n’ Wild Blush- in the shade Pinch Me Pink! It has the perfect tint, with the best amount of shimmer! cosmedica SKINCARE - Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum Works really well on my face! I don’t really need a description, it’s pretty self explanatory. MAYBELLINE - Lash Sensational Waterproof Mascara It really is waterproof! BTW, It’s still the same product just different like labels you could say? It does work and my lashes are longer and fuller! SEPHORA COLLECTION - 10 HR Wear Perfection Foundation Works good. Not the best coverage, so good for people with clearer skin.SEPHORA COLLECTION - Bright Future Gel Serum Concealer Covers my dark circles awesomely! It blends really nicely. On the bright side (bad pun alert!), it isn’t too bright so it looks natural. benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel Perfect for saving time, and getting the appearance of fuller brows! It takes two seconds to apply, and has a natural look. MILANI - Make It Last Prime + Correct + Set Setting Spray Sets my makeup in place for long days. Works amazing! I would recommend doing a before and after spray, for a good prime and set. RIMMEL - STAY GLOSSY High Shine Lip Gloss Not this exact one! Get the clear one! It’s cute, trust me! 😉 MAYBELLINE - Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer Minimizes my pores like CRAZY!! Green Color Corrector- Ok, there’s no product on Cheri for this, BUT if you go to target and into the beauty section, it should be there! BATH & BODY WORKS - In the Stars Fine Fragrance Mist I use it everyday. A few squirts should be perfect!

How to contour a round face: here’s my secret😬
Being a round face, I kinda enjoy people’s compliments of how I usually look cute and young. But it is an obstacle when I wanna try out some mature and sexy style. So at this time, contouring powders and technique are there to help me out. Today I want to share with you how I usually contour my round face to make it appear a little longer and slimmer. These are my tricks to adding definition of my face features. · What I will use: ◇ Bronzer: hoola from Benefit ◇ Highlighter: liquid highlighter in the shade “Champagne pop” from Becca ◇ Blush: Blush Bouquet Dual Blush Palette in the shade “Adore” from Jouer Cosmetics · Steps of contouring the face: 1. The first step is to emphasize your cheekbones since I believe most round-face girls are bothered by soft and rounded features on their faces. To achieve that, you want to first suck in your cheeks in the mirror to find the right area to start applying the bronzer powder with the brush it comes with. 2. Another place to use bronzer is where around your temples. Narrowing these two sides will make your face visually slimmer. Just use your brush to draw a “C” shape on both sides. 3. Next, use you finger to apply the liquid highlighter in three areas: under-eye area, the middle part of your forehead and also your chin. 4. And here comes the blush: use the blush to connect the areas of bronzer and highlighter and make sure they are blended out in a natural way. It would be a good idea to dab a little of the product on your chin. 5. Finally, it would be better if you could use a large face powder brush to blend all the products on your face to make sure there are no clear boundaries. · Some more tips: As you can see from my swatch, my chosen products are rather in the same undertone of golden and yellowish color. In this way they look more harmonious when used together. If you somehow use too much product, you could always save it by applying enough face powder to blend!

Winged liner for hooded eyes, HELP!!!
I’ve watched several MUA’s tutorials on doing a winged liner for hooded eyes, the Bat Wing technique. As you can see from the pics, I still need a lot of practice!!! I use benefit - Roller Liner Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner but I still can’t get a crisp, straight line. One of my biggest challenges is, besides being hooded, they are drastically different size/shapes. One is more hooded the other is more deep set. So it’s tough to make the wing match on both sides. Do you have any advice or product suggestions for hooded eye make up wearers?
benefit - Roller Liner Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner super pigmented and ultra black nice brush tip, went smoothly over the eyeshadow I already had on only complaint is that it is hard to get a thinner line with this stuff. I usually don’t make my eyeliner so thick but i had messed up the wing and the only way to correct was the thicken it 😭 because if I tried taking it all of it smudges so bad and then I have permanent raccoon eyes anybody have any tips on taking eyeliner off efficiently so that there’s not horrible smudging & raccoon eyes??

My go-to products for a simple base makeup
Skin tone: fair to light Skin type: dry to combination, oily T-zone I know that there will be a few days each month, you have to go out but don’t want to spend a lot of time making a complete makeup, especially base makeup. Think about concealer, foundation, highlighter, bronzer blabla, I always want to skip some steps. When I have to go outside but be lazy about making up, I will choose these two products to make base makeup. #1 BENEFIT COSMETICS The POREfessional Face Primer The POREfessional Face Primer is a lightweight balm that quickly minimizes the appearance of pores and fine lines for smooth skin. It can mattify shine and minimize the appearance of pores when worn alone or under makeup. Before my makeup, I would pat a thin layer out from the center of the face, then apply makeup. It would prepare a flawless and smooth skin for later makeup. All of my pores would be hidden. I bought the largest size of it, but I regret to buy this size. Because a little can goes a long way, it cannot be emptied in one year I think. #2 Cle De Peau VOILE CRÈME CORRECTEUR N CORRECTING CREAM VEIL This primer is a hot item in worldwide. It’s really hard to buy. Fortunately, I bought one. After using the Benefit pore primer, I would choose this correcting cream to finish my base makeup. IT instantly diffuses dullness and blurs skin’s imperfections for a smooth, refreshed finish. It’s easy to blend. The shade of it is natural compared to foundations. It would cover some tiny scars and create flawless skin. If you don’t have time or just too lazy to do full makeup, try these two products. They will not let you down. But this combo doesn’t suit to skin with severe scar or hyperpigmentation problems because of the light coverage.

Love tint is lovestick
Benefits love tint is not lipstick it’s lovestick! It’s the prettiest pink and you can build it to what intensity you like. I use on cheeks for a sexy blush 😊I lovveee bright pinks and it compliments my skin so well so I’ve been told and I’ve attached proof!!👄💓
benefit-Benefit Tinted Cheek & Lip Stain
I think I may have an addiction to ... face palettes 🙊💕 And the benefit Cheekleaders Bronze Squad stole my heart 💘 All these gorgeous shades... and their exclusive highlighter Cookie... wow! It’s all I can say. I hope they’ll bring it as a single pan because it’s such a beautiful, blinding highlighter. I’m also really happy they included the Hoola Caramel I’m sure it will be a great match for me.
