Facial exfoliation pads
First, follow me for more content like this 💖😘. I know I’ve been doing a lot of First Aid Beauty products and you guys are probably getting sick of me😭😭. But I got a value kit and I wanted to get through and have an opinion on each product before I told you guys about them. Today’s product is the Facial Radiance Pads. These pads are formulated with lactic acid, glycolic acid, lemon peel, and Indian gooseberry. Lactic and glycolic acid are AHA’s that helps brighten and exfoliate the skin and help improve the texture. The lemon peel doesn’t really sit right with me because I read that lemon for the skin is insanely bad but I guess that’s only if you’re using an actually lemon on your skin. Im still kinda iffy with the fact that it’s an ingredient. I also think it’s pretty wasteful to have presoaked pads only because it’s just as bad as using single use cotton rounds in my opinion. I also found myself, in the beginning, using more than one at a time because I wasn’t really paying attention when i was picking them out the jar. According to FAB these pads are great for everyday use, and can even be used on sensitive skin. I do notice that my skin has gotten brighter. This has to be my least favorite out of their products. They do sting a little at first but other than that it’s fine. These help with dullness, pores, uneven skin tone and uneven texture. Will I be repurchasing this product? No, but I’m glad i got to try them. They are good for when you’re in a hurry or feeling lazy but i don’t know, i think the bad outweigh the good with this one. Try it for yourself to see if you like it but it might just be a no for me. They come with 60 pads for $34 and 28 pads for $17. I hope this helps🥺💕FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads
Skincare for Exercising
I want to share a few tips I use for skincare while exercising. I love running, especially outdoors. It’s important to to modify your skincare routine on work-out days to continue to care for your skin. 1. Start with a clean, make-up free face While you are working out, you want your skin to be able to breath. You don’t want your make-up to settle into your pores. This is easiest when you are working out first thing in the morning. I recommend: Cleanse, moisturizer, spf Exercising with a make-up free face can be more of a challenge if you are trying to fit in a work-out on lunch break or after work.I rarely use face wipes, but this is when I use them. A face wipe to remove make-up, and spf. CLINIQUE - Take the Day Off Micellar Cleansing Wipes for Face & Eyes 2. Always use Sunscreen! This is basic skincare rule that can’t be skipped while working out, especially if outside. I have a separate sport sunscreen for exercising that is waterproof and longer lasting. I recommend: Supergoop! - Play Everyday Lotion SPF 30 with Sunflower Extract COOLA - Suncare Sport Sunscreen Spray Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Bonus points if you wear a hat if exercising outdoors! 3. Wash your face right after working out This seems like a given, but it is important to remove sweat residue and bacteria immediately after working out. If you are not home face wipes can come in handy again. Also, toner pads can help remove excess dirt & oil. I recommend: FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads It’s also helpful to cool skin after your work out to prevent breaking of blood vessels. Splash your face with cool water and wash with a wash cloth. Your skin is also sensitive after working out, so I do a simple paired down routine. No exfoliating, AHAs, or serums with actives. A good calming moisturizer that can help with redness is good to use on these days. I love: FIRST AID BEAUTY - FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask My routine post work out is: Cleanse, toner, hyaluronic acid serum, moisturizer, (spf if daytime) Hope that helped!

Birthday Gifts From Sephora 🎈
Since I am a Beauty Insider member & my birthday is in a week, Sephora sent me this awesome package! •MOROCCANOIL - Moroccanoil Treatment •MOROCCANOIL - Night Body Serum •MOROCCANOIL - Hydrating Styling Cream •FIRST AID BEAUTY - Pure Skin Face Cleanser •FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream I have actually used all of these products before except the Moroccan Oil Body Serum! I am excited to give it a try because I have loved all of the other products from Moroccan Oil! Their treatment serum & styling cream are amazing! You only need a little bit of each & they make your hair look & smell amazing! I already use 100% Argan Oil in my hair daily so adding this into the picture is going to make my hair even better! I’m actually going to be dying my hair (either ombré or balayage) next weekend so I can use all the hydration possible!!! First Aid Beauty is also one of my favorite brands. I use their cleanser daily already so this one is going to get used up when I’m done with the tube I already have! The repair cream I don’t use in my face because I think it’s a bit too thick but I do use it everywhere else! I use it on my hands, arms, legs & feet! It really is an “everything” cream! I even use it on my 1 year old son! His cheeks have been getting pretty dry lately because it’s been so cold where we live & this is the only cream that I have found that helps him instantly! & we have tried every single “baby” cream before trying this! & none have held up to the ultra repair cream. What’s great about the FAB Cream is it is completely safe for babies, & their whole “ultra” line is also safe for sensitive skin. Lately I have been using the FAB ultra lip repair lip balm & I absolutely love it! Have you guys tried any of these products before?? If so, what’d you think? 💖 @cherie@CheriePick@Cheriebeauty
My Top 5 Skincare Products of 2020!
2020 was quite the year. From Covid to wildfires, there were many difficulties. But, a good thing to come from the past year was growth in the skincare community! Being at home gave us lots of time to focus on ourselves and discover things that interest us. I have always loved skincare but quarantine gave me the opportunity to focus on my skin in a way I would have never been able to do otherwise. These are my favorite skincare products that I discovered this year! 1️⃣peach slices - Snail Rescue Blemish Busting Toner I purchased this product in early December. I usually like to use a product for a while before I decide how I feel about it and definitely before I recommend it, but this product is special. I’ve been using it for a short amount of time but I absolutely love it! I have dry, acne prone skin and this is ideal for my specific needs. It is super hydrating but it also helps treat and prevent acne. 2️⃣FIRST AID BEAUTY - Pure Skin Face Cleanser This is a very basic cleanser but that is why I love it! It is very gentle and does exactly what it is supposed to do. I use this alone on days when I’m not wearing makeup or as a second step in a double cleansing routine. This is great for any skin type but if you have dry or sensitive this is especially good for you. 3️⃣BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Marine Algae Eye Cream I purchased a trial size of this product because there is no way I could justify spending more than $50 on a product that is less than an ounce. Because of the price I don’t think I will be repurchasing this, but that being said, I love this product! I struggle with sensitive under eyes that flake and peel when irritated. This eye cream hydrates the sensitive skin around my eyes without making them sting! If you are able to purchase this product I really do recommend it. 4️⃣The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution As with pretty much everyone else, I found this product through TikTok. I’m a little late to the game though. I only recently started using this product but I can see a difference in my skin. I have milia on my forehead that makes my skin look textured and this helps! After using this product my skin feels soooo smooth. This product is very easy to misuse so make sure you are using it correctly and err on the side of caution. 5️⃣GLOW RECIPE - Papaya Sorbet Smoothing Enzyme Cleansing Balm This is the first cleansing balm I have ever used that I love. It feels so smooth on the face and easily removes all my makeup. I recommend it for anyone who is looking to double cleanse. Glow Recipe claims it can be used alone but I advise against that as it is hard to completely remove if you don’t follow it with a water based cleanser. If you have any skincare discoveries from 2020 let me know in the comments! I’d love to know what products you’re bringing with you into the new year.

My lazy night routine
I love skin care but sometimes I just don’t have the patience or the time for a full routine. However I am not willing to compromise my skin condition so I wanted a quick but very effective routine which is how I came out with this one. N°7 - Radiant Results Nourishing Cleansing Balm I never go to sleep with makeup on so that is never a step that I skip out on. This cleansing balm gently breaks down makeup and is soothing for the skin #Acure - Seriously Soothing Cleansing Cream[products]#[FiveStars] This is a gentle cleanser that foams while still being hydrating. VERSED - THE SHORTCUT Overnight Facial Peel This is a very gentle exfoliating treatment. This is a AHA cream that is massaged into the skin and is hydrating enough for anyone other then dry or dehydrated skin. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration This is my go to moisturizer as it is deeply nourishing
My skincare detox!!
Hey awesome people!! It's been a while since I last posted because I was on a skincare detox (and ridiculously busy). Sensitive vs senstized skin: If your skin feels like it burns with the mildest products (for me, even spf and lactic acid) when it's usually not this sensitive - chances are your skin is getting sensitized. Sensitive skin is something we're born with, sensitization happens due to external factors. It's not necessarily due to just rigorous skincare but also external factors like stress, diet, UV exposure etc. So while skin detox is great, also remember to take care of yourself 💜❤️ What and why? I'm no skincare expert by a long shot. I keep things mostly simple and I believe we can tell what our skin needs. I started serious skincare around January this year (I know, suuuper late but better than never lol). My skin before that was mostly normal with bouts of dryness but no major sensitivity. So I was wondering why after skincare, my skin felt like it was hurting when it should feel better. Answer: I needed to give my skin break once in a while! The products, especially the ones with active ingredients, can sensitize skin - even if it is not already sensitive. So I took a break for about 3 weeks. I don't think you need to break for that long, I suppose 10ish days should be enough. I just got lazy to start again. BUT - I can definitely see a difference. For example, now if I use the The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution, it tingles less than before! How did I detox? Again, not saying this is the only way. I stripped down to basics. Cleanse, moisturize and spf. That's all. In detail: AM: Cleanse with either DERMA•E - Anti-Wrinkle Cleanser or SOAP & GLORY - Face Soap And Clarity Facial Wash (nothing technically wrong with either cleansers, they're both a bit drying with a bit of fragrance and I'm still on the hunt for The One™) Moisturizer: #Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel SPF: Australian Gold - Botanical Tinted Face Sunscreen SPF 50 PM: Double cleanse (because of spf): BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original (love this Btw) And then DERMA•E - Anti-Wrinkle Cleanser (soap and glory is too harsh for double cleanse) Moisturize: FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration And that's it! No actives, no exfoliation - just the bare mininum. Info: The selfies are somewhere around week 2 of my detox (not a selfie person so I probably suck at taking selfies but oh well 🤷🏻♀️) Hope this helps!! Cheers ✨

FULL Gentle Hydrating Skincare Routine
This has kind of been the theme of my entire Cherie page since its creation, but I’ve been needing to really hydrate my skin more since the weather’s become colder. Having rosacea means I always need to do extra research on the products I try. So after some experimenting, trying a LOT of new products, and deciding to stick to some old favorites, this is the routine I’ve come up with for myself: AM Routine Cleanser - Inkey Oat Cleansing Balm: A recent switch for the winter. Leaves my skin feeling nourished and hydrated, but doesn’t tackle my acne very effectively. Might switch back to my old cleanser (Cosrx Good Morning Gel) and just use this when my skin is feeling tight/for double cleansing. Toner - FAB Wild Oat Ultra Hydrating Toner: Another recent switch. This toner is so hydrating that I don’t need to use hydrating masks or overnight creams as frequently as I used to and it’s very calming. Serum - Peach & Lily’s Glass Skin Refining Serum: This is definitely worth the hype. My skin has been noticeably smooth since using it. Spot Treatment - TULA Go Away Acne: Uses benzoyl peroxide to work on acne which can interfere with rosacea, so I don’t use this on my cheeks but it works well in other areas. Not a repurchase for me. Eye Cream - Cetaphil Deep Hydration Refreshing Eye Serum: I said recently that eye cream doesn’t work for me, but I’m starting to get wrinkles under my eyes and thought it was important to kick up the hydration and attention. This one is quite gentle and pretty affordable. Moisturizer - CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion: Undefeated! If I need some extra hydration I’ll add a couple drops of Leo Oil and mix on my hand using my ring finger. Sunscreen - EltaMD SPF 46 on days with no makeup or ILIA Serum Skin Tint: Both are mineral sunscreens and unscented with protection in the 40s. PM Routine Cleanser - The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm: ...and I’ll double cleanse with my old Cosrx Good Morning Gel if I wore makeup that day. Toner - FAB Wild Oat Ultra Hydrating Toner Serum - Paula’s Choice CALM 1% BHA Lotion Exfoliant or 10% Azelaic Acid Booster: I like to alternate between these two serums. The BHA (salicylic acid) targets pores and redness. The Azelaic Acid Boost contains salicylic acid too, but is more effective at targeting rosacea specifically. Eye Cream - Veriphy 20/20 Eye Cream: Received this as a gift and I actually really like it! Contains ingredients like peptides, niacinamide, and cucumber extract. But it’s wildly expensive and I won’t be able to repurchase. Moisturizer - CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion + Astrologiens Leo Oil: At night I always combine these two if I’m not using my Naturium Sleeping Cream (2 pumps + 2 drops). I have individual reviews on a number of these products, so if you’re interested in learning more about something feel free to check those posts out or just ask a question here :) Most of these products are generally rosacea and sensitive skin safe. I have type 1 rosacea for reference.
FAB Instant Oatmeal Mask: Honest Review
FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask Oats are one of my favorite ingredients for soothing the skin. They’re gentle, provide hydration, and even help clarify the skin. This mask is meant to be left on for 10 minutes and has small bits of oats in it. After removing the mask, my skin does feel smooth and hydrated, but not nearly as much as I would hope. My comparison point is the Kiehl’s avocado mask, and while this FAB mask does hydrate my skin it doesn’t pack the punch I was hoping for. For heavier duty hydration, I’ll turn back to Kiehl’s or Naturium’s sleeping cream. I think this mask may be preferable for more oily skin types needing just a small boost for the winter or for hydration during warmer seasons when my skin isn’t so dry. As always, this mask is rosacea and sensitive skin safe. I don’t think I’ll be buying it again unless there’s another big sale (this was 40% off) during a warmer season, but I’m going to continue using this whenever I just want to add something gentle to my routine for the day! If you want an oat product from FAB, I would highly recommend their toner instead. Since incorporating the FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Wild Oat Hydrating Toner into my skincare routine, my skin has been so much more hydrated and happy. This mask is $24 whereas the toner is $22, so it’s also a little cheaper. 😉 What was your experience like with this mask? Do you have any hydrating masks to recommend for sensitive skin types?

Winter fav with FAB🥶
First, follow me for more content like this 💖😘 So if you’ve been following me or happen to see my posts you know I’ve been obsessed with First Aid Beauty lately. Their products have come in super clutch this winter for me because of the amazing hydration I get. So let’s talk about the Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer. It’s a light weight moisturizer formulated with meadow foam seed oil, Shea butter, colloidal oatmeal and avocado oil to make the skin extremely soft and smooth. It also helps reinforce the skins barrier. It gives you kind of a velvet, blur finish. I literally lather this one (you don’t have to I just love it so much). it comes in a 1.7 oz tube and it had a pump. It’s also $26. It doesn’t feel sticky and i feel hydrated all day. My face feels so protected from the cold weather. This is the most important product in my routine right now. If you get a chance please try this this winter. I promise it’ll make your face feel so good and hydrated. FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer

FIRST AID REALLY SAVED MY SKIN ⛑🩹
FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair BarriAIR Cream Safe for Sensitive Skin MY FIRST EMPTY FIRST AID FAB ❤️ As someone who has the most terrible dry, flaky, irritated skin over the winter. It’s always a struggle for me to find the right face cream for daily use to help my skin heal and stay hydrated while also healthy. I was breaking out like crazy because of over dried skin from the cold environment. And I can not really use any moisturizer or rather use JUST ANY skin care products as I have really sensitive skin. This repair barriAIR cream has saved me through the winter and still is! I have a better and stronger barrier than ever! It got rid of my dry patches, helped healed broken skin from breakouts, and keep my skin moisturized 💧 and it even cool down my redness which I was experiencing from other skin products. About the product: FRAGRANCE FREE SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN STRENGTHEN, BALANCE AND HYDRATE LIGHT AS AIR CREAM TO FOAM MOISTURIZER 🧴 FOR COMBO, NORMAL AND SENSITIVE SKIN TYPES Recommended ✅ this product left me happy and thankful, I would repurchase!
1 month on tretinoin
So it’s been a month. It’s also been a rollercoaster. These cysts and breakouts around my mouth do not seem to want to leave. I know this medication takes time but man am I scared and inpatient. Praying the purging comes to an end soon and healing starts happening sooner. My routine in the AM is VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair BarriAIR Cream Safe for Sensitive Skin sun bum - Face Lotion SPF 50 Lately I’ve noticed my skin is starting to get dryer and I don’t think the repair barriAIR cream is hydrating enough so on mornings I feel extra dry I’ll either swap out or layer on FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Cucumber Melon it smells amazing and feels like someone just blew crisp cool air on my face. Hoping it doesn’t break me out I’m a little triggered to try new products right now because my skin is very angry but so far so good PM VANICREAM - Gentle Facial Cleanser FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream Cucumber Melon Every other night I use OBAGI - Tretinoin 0.025% Cream the RX shortly I’m going to be including CLOVE+HALLOW - The Everything Oil I’ve seen good reviews on it and thought maybe I’d give it shot to help with the active acne I have on my face. I haven’t received it yet but I will be posting updates Please let me know any recommendations on skincare etc I’m always open to any help I could get 😭 I’ve also been trying to cut out dairy and limit sugar intake as much as I can, it’s difficult now because of financial issues I’m facing because of the pandemic right now but hoping in the next few months I’ll have the resources i need to be able to fully change my diet. ❤️thanks for all the support and love Honestly if it wasn’t for this app and all the wonderful people here I would be a hell of a lot more lost. I’m sad and angry about my skin but I’m slowly growing to accept it and accept the process.

I have tried many moisturizers but here are the ones I think are best for each skin type! ❤️Best for Oily Skin❤️ CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion This moisturizer is suitable for most skin types but it is great for oily skin types because it contains niacinamide which can aid in controlling the overproduction of oil. It is very moisturizing but it doesn’t make your skin look greasy. I absolutely love this moisturizer and strongly recommend it. 🧡Best for Dry Skin🧡 FIRST AID BEAUTY - FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask This is technically a moisturizing mask but when my skin is feeling dry I use it as a moisturizer. Is is so soothing and has an interesting texture and smell. The product comes out of the tube blue and with an almost whipped texture. When you put it on your face it sinks in slowly if you apply it as a leave on mask, but if you rub it in it sinks in pretty quickly. I personally love the light natural scent it has (it is almost medicinal) but I realize it may be off putting to others. 💛Best for Combination Skin💛 GLOW RECIPE - Banana Soufflé Moisture Cream This moisturizer has niacinamide (can aid in controlling the overproduction of oil), is hydrating, and gives your skin a nice glow. At first I wasn’t a huge fan but with continued use I grew to love it! It has a light banana scent but Glow Recipe product contain extremely little fragrance. I think this would be great for combination skin as long as you don’t mind the glow. 💚Best for Sensitive Skin💚 FIRST AID BEAUTY - Skin Rescue Daily Face Cream This may be my favorite moisturizer! It is hydrating but feels very light on the skin. It sinks in quickly and has a smaller ingredient list so there isn’t a very big risk of irritation. It is very simple but in a great way! 💙Best for Normal Skin💙 FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Cream If you have normal skin you can use any of the moisturizers I’ve recommended, but this one is really nice, effective, and has a great formula. It is great for dry or sensitive skin as well. It makes my skin feel very hydrated and has never caused issues with my acne prone skin. 💜Honorable Mentions💜 cocokind - Matcha Face Moisturizer This moisturizer is interesting. I feel like that is the best way to put it. It is very thick but it is also mattifying. Because of this, I think it would be suitable for all skin types (including oily) if you prefer thick moisturizers. The one problem I may have with it, though, is that it may have made my milia slightly worse. The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA I think this is a great moisturizer but I personally prefer other ones. If you are looking for a simple moisturizer that it inexpensive and delivers great hydration, this might be a great option. Leave a comment if you have tried these or have any recommendations!
Hello friends! Hope you all had a restful and safe holiday season ☺️ I know I have been enjoying cooking, crafting, and of course, learning more and more about my skin every day! Here is my holiday haul, I will be posting more in depth reviews of each batch of things as I use them, so stay tuned! Some standouts I’m already in love with include: Mask spatulas | I’ve been wanting to get some of these things for such a long time, but I knew I needed to wait for Christmas because they’re a great stocking stuffer. I love that I don’t have to dirty my fingertips putting masks on anymore! FIRST AID BEAUTY - FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask | I’ve gotten a couple of samples of this mask and never thought I liked it very much. FAB products used to give me an allergic reaction, so I’ve been hesitant to use them, but I used this mask on some healing blemishes I had and was really impressed to see them almost gone the next day! #Hero Cosmetics - Mighty Patch - Original[products]# | I am somewhat skeptical on the power of hydrocolloid patches, I do like them because they prevent me from picking… which I am very bad about…. Beyond these few, I’m super excited about the THE inkey LIST - Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) Blemish + Blackhead Serum, Supergoop! - Superscreen Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA+++, and BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original! Stay tuned for reviews, I can’t wait to use these products!

New Beauty Buys
This body scrub honestly does wonders for KP (keratosis pilaris). I was first gifted this and then made a purchase 2 weeks ago. FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA A little background: keratosis pilaris tends to appear on upper arms, legs, or buttocks, and they’re those annoying tiny bumps & don’t hurt or itch. It’s actually more common than you think, and it’s not anything bad. It usually gets worse in the colder months because your skin is drier. @firstaidbeauty’s body scrub has helped my KP a lot in the past few days, and has helped me achieve that smooth skin on my upper arms. I think this product is worth it and something that I’ll keep purchasing in/for my body care routine. Have you tried this body scrub? If so, did you like it? @cherie@Cheriebeauty #cheriecreator
Body Acne Be Gone! 🔮
I started having back acne on this random day during my freshman year of college and since then have been struggling with it on and off. Recently I have found this routine and I’m so happy to report that the conditions have been stable for months now. As you can see in the second photo, I still have some scars and discolorations, but hey, better than before, at least my back isn’t bumpy anymore. I rarely get new pimples on my back, and if I do it’s a small one that can heal in days, not the big, painful, red ones that haunt me for so long. List of Products: MARIO BADESCU - A.H.A Botanical Body Soap I shower everyday and use this body wash. It smells great and leaves my skin clean but not dry. Before this I use CeraVe - SA Body Wash for Rough & Bumpy Skin. I liked that one too, but it wasn’t as foamy and I just find this Mario Badescu one more pleasant. THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner Ok this toner is not great for your face in the long run because of the witch hazel in it, but it works so great for body acne. I can say that since I started using this toner on my back I have been noticing huge improvements. It’s not sticky or anything on my skin and I just use my hands to pat the product on my back (daily stretch lol). FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA I use this body scrub with AHA no more than once a week and usually after I take a bath so I can buff off all the dead skins. It leaves my skin super soft and smooth. I took off a star because it’s not a gentle scrub and for some reason some particles always stay on either my shower curtain or on the floor... CLINIQUE - Acne Solutions Clinical Clearing Gel I use this when I notice a pimple on my back. Good old salicylic acid concentrate to dry it out. I took off a star because you have to wait for it to dry down before you put on clothes and sometimes it hurts a bit. Other Tips: This is going to sound really dumb but: RINSE OFF ALL PRODUCTS that might be on your skin! I realized I actually have very sensitive skin on my body and if I don’t rinse until there’s zero trace of product on my back, I break out. This includes body wash, and especially hair conditioner, if you have longer hair and leave hair conditioner in as you wash your body. My guideline is: if I feel any slippery feeling on my back, I need to rinse more. Pick your hair and body wash products carefully. As it turns out, I cannot use a lot of products, especially those that purposely leave your skin extra smooth and slippery. Also you might be allergic to some ingredients, pay attention to those too. Be mindful of hair products: oils, serums, styling products, etc. Again, they might be great for your hair, but if they get onto your back, maybe it’s another story. Wash your beddings and towels often! A lot of bacteria might be on them! Hope this helps!!

holy grail lip balm
Honestly... it’s time to talk about my favorite lip product, the FIRST AID BEAUTY - Ultra Repair Lip Therapy I ran through a mini of this super fast a few months ago (gifted), and was reluctant to purchase a full size since I have so many lip things... but after having chapped lips for who knows how long, I knew I needed it back in my life. And hey, it’s only $12. Of course, it’s has colloidal oatmeal in it, which is probably why I love it, but it also contains shea butter and glycerin as key ingredients. It’s long lasting on my lips, and mega hydrating! I use this as a balm, pre lipstick, or as a mask. It’s better than any balm or mask I’ve tried, and I dare say it’s... a holy grail.
