FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO DO A SMOKED WING 😍
I’ve always wanted to do a soft smoked wing but I found that every time I blended/smudged, I would accidentally overblend or it just ends up looking messy. Here are a couple tips I created to give me the most success for my eyeshape! 1. Have a Q tip and a makeup remover balm ready! These two items aren’t just going to be used for cleaning up the mess. It is actually going to help you create the thinnest, crisp line you’ll ever see! Keep in mind this method will only work if you want your eyeliner to be placed exactly like it is in the pictures! Make sure you don’t put any foundation on when you’re doing this or else you’re going to have a line of bare skin showing. Steps: START WITH ONE EYE FIRST. Do your eyeliner as usual using a creamy eye pencil stay as close to the lash line as possible. You want a formula that gives you time to “play” but also set after a couple seconds to a minute. Then you’re going to use a smudging brush like the SIGMA - E21 Smudge Brush and smudge your liner out to your liking, especially the wing. Be sure to check your work every so often. Don’t worry if it gets chubby at the end, we’ll fix that and make it sharp again! Take your Q tip and take a small amount of your makeup remover and rub it into the Q tip. Be sure to not saturate it. You still want some dryness to it for control purposes. Align the end of the Q tip with the makeup remover at an angle. It should align in the same direction/angle as your wing but not directly on top of it. You’re not trying to erase the whole wing, but you are redefining it. Start at the end of the outer-corner of your eye near your lower lash line and wipe in the same direction of your wing. If you did it right, you should have a clean and crisp line that dragged itself out to make your liner appear longer and thinner. Wipe off the makeup remover residue by using the other side of the Q tip with a bit of water. Adjust as needed by applying more product or more cleanup. 2. The product you use matters! I start with a cream pencil liner and smoke it out. Once I use the Q tip method, I go back and use an eyeshadow powder similar to the color of my liner to creat more depth or smokiness.in the areas needed. If you use a liner that sets right away, you will have a hard time smudging it out! For this look I used 3CE - Super Slim Waterproof Eyeliner in cinnamon. . For the rest of the look I used: MELT COSMETICS - Impulsive Pressed Pigment Palette Viola! Hope this tip/hack helps you! I’m thinking of creating a video version of this so I can walk you guys through it. I know there a lot of written steps. Let me know if that may be better for you guys! 😃☺️❤️

How to Get Full Lips with Makeup 💋 Pictorial
Swipe for a full pictorial of how I use lip liner, lipstick, gloss and contouring for full lips! 1. Starting with makeup free lips, I apply a lip balm or plumper at the begining of my makeup routine so that my lips and already moisturized and juicy! 2. Apply a cream contour under the lip and on each side of the top lip, leaving your cupid bow free of contour. Naturally full, plump lips will have a shadow here so we are mimicking that with contouring. I used the NUDESTIX - Nudies Blush in the shade Bondi Bae, it's super blendable and a nice cool tone. 3. Apply a cream highlight to the cupid bow, this will balance out the contour. I used the DOSE OF COLORS - Meet Your Hue Concealer . 4. Add a powder highlighter to the Cupid's bow. I used the Jouer - Jouer Powder Highlighter in the shade Skinny Dip. It's a neutral gold tone that looks great with a nude lip! I like to match this highlight tone to my lip color, if I'm using a pink lip I'll go with a pinky toned highlight. 5. Now it's time to add your lip liner! This step is really going to depend on your lip shape and what look your going for. I like the round out my cupid bow a tiny bit, add shadows to the corner of my lips and over line in the bottom center of my lip for more of a pout! I used the MELT COSMETICS - Allday Everyday Lipliner in the shade Foxy, it's a neutral nude that is perfect to continue to contour the lips! 6. Add a dab of a lighter liquid lipstick to the center of your lips! I went with my favorite nude, DOSE OF COLORS - Limited Edition Truffle Set the matte liquid lipstick will last all day long and is super comfortable! 7. Finally I top it off with gloss! I apply it only to the center of the lips, adding to the poutiness! I went with the gloss from the ARTIST COUTURE - Uncensored Bronze Lip & Eye Set . It's a beautiful sheer nude that isn't sticky! And that's it - you now have full lips! 💋 #CheriePartner

MELT cosmetics Lip liner!
✨what does it claim to do? Melt All day Everday lip liner in the shade Foxy is a cool almond brown lip liner. It’s long wearing, highly pigmented & waterproof lip pencil all in one! It has a creamy, opaque formula that provides a smooth application with up to 12 hours of wear. They have 11 shades for all skin types & tones. ✨Texture/Consistency? It is a matte creamy formula! ✨My thoughts? I got this from Sephora in the month of December & it’s been my go-to lip liner ever since! It’s super creamy & pigmented & doesn’t smudge. It is a very brown/nude color on my skin tone, but I love to wear it under all my nude & pink lip colors to add definition & make my lips look way fuller. It is a matte formula but it isn’t drying or crusty, and it doesn’t transfer! you do have to sharpen, which I don’t really like but that’s most lip liners! I’m overall very happy with this lip liner & it creates one of my favorite lip liner/lipstick combos no matter the lipstick as long as I have this! ✨Price Vs. size? .40oz for $17 at Sephora, and I love it! I would repurchase, and get the other shades to try! MELT COSMETICS - Allday Everyday Lipliner

Melt Cosmetics Four Twenty Palette 🖤💚
I’ve been a huge fan of Melt Cosmetics for a few years now. I’m a huge sucker for green eyeshadow palettes and even though I have their Gemini palette I knew I needed the MELT COSMETICS - Four Twenty Eyeshadow Palette when it came out. It retails for $58 and can be found on Sephora and Melt’s website. For the most part I’m super happy with this palette! When you put Gemini and Four Twenty next to each other they are very similar! But I noticed when applying Four Twenty the shades are different. Most people probably wouldn’t notice but I do see a difference in the shades so for me that justifies having both palettes (but I also feel like you could get away with having just one and it being practically the same). Their is a lot of kick back in the pan but I’m okay with this because they are extremely pigmented. There were times where I only had to dip my brush in once to get the pay off I needed. They blended really beautifully as well. Like all the mates are gorgeous! My only issue was with the shade Shatter. It’s the only “shimmer” in the palette. Melt’s website says to apply it with your finger but you get zero pay off this way. With a brush or tapping with your fingers nothing comes off. I physically had to wipe my finger on my eyelid (which can be rough on the eyelid and I don’t like doing) in order to get anything. It’s advertised as a sheer wash of gold specks, which it is. It’s really gorgeous on the lid, but it’s a pain to put on. I think this palette is completely overpriced but it’s gorgeous, pigmented, and I don’t regret purchasing it at all. If you love the color story I do think it’s worth it.

Recently Deceased + The Waiting Room 🖤👻
I about lost it when Melt Cosmetics released that they were doing a collab with Beetlejuice. I immediately knew I had to buy the PR box (which physically pained me to purchase) when I saw these palettes. Purple and green are my favorite color story and as an elder emo the reds, greys, and black spoke to me. My favorite palette out of the two is the MELT COSMETICS - The Waiting Room Eyeshadow Palette . This palette retails for $58 and has 10 shades (6 ultra-mattes, 2 pressed pigments, 1 metallic, and 1 shimmer). I have the Gemini and Four Twenty palette by Melt and I feel as they keep releasing products their formulas are getting better and better. The metallic shade is super buttery with one swipe while the mattes/pressed pigments are so opaque. I had a video of the swatches (which really showed how beautiful the shade Juno was) but a glitch happened so I’m only able to show stills. If anyone wants the actual video posted please let me know. The black shade Char Man is the most pigmented black I’ve ever used. The second palette is the MELT COSMETICS - Recently Deceased Eyeshadow Palette which retails for $48 and has 8 shades (4 pressed pigments, 2 ultra-mattes, and 2 metallics). Just like The Waiting Room the metallic shades shocked me with how buttery and metallic they were in one swipe. The only shades I do have a problem with in this palette are Betelguese and Draw a Door. The colors are stunning and pigmented but I do have to build them up just a tad to get the true color pay off I want. Also, can we talk about how stunning the packaging is. The palettes come in a neon see through hard plastic casing with a magnetic closure (who else is a sucker for a good magnetic closure?) I love the attention to detail where the Sandwords connect when the palettes are next to each other. Now I’m not the biggest fan of mirrors in palettes but I know a lot of people are so they’ll be happy to know the mirror in this is the whole length of the palette. It’s huge and good quality. If I had to pick one palette out of the two to purchase it would be The Waiting Room. Both are good quality but that one stands out to me more. I think they are both worth it though if you’re a Beetlejuice fan or love the color story. ✨

Melt Cosmetics Crushed Glitter Gloss 🖤
Melt Cosmetics Crushed Glitter Gloss 🖤
Anyone who knows me knows I love unconventional make-up! It’s a rare day where I’m seen with minimal or neutral make-up. The minute I saw MELT COSMETICS - Crushed Glitter Lip Gloss was coming out with a grey lip gloss I knew I had to have it. This grey crushed glitter lip gloss named Stupid Cupid is a part of their Millennial Pinx collection. 💕 They describe it as a lustrous gloss with bursts of irregular glitter. Personally, I really like it! I’ve worn it alone or on top of lipstick. Alone it gives a sheer wash of color. You can see the grey tinge but it looks flattering on the lips. On top of lipstick it darkens the shade you’re wearing a little to become a more vampy version. If you rub your lips together you can feel the glitter bursts (which is not a big deal since I’m not constantly rubbing my lips together) but it’s not awful. You can definitely see the glitter bursts when applied and it looks really pretty on the lips. I wasn’t this hugest fan of the applicator at first (a brush tip compared to doe foot) but I realized this tip makes it a lot easier to disperse the product and evenly distributed the glitter. Plus it has a very yummy vanilla smell! It’s found it’s way into my work bag with the rest of my favorite lipsticks. 🖤

For the most part I do really like MELT COSMETICS - MELT COSMETICS Liquid Lipstick ! They had a Black Friday sale (which their sales are normally really good! I got the bullet lipstick for $5 and the liquid for $10) so I picked up the shades Janice and a Death Cherry. I would totally recommend Janice! The formula was nice, opaque, and felt nice on the lips. I would not recommend Death Cherry at all! Mine immediately separated and was leaking out of the tube. It needed to be layered to be opaque and not patchy which caused the product to ball up on my lips a lot sooner than it should have. Also, it seems like my Janice applicator (shown in picture two) was their old applicator which I like A LOT more than their new one that my Death Cherry has. I emailed customer service and they told me that the applicator that Death Cherry has was their new, custom design and that was what all the liquid lipsticks were switching over too and it turned me off from buying more. It’s really hard to get a clean line with my really small lips. If you’re okay with that applicator I would recommend Janice. But for me, personally, I don’t think it’s worth it because I can’t get a clean, pretty application with the new applicators. That being said I do like Janice and I use that one a lot but Death Cherry never gets touched anymore because of the above reasons.
