E.L.F Camo CC Cream🤔
Sooo, I was able to get my hands on the #E.L.F - Camo CC Cream[products]#[ThreeStars] when it was launched and I’ve been testing it since. I was SO excited to try this out, as I love cc creams! I was so sure I was going to love it, I bought two colors; one for winter and one for summer. So far, I’ve only seen this available on Elf’s website for $14. As stated, I have worn this several times, so I have some thoughts: Pros: This has pretty decent coverage. I’ve been applying one solid layer and then going back and adding a second layer to problem areas and have been satisfied with coverage. I think this could definitely be built up to full coverage. I really like the packaging, as it’s a tube with a pump, making it sanitary and easy to use. The ingredients in this are pretty nice. Some of them include: Hyaluronic acid, collagen, niacinamide and peptides. This also has SPF 30. This cc cream feels really light every time I wear it. No heaviness or anything like that. Cons: The finish on this is very odd. This is marketed as having a natural finish. This leaned more on the matte side of natural, which was surprising to me. I wasn’t expecting it to be super dewy, but I also expected it to be a little hydrating. It was not. My face appeared pretty dry every time I wore it. It also seemed to settle into fine lines and crack a lot in certain places(side of mouth, sides of nose, chin, etc), which hardly ever happens to me. Lastly, this emphasized texture as well. As my skin is super dry and a bit textured, due to a combination of weather and Accutane, I thought that maybe this was why the foundation didn’t have the best finish. BUT, I read some reviews on the website and watched a few reviews as well, and most people agreed with the above statements. Another con to me was the shade range. There are 20 shades with various undertones, which in theory, seems decent for a cc creams. Basically, they have a cool, neutral and warm option for each shade range( fair, light, medium, etc.). I have very neural undertones, so I went with the fair neutral and the light neutral. The fair was extremely fair for me, but the light was at least 2-3 , or more, shades darker than the fair. That’s a big jump. I ended up mixing the two colors, which isn’t a huge deal, but it’s annoying that if I continued to use this, I’d have to buy two products every time I repurchased. I’m going to keep playing around with this and see if I can find a combination that makes this look better. This definitely isn’t the worst cc cream ever, but I am a bit disappointed. I was hoping this could be an affordable dupe for the it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream SPF 50+but it’s not. I’m going to try different primers under this and see is that helps. My dry, flaky, textured skin could definitely be attributing to the finish. Maybe this will work better in the summer when I’m not as dry and flaky? Let’s hope!🤞🏼 Has anyone else tried this? Thoughts? Suggestions?
He want that cake cake cake 🍰 🎂
Hey Cherie Fam! 🍒 I attempted to do a Christmas look today with the cake palette from Glamlite, but I failed miserably. I used the shade “red velvet” thinking it would be red, but it turned out to be a fuchsia. My lids are supposed to be green, but it turned out to be teal so now this look turned to be a cotton Candy look 😢 Anyway, this is a great rainbow palette 🌈 but if you’re looking for a true red, there isn’t a shade in here. The shimmers aren’t a true green either. It’s not exactly primary colors of a rainbow palette, but I love the formula. To achieve this look, I used: 1️⃣ Red velvet and packed it all over the crease then I blended it 2️⃣ I grabbed a smaller brush and dipped in to cranberry to blend the edges of red velvet 3️⃣ I cut my crease and packed avocado all over my lid. This shade is from the burger slider palette 4️⃣ I placed cinnamon on my inner corner 5️⃣ Red velvet, cranberry and raspberry on the lower lash 6️⃣ Mascara and falsies. I used house of lashes in demure lite Check out out my Instagram because I’m doing 12 days of Christmas. I will be posting a look everyday until Christmas. Happy holidays all! Xoxo, Francesca

⚖️ The Pros and Cons to this Cult Favourite!
So I’m a bb/cc/ tinted moisturiser addict and I was losing sleep over this. I had to try it. I may have put on a little too much, so now I know to use even less product. Way less than a pump! Only because I don’t like that foundation look I used shade medium: yellow undertones I have mature, combination skin PROS: ☀️ SPF 50 🐌 Loads of beneficial ingredients!! Snail mucin, antioxidants, peptides, niacin, collagen 💁🏻♀️Celeb make up artist Courtney Hart compares the finish to Cle de Peux ($120) ✨A little goes a looooong way ☁️ Creamy texture 💧 Dewy finish CONS 🤡Can be very full coverage if you’re not careful, but some people are ok with that 🤷🏻♀️Limited shade range. Had to go back 2 times and I’m still not sure ✨ If you have normal/combo/oily skin, you will have to oil blot a few times throughout the day I did try the it Cosmetics - CC+ Cream Illumination SPF 50+ but it was waaay too glowy for me!

Holika Holika Good Cera Super Ceramide Cream
HOLIKA HOLIKA - Good Cera Super Ceramide Cream This is a product I’ve been buying since like 2017 for a good, non-irritating K-Beauty moisturizer and I’ve purchased it again but for my sister! I normally use this in the summer because I need a little extra help during the winter months, but she has oily skin and this gel textured moisturizer will help her during any time of the year. This is been around for quite some time, and what really ticks me off is that IT COSMETICS COMPLETELY RIPPED THIS PRODUCT OFF AND IT SEEMS LIKE NOBODY NOTICED!!!!!! I put a picture of for comparison and the formula is the same, the results are the same (I tried a free sample for comparison purposes), and even the packaging is the same with the yellow jar and tin top! I was working at Ulta and actively using the Holika Holika Good Cera when the It Cosmetics rip off came out. Absolutely infuriating. The Good Cera is around $21 and the It Cosmetics is $49-70 depending on the size. This isn’t a dupe by any means, this is a clear case of stealing. Don’t buy from It Cosmetics, buy from Holika Holika! it Cosmetics - Confidence In A Cream Anti-Aging Moisturizer
A 💄SEPHORA💄mis-ship changed my beauty routine
SO, I recently ordered a refill of my usual it Cosmetics - CC+ Cream Illumination SPF 50+ as I was just about empty. Got the Sephora order in with plenty of time to arrive before I ran out like a responsible human and 🍀 LUCKY ME 🍀 there was a promo going on, order the CC cream and get bonus samples (it Cosmetics - Confidence in a Cleanserit Cosmetics - Confidence In A Cream Anti-Aging Moisturizer& it Cosmetics - Confidence In An Eye Cream) 💸 WHAT A STEAL 💸 (also mini things might be the only thing I love more then free things so...) I put it all in my 🛒 CART 🛒 , added some more minis and samples to my purchase (it’s a sickness) and away I went. ⏩FAST FORWARD TO⏩: the shipment arrives. I’m going through the box ooohing and ahhing all my new mini friends when 🎭 TRAGEDY 🎭 strikes: There’s a lil bag with all my It Cosmetics samples but my CC+ cream is nowhere to be found 🤔??? (Don’t fret though, the lovely folks at Sephora were immediately responsive to my email and got me all set up with a replacement to ship our immediately at no cost. 👏 BIG THANKS 👏 to Sephora customer care!) ANYWAYS, the ultimately fortunate part of this whole debacle was that at some point I ran out of foundation and my replacement hadn’t shopped yet so I said “to hell with it!” and went 😵 FOUNDATION FREE 😵 And I’ve gotta tell you, it was great? 👍 My skin loved it? 👍👍 It seemed more comfortable to wear a face mask? (I wear one 8+ hours a day for work) 👍👍👍 I might never go back? 👋 WHO IS SHE? ✌️ Sometimes it all works out for the best 🌈 (and yes my replacement did come and I haven’t opened it yet? Will I???)

🇦🇺 SPF products review 🌞 for normal-oily skin
In Australia we are fast approaching Summer, in fact as of the time I am writing this, the first day of summer is tomorrow, December 1st! Using sunscreen is important all year around, rain or shine, but even more especially in Summer. Here are some of the more recent face sunscreens that I have been able to buy here in Australia, and my thoughts 😊 LA ROCHE-POSAY - Anthelios XL Ultra-Light Fluid SPF 50+ This purchase was disappointing for me. The scent is so strong! Whilst I don't have sensitivity to fragrance that I have seen, I do like to avoid it where possible. The other thing I didn't like about this product is that it is so hard to flawlessly blend in! The plus of buying a tinted SPF is the ease of blending it into the skin and being able to avoid the white cast, but it is just so streaky! I have tried to use it twice, the second time I wiped it off and went in with a different suncreen, because it was that unusable! Really sad about this as I generally really love La Roche Posay products. Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-touch Sunscreen, SPF 30 I love this product! It is everything it says, 'ultra sheer', 'clear face, for acne prone skin' (which I have) and a 'water light texture.' This product is oil free and perfect for blemish prone normal or oily skin, I can't rave about it enough! PAULA'S CHOICE - Super-Light Daily Wrinkle Defense SPF 30 I love this product! It has a slight tint to assist blending in, but I wouldn't call it coverage or think of it as a BB cream or anything, it just helps with white cast, at least on me. The ingredient list is what makes this product for me. The inclusion of ingredients like willow bark extract and bisabolol is really nice to see in a suncreen. That said, I believe retails at about $33AUD? I'll consider buying it again on sale when I run out, but I know I'm happy and safe with Neutrogena. it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream Oil-Free Matte SPF 40 I really do like this product, it is so much thicker than I expected, and for a BB cream, it actually has more coverage than what I see in some of my foundations! It has taken some finesse to figure out the best way to blend it in, and I have found that running it between my fingers, patting it all around my face, blending a little with my fingers and then buffing it right in with a kabuki brush had given me the best result. #Cancer Council - Face Day Wear BB Cream[products]#[FiveStars] This product would be specific to Australia, as I can't find a link to it. It's the consistency of foundation, and a little bit less coverage than the IT cosmetics product, but still very decent. It is a little bit easier to apply also. This is such a good product for quickly slapping it on when you aren't doing anything to important in the day. Overall, I love them all except the La Roche Posay, and I would consider buying the non tinted version to see how that is. I recommend the other products for sure 😊 Thanks for reading! 🇦🇺🌞
Oil free CC and anti-aging concealer review
Overall Impressions from my first 3 weeks with this product have been Really positive overall, Almost daily use unless im not leaving the house at all as this is my only SPF product outside of a tinted moisturiser that oxidises badly on my skin. So if i'm going outside its going on my face. Consistency of both is incredibly thick. In regards to the concealer I literally use a dot no bigger then the ball on my eyebrow bar. so a 3mm glob does my entire under eye section and today's dark circles are about as good as it gets so normally it's got a lot more to cover and it hasn't struggled so far. CC cream wise i use about a pump and a half to do my face, neck and ears. Shade wise this was an educated guess and i feel it may be slightly off for my skin but im the closest sephora to me is unfortunately an hour north or an hour and a half south. either way not something i'm going to be doing soon, but definitely before the next round of purchasing and i'm fairly sure i will be repurchasing at this point in time. The products both take quite a decent amount of time to dry but i prefer this as it gives me more time to work with the product and get it where i want it. If i need to set it quickly i find a translucent powder easy enough to just throw on top and it works like a dream. Vs the original formula of the IT cosmetics CC+ cream the Matte contains no essential oils, has multiple types of clay, beneficial plant extracts and snail mucin. However a lot less snail mucin than the original It cosmetics CC+ cream which does make me tempted to give the original formula ago, oily skin or no oily skin. I work both in with my hands first before going over it with a brush and as i am quite new to wearing actual makeup i do have to disclose that allot of the Texture and blending issues on my face are substantially more my issue then the products but still thought i would share my thoughts and experience so far :)

Best Foundations for Dry Skin🥰
Hi friends! Today I wanted to talk about my favorite foundations for dry skin. I’m only going to be giving a brief summary of each, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! Also, I tried to include a variety of finishes & coverage since everyone likes something different. Skin-Like Finish: My favorite foundation for light, natural makeup is by far the LANCÔME - Skin Feels Good Hydrating Skin Tint This foundation feels very hydrating on the skin and dries to the perfect skin-like finish; not too matte, not too dewy. This is light coverage but still gives a “my skin but better” result. I took off a point due to shade range being HORRIBLE and the fact that this isn’t super long lasting. Still, for a light makeup day, I always find myself reaching for this. Dewy/Satin Finish: it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream SPF 50+ has been my ride or die for years! This CC cream delivers medium, buildable coverage with lots of skin improving ingredients. This is very long lasting. The finish on this can either be satin or dewy, depending on the primer I use. The foundation fuses into my skin beautiful. I adore it! Lost point due to shade range 👎🏼 it Cosmetics - Bye Bye Foundation Full Coverage Moisturizer with SPF 50+ Similar to the cc cream above, this “tinted moisturizer” acts more as a foundation, providing light-medium coverage and longevity. This dries to more of a satin finish on my skin. This feels very hydrating on the skin, making it perfect for dehydrated skin. Lost point due to shade range 👎🏼 Milk MAKEUP - Blur Liquid Matte Foundation . This foundation claims to be matte but there’s no way! Even on my DRY skin, this has a satin/dewy finish(depending on the primer). To me, this foundation provides full coverage without feeling too heavy. This does not feel drying whatsoever. I took away a point only because this transfer easily which means I have to set it with powder. 24 shades. Matte Finish: NARS - Soft Matte Complete Foundation is by far my favorite matte foundation of all time. It can be incredibly hard to find a matte foundation that works for dry skin. They’re either too drying, cling to dry patches, or just make dry skin appear dull. This foundation did none of that. My skin never felt parched or dull. This foundation provided amazing medium-full coverage with great longevity. The “soft matte” claims are just that ; matte, but skin still appears smooth, plump, and not drained of life. I didn’t notice any clinging to dry patches or issues with texture. This wears beautiful with a hydrating or glowy primer. As a dry skinned girl, I usually prefer a dewy, glowing finish, but every now and again a little matte moment is nice! This also wears wonderfully under a mask. I couldn’t recommend this more! 34 shades. Have you tried any of these? Any recommendations on other foundations that are awesome for dry skin?☺️

My night care routine
This is my night care routine: ➖ELEMIS - Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm I absolutely love this product, I got it from the dermstore gift box this summer and have been using since that, I do like to say that I only use this when I put make up, it helps to break out all the dirts and removes the make better than any other product I have used before. It’s very light, has a gel texture and does not irritate my skin or the under eye area. I would usually tear if I use other eye make up remover especially when using a pad. ➖ the it Cosmetics - Confidence in a Cleanser My boyfriend received this cleanser when working in the hospital as a first responder. it Cosmetics - Confidence in a Cleanser brand donated to them as during the pandemic from working 12 hour shifts the healthcare workers would have breaks out from wearing masks. It was such a nice thing to do. We both use it and really love this product. ➖ it Cosmetics - Confidence In An Eye Cream surprisingly I have been using the night cream before my boyfriend got the cleanser. Upon trying different brands this is my to go eye cream. ➖CeraVe - PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion if I could give this product 10 stars I would give without doubting. The best product that cerave has ever made.
Is this worth $28?
This is one of the cleansers that I used consistently before really switching them out and trying different ones. There are a lot of reasons why I used this particular one. I’ll tell you why!! it Cosmetics - Confidence in a Cleanser This cleanser first and foremost was developed with plastic surgeons so of course that got my attention! It’s a cleanser and a serum in one. Claims: This breakthrough one-step skincare solution gently cleanses and moisturizes while leaving your skin feeling soft, refreshed and perfectly balanced. Ideal for all skin types and ophthalmologist-tested for your sensitive eye area, this sulfate-free and soap-free facial cleanser instantly removes all traces of makeup—even waterproof eye makeup—and improves your skin's vitality. Key ingredients: Anti-Aging Armour Rejuvenating Concentrate™ to help your skin appear rejuvenated and restore moisture, plus anti-aging collagen, hyaluronic acid, colloidal oatmeal and a super ceramide complex, Confidence in a Cleanser™ delivers powerful results instantly and more dramatic results over time! My experience: This cleanser is very silky and creamy. It has a soft feeling on your face that is unlike a lot of cleansers that I’ve used and it doesn’t strip your skin it keeps it nice and hydrated after washing. I have to say that other than it being a really great cleanser I don’t think the anti-aging and skin vitality claims quite live up to expectations. It works well and leaves your face the way a good cleanser should but other than that I used this for a couple months and I never noticed anything in the way of results or any kind of change in my skin. This cleanser is definitely in the higher middle price point as far as cleansers go but I do think it’s worth $28 simply because it is a very good cleanser and it does take all my makeup off when I do use it. But recently I have discovered quite a few really great cleansers that are less expensive and that do more for my face. So I would definitely use again if I needed a good cleanser in a pinch but if I’m being completely honest I don’t see myself re-purchasing this. I really like a lot of it cosmetics products but I just think this is a good cleanser but nothing special. Have you used this? Let me know!!

@DermAngelosaid it best on his TikTok: eye cream is just regular moisturizer with a bigger markup. That being said, this product from It cosmetics could be a good moisturizer for the under eye area. Beyond that, it had no effect for me. Some of the claims it has: “ A hydrating under-eye cream designed to reduce the appearance of dark circles, lines, and wrinkles and improve the look of eye bags.” Sis, no. It doesn’t help with bags, dark circles, etc. It didn’t brighten the skin as it promises on its label. It also claims to be “quick absorbing;” it does nothing of the sort. I even doubled it with my DIEUX - Forever Eye Maskand nearly all the product was still on my skin after 15min. One plus: It’s free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, and phthalates. Pass on this one. Especially with the $48 price tag 😬 it Cosmetics - Bye Bye Under Eye Brightening Eye Cream

Work Makeup: Full Face of Minis 🔮
Good morning! 😊 hope everyone had a glorious weekend. Today’s work look is brought to you by my mini squad. I adore mini versions of makeup as I’m quite picky about products and hate to pay full price for something I might hate. That, and minis are sooo easy to travel with! I keep a good portion of my minis at work so I don’t have to take up too much storage. Remember to hydrate and check your WiFi 😘 Ps. The blush is in the shade “Grace”
Subtle work makeup is subtle 👄
Good morning, beautiful people! ☀️ Hope you’re all doing well. This is what today’s work look consists of. I’m in the military, so our makeup has to look “natural”. Definitely no glam allowed, but that’s ok because I’m neither talented nor brave enough for glam lol 😂 Remember to hydrate and check your WiFi 🦋 😘🌸 Ps. Sorry the lighting in my office kinda sucks - no windows 😩

Decent eye serum 💕
This one is really just okay. It’s a brightening under eye cream so it’s meant to plump the under eye area and brighten. This one was just okay for me. I believe it has avocado oil in it, which doesn’t suit me. I have noticed a few acne spots after using it sometimes. It’s a creamy consistency but it settles sort of as a serum. There’s something about this that doesn’t feel like an everyday cream to me, and maybe that’s the acne situation for me. I would recommend this to someone that can handle oils better than I do. I do generally like itcosmetics actually. I love their cc cream so I thought I would like this but u don’t. I think there are definitely better eye serums out there.
