Tiktok niche beauty products, how do they perform?
I downloaded TikTok as a joke and now I can’t stop scrolling. There are so many makeup that are famous on Tiktok and some of them have strange shapes or weird function that successfully raise my curiosity. In this hack I will review some  interesting gadget which I found are cute and super useful. 🤔🤔🤔 Kaja - Beauty Bento Bouncy Shimmer Eyeshadow Trio$21 It contain three different colors, which have the perfect shimmer creaminess and beauty you can supposedly apply. The texture is super buttery, and that is beautiful, it’s my favorite kind of eyeshadows are foiled just like this it is like  the perfect shape for my eyelid. Kaja - Cheeky Stamp Blendable Blush $24 This is cheeky stamp has a bendable blood It is a little bit pricey a cushion blush formula that supposed to look so beautiful so youthful gorgeous. The cushion is very pigmented and smell pretty. effiore - Effiore Lipstick Color Changing Cruelty-Free Lipstick $7.5 It gives me a really nice natural tip. The interesting thing is they are completely clear and they have this beautiful flower. It is stain that long-lasting make your lips look just very beautiful, voluptuous and natural.

My entire blush collection 💗💀
My blush collection, I love bubblegum pink blushes a lot, sometimes I end up skipping blush entirely but it sure looks pretty and I collect them lol. 💄 Lottie London- my favorite blush I have is lottie London blush crush in the shade “Nick”, it’s not too intense but it’s definitely a bubblegum pink blush, I use it almost everyday, it seems to also have a small amount of shimmer✨ in it and it comes in a compact with a mirror which is super cute. 🎀💖 lottie - Blush Crush Powder revolution cream blush palate - it’s not very blendable nor does it seem to last for long but I love the hot pink and coral colors, but it does take a lot of effort to blend it. ⭐️ (I can’t find a link) peach and glow from I heart revolution 🍑☁️- it comes in a peach chocolate bar package and it has a mirror and everything, I love I heart revolutions packaging, it’s a highlighter and it has a peach blush in a separate section, I don’t use it often because I personally don’t think the color suits my skin tone well, but it’s a very glowy blush. ✨ REVOLUTION - Rose Gold Glow Mini Chocolate Palette (not the same peach one but similar) Maybelline cheek heat blush- I love maybelline products but I wasn’t too impressed with the cheek heat blushes. I was so excited when they came out and I got the color I wanted and the most pink color there, I guess it could work as a glossier dupe but I just found it sticky, uncomfortable, streaky and it left barely any pigment. I used almost half the bottle and it still showed barely any color and you had to wait for it to dry it down, nor did it last for anytime at all. I do not like this gel blush. 😅💔 MAYBELLINE - Cheek Heat Gel-Cream Blush kaja heart stamper blush 💗 - it’s very gimmicky and I don’t see a ton of color and it’s expensive for the small amount of product that you get, but it’s blendable and you can put it on in a cool heart stamp shape, so it might just not be my personal style, but i didn’t feel it was worth the money it costed. 🌸 Kaja - Cheeky Stamp Blendable Blush Maybelline fit me blush- what more can I say, it’s cheap and it’s a great blush that’s probally my second favorite, it also seems to have some sparkle to it. 🍒🍉🍎 MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Blush My melody and kuromi blush and highlighter palate 🖤💖- I love everything about this new limited edition release, the pigmentation, the brushes, the shade names, the packaging and how the makeup is pressed into skulls and hearts, but the blush is very pigmented and nice. 💀🎀 wet n wild - My Melody and Kuromi Blushlighter Palette This isn’t all of them, just as much space as I have. I also have cover girl cheekers and I heart revolution donut blush, which are pretty average. 💋

✨🦋 Sulwhasoo Perfecting Cushion Compact 🦋✨
This years Sulwhasoo limited edition refillable compact was created in collaboration with Antoinette Poisson. Sulwhasoo is a Korean luxury skincare & cosmetics company, known for their “ 한방 /Hanbang “ (traditional, holistic Korean medicine) formulations. ‘A Paris chez Antoinette Poisson’ is a world renowned design house inspired by 18th Century decorative arts & production techniques. Founded in 2012, the collective produces exquisite printed papers, decorative objects & fabrics from their atelier in Paris. Named after Louis the XV's favorite mistress, The Marquise de Pompadour, both patron of the arts & wallpaper enthusiast. Sulwhasoo - Limited Edition Perfecting Cushion 2020 Spring Collection 🧵So beautiful... & plush, just like a real pin cushion! For this limited edition compact, the studio of artists at Antoinette Poisson reinterpreted traditional Korean symbols of love, prosperity & happiness in colorful & metallic embroidery. Both limited edition & regular Sulwhasoo cushion compacts retail for $65 & come filled, plus 1 refill. This is no longer available on Sulwhasoo’s site, but online stores like Bergdorfs, Nordstrom & Bloomingdales still have it in a few shades! I included some pictures of gorgeous ones from years past in my slides🦋🦌 Now onto the formula! Sulwhasoo - Perfecting Cushion Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ Sunscreen shade: 23 I didn’t know if the shade I purchased was going to be correct, but I really wanted the limited edition compact! I figured I can grab a refill in another shade later. I was extremely impressed by this! I love that it has SPF 50 from a mainly mineral source & the moisturizing formula has Niacinamide as the 8th ingredient. Other botanical extracts include, Honey, Sacred Lotus flower, Peony, Solomon’s Seal, White Lily & Rehmannia. In addition to the shade concern, I was worried it would be too high coverage or too dewy for my liking based on some descriptions of the product. It boasts patented “Slim Fit High Coverage” claiming to “conceal discoloration & uneven tone as it lightly applies to skin...” Fancy descriptors can be really confusing, & often cushion compacts offer lighter coverage in general, so I still decided to try this based on so many 5⭐️ reviews on their site. I was looking for an easy to blend, light-med coverage, that would even out my tone & add radiance... this is IT! So natural!✨ I couldn’t be happier with the formula! It has a lovely soft herbal scent with a hint of light florals. So pleasant, not strong. Hydration wise, it’s very comfortable to wear & apply. My skin felt moisturized all day wearing this. After 5 hours, I could have used a light touch up, but nothing major (check all photos) I didn’t lose any coverage, just got a little shiny around my nose, quite normal for me. I don’t think the shade is that wrong either, it blends so well, & I hate looking pink! The finish is perfect, smooth & radiant, not overly matte, so I feel healthy & glowy! i💚the refill concept♻️

$tock🆙 & 🆕 Reviews to come!
Trying to organize a little bit... My sink top is usually a bit cluttered, so let’s talk about the cabinet! Just like a cute little skincare closet🤎 I’m not usually one to stock up, but between moving to a rural area, quarantine & some gifts, it happened. I have some friends that hoard their favorites when there’s a sale or fear of apocalypse.... Apocalypse aside, I really don’t recommend “stocking up” Running out of a crucial product sucks, but overstocking can be problematic. I acquired more treatments than I know what to do with lol, & if they stay locked away I’ll never remember to try them! Another big issue is expiration dates as well as ingredients/actives that are sensitive to light, heat or humidity. Products with organic ingredients/products free of preservatives will definitely be sensitive to these elements. Some actives, like vitamin C are notoriously unstable, loosing some of their stability & potency over time. If not stored in cool, dark & dry conditions, it can speed up oxidation, causing the degradation of the molecule. This can lead to simply a waste of money or serious skin irritation! I recommend keeping any vitamin C products out of the sun, especially if they have a clear bottle. A few favorites I have back ups of: (check previous posts for full reviews) #HERBIVORE - Amethyst Exfoliating Body Scrub[products]#[FiveStars] the best jasmine scented body scrub💜 giovanni - D:Tox System Purifying Facial Mask charcoal & volcanic ash mask🌋 TONYMOLY - 62% Alcohol Aloe Hand Gel candy pear scented hand sanitizer🍐 SHANGPREE - Diamond Luminous Cream a super luxurious Niacinamide cream💎 unpa.Cosmetics - Bubi Bubi Lip Ampoule just reviewed this, my new favorite!🌹 A few things I’m really excited to try, & can’t wait to share my experience/review with you guys❤️Drop me some tips in the comments if you’ve tried any of these or have any questions about the others😊 HERBIVORE - Prism Exfoliating Glow Duo TONYMOLY - Strawberry Nose Pack ETUDE - Moistfull Collagen Eye Cream ETUDE - SoonJung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream Elizabeth Arden - Vitamin C Ceramide Capsules Radiance Renewal Serum Kaja - Brow Blowout Fiber Gel Brow Definer ALGENIST - ALIVE Prebiotic Balancing Mask NEOGENLAB - Real Vita C Powder Lemon ⬆️ powder Vitamin C is more stable than liquid forms & doesn’t degrade in sunlight as easily. 🌸 hint of pink eyeshadow tutorial 🌸
I’m really boring when it comes to makeup. neutrals are easy and flattering so I tend to gravitate towards the same basic looks. this, however, is a fun and easy way to incorporate a little bit of color without straying too far from my comfort zone! ps. the pink can be substituted for whatever color you’re wanting to experiment with! 1. I start by using some bronzer in my crease. I’m not a fan of a naked eye lid, especially when I go in with a full coverage face, so this is a subtle way to add dimension. 2. using NYX - Jumbo Eye Pencil in milk, I apply a little on the inside corners of my eyes. I’ve found doing this helps the color really pop! 3. I used LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Heart-Shaped Eyeshadow Palette for my pink shade. this palette is perfect for a neutral obsessed person who wants to dip their toes into colors. very pink but with some nice neutrals for transition. 4. to finish the eye look, I used my SHISEIDO - Shiseido Eyelash Curler (HG status) Kaja - Wink Stamp Wing Eyeliner Stamp & Pen pen, and LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara I’ve repurchased this mascara a couple times, it’s perfect for maintaining a curl (even in the southern humidity!), adds volume, and lengthens beautifully. probably my favorite waterproof formula ever!! that’s it! super super easy. anyone can do it!

Here is a review on products from kajabeauty! Their whole line is really cute! ✨ Heart Melter Gloss Stick: These lip glosses are so adorable! The clicker dispenses just enough product to cover my whole lip. The color is buildable and the product does not dry up my lips. My favorite color of the three that I got is Hunny Bun. It’s the perfect my-lips-but-better color. ✨Mood Balm: We’ve all had something similar to these when we were younger. They’re color changing lip balms! These adorable lip balms are moisturizing and have a buildable color. ✨ Cheeky Stamp Blush: This blush comes in cushion form with a heart-shaped stamp. It’s really pigmented so I don’t have to push the stamp too hard into the cushion. The color that I have (bossy) is really natural. This fades after around 3-4 hours on me. ✨Mochi Glow Highlighter: This highlighter has a bouncy texture that I really adore. The color Luna is a very natural, glowing from within gold. I find that it’s better for me to apply this with my fingers than a brush. ✨ Beauty Bento Eyeshadow Trio: I realy love the compact stacked packaging. The eyeshadows are really pigmented and shimmery. Using my fingers gives more pigmentation. I do wish that it would have at least 1 matte shade instead of all shimmer. ✨Roller Glow Highlighting Balm:The concept of this product is really unique and I really like the idea of it. Sadly, this was not my cup of tea. The roller doesn’t pick up as much highlighter as I’d prefer and I just find it so much easier to use my fingers. The color of the balm is really beautiful; it is a duochrome magenta-pink goldish. Though the color sounds daunting, applying it lightly makes it look very natural. 💗Overall, I really like the products. Most of them seem gimicky at first but they actually work and do their job. My favorite has to be the mochi highlighter and heart melter glosses. ☘️No parabens ☘️No sulfates ☘️No phthalates

Kaja Mochi Glow Bouncy Highlighter in 'Prizm' I bought this kaja highlighter . And as we've previously discussed I will buy absolutely anything if it's on sale and I have a coupon. I've only used it once so far but my first impression is.... McMeh. Okay that wasn't fair. It has a nice cream to powder formula and it's a pretty peachy pink color. And although it does have flecks of glitter, it's not really noticeable on the skin unless you build it up quite a bit. It's just a very 'natural glow' type of highlighter. And I mean I guess that there's a time and a place for a subtle, dewy highlight? But I find 'dramatic and blinding' to be more appropriate for my day to day life. I like to slather on my highlight with a spatula. It should be 2-3 inches deep. I want people to be able to see their reflection in my cheekbones! I want to see bird tracks in there by the morning! I... I have no idea where I'm going with this... Basically it's a fairly subtle highlighter which isn't something that appeals to me very often. It is buildable but when you layer it, the glitter becomes more noticeable which I don't love. Final thoughts... it's aight. For $8, I'll keep it but I wouldn't buy another one. But if you enjoy a natural dewy look then you might want to check them out!

My stay-at-home simple makeup
The past few months have mostly consisted of me lounging around bare-faced in my pajamas, embracing the comfort of staying safe at home. While I love this cozy feeling, I’ve noticed how quickly I can start to feel discouraged and unmotivated after too many days in a row of neglecting my skincare and makeup routines. My favorite thing about makeup and beauty rituals during these crazy times is how soothing and truly uplifting they can be. Whenever I find myself in a particularly sad mood, the self confidence boost I get just from applying a little bit of lip gloss or filling in my eyebrows helps set the tone for a happier day. It becomes less about my physical appearance and more about the act of taking care of myself and expressing self-love. Whether it’s for Zoom meetings or just for myself, I have a newfound appreciation for just taking a few minutes out of the day to apply some simple makeup and reap the mood enhancing benefits that come along with it! This is my current routine and my essentials for the days when I just want to look a little more put together and give myself that mid-week pick-me-up but still embrace a natural look. 👁 CONCEALER MAYBELLINE - Instant Anti Age Eraser Concealer I’ve been sleeping a lot more these days but I can’t seem to get rid of dark circles without my go-to concealer. I love the Maybelline Instant Anti Age Eraser Concealer because of the fun sponge-tip applicator and how smoothly it applies. I’ve been using and repurchasing this one for years and I’m fully obsessed. ✍🏻 EYEBROW PENCIL ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brow Wiz Mechanical Brow Pencil I am in a committed relationship with this eyebrow pencil. I have repurchased this one time and time again and my loyalty to it is unwavering. I use the shade “Medium Brown!” 💕 BLUSH 3. Kaja - Mochi Pop Bouncy Blush I love blush so much and I can’t believe there was a time I didn’t use it. There’s something about having that flushed, pink complexion that I adore and I really think it makes me look more alive on the days when I feel particularly drained. I’m currently using this really cute heart blush from Kaja that bounces and I’m enjoying it so far! I usually prefer powdered blushes though because then I have full control when applying with a brush and can go a bit overboard and even bring the blush onto my nose— because there is no such thing as too much blush in my book. On the days when I’m feeling like doing a little more, I’ll also use powder, highlighter, and sometimes eyeliner! I’m grateful to have these three products that allow me to feel and look a little more put together in 5 minutes, but I’m also grateful for staying safe at home and lazing around in my cozy, naked face splendor too. ♥️

Boxy pop up haul! ✨
This was my first boxy pop up haul and I’m super excited to have bought these items on a big sale. Everything was really affordable but shipping took about 2 weeks. It wasn’t a problem for me since the prices make it worth it. I didn’t buy that many since I just wanted to see how it would be. Now that I’ve received them I definitely want to order again for holiday presents and more things for myself! Beauty creations, esmeralda palette, it’s a super cute palette and it was only a few bucks. Super cute as a starter palette that I will gift to my young cousin. Beauty Creations - Esmeralda Palette I Farmacy cheer up brightening vitamin C eye cream, I’ve heard it’s a really nice eye cream and saw that 2 of them came in a set so I had to have them. Definitely giving one to my mom. FARMACY - Cheer Up Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream with Acerola Cherry One of my favorite cleansers was in the sale so I got it. The kopari tropical glow cleanser. This is one that actually melts away my mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow without having me scrubbing my eye. KOPARI - Tropical Glow Cleanser Natasha denona duo glow in Rayo. I’ve previously used my friends duo glow(pre covid) and I used to love it so much. Now I finally have it and will use it a lot. I like that this is includes a mirror. Plus if I bought this on Sephora’s site I would’ve spent close to $40. NATASHA DENONA - Duo Glow Kaja heart melter lip gloss stick in the shade crazy 4 U, a soft rosy mauve. On sale for a few bucks and I can’t wait to use this. Plus the shape of the gloss is in the shape of a heart. Kaja - Heart Melter Lip Gloss Stick Perricone MD Citrus brightening cleanser, I’ve seen this around and always wanted to try it out. I hope this is really good. I like that it’s in a glass bottle so I’d be able to reuse it. Perricone MD - Free Full Size Citrus Facial Wash With Brand Purchase

Lip gloss stick !?
Isn’t this the cutest lip product you have ever seen? 😍 this product is super pigmented as well as hydrating! The packaging is super sleek and cute, however it is a bit difficult to get product out sometimes so I deducted a point off for that. They are pretty affordable, around $24CAD. They have a few shades you can pick from. The concept is really cute. I would recommend this product ☺️ Kaja - Heart Melter Lip Gloss Stick

5 Multitasking Products!!
I start with applying the #MAYBELLINE - Dream Fresh BB Cream 8-In-1 Skin Perfector SPF 30[products]#[FourStars] I use the shade 110. On days I want the SPF factor but more coverage I will add in 1-2 drops of the No. 7 foundation drops. I use a sponge to blend this but it also blends nicely with a brush or your hands! I’ve tried so many BB creams over the years and I typically have two main issues: lack of longevity and not being able to build up the coverage. The longevity of this BB cream surprised me, especially if I’m diligent with my skin prep - I can get up to 10 hours of wear!! Next I use the #e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer[products]#[FourStars] in the shade Tan-Walnut as a contour/bronzer. I dot this around the perimeters of my face and blend with my sponge. I sometimes use this on my lids for a subtle eyeshadow. Next I do my brows with the #e.l.f. - Instant Lift Brow Pencil[products]#[ThreeStars] this product is just ok- there’s many other drugstore brow pencils that I prefer over this one (#L.A. Girl - Shady Slim Brow Pencil[products]#[FourStars] ) you can also use the elf pencil to line your eyes if it’s all you have on hand. Then I blot the #Kaja - Air Heart Lightweight Natural Finish Lipstick[products]#[FourStars] on my lips and if I don’t have a blush with me I actually use this on my cheeks and it’s a really rich plum colored tone that’s perfect for fall! Finally, I set everything with the #N°7 - Lift & Luminate Powder[products]#[FourStars] this powder is amazing!! It’s so finely milled and perfect for under the eyes and all over the face. I always carry this in my work bag to powder during the day if I get oily. I love that these products are so versatile and I can almost get a full face (minus mascara)!

Dreaming of time when I’ll be able to wear these
Firstly can we appreciate the cute packaging? It’s the cutest lipstick I own tbh! These lipsticks are so lightweight and comfortable. The pigment is amazing. I can dab it on softly for that blotted/stained look or I can glide it on for full pigment. The formula feels exactly as the name describes it - very airy and light. It dries down nice, almost feels like a cross between a stain and comfort matte formula. Shades from left to right: * Bae a true, rich brown. * Ride or Die, dusty mauve. * Sprung, a classic rose hue. * Sweetheart, soft-pink shade. Which shade did you like the most from these? My favourite is Sprung.Kaja - Air Heart Lightweight Natural Finish Lipstick

GO-TO: EYESHADOWS
Work/School: MAC - Pro Longwear Paint Pot Eyeshadow in Groundwork This is a foolproof eyeshadow in a super creamy formula that doesn’t budge once set. It’s the perfect daily shadow because it’s so easy to blend it in and forget it for the rest of the day. It comes in several neutral shades, perfect for a natural look! Lunch Dates: TOM FORD - Cream and Powder Eye Color in Naked Bronze I know it’s crazy expensive, but it’s one of those products that people always compliment me on! They always ask what I’m wearing because it has such a unique eye-catching finish! The bronze cream shade is beautiful on its own but adding the gold fine glitter topcoat just creates a magical sparkling look on the eyes! Perfect for a daytime date✨ In-A-Rush Days: NUDESTIX - Magnetic Matte Eye Color in Rustique, Copper Foil & Burnish Whenever I’m in a rush and just need *something* on my lids quick, this is always what I reach for. Super creamy and budgeproof once set (can you sense a trend here) I love that it requires little effort but gives big results! I like to draw it along the lashline and blend it out with my fingers or a brush for a soft smokey effect. Dinner Dates: Kaja - Beauty Bento Bouncy Shimmer Eyeshadow Trio in Toasted Caramel This stack of eyeshadow toppers are beautiful worn together, alone or added on top of other eyeshadows. They are so sparkly and glittery, that they catch the light beautifully during a dinner date. I also love that the shades are all in the same colorway- it just makes it easier to use and guarantees the perfect ombre glitter eye! Night-outs: Kaja - Moon Crystal Sparkling Eye Pigment in Goddess Maybe it’s just me but I love wearing something bold on the eyes for a night-out. It’s just noticeable, a great conversation starter and will obviously make your eyes pop!

10 Minute Natural Look 👀
☀️ I have sensitive combo skin that is acne-prone. My skin is fair and my main concern is acne and general redness. 1. Skincare I use a cleanser, Vitamin C serum, moisturizer and sunscreen every morning. I let it sink in for a few minutes before starting any sort of make-up. 2. Mascara I currently use They’re Real by Benefit and really love it for quick volume and length. I also love their BadGal Bang one and might switch back to that next but this one is great. 3. Concealer I use this under my eyes to cover any darkness, any red spots from breakouts and just generally for redness. I find that a little of this Kaja concealer goes a really long way and this one is affordable and clean. This is the lightest shade in the range called Sweet Rice and I blend it with a damp beauty blender. 4. Erborian CC Red Correct This light green color correcting cream with SPF 25 is my favorite for light coverage that overall provides an evenness to my skin without any heaviness of foundation in look or feel. I find this also blends best with a beauty blender and the greenness fades the redness perfectly. 5. Elf Shadow Pencil I got this for like $3 and I use it along my upper lash line to add a bit of pink sparkle for fun. I have this in Rose Gold but there are more options and they’re really quick to apply because no brush is needed. They’re also a smoother pencil in terms of softness. ☀️This is my go-to quick natural look I’ve been doing this year and I LOVE it because it’s quick and covers my main concerns. My most important step though beyond skincare is definitely mascara. It just makes such a difference with my eyes and generally how I look. I can skip the rest but I need my skincare and my lashes. benefit - They’re Real! Lengthening Mascara Kaja - Don't Settle Concealer erborian - CC Color Correcting & Redness Reducing Broad Spectrum SPF 25 e.l.f. - No Budge Shadow Stick #CheriePartner

Favorite Concealer - KAJA BEAUTY
KAJA Don’t Settle Concealer in 03 Mooncake WHAT IT IS? Light-to-medium coverage creaseless concealer PRODUCT TARGET CONCERNS: For those looking for natural, medium coverage. TEXTURE/CONSISTENCY: Liquid formula OVERALL THOUGHTS: This is my favorite concealer right now. Creamy concealers tend to crease on me as I have dry skin so I love concealers with liquid formula. It doesn’t crease, it can be built up to medium coverage without looking cakey and looks very natural. I sooooo love this concealer!! WHY I LIKE/DISLIKE IT: I like the liquid formula and the natural finish it provides. WOULD I RECOMMEND IT ? Yes, if you like natural looking concealers. IS IT WORTH IT? 0.21 oz / 6g/ $19 One of the cheaper concealers that you can find in Sephora. To me it’s definitely worth it. Would buy it again and again even for a full price.

I'm a sucker for a good glitte
I'm a sucker for a good glitter for the eyes. kaja does not disappoint! The smaller compact has three shades of rosy glitter shadows for $21. I think this is a excellent price for what you get! The 2nd product is a blush, but I think I need to play with it more as it really doesn't show up on my skin.. at all 🤔
