All serums I have emptied and tried in 2020
Many of them I have only had a very short encounter but want to name a few: SHISEIDO - Ultimune Power Infusing Serum Concentrate I use this before all other serums. I enjoy the light weight texture and skin barrier strengthening feature. TATCHA - Violet-C Brightening Serum 20% Vitamin C + 10% AHA this is a clear serum and absorb right away. Very gentle but potent. Sulwhasoo - Bloomstay Vitalizing Serum beautify package and scent. A bit on the sticky side but not much once on the skin. ESTĒE LAUDER - Free Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex Ii Sample With Product Purchase odie but goodie. Can’t imagine one day I will not have it in my routine. I really hope to try the new version of this.
Prebiotics in Skincare? Do We Need Them?
Our skin has its own microbiome and when it's out of whack we can experience things like acne, eczema and psoriasis! A microbiome is a particular environment of microorganisms. So how can we keep our microbiome healthy? With prebiotics and probiotics! Prebiotics and probiotics applied topically are similar to the type we ingest! The goal of adding them to our skincare routine is to support our microbiome by feeding the healthy bacteria. A healthy microbiome is key to healthy skin! I support my microbiome by taking prebiotics and probiotics and applying them topically! My favorite skincare product with prebiotics is the LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum ! Its active ingredients are Bifidus Prebiotic, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and ceramides - all ingredients your skin is going to love! I love it because it's hydrating and brightening, but it's still maintaining my microbiome. The texture is a thicker liquid and sinks is very quickly. It doesn't feel heavy and doesn't clog my pores! Have you tried prebiotics or probiotics? What are your thoughts on products that have them? #CheriePartner

BEST foundation 📣
I’m gonna get right to it. I personally think LANCÔME - Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation is better than ESTĒE LAUDER - Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation BUT they’re both good PROS OF TEINT IDOLE It has sunscreen, Double Wear doesn’t. it’s medium to high coverage and it’s buildable, so if you want to go natural, go natural. If you want your makeup to look beat, you can go high coverage too. The foundations is very versatile and you can use it how ever you want it has pump. Double Wear does NOT have a pump. If you want a pump for Double Wear, it’s $10 more. it’s vegan, cruelty and non-comedogenic. it’s transfer free sooooo if you wear white, it wouldn’t transfer or leave a mark like other foundations. it’s water resistant !! the colors were tested on thousands of women and Lancôme chose 95% of the colors that all women across the world have. If I’m not mistaken, they currently have 45 shades and there will be more to come!! CONS TEINT IDOLE it’s US $47 and Double Wear is $43. BUT they don’t charge you tax on the teint idole because it has sunscreen (ONLY IN TEXAS). Double Wear with taxes is around US $46 something. Same price basically and they’re both 1 fl. oz I don’t recommend for sensitive skin
What even is my skin type?
Am I the only one who struggles figuring out what skin type they are? I know you can buy products for certain skin types. But sometimes I feel like I am all the skin types! It changes all the time. Like my skin makes no sense to me. I cannot figure it out. And I struggle to buy the right products because of this. It’s so frustrating! Ugh! I don’t want to waste money on products that won’t work for me because of my “skin type” but I just honestly think I have the rarest skin... like sometimes it can be oily, sometimes very dry, sometimes very acne-prone... I just don’t understand what it wants lol. I do know that my skin is so incredibly sensitive, and I cannot stand it sometimes! It is so high-maintenance! I know I shouldn’t use too many products because that can also be damaging. I just don’t get it, I don’t know what to do! I have recently ruined my skin barrier because of buying the wrong products, and it really scared me! I was in so much pain and my face felt so so tight. Every product I used burned. It was awful! Does anybody have any advice? I am really struggling. 😏 I work so hard to keep my skin healthy and I often think I just make it worse! Such a waste of time and money buying and using the wrong products for me! I don’t have much money to spend on expensive skin care options... I have heard about some that are just too costly. If you are like me, recently, the only products that have worked for me and my ridiculously demanding skin are: bliss - Drench & Quench Moisturizer Walgreens - Daytime Facial Moisturizer and using the face wash CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Face Serum SheaMoisture - African Black Soap Problem Skin Moisturizer Also, the foundation I always come back to is LANCÔME - Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation it lasts me such a long time. I know it is kind of expensive but it is actually worth the money. It stays on longer than any other foundation I have tried! Also, if your skin gets oily throughout the day like mine, use their powder LANCÔME - Dual Finish Multi-Tasking Lightweight Pressed Powder Foundation the powder has lasted me such a long time too! It has been like 2 years and I still have it! Some of the products I have wasted money on and that I am not impressed with: LA ROCHE-POSAY - Pure Vitamin C Face Serum LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Clarifying Solution Acne Toner LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin I only used these for about 3 weeks so maybe I didn’t give it enough time, I just know that my face was so dry from the face wash and the toner, and they are supposedly good for sensitive skin.

Days 2 & 3 of Beauty ⭐️
To make up for being behind a day with my Macy’s 25 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar, I’m reviewing days 2 and 3 today! Yay! After a disappointing first day, the second and third have made up for it! Inside were Lancôme’s Monsieur Big Mascara and Lavido’s Age Away Hydrating Cream. First off, the mascara is FANTASTIC. It lengthens, curls and volumizes. I’ve wanted to try it for awhile, but the price tag kept me from it. This sample has opened my eyes though and I might just have to buy the full size! Swipe through for pics of it on me. Second, the hydrating cream is also really nice. I’ve actually had the full size in the past and I’ve found it to be very hydrating, very nice to wear and it also smells beautifully! The cream has ingredients like evening primrose, pumpkin seed and sea buckthorn to help hydrate, improve skin tone and reduce fine lines. I’m a fan! Have you gotten any makeup/skincare-related advent calendars? There are so many out there, I’d love to hear about some good ones! LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Mascara lavido - Age Away Hydrating Cream
In my opinion this is a pretty okay mascara. It lengthens a bit; not too much. It adds volume okay. I love big bold dramatic lashes, but I hate glue on lashes. This mascara just does okay. I found it difficult to work with and hard to get my lashes separated and fluffy. The big negative I have is that this flakes! Now, bear in mind I haven’t been using a setting spray while using this mascara. I’ve run out and just have bothered/remembered to get more. So that may be what I’m doing wrong. However, just by itself it flakes and it can get into my eyes and just irritate them to no end. As far as just okay mascaras I am positive you can get something similar for way cheaper. In my opinion there are far better mascaras out there that don’t make you seriously regret buying them at full price. I won’t be repurchasing this product so I just can’t recommend it. Mascaras I can recommend: • tarte - Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara • LANCÔME - HYPNÔSE DOLL LASHES Mascara • LANCÔME - Hypnôse Drama Instant Full Volume Mascara I’m still testing out the LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Mascaraand essence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascaraso I will post those in a bit as I test each out for a full three months.

I never thought LANCÔME - Tonique Confort Comforting Rehydrating Toner would work the way it did. I have known about this product for a very long time but never thought about trying despite all the five stars until the day I got the deal of 50% off somewhere sorry I forgot where :( It comes out like silk but with somewhat thick consistency. I always use my palms to apply everything. I rubbed my palms and pat on my face. Here comes the magic, it’s absorbed by my skin beautifully with zero irritation. I sometimes even do a second layer just to experience the comfort feeling. Love it 😍

Makeup For My Graduation Photoshoot!!! 🎓💖✨
First of all, congrats to all my fellow 2020 graduates!!! I recently did a graduation photoshoot with my family and so I wanted to show you the makeup I did for it! I wanted to look like myself but more enhanced and defined. I started with MAKE UP FOR EVER - Full Cover Concealer to cover any blemishes on my face. It has a super thick and high coverage formula that lasts all day (it’s literally waterproof!) and is perfect for pinpoint concealing! I skipped foundation because I wanted my makeup to look more skinlike in the photos and not super flat. I then defined my brows with MAYBELLINE - Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil . It’s a great dupe for Anastasia’s brow wix and any other more “expensive” skinny brow pencil. It’s not too pigmented where you accidentally like like you use a sharpie to draw on your brows. It has the perfect in-between pigment and wax so it lasts all day and adds thickness to the brows. I used benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel to set my brows. It’s literally super glue for brows! This is a clear gel that keeps my hairs looking fluffy and combed up all day. I used the bronzer and highlight fromTOM FORD - Soleil Contouring Compact to add some warmth, glow and definition to the face. It has a super smooth powder formula that doesn’t look like makeup once on the skin! It blends in perfectly and seamlessly so it looks just like skin. For blush I used CHANEL - ROUGE COCO Lip Blush in 420 for a warm berry glow on the cheeks. This is a gel like formula that is super cheer but buildable. It also leaves a nice glassy sheen on the skin! To set the concealer and the parts of my face that gets shiny throughout the day, I used rms beauty - "Un" Powder . It makes my skin look satin smooth and doesn’t let any shine come through! It also doesn’t have flashback (if you apply only a sheer layer on the skin). For eyeshadow, I used TOM FORD - Cream and Powder Eye Color in Naked Bronze. It’s a beautiful combination of a creamy, moussey bronze cream shadow and a sheer but super glittery gold powder shadow top coat. It lasts all day and looks suuper flattering! I always get questions on what I have on my eyesqhen I wear it. I used my holy-grail favorite DollyWink - DollyWink Liquid Eyeliner to line my eyes for extra definition. It has a super fine tip for extra precision and the formula is inky black and doesn’t budge at all! For the biggest, baddest lashes, I used LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara . It adds so much volume and length to my lashes and the waterproof formula makes it stay on all day without any smudging. For the lips, I wanted a shade similar to my natural lip color so I went for COLOURPOP - Ultra Blotted Lip from Pony’s Collaboration in Holly Lolly. It’s a beautiful warm pink!
🤎 brown-eyed girl 🤎
I used to hate my brown eyes! I felt they were boring and ugly, but once I learned to love them I started experimenting with different eye makeup to really make them pop! here I show one of my favorite looks, it’s super quick but looks like it took forever! a few tips before attempting this, or any look: 1. blend, blend, blend. even the most novice of makeup users can master eyeshadow if you remember to blend! 2. little by little. it’s better to add your colors little by little. you can always add more pigment if needed, but it’s hard to remove it without ruining the whole look if you apply too much. Too Faced - Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer I actually start this look (and most eye shadow looks) with applying a bronzer as a “base”. MAC - MAC Eyeshadow next I apply my bronze, glitter shade with my ring finger. I simply tap it into the center of my eyelid, careful to not transfer the color too high. RIMMEL - Exaggerate Smoke N' Shine Eye Liner I love these eyeliners and have found a brown shade really makes dark eyes look soft & sultry. I use this to draw a rough winged liner, then take the sponge on the other end to blend it out. LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara fave mascara, this maintains my lashes lifted and curled all day. the perfect last step! that’s it! literally takes hardly any time at all to really transform my eyes. hope this helps a fellow brown-eyed girl 🤎 #cheriepartner

fresh faced & rosy lips
🌸 i picked up a new lip balm and absolutely love the sheer color and hydration it has 💄 tarte - SEA Quench Lip Rescue Balm in shade Rose - what it is moisturizing lip balm with a hint of sheer color from virgin and cruelty free brand, tarte - ingredients 1) algae and marine extracts that soften and smooth the lips 2) spilanthes acmella flower extract: promote skin for less, smoothness, and elasticity 3) coconut oil: hydrating and conditioning 4) vitamin E: emollient and antioxidant 5) jojoba oil: lock in the hydration - finish high shine with a lil hint of color, dewy and amazing - scent very light, a lil bit minty but barely noticable - price $19 and i actually think its worth it! i think this balm is gonna last a long while and i love the color and shine 🌸 rest of my makeup routine Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Smooth & Poreless Matte Screen SPF 40 SEPHORA COLLECTION - Clear and Cover Acne Treatment Cream Concealer with 2% Salicylic Acid Milk MAKEUP - Blur + Set Matte Loose Setting Powder URBAN DECAY - Limited Edition Heavy Dose All Nighter Setting Spray Duo LANCÔME - CILS BOOSTER XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Base COVERGIRL - Lash Blast Volume Waterproof Mascara ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Gel
there’s NO FOUNDATION in these pictures!
✨ what I use INSTEAD of FOUNDATION ✨ 🌊 I gave up foundation in the middle of college, partially out of laziness and partially because I decided my skin was okay without it. do i have clear skin? HECK NO. do i fake it well? HECK YEAH! 🌊 my skin type: oily and acne prone. My skincare routine is all anti acne products and oil reducing products, with a bunch of scar and dark spot reducing products as well. (pls see my profile for skin posts) 🌊 how i do it 1) prime Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Smooth & Poreless Matte Screen SPF 40 SPF is important and this one fills in pores and mattifies skin for smooth skin. while the product itself isn’t clear, there is no tint or white cast 2) conceal (the key to the look) SEPHORA COLLECTION - Clear and Cover Acne Treatment Cream Concealer with 2% Salicylic Acid this concealer contains the active ingredient of salicylic acid, which is anti acne and anti oil. I use this on active spots, scars, and any discoloration. Usually i have to hit darker spots more than once and take care to blend well. this tube is in the shade HONEY which is almost exactly my skin tone. 3) set Milk MAKEUP - Blur + Set Matte Loose Setting Powder kill all shine and pores with this tinted setting powder that blurs out my skin. i let my most oily parts bake for a little bit, like the areas next to my nose. it adds any additional coverage the concealer didn’t get 4) bronze benefit - Hoola Matte Bronzer i give myself fake cheekbones with a little dash of this cult classic below my cheeks. always take care to blend super well! 5) brows GRANDE COSMETICS - Grandebrow-Fill Volumizing Brow Gel With Fibers & Peptides this takes and sets my brows into place while helping growth benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel for easy color 6) lashes LANCÔME - CILS BOOSTER XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Base protects your eyelashes so they can grow longer, add vitamins. Makes a great face to put mascara on COVERGIRL - Lash Blast Volume Waterproof Mascara as someone with short eyelashes, I love this mascara because it adds volume and curl

Best Foundations for Dry Skin🥰
Hi friends! Today I wanted to talk about my favorite foundations for dry skin. I’m only going to be giving a brief summary of each, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! Also, I tried to include a variety of finishes & coverage since everyone likes something different. Skin-Like Finish: My favorite foundation for light, natural makeup is by far the LANCÔME - Skin Feels Good Hydrating Skin Tint This foundation feels very hydrating on the skin and dries to the perfect skin-like finish; not too matte, not too dewy. This is light coverage but still gives a “my skin but better” result. I took off a point due to shade range being HORRIBLE and the fact that this isn’t super long lasting. Still, for a light makeup day, I always find myself reaching for this. Dewy/Satin Finish: it Cosmetics - it Cosmetics CC+ Cream SPF 50+ has been my ride or die for years! This CC cream delivers medium, buildable coverage with lots of skin improving ingredients. This is very long lasting. The finish on this can either be satin or dewy, depending on the primer I use. The foundation fuses into my skin beautiful. I adore it! Lost point due to shade range 👎🏼 it Cosmetics - Bye Bye Foundation Full Coverage Moisturizer with SPF 50+ Similar to the cc cream above, this “tinted moisturizer” acts more as a foundation, providing light-medium coverage and longevity. This dries to more of a satin finish on my skin. This feels very hydrating on the skin, making it perfect for dehydrated skin. Lost point due to shade range 👎🏼 Milk MAKEUP - Blur Liquid Matte Foundation . This foundation claims to be matte but there’s no way! Even on my DRY skin, this has a satin/dewy finish(depending on the primer). To me, this foundation provides full coverage without feeling too heavy. This does not feel drying whatsoever. I took away a point only because this transfer easily which means I have to set it with powder. 24 shades. Matte Finish: NARS - Soft Matte Complete Foundation is by far my favorite matte foundation of all time. It can be incredibly hard to find a matte foundation that works for dry skin. They’re either too drying, cling to dry patches, or just make dry skin appear dull. This foundation did none of that. My skin never felt parched or dull. This foundation provided amazing medium-full coverage with great longevity. The “soft matte” claims are just that ; matte, but skin still appears smooth, plump, and not drained of life. I didn’t notice any clinging to dry patches or issues with texture. This wears beautiful with a hydrating or glowy primer. As a dry skinned girl, I usually prefer a dewy, glowing finish, but every now and again a little matte moment is nice! This also wears wonderfully under a mask. I couldn’t recommend this more! 34 shades. Have you tried any of these? Any recommendations on other foundations that are awesome for dry skin?☺️
My BEST Skincare-Makeup Hybrids that Save Your Time!!!
Skincare-makeup hybrids help protect and hydrate skin, while blurring away imperfections. Because we lead busy lives too, we understand how important time is. So when we look out for beauty products, we are drawn to those that multi-task and work well in order to save us precious time. it Cosmetics - Bye Bye Under Eye Full Coverage Anti-Aging Waterproof Concealer Price: $26💵 IT Cosmetics is known for skin-boosting makeup and this award-winning concealer is no exception. I have been using this product for nearly a year I have been using it for dark pigmentation on my nose and upper lip and it certainly works and gives good coverage I have spent so much money on concealers in the past that haven't worked . You only need a small amount for best results warm it on the top of your hand by just working into the skin with your fingertips and work it into your skin gently you only need very little of the product and you will not need any foundation. I use loose powder afterwards as l like a Matt finish. In addition, to dark-circle-covering pigment, this concealer is a serving of everything your delicate under-eye area could want — peptides, vitamins, antioxidants, hyaluronic acid, and hydrolyzed collagen. LANCÔME - Skin Feels Good Hydrating Skin Tint Price: $23 💵 It's a hydrating skin tint for a no-makeup look, infused with skin-loving ingredients that put our skin first with sheer-to-buildable natural coverage. I bought this to replace my empty Urban Decay One and Done and while I thought that was the perfect tinted moisturizer, I think this might be better! Light coverage, but skin perfecting. Smell is good but not strong and fades quickly. I’ll probably end up using this all summer, and for more relaxed days. No issues with breakouts/irritation, but I don’t have sensitive skin so usually not an issue. Would highly recommend if you want something lighter that really makes your skin look perfect. 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ Skincare-makeup hybrid products rise in popularity is only natural, seeing as if you love both skin care products and makeup, the only thing that could be better is combining the two. Instead of taking the time to go through an entire skin care routine, followed by a multitude of makeup application rituals, you can use products that serve double-duty—addressing your complexion concerns while covering up imperfections and playing up your best features. What’s not to love?

Late October Haul 🎃
This month I decided to treat myself to a little haul! The above products were purchased from Sephora and Amazon. Some of these products I’ve had my eye on for months, while others I compulsively bought! On the second slide are all of the sample products that were kindly supplied by Sephora 🙂 Sephora: PAT McGRATH LABS - Eye Ecstasy Duo: I bough these pallets out of compulsion. I only own one pallet which is the URBAN DECAY - Naked Ultimate Basics Eyeshadow Palette. I really want to start incorporating makeup into my feed, so I went on the hunt for a new pallet. I was able to get both of these pallets for $14 each instead of $28 each. That’s a steal for me! I cannot wait to dip into the Sublime pallet! DRUNK ELEPHANT - E-Rase Milki Micellar Water: Getting back into makeup I knew I needed a makeup remover. Just about everyone I know uses Micellar Water no matter what brand. I decided to go with the Drunk Elephant because I have seen so many product reviews with mixed emotions, so I wanted to try this brand out for myself! Kate Somerville - EradiKate Acne Treatment: This is another product I’ve had my eye on for months! I have seen many reviews of this product and so far everyone has loved it. I can’t wait to give this product a shot tonight after a much needed shower! Review for this product to come very soon! Not pictured: SEPHORA COLLECTION - Makeup Match Highlight Brush Samples: LANCÔME - Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover Dr Dennis Gross - Dr Dennis Gross Extra Strength Alpha Beta Peel Original belif - The True Cream Aqua Bomb IGK - First Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Tatoo Liner in Trooper Deluxe Sample laura mercier - Flawless Lumière Radiance-Perfecting Foundation Milk MAKEUP - Hydro Grip Primer CAUDALIE - Vinopure Skin Perfecting Serum GUCCI - Free Bloom Eau de Parfum Deluxe Sample Amazon: StriVectin - Daily Reveal Exfoliating Pads: I saw that StriVectin just recent came out with these. I was quick to purchase these because I have been looking for a product that I can carry with me at all times and quickly use during the day when my face is super oily while I’m out and about! I was originally using the OXY - Acne Medication Deep Pore Cleansing Pads, but the ingredients aren’t great for the skin at all! So I am super hyped to find a much more healthier alternative! Rael - Miracle Ratch: I originally found these on Instagram. I have been on the market for acne patches for sometime. My local target didn’t have any in stock, so I took to the internet. When I found these I looked up reviews, and every single one was positive. I cannot wait to try these!
Cult Fav Eye Makeup Remover 👀

You don’t need to use too much, so a little goes a long way. Sometimes I’ll accidentally get the product in my eye and I’m happy to say it’s never burned! I Use These To Slow Down Time and Signs of Aging👍
Aging is inevitable, and I realized that as I step into my mid-20s, I can no longer take my youth for granted. Of all the places on your body, your face can truly show your age if you don’t take steps to keep your skin healthy. Fortunately, with my oily skin, I do not have many wrinkles on my face or under my eyes yet, but I started to notice smile lines and growing dark eye circles, which is a sign of aging. This shows that simply keeping the skin hydrated and following my current skincare routine is not enough. I started to turn towards products that are rich in probiotic fractions that act on the skin’s microbiome. With age, the skin’s key recovery functions become altered, and its natural ability to self-defend decreases. The microbiome is a beneficial living ecosystem of microbes (microorganisms), which is an integral part of your skin's surface, and its balance is essential to the skin's health. Lancôme Advanced Genifique Anti-Aging Face Serum $105 / 30ml LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Youth Activating Serum This is currently my go-to magic serum for my daily skincare routine. It claims to be formulated with a patent-pending complex of 7 pre and probiotic fractions, specifically selected and transformed, delivering essential resources to the skin and its microbiome. After only one bottle, aging skin will look visibly rejuvenated. Its effect on my skin is that my complexion immediately brightens up the next day and there’s a more radiant and youthful glow on my skin. After emptying one bottle, I found that the appearance of my smile lines did decrease. The texture of this serum is really thin and watery, which is perfect for oily skin. It gets absorbed quickly and leaves my skin feeling nourished without being too sticky or heavy. I also love the scent, which is quite subtle and sweet. This serum is enriched with millions of probiotic fractions, including Yeast-& Bifidus-Extracts, that helps to strengthen the skin’s barrier and improve the skin’s texture, radiance, elasticity, and firmness. The probiotic fractions in this formula include beneficial properties such as reducing inflammation, strengthening the skin's barrier and resistance against environmental aggressors, reducing dryness, and acts as a moisturizer and antimicrobial. Lancôme Advanced Genifique Anti-Aging Eye Cream $67 / 15ml LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Eye Cream I use this eye cream together with the anti-aging face serum as part of my anti-aging skincare routine. The texture of this eye cream is lightweight and gel-like and gets absorbed easily so that it is not a burden to my eyes. My under eyes feel moisturized after using this product and they brighten up the next day. My skin also looks plumper and more youthful. It is formulated with Bifidus extract, which supports the skin’s moisture barrier, Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Glucoside), which helps brighten up the under eye, and Lactobacillus Ferment, which is great for decreasing fine lines and wrinkles.

Say bye to Panda eyes 👋!
Dark circle and dryness might be the biggest concern for all girls. I always try to sleep early to avoid the black circle and eye wrinkles. However, sometimes you just can not make it due to many reasons. So I started to look for some skincare products for my eyes. I have tried a few brands and products that work for these concerns. And here’s 2 items I want to recommend! 1. ESTĒE LAUDER - Re-Nutriv Ultimate Lift Age-Correcting Eye Creme I definitely want to recommend this eye cream, especially, this silver cover with silver body bottle packaging. Estee Lauder has launched too many eye creams, but this is the first and only one I feel the strength. This one has good performance in tightening with no milia! Additionally, I found it works well on lifting. I always like to try new things, but I come back to this every time after testing other brands. 2. LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Yeux Light-Pearl Eye Illuminator Youth Activating ConcentrateLancome Advanced Genifique eye light pearl This one is pretty good for summer if you are afraid of heavy cream and milia! The texture is lighter than Estee Lauder, so I alter between these two. What I like the most it’s the light pearl. I use it for massage around the eye area, it works so well to reduce eye puffiness. If you feel bloated in the morning, this Lancome can be your good helper! It reduces the appearance of under-eye wrinkles and eye bags. Such a good cooling and massaging applicator! In case that I feel tired and dryness, I pick Estee Lauder. For regular daily skincare routine, I use Lancome. These two serums are different texture, but both are soothing and hydrated. I recommend these two as once the skin gets hydrated, it comes with brightness and gets rid of panda eye!
SKINCARE ROUTINE TONIGHT
Augustinus Bader - The Essence Exfoliating Toner With TFC8® beautiful hydrating toner makes my skin so plump, soft and supple instantly LANCÔME - Advanced Génifique Yeux Light-Pearl Eye Illuminator Youth Activating Concentrate on my brows, lashes, inner and outer eye area to fortify lashes, smooth and brighten under eyes ISLE OF PARADISE - Self Tanning Drops - light - mixed a few drops into my ERNO LASZLO - Phormula 3-9 Repair Cream Sealed everything in with a few drops of dermalogica - Stress Positive Eye Lift Mask on my nose and under eyes to soften and boost moisturization, since I tend to get dry in these areas first

Which is better? Two eye cream has same key ingredient
ESTEE LAUDER Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex V.S. LANCOME ADVANCED GENIFIQUE YEUX ESTEE LAUDER and LANCOME are my favorite brands, and I have used their eye cream for so many years. I enthusiastically recommend these eye cream since they are moist enough, and they have strong effect on anti-aging of eyes. After reading their ingredient list carefully, I find an amazing thing that these two products have the same key ingredient which is collectively called “extract from BIFIDA FERMENT FILTRATE”. This kind of core ingredient is good at repairing the skin and preserving the moisture of the skin. I love this ingredient so much since I can see the skin around my eyes look younger, renewed and recharged after using these eye cream. Even if I stay up late the night before, my skin would still be moist and healthy the next morning. Although these two products are similar in key ingredients, I prefer ESTEE LAUDER. From the aspect of scent, ESTEE LAUDER one has no obvious fragrance while LANCOME has a scent of fruity which troubles me a lot. The texture of them are both cream and ESTEE LAUDER is thicker than LANCOME. As for the price and effectiveness, I believe there is no significant difference. Usually, I would use LANCOME in the morning and ESTEE LAUDER in the evening since I hate to go to bed with a strange scent. If I have to choose one between these two products, then ESTEE LAUDER would definitely be my first choice. CLINIQUE-Acne Solutions Cleansing Bar for Face & Body
Lancome L'Absolu Mademoiselle Shine Lipstick in shade 398 Mademoiselle Loves, a plum mauve shade. I am using Lancome L'Absolu Rouge currently and I adore that pigmented formula. This one on the other hand is a hydrating, balmy lipstick. . . It has a smooth creamy formula with some slip to it. Does not feels waxy or sticky and is creamier than a tinted balm. It glides beautifully and leaves a sheer tint with perfect amount of shine without shimmer. The color is not crazy pigmented and is not the most long lasting. I need to reapply it. The lips feel moisturized and hydrated. It is enriched with Prolyxane (no idea what it is) and rose oils. There is a fruity scent to it, not like the strong perfume scent that other Lancome lipsticks have. Doesn't bother me. Very comfortable on the lips. Fuss free, easy application. . . The packaging is cute! And there is a magnet on the cap. The lock is not magnetic. Again, I couldn't figure out why the cap or lid is magnetized. It is not a unique product and the cost is pretty comparable to similar product from other high end brands in the same vein. Not a must have in my opinion, but if you the cash, go for it. It is a good one for those 'my lips but better' kind of look.

Lancome Genifique VS L’Oreal Youth Code, Which One is Better？
There are plenty of beauty products which have the same ingredients while some of them are high-end and others are drugstore. As all we know, Lancome is a L'Oreal brand and it's common to share technologies within one company. I do believe many people compare the L’Oreal Youth Code Rejuvenating Anti-Wrinkle Super-Concentrated Serum with Lancôme Advanced Génifique for they have almost the same ingredients while big price gap. · Price Genifique $77.88/30ml vs. L’Oréal Youth Code $15.99/30 ml, youth code save a lot. · Ingredients They share almost the same ingredients. So products both contain Biolysat, Adenosine, Salicyloyl Phytosphingosine, and Biolysat, an anti-aging ingredient, benefic for facial skin. The main ingredients improve inflammation and skin sensitivity. However, Youth Code has a higher level of alcohol which is not good for sensitive skin types. Genifique is less perfume than in the Youth Code. · Feeling & Efficacy I have a similar feeling after application. Apart from their anti-aging and rejuvenating benefits, the main function of them is that they boost the benefits of other products that are applied after. So I always combine the serum with other products and I can see better results on my face. Talk about their effect, I have noticed the texture of my complexion appears more refined, even and translucent day by day. · All in all Both are very good as a base serum. L’Oreal Youth Code is more suitable for younger women with a lesser anti-aging concern. Lancome’s Genifique is a great all-purpose serum for all skin types. Personally, Genifique has been a staple bare serum in my skincare routine for a few years. So I highly recommend this product to any woman over the age of 25.
