Road Trip! My Must Have Products For Traveling
Okay so I’m going on a stay-cation. Meaning I’m not leaving the town I live in I’m just staying at a house that’s not mine. Trying to sprinkle a lil spice into my life. Anywho As I was packing I thought it would be cool to share what I put in my travel bag. First👏🏾 of 👏🏾All👏🏾 If it’s travel size it’s coming with me! Also My skincare routine is a tad bit different when I travel. Back in the day when I traveled I felt like my skincare routine went out the window but this would throw my skin all outta wack. Consistency is key when you have sensitive and acne prone skin! However to my defense I felt like I would need a separate luggage for everything I used on my skin because most brands don’t make travel sizes unless it’s a staple product. Hopefully this changes🤞🏾 Thankfully now, most of my must haves come in travel sizes so I can stick somewhat close to my routine when I’m away. So, here is the break down! I start with Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser It’s in the same oil fee collection as the gel moisturizer I like from Kiehls. I follow up with a toner after cleansing pixi - Clarity Tonic I use a bit of Kiehl's - Powerful-Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate 12.5% Vitamin C This is new to my routine I’ll share my thoughts later Then moisturize with #Kiehls - Skin Rescuer[products]#[FiveStars] This is my second favorite lotion from kiehls. I mainly carry this when I travel because the moisturizer is in a squirt bottle. I don’t like packing my oil free gel moisturizer because the shape fits awkwardly in most of makeup bags. Also selfishly😅 sometimes when traveling with other people some will go dipping there fingers in my moisturizer to try it if it’s left out in the bathroom. I have no problem with other people trying it. However It’s just the finger dipping that bothers me. I don’t even dip my own fingers in it I use a qtip so I don’t contaminate it with other products that I might have on my hands. I wrap up my routine with HUDA BEAUTY - Get Even Rose Face Oil I reviewed this already and y’all know how I feel about it. 😍 I kept the small bottle from the holiday kit and I refill it from my bigger bottle so I can take it with me when I travel. This bottle is glass so I reuse it especially since I reuse it for the same product. Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 Sunscreen is always a must! #Ebin - Ebin 24 Hour Edge Tamer[products]#[FiveStars] & most importantly edge control because Honey wherever I go the edges must be laid and this gets the job done right! ✅

I live where the sun shines virtually every day! Therefore, my routine is photo protective. From my morning Vitamin C + antioxidant serums, to my evening gentle acid exfoliants, I have built my skincare routine around anti-aging preventatives. I recently began working topical retinol at low % into my routine and get monthly Y:ag laser facials to stimulate and encourage collagen production. I’m about to turn 26, and I am very lucky to have plenty of collagen and few wrinkles. I spent a lot of my early 20s breaking the cardinal rules of anti-aging including smoking cigarettes (I’ve been nicotine free for over a year now!) and skipping SPF most days. I even had a brief bout of tanning booth addiction 😟 Now I use spf products as a daily routine. I was committed to Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 until a girl at Ulta recommended StriVectin - Full Screen SPF 30 Clear Finish which has a lower SPF and similar consistency as Unseen. I’ve also tried the Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Smooth & Poreless Matte Screen SPF 40AND Supergoop! - Glowscreen Sunscreen SPF 40, neither of which I was really crazy about. The gel/primer consistency of both Unseen Sunscreen and the Strivectin spf are more conducive to my skincare routine and they both sink into my skin without leaving a greasy feeling. Now that I have an office job and wfh, I’m spending about 10 hours/day staring at two huge computer monitors, so I think I’ll stick with the Strivectin screen that also includes Vitamins A, B, C, and Pro-Vitamin D (?) and claims for protect against UVA/UVB, Blue Light (computer screens), and pollution. It’s affordable, comfortable to wear, a little goes a long way, and performs well under makeup when I’m wearing it. The lower spf isn’t a problem for me because I’m not standing in direct sunlight or anything. I think if I had my previous job working outside everyday I’d want a higher spf. Another line of defense I like to fall back on are SPF tinted moisturizers. A while back I had tried the PÜR - 4-in-1 Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 which is honestly such a dream. This is a photo of me wearing it on a midday walk. It’s low to medium coverage, buildable, hydrating, and stays put! I don’t have very oily skin or especially dry skin so I feel it is a happy medium for those with normal or combo skin types. By no means is it full coverage. I slap this on (using my fingers to apply) if I’m planning to go for a walk in the sunshine or on a hike, in addition to my base layer of SPF. Of course, the best preventative is keeping the sun off your face at all costs, so you’ll usually see me on the trails with one of my favorite floppy hats, or sometimes if I’m feeling jazzy - my Bluestone Sunshield (see a few posts back). Do you wear SPF every day? Have you made any lifestyle changes for the sake of beauty/anti-aging? Share your tips or thoughts below!

I like it but .....
Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Smooth & Poreless Matte Screen SPF 40 I like it but for me it is very drying, I have combination skin but I am drier than oily, its application is easy, it blends very well, it does not leave white but I do not like it! I'M LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT SUN PROTECTOR FOR MY SKIN

Update
Post acne scarring🥴 Ultimately, “less is more” is why my skin isn’t breaking out daily. No more painful, cystic acne. I got my skin adjusted to the bare minimum.👍🏼 I slowly introduce new products. No acids (Salicylic, Lactic, etc…), no exfoliating, no topicals. This stage of my skin journey is to allow my skin to heal & do what it’s supposed to do without disrupting the healing process. I still provide my skin with the necessary ingredients needed to assist with barrier repair & a healthy biome. Ceramides, Probiotics, Hyaluronic Acid, Colloidal Oatmeal, Niacinamide, Green Tea. * If anybody could recommend any more barrier repair products &/or ingredients i’m all 👂🏼 ✨Self Luv/ Self Care✨ With consistency, comes results💋

4⭐️/5 : Supergoop! Superscreen
I recently made a pretty major change in my morning routine: Supergoop! - Superscreen Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA+++ in the morning instead of my favorite belif - The True Cream Aqua Bomb Aloe Vera . I was looking for a moisturizer with SPF because layering my aqua bomb with pretty much any sunscreen left me with badly-absorbed white splotches and pilling all over my face. Even if I waited over half an hour before applying sunscreen, it never went on well. I still love the aqua bomb and will be using it for weekend routines and other non-daily uses, but for now the superscreen has become my new spf bff. I was skeptical to use this after reading some reviews that it left an oily sheen all day and doesn’t absorb well, but I find that the oiliness goes away pretty quickly and just leaves my skin looking really dewy and plump. I will say that it doesn’t have much hydration itself so I have to layer a couple of hydrating serums under it for my face to feel nice all day. It also smells pretty strongly like… sunscreen, but that makes me feel good about myself for wearing sunscreen. I also find that it doesn’t break me out at all throughout the day, which I appreciate. I don’t really love that it’s a chemical sunscreen instead of mineral, but all my mineral sunscreens pill so badly! So until I find a decent, hydrating mineral one (pls leave recs below), this will be my go-to! 4 out of 5 stars

Christmas Haul!
Hello friends! Hope you all had a restful and safe holiday season ☺️ I know I have been enjoying cooking, crafting, and of course, learning more and more about my skin every day! Here is my holiday haul, I will be posting more in depth reviews of each batch of things as I use them, so stay tuned! Some standouts I’m already in love with include: Mask spatulas | I’ve been wanting to get some of these things for such a long time, but I knew I needed to wait for Christmas because they’re a great stocking stuffer. I love that I don’t have to dirty my fingertips putting masks on anymore! FIRST AID BEAUTY - FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask | I’ve gotten a couple of samples of this mask and never thought I liked it very much. FAB products used to give me an allergic reaction, so I’ve been hesitant to use them, but I used this mask on some healing blemishes I had and was really impressed to see them almost gone the next day! #Hero Cosmetics - Mighty Patch - Original[products]# | I am somewhat skeptical on the power of hydrocolloid patches, I do like them because they prevent me from picking… which I am very bad about…. Beyond these few, I’m super excited about the THE inkey LIST - Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) Blemish + Blackhead Serum, Supergoop! - Superscreen Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA+++, and BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Original! Stay tuned for reviews, I can’t wait to use these products!

My Simple Ritual: Update
Well... since I’ve been MIA for almost 9 months, I figured it was time to post an updated skincare routine! Quarantine, esthiology school, and the political climate have brought major changes into my life, thought process, and my skincare routine. Practically everything has changed in my ritual, except for one product (my tried-and-true Foreo). Some are revisits to products that I’ve used before but I wanted to give second chances, and some are brand new interests! Let’s get started: Cleanse 🧼: This has become a 2-part process for me. I’ve been using the BIOSSANCE - Squalane + Antioxidant Cleansing Oil and the OLE HENRIKSEN - Truth Juice Daily Cleanser in order to double cleanse. I used to think that double cleansing was too much for my sensitive skin, but that has proven to be false. I love these 2 products a lot! Especially the Ole Henriksen cleanser. I’ve used the Biossance cleansing oil in the past, and just decided to give it another try. I like it, but I just can’t justify the price (hence the 3 stars). Nothing wrong with it though! It does it’s job. Exfoliate ✨: To help aid in exfoliation and deliver a powerful cleanse, I’ve been using theFOREO - LUNA mini 2 with my water-based cleanser. I don’t think this little guy is going anywhere anytime soon! This is a powerful tool that’s definitely worth the investment! Treat 🧪: Reunited and it feels SO good! Here comes 2 more products that I’ve tried in the past and still love. Here we have the SK-II - Facial Treatment Essence (Pitera Essence) and the DRUNK ELEPHANT - A-Passioni Retinol Cream . I love the simplicity of the essence and how potent and hydrating it is. I honestly wish I would’ve bought a bigger bottle, but I didn’t know if I, or my skin, would love it. But here we are, regretful. The retinol from Drunk Elephant has reached cult status, and for good reason. Moisturize 💦: The ALGENIST - Advanced Anti-Aging Repairing Oil has won over my heart and soul! This product is non-comedogenic AND has a very light form of retinol in it. Y’all know how much I adore a good facial oil to seal in everything. Protect 🕶: No one, and I mean no one, can argue that SPF is the most important topical product. The Supergoop! - Zincscreen 100% Mineral Lotion SPF 40 PA+++ seems to have been sent straight from heaven. I’m glad I found my way back to this product. This works way better for me than the Krave Beauty sunscreen, for sure. And it’s tinted! Needless to say, my skin is GLOWING greater than the pits of hell thanks to these products. And, as an esthetician, that’s important to me. I loved my old ritual, but I wanted more enhancement. I simply felt like there was better out there. I feel like a new soul.

New Season, New Makeup faves!
And a new haircut?! Omg, my first quarantine haircut and it’s been making me feel refreshed and reset for the fall season. ✨Want to know what else I’m loving about fall besides the sweaters and leaves changing color? Heated colors and eyeshadow palettes are back in style. I’ve discovered some new makeup that I’m excited can be added to my holy grail counter. Check it out! ✨Started my base off with Supergoop! - Zincscreen 100% Mineral Lotion SPF 40 PA+++ which is easy to reapply throughout the day while keeping the rest your makeup easy to touch up along with it without any weird pilling/ other layering issues whatsoever. ✨My eyebrows are already pretty thick, so no need to color in sparse areas. I grabbed Glossier. - Boy Brow in translucent and it keeps my brows with nice volume, lift where I want and hold all day. Love this! Glossier. - Cloud Paint Duo in Dusk and Beam were mixed together for a natural-looking, sunkissed flush. I also used excess product from Beam onto my eyelids and there’s been no creasing! This product works well with your fingers or with a foundation brush that has a thick surface area with lots of fibers closely wound together. It spreads so nicely either way- a little goes a long way! ✨I used CLINIQUE - High Impact Lash Elevating Mascara and while my lashes lengthen and become wonderfully defined, I wish the price point were a tad lower. Looking into something less expensive with the same results! ✨I’ve been so tired lately! New schedule and longer work hours. To brighten my eyes, I’ve gotten SEPHORA COLLECTION - 12hr Colorful Contour Eyeliner in their pearlescent off-white color, and I apppied that baby along the inside of my bottom lash line. Makes such a big difference making my eyes look bigger and brighter! On my lips, I’ve got MINERAL FUSION - Sheer Moisture Lip Tint on in Glisten- this lovely neutral peach that totally matches Glossier’s Beam for this nice monochromatic look. My lips feel so hydrated and look plump and healthy! While it does transfer, not a big deal to me at all- it’s a more eco-friendly company that can pack some great ingredients into their products. ✨Lastly, added this beautiful metallic, burnt umber eyeshadow, MEECH N MIA - MEECH N MIA Loose Eyeshadows in Copper, which can be applied SO easily in so many ways! Long-lasting shimmer that looks amazing with so many matte eyeshadow layers underneath. With it being loose, highly encourage finishing spray though! Otherwise, it’s the perfect loose metallic pot shadow. What looks have you been trying out for fall? Let me know in the comments ✨🙌🏼

Sunscreen in a panoramic?
IMA BE HONEST on days that i don’t leave the house (which are most days) there is a 30% chance of me applying sunscreen. Are y’all applying sunscreen to your skincare routine in a pandemonium? I honestly just don’t want to waste product 😕 Supergoop! - Glow Stick SPF 50 💗love this stick because with my LONG acrylics, applying lotion evenly on my face without poking my eye or nose can be a hassle when i’m in a rush to get to work or to run to target. 🚨 minus one star because it has a faint chemically smell to it, purchased from urban outfitters. BLACK GIRL SUNSCREEN - Black Girl Sunscreen SPF 30 no cast, no smell, no icky residue, black owned, cruelty free, and didn’t clog my pores! what’s not to love

Tretinoin and Spironolactone Progress July-Dec
I’m back! And wow what a difference! I’ve since switched upped my dosage to Apostrophe 0.05% tret with 4% Niacinimide cream forumula beginning in November. I’m also taking 50 mg of Spirinolactone now. My face has definitively gotten a lot drier, with some mild peeling throughout the day (any tips are welcome!) I’m going to see how waiting 15 mins before apply tret after moisturizer and 15 minutes after tret will work Overall, I feel like my forehead has a smoother texture, and I’m seeing less breakouts. I now definitely want to start working on reducing the appearance of my acne scars, but with my face so dry right now, I’m not sure if that’s an option. I’m going to wait a while and talk to my derm about adding in any actives. Also very sad about the Purito sunscreen scandal :-( Here’s my routine below: Morning (focus on hydration and barrier) CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser dear, klairs - Supple Preparation Unscented Facial Toner COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence PEACH & LILY - Glass Skin Refining Serum HONEST - Hydrogel Cream BRUJITA - Hechizo Facial Serum BRUJITA - Vegan Crema Supergoop! - Glow Stick SPF 50 Night (applying tret nightly-wondering whether to reduce to every other day ) DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil HONEST - Gentle Gel Cleanser (or COSRX - Low PH Good Morning Gel Cleanser ) dear, klairs - Supple Preparation Unscented Facial Toner COSRX - Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence HONEST - Hydrogel Cream Then putting BRUJITA - Vegan Crema on my driest areas Apostrophe Cream BRUJITA - Hechizo Facial Serum BRUJITA - Vegan Crema

Battle of the chemical sunscreens! ☀️
I’ve been trying different chemical sunscreens over the past year or so, and here are my thoughts! Bioré - UV Aqua Rich Watery Gel SPF 50+ PA++++ I bought this after seeing that it was a cult favorite on r/AsianBeauty. The texture is reminiscent of the Neutrogena Hydroboost Gel-Cream, except maybe a touch lighter. It’s a jelly-like gel-cream and has that same occlusive feeling. It has a light sunscreen-y scent, but not as strong as drugstore sunscreens. This didn’t irritate my skin, but I didn’t like the occlusive feeling. It made me feel oily, especially during the winter when I wore this over heavier moisturizers. However, my boyfriend has dry skin and loves this product. I would recommend it for people with dry skin as I would definitely consider this a moisturizing sunscreen! Supergoop! - Everyday Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50 PA ++++ Supergoop is also a cult favorite for sunscreens and was recommended to me by my Curology provider. I really enjoyed this sunscreen! The texture is like a watery cream. It has a light scent (I’m not sure how to describe it? Vaguely floral?), but no synthetic fragrance. It’s water and sweat resistant—I’ve worn this sunscreen while hiking and skiing, and had no problems with reapplication. The only downside for me was that it is quite dewy and the shine doesn’t really die down. Might be better suited for dry skin rather than oily or combo skin. PURITO - Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF50+ I love this sunscreen! The texture is similar to Supergoop and is also a watery cream. It is scentless. The ingredients list is amazing and has soothing ingredients like glycerin, niacinamide, and madecassiside that you would normally find in a moisturizer. The finish is dewy, but unlike the Supergoop one, the dewiness does fade throughout the day. If I use a lot of hydrating layers before applying moisturizer and sunscreen, or reapply it throughout the day, this product can be a bit too dewy/occlusive for me, but overall I love this product and would repurchase! Krave - The Beet Shield This is my holy grail sunscreen! The texture is like a lotion-based serum—it’s watery and very light. This product is scentless and has antioxidants like beet root extract and resveratrol to help fight free radicals from sun damage. What I love about this product is that it doesn’t feel like you’re using a sunscreen, it feels more like an antioxidant serum. The finish is dewy, but it dies down pretty quickly and leaves you with a more natural-looking dewiness. Even after reapplying multiple layers throughout the day, I haven’t experienced any pilling. Liah Yoo, the founder of Krave Beauty, has said this sunscreen is not sweat resistant since they wanted to make a lighter formula that people would be encouraged to use everyday, but I don’t mind as this is so pleasant to apply for general daily use. Highly recommend this product!

My Godsend Sunscreens!🌞🌞🌞
I've previously only used Anessa sunscreen but I got tired of it and decided to try out new ones, surprisingly finding these three sunscreens which are all great and my favorites of the year! 1)Supergoop! - Everyday Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50 PA ++++ ($19/71ml) is a water-resistant and sweat-resistant sunscreen that remains effective for 80 minutes. It's the most affordable at only $19 for 71ml, the most among all three sunscreens. It has a lotion texture which leaves the skin a bit shiny without a white cast. It can be used as both a facial sunscreen and a body sunscreen, so it has the best value for money. 2) Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA+++($32/50ml) is a water-resistant and sweat-resistant sunscreen that remains effective for 40 minutes. It has a transparent gel-like texture which spreads easily and is neither greasy nor leaves a white cast. I love using it! 3) ALGENIST - SUBLIME DEFENSE Ultra Lightweight UV Defense Fluid SPF 50 ($44/50ml) has a correction liquid packaging like Anessa's with a more lightweight texture compared with Supergoop! PLAY Everyday Sunscreen. It's neither greasy nor leaves a white cast. It offers the best user experience, although it's the most expensive among all three. If you have any questions or suggestions, tell me below😘

Supergoop! Sunscreens: my favs and flops
To start, I just started seriously using SPF about 6 months ago (I’m 22, for shame) because I absolutely HATED how sunscreen sat on my skin. It was always too greasy, too weirdly dry, or waaaay too thick and a bit difficult to spread around my face (like Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF30 ). I’ve tried really dermatologist recommended sunscreens like elta md SKINCARE - UV Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 (SORRY I know it’s a cult fav), but even that was too oily and would slide around my face all day like a slip-n-slide. I also have sensitive & acne prone skin so it was never worth it to me to put on this gross sunscreen that would forever break me out and cause redness. They were all the same. Enter: Supergoop! My holy grail. My precious. My savior. The only sunscreen that would comfortably sink into my skin that I couldn’t ever feel. HOWEVER, not all Supergoop! products are created equal, as I’ve found out. My least favorite: Supergoop! - Superscreen Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA+++ . This lotion feels like soft, fluffy butter on my fingers and spreads so smoothly on my face. I was disappointed when I was left with an oily sheen that never soaked in (tested 8hr multiple times). It is greasy to the touch—my hair kept sticking to my face kind of greasy. It is superficially moisturizing instead of deeply. SAD! Maybe better for super dry skin? A truly great product: Supergoop! - CC Cream Daily Correct Broad Spectrum SPF 35 Sunscreen . This CC cream is really awesome. It’s lightweight but gives a surprising amount of coverage! Blends well and camoflouges all my redness. It’s also not drying at all. Special brownie points for not breaking me out—this is a gentle mineral sunscreen :) I find this perfect for summer because it’s hot and regular foundation would just melt off my face and crease . -1 star because after about 4 hours the product begins to break up. It also doesn’t have much oil control for my fellow combo/oily peeps. Perhaps it’ll be better in the winter when the heat won’t break it up?! • My daily sunscreen: Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Smooth & Poreless Matte Screen SPF 40 . I LOVE THIS! Shake the bottle for 5-10 seconds and the tinted sunscreen comes out like fluffy clouds. It minimizes pores, always looks like a natural matte (not a dry matte), evens skin tone, is water resistant, and sinks so naturally and comfortably into my skin. This is especially in my 🤍 because my pores are ginormous and I need that lil extra somethin. This makes my face look truly poreless. And it’s a mineral sunscreen so I never break out. Apply in gentle presses for pill-less results. A game changer: Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 . The ultimate sunscreen. That’s it. What’re your thoughts on these four sunscreens? Are there others I should try? What are your favorites? 🤔

I just finished theSupergoop! - Play Everyday Lotion SPF 50 With Sunflower Extract Here’s why I’m giving it a 3/5 stars. Texture: slightly oily but blends well and has no white cast Smell: sunflower essential oil smell. Kinda like tea tree. My skin type: oily and acne prone When I use it: daily or twice a day. I apply it on as part of my morning skincare routine. I wanted to give this product a 5/5 when I first got it but after using it for a while, I started to notice that this product was not good for my skin type. It did not make me break out at all which is a very good thing because my skin is acne prone. Pro: Right when I apply it in the morning, it made me face look dewy and fresh but.. Con: it does leave and build up a heavy oily layer on my face throughout the day which did not feel good on my face. Between reapplying every 2 hours, that layer made me look really oily. Pros: I really liked the smell because I very dislike the smell of regular spf sunscreens so much. This spf was the first that I’ve used that doesn’t smell like regular ones. The smell of this product was pleasant and not overwhelming. Does this product do the job? In my opinion, I think this spf does a great job in protecting my skin because I could see my acne scars and dark spots fading away. I did not get sunburns on my face as I usually would if I’m in the sun without spf. Overall, if you have oily skin, I would not recommend it. However, if you like an spf that doesn’t smell like regular spf and love a dewy look then I would recommend it. It pairs really well with Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Invincible Setting Powder SPF 45 I use the shade medium. It leaves a matte finish which is great for my oily T-zone. MAKE SURE TO WEAR SUNSCREEN EVERYDAY!!! Because what’s the point of doing your skincare routine if you’re not going to protect your skin :) sn

Briannaxliv Recommended👍Must Have at SEPHORA❤️ I tried them and found...
The beauty blogger Briannaxliv shares her favorite skin care product that she brought from Sephora! I'm so excited to not only share her love products with you guys but also with my personal review! Hope this information can be helpful to you! Let's see what's her skincare loves!❤️ 👍First Aid Beauty -- KP BUMP ERASER BODY SCRUB 10% AHA $28:  FIRST AID BEAUTY - KP Bump Eraser Body Scrub with 10% AHA Keratosis Pilaris (KP) is a common skin condition that causes dry, rough patches and tiny bumps. First Aid Beauty's fast-acting KP body scrub reveals healthier-looking skin with Glycolic and Lactic Acids at a combined level of 10% to help loosen the skin’s top layer while also decongesting pores with pumice buffing beads, delivering the benefits of a chemical peel and microdermabrasion treatment in one. 💋Briannaxliv's Review: Best for the small bumps on her thighs and arms. She feels this is the best money she has ever spent. You won't be disappointed to try this product. 💕My Review: As what's she feels, this product really works! But for my personal feeling, maybe it is because the bump issue on my arm is not serious, I can see my bump issue has been relieved but this product is not able to eliminate the problem. If you have serious bump issues, this product is definitely worth trying! 👍Youth to the People -- Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream $58:  YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE - Adaptogen Deep Moisture Cream with Ashwagandha + Reishi A deeply hydrating moisturizer with superior plant extracts and a pro-grade peptide complex formulated for dry, reactive, and sensitive skin. Fragrance-free formula made with an intelligent hydration trio of Squalane, Jojoba + Shea butter for long-lasting deep hydration that won't clog pores. Adaptogenic extract blend helps skin cope with dryness, irritation, redness, and fine lines + wrinkles. 💋Briannaxliv's Review: This product is soooo underrated and is her soulmate moisturizer. Especially for someone who has a combination skin type with rosacea, this product does not only help with the redness but also super hydrating and won't break you out. 💕My Review: I'm surprised that she love this product that much. I got this product when the product first came out, but I only used it for a short time and replaced it... The texture is pretty heavy, which I think is not really good for normal oily skin type. If you have dry skin, you might love it. Also, I really really hate the smell of this product. The smell is hard to describe but is really awful to me.🤢 You might want to smell it first before you buy it. 👍Supergoop! -- 100% Mineral Invincible Setting Powder SPF45 $30: Supergoop! - 100% Mineral Invincible Setting Powder SPF 45 Reapply your SPF with a 100% mineral setting powder that mattifies shine and sets makeup. This sweat-resistant, translucent formula smooths skin’s appearance and reduces shine. 💋Briannaxliv's Review: She loves to use this as an SPF reapplied when she has her makeup on. This product is the mineral base, sweatproof, and will leave a matte finish for your makeup but only have 4 shades. 💕My Review: I love this product soooo much!!! You definitely wanna try it for sure!!! It is super convenient to take it with you and reapply your SPF anytime Just simply brush it on your face, then you will get a matte finish without ruin your makeup and added protection! The oil-control power is really nice, so if you are dry skin, I'm not recommending this to you. Another point I loved was the brush! The brush is replaceable and you can take it off to wash it clean when you feel use it too long that it might have bacteria on it. I feel really safe to take it with me! Love it! Love it! Love!👍👍👍 ❤️Hope you guys like it❤️

Skincare for Exercising
I want to share a few tips I use for skincare while exercising. I love running, especially outdoors. It’s important to to modify your skincare routine on work-out days to continue to care for your skin. 1. Start with a clean, make-up free face While you are working out, you want your skin to be able to breath. You don’t want your make-up to settle into your pores. This is easiest when you are working out first thing in the morning. I recommend: Cleanse, moisturizer, spf Exercising with a make-up free face can be more of a challenge if you are trying to fit in a work-out on lunch break or after work.I rarely use face wipes, but this is when I use them. A face wipe to remove make-up, and spf. CLINIQUE - Take the Day Off Micellar Cleansing Wipes for Face & Eyes 2. Always use Sunscreen! This is basic skincare rule that can’t be skipped while working out, especially if outside. I have a separate sport sunscreen for exercising that is waterproof and longer lasting. I recommend: Supergoop! - Play Everyday Lotion SPF 30 with Sunflower Extract COOLA - Suncare Sport Sunscreen Spray Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Bonus points if you wear a hat if exercising outdoors! 3. Wash your face right after working out This seems like a given, but it is important to remove sweat residue and bacteria immediately after working out. If you are not home face wipes can come in handy again. Also, toner pads can help remove excess dirt & oil. I recommend: FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads It’s also helpful to cool skin after your work out to prevent breaking of blood vessels. Splash your face with cool water and wash with a wash cloth. Your skin is also sensitive after working out, so I do a simple paired down routine. No exfoliating, AHAs, or serums with actives. A good calming moisturizer that can help with redness is good to use on these days. I love: FIRST AID BEAUTY - FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask My routine post work out is: Cleanse, toner, hyaluronic acid serum, moisturizer, (spf if daytime) Hope that helped!

Supergoop!!
Hey y’all! Today I’m going to be talking about the importance of sunscreen and one of my favorite brands Supergoop! Supergoop! - Play Everyday Lotion SPF 30 with Sunflower Extract Sunscreen prevents wrinkles, penetration of UVA and UVB rays, signs of aging, and decreases risk of skin cancers. I put sunscreen on even when it’s not sunny! It’s a great habit to continue in your routine to keep you looking youthful. I love Supergoop because the sunscreen blends so nicely into my skin without that weird white cast many sunscreens can leave..the glowscreen Supergoop! - Glowscreen Sunscreen SPF 40 is one of my faves it give you that stunning lit from within glow. Use the 2 finger rule and continue to wear your sunscreen!!! Hopes this helps!

fresh - Soy Makeup Removing Face Wash I have been using the soy face cleanser for two years now and I absolutely love it. It doesn’t leave my face dry and takes out my make up and sunscreen completely at night. The price isn’t too bad either for the 5floz The Ordinary - 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil I was recommended this by a friend, I can’t remove the rating lol but it’s my first time trying it. They said to pair it after using The Ordinary AHA + BHA red peel, will update everyone! But the price is just right. Supergoop! - Superscreen Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA+++I was debating between this one and the unseen sunscreen. My normal moisturizer is Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream but I wanted something that had both moisturizer and sunscreen. The packaging is a bit small for $38.

Sunscreen is ESSENTIAL
Sunscreen is ESSENTIAL
Having been playing soccer since I was 5 I am constantly in the sun and up until recently never wore sunscreen, and I would never burn. The most that would happen is that my cheeks would get a slight flush to them. However, despite my seemingly inability to burn, I have recently come to the epiphany (thanks to the beauty lovers of the world) that sunscreen will help prevent wrinkles, premature aging, and so much more. I wear at least an SPF 30 daily, but given that it’s generally hot and sunny wear I love, I tend to reach for SPF 50 more times than not. Below are the two sun care products that I use daily sun bum - Face Lotion SPF 50 I use this sunscreen pretty much everyday! It’s extremely light weight and feels like there’s nothing on your skin. I love that it isn’t greasy and is also water resistant. I highly recommend this for anyone who works out, especially outside, because your sweat won’t take it off. Supergoop! - AcaiFusion Lip Balm Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Yes! Your lips need sun protection, and this lip balm is perfect. One application last pretty much all day and leaves a glossy finish.

Supergoop! - Glow Stick SPF 50 I used to be one of those black people who didn’t believe in sunscreen but then I finally found one that didn’t leave a white cast and wasn’t oily and my whole life changed and now your girl wears spf everyday! This product is perfect im every way ☀️ super portable and great for travel 🌞 leaves no oily residue and absorbs quickly ☀️ doesn’t disrupt primer or makeup 🌞 lasts forever? I only use it on my face though ☀️ affordable-ish, pricier than drugstore but lasts! 🌞 reef safe ☀️ clean 🌞 mess-free application ☀️ leaves you glowing!
