Fave serums for combo skin🧡✨
TATA HARPER - Resurfacing Serum How I love thiiiiis. Has a soft floral smell (I’m thinking it’s from the linden flower), beautiful, silky, peachy texture. Leaves my skin baby soft. I would recommend it for those starting to incorporate acids into their routine as this is extremely gentle, yet super effective✨ DRUNK ELEPHANT - T.L.C. Framboos Glycolic Resurfacing Night Serum This will seriously last you forever, it is a clear gel that absorbs pretty quickly with a faint berry smell. Stings a bit but goes away fairly quick and get rid of rough texture (wish the price wasn’t as high). 💗 FARMACY - Honeymoon Glow Serum Definitely saw a change with this one, in terms of skin texture and smoothness. It takes time to work (I saw improvements in about two weeks) does sting a bit more than the DE TLC, but again goes away quickly and it doesn’t leave the skin feeling dry as honey and euchanicea work to sooth and heal the skin. This one has, more, like a butter colored, milky texture but spreads nicely. Smell is a bit sweet with some herbal notes to it, dissipates quickly.☀️ GOOD MOLECULES - Niacinamide Serum The price is right, it isn’t slimy or sticky, absorbs super fast, has no scent, just wished it came in a darker glass colored container and had a smaller aperture as this one dried up pretty quick. Other than that can ask more for a $6 buck serum💁🏼‍♀️ Share with me what are you’re ride or die serums💕🤗

Hormonal acne solutions PT. II 🤗
THAYERS - Cucumber Facial Toner cocokind - Raspberry vinegar toner VERSED - WEEKEND GLOW ✨ I can finally give this an actual review as it’s been more than 2 months of me using it. I can say that it has visibly brightened my skin, especially my cheeks & around the mouth. It is really gentle and it doesn’t leave skin feeling dry or uncomfortable. When I need some extra care with acne (hormonal mainly or stress related) I mix 2 pumps of this with one spritz of the Cocokind Raspberry Vinegar Toner. TATA HARPER - Resurfacing Serum Gentle yet effective and clean. 💁🏼‍♀️ TATA HARPER - Resurfacing BHA Glow Mask love this mask, doesn’t give any redness but still makes my skin silky smooth💗 Osmosis Beauty - Clarify - Blemish Retinal Serum Takes some time to see results but it’s a great retinol product starter🧡

CLEAN Tata Harper Clarifying Mask
If you’re looking for a mask for clearing up your skin, this is the mask for you. It’s green pigment from calendula helps counteract any redness while it’s honey is a natural antimicrobial, leaving your skin clear smooth. The mask also contains micro crystals of quartz to physically exfoliate your skin as you remove the mask. I have always loved this mask and used it frequently (probably weekly) over the last year for acne and imperfections. Within the few days after using it, my skin has looked noticeably clearer, especially when paired with Tata Harper’s Clarifying face wash. I would definitely recommend this product but it does have a hefty price tag ($72.) The bottle goes a long way and I would definitely purchase it again. TATA HARPER - Clarifying AHA + BHA Mask

EXFOLIATING CLEANSER
TATA HARPER - Regenerating Exfoliating Cleanser I love Tata Harper for its clean and vegan ingredients, and luxurious packaging. This natural daily exfoliator uses BHA and apricot microspheres to reveal smooth, radiant healthy-looking skin. I have noticed after my wash I feel very fresh and glowy. I use this product about 1-2x/week and can say my skin is much more smooth in texture. Pictured is the small version I got in the Daily Essentials Kit that comes with this cleanser, resurfacing mask, hydrating floral essence, rejuvenating serum, reparative moisturizer, restorative eye creme, and replenishing nutrient complex. With is a lot! For $75. I would recommend if you’re feeling boujee and want a good clean beauty product.

Gentle Daily Physical Exfoliant
I know that when anyone hear's the words "face scrub" that our minds immediately jump to St. Ives Apricot Scrub and all the damage we did to our poor faces in 8th grade! 😭 Luckily for us not all scrubs are created equally! The Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser is the grown up and sophisticated version of St. Ives. It's a GENTLE exfoliating cleanser that uses apricot microspheres and natural BHAs to get rid of dead skin. I'm all for a chemical exfoliant but sometimes it's not enough, that's where this steps in, it's gentle enough for oily and combination skin to use daily but still effective. Pros: ➕ gentle ➕ leaves the skin hydrated ➕ brightens the skin ➕ can be left on as a mask Cons: ➖ expensive Overall I will repurchase this and have repurchased this in the past despite the hefty price tag! It's worth it to me because it isn't just a cleanser, but also works as a mask on its own and works in conjunction with the resurfacing mask. I find the smell pleasant and natural, the exfolianting particles are really fine, and it leaves my skin feeling fresh. TATA HARPER - Regenerating Exfoliating Cleanser

Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence
Enhancing my hydration as the California desert sucks it all up. The Tata Harper Hydrating Floral Essence is a wet dream, literally! I don’t have especially dry skin but this makes sure I have enough hydration after I cleanse. I shouldn’t be washing my face with hot water, but its a habit I’ve had too much trouble breaking. So this hyaluronic acid face mist helps me with my vices. This gives me a nice dewy feel before I go to the serum stage of my routine and occasionally mid day when needed. I unfortunately get through these quicker than anticipated. TATA HARPER - Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Floral Essence

Luxurious Face Mist!
📌EMPTY 📌My skin type: Dry/ Combination 📌Product information: Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Floral Essence ($72 for 1.7oz). It contains an Australian coastal flower blend (feluric acid and antioxidants help against environmental stressors), dual weight hyaluronic acid (minimizes look of wrinkles + gives plump skin) and Floral hydrosol trio (moisturizes with smoothing, calming). 📌Product texture: A fine mist to rejuvenate your skin. 📌My Experience: The product mentions it is formulated for dry and combination skin, however I find it could be useful for all skin types including oily skin. I used this mist as a toner after washing my face and it pretty much set my face to absorb all other products over it pretty quickly. I have always enjoyed a facial mist in my routine but that being said, do I think facial mists are necessary? My answer would be a clear NO. They are NOT necessary, however it is a preference. I like my skincare to be simple, quick and I also like to rejuvenate my skin throughout the day and hence a spray works the best for me. I have already repurchased this one. 📌Like/ Dislike: LIKE 📌Would I recommend it? Depends on personal preference. 📌Rating of the product: 4/5 (Due to high price range)

Pop, drop & lock it
Sephora: “A lightweight, silicone-free refillable moisturizer with natural peptides and hyaluronic acid for skin smoothing, balanced hydration.” Tata: “A lightweight, silicone-free hydrator that primes and smooths with orange peptides, pomegranate spheres, and macro hyaluronic acid. Best for roughness/uneven texture, dryness or dullness.” performance | full star | yoooo, This moisturizer is a winnaaa. My skin loved this for sure! texture | full star | creamy, lightweight, but sooo hydrating and not super greasy looking scent | full star | most tata products are floral-y, but this is more citrusy and fresh with a hint of floral (no added fragrance 🙌🏼) packaging | full star | the best packaging launch of 2020! More brands need to do a refillable pod, especially if it’s an airless pump (shoutout to riri’s new spf also). Plus an airless pump for jars is sooo much more sanitary. Also tata packaging is just so gorg with that green & gold 💚✨ ingredients | .75 star | the ingredients list is quite long, but I love how they farm/harvest/extract a lot of their ingredients on site in Vermont. I’m not gonna lie, I was a tad sus with it having lactic acid (aha) so I made sure to religiously apply spf in the day value | .9 star | overall I think this is their fairest priced option in their line & the refill is priced in line with like products. $62-68 is not in everyone’s price range, so just a lil doc for that Total 5.65 out of 6 stars ✨

is Tata Harper WORTH it??? 🙃
💚Will I repurchase this product??? It’s a hard MAYBE for me. For the price, I believe there are moisturizers out there that are just as good and less expensive. The moisturizer is $68 initially, and the refillable pods are $62. HOWEVER, Tata Harper products are luxurious!!! and this is why I was attracted to the brand in the first place. It’s just a very pleasant experience to use their products and have them in my vanity. Branding & packaging am i right🙄 💚Ingredients include: orange peptides, pomegranate spheres, and macro hyaluronic acid. These ingredients are supposed to create a breathable, smoothing effect. It is branded as a lightweight, silicone-free moisturizer-primer hybrid. I personally would NOT use this as a primer, as I feel it just SITS on my skin, not really absorbing and mostly leaving me quite glowy and I’m already oily. But if thats your vibe, then go for it! ALSO, this product contains AHA. 💚Since it is branded as really working mostly on the surface level of the skin, not penetrating too deeply, to prevent transepidermal water loss, I use this product at night to lock in all my other actives. It is silky and I LOVE the texture. I haven’t had any adverse effects with this moisturizer! 💚To be honest, to me it smells really yummy and citrusy/flowery. BUT I know there’s a big divide in the skin care community over FRAGRANCE so if you feel very strongly against fragrance, pretend the Tata Harper brand just doesn’t exist lol. It’s all flowery and pretty scents here. Luckily I have almost no sensitivity to fragrance, so I enjoy these products a lot! 💚ALSO I LOVE THE REFILLABLE PACKAGING! Let me know what you think!! -J

Current night routine
This is not including micelles cleanse water. I double cleanse!! Also every other day or few days I use tretinoin cream at night instead of this routine. The TATA HARPER - Nourishing Makeup Removing Oil Cleanser is my fall obsession!! With the changing seasons my skin gets so unbelievably flaky. This helps add moisture to my skin while also removing make up and other impurities. Highly recommend if you struggle with dry/flake skin or just enjoy a gentle cleanser. TRULY - Hemp Oil Facial Serum this product is good, I bought it in a time of need and didn’t know much about the brand. It does the job and I’m just trying to finish it and not waste it. I will say it is nourishing and feels pretty good on my skin. If anybody has good night serum recommendation I would love to hear them!!! TATCHA - The Dewy Skin Cream this has been such a game changer for my dry skin. I absolutely love it for nighttime. It’s so thick and creamy and I wake up with soft moisturized skin. This is my first Tatcha product, I’ve heard mixed reviews but so far it makes my skin feel great. This is my current skin- I’m struggling with masnce (acne from face mask) and my skin has been dry so it is a bit red and irritated.

About me!
Hello friends! Little bit about me, I’m 23 year old skin care enthusiast. I have been obsessed with skin care for most of my life. I was luckily raised by a mother who loves it as much as I do and taught me a lot along the way. I am so excited to have found a community with like minded people! I’m also excited to grow and learn more about skin care and try all the great products you all recommended. Little about my skin journey, I had horrible acne after high school and only recently got it under control. It was cystic acne and no topical cream could fix with what I was dealing with. It was extremely painful and embarrassing. I thought I skipped all this since my skin was PERFECT in high school. It was when I started to break out when my love for skin care really began because it forced me to educate myself in order to properly care for my skin. Here is my list of the most important things I learned in my skin care journey so far 1. Find a good dermatologist right away and make sure they take the time to listen to you. 2. SPF SPF SPF 3. Acne means your skin is sensitive 4. Even if you have oily skin, MOISTURIZE! 5. If your face feels tight after washing, it does not mean it’s clean. It’s stripping and is damaging to skin. 6. Change pillow cases often 7. Tretinoin is your best friend 8. DIY should not be trusted 9. Less is more for make up, even if you have acne. 10. Learn to love yourself, even if your skin isn’t loving you that week.

Little things!
hi guys!!!!! idk if u can rlly tell but my redness has gone down a bit and I am starting to notice a slight improvement of scars. I was rlly tempted to try the Ordinary’s Niacinamide like so many of u lovely ppl have recommended but I kinda wanted to stick w my fav brand Tata Harper - and then if I wasnt noticing an improvement this was my next plan (I also dont think I am emotionally prepared for another purge session but that’s just me) but yeah I started using Tata Harper’s brightening essence and serum and I’m rlly pleased w it. It’s been maybe like 3 weeks. I use it in the morning and at night after the Clarifying Cleanser :) I’m still breaking out a little due to the mask wearing / stress but this helps calm my skin down. TATA HARPER - Concentrated Brightening Essence TATA HARPER - Concentrated Brightening Serum Im also rlly excited to try Rare Beauty “Always an Optimist 4-in-1 Mist” !!!!! this actually has Niacinamide in it which I didn’t realize before purchasing so I will let u know if this makes a difference when I get it! 💗 I’m hoping that in a mist form it will be less harsh on my skin, but just enough to the job!

I’ve been coveting the Tata Ha
I’ve been coveting the Tata Harper Restorative Eye Creme for the longest time and finally scored it during the recent Sephora sale. 🥰 I’d read so many raves over this eye treatment, claiming that it helps minimize the appearance of fine lines wrinkles and visibly reduce puffiness and dark shadows. Many users swear how it awakens their eyes, making them look fresher. 👁 I’ve been testing it out for a week and finds it very moisturizing but not oily. I think it helps improve the look of my eye area but it’s probably too early to conclude. I’m holding off my Aromatica Eye Cream for now in favor of this. Hopefully I’ll be back with very good reviews soon. . Tata Harper’s range is high end but so far, the products I’ve tried perform above expectations.

Finally got my hands on a full
Finally got my hands on a full size of the @tataharperskincare Resurfacing Mask a few weeks ago & I’m even more in love than before! 💫 I use it once a week & it’s like I have a new face afterwards. Lol. It was pricey at $65 but absolutely worth the investment in my opinion. 🙌🏾 My face feels so smooth after using this. They recommend 20-30 minutes. I’m still working my way up to 30. But it delivers results regardless! 👍🏾 Who else is fan of this mask? 🙋🏾‍♀️ TATA HARPER - Resurfacing BHA Glow Mask

The Tata Harper Very Flashy Cr
The Tata Harper Very Flashy Cream Highlighter is a new favorite of mine. I haven’t found a good nose bridge and inner eye highlighter that looks and is natural. This gives me a little pop of light sans any harsh chemicals on my skin. Since I have big pores in certain areas like my nose, I’ve been gravitating towards more natural products these days and everything from Tata Harper is all natural TATA HARPER - Very Highlighting made on her farm in Vermont 🧚🏼

Tata Harper Regenerating Clean
Tata Harper Regenerating Cleanser ($84) This beauty is one of the many cleansers offered in the tataharperskincare line. The Regenerating Cleanser is a natural BHA from White Willow Bark Extract and apricot microsphere exfoliant that is said to be gentle enough for daily use. Tata recommends to start out using this on dry skin and gently massage in. The cleanser is really creamy even though it has bits of apricot in it so it smooths really nicely over the skin. I use this both wet and dry and love it either way. This makes my skin look so soft and radiant! I personally don’t use this every day, I use it about 2-3 times a week, but I do find it to be very gentle. I do tend to avoid the eye area with this product and go in with a micellar water for my eye makeup. A huge plus, totally unrelated to the performance, is that this smells EXACTLY like fruit loops and makes the experience so lovely. I have really enjoyed having this in my routine, I see a big difference when I am consistently using this and when I am not.
