Will help resurface your top layer of skin. Help stop those cystic pimples. Step 2: Murad - Pore Rescue Pore Extractor Pomegranate Mask This will help bring up any deep impurities that’s trapped into your skin. Murad - Essential-C Toner Step 3: PAULA'S CHOICE - Hyaluronic Acid Booster Helps with h Keeping my dull skin hydrated and plump looking fresh. A daily necessity! Murad - Vitamin C Glycolic Brightening Serum This is a must have to my daily routine. Vitamin C helps brightens my skin from any dark spots and helps keeps it nourished. FOREO - LUNA go for Combination Skin I love this brush especially when I travel. It’s great for deep cleansing my face. LANCER - The Method: Nourish For Sensitive Skin Moisturizer I love this nourish moisturizer, I helps with keeping my skin hydrated and firm! BLACK GIRL SUNSCREEN - Black Girl Sunscreen SPF 30 ( You Don’t have to be a black girl for this sunblock!) anyone can use it. Choose one you like. Just be sure to wear it! This is why I went back to school to be a Licensed esthetician to learn all about skin. Due to my acne prone skin as I grew up. Unfortunately, as we grow into a young woman there are many factors when breaking out. Some of the advise I will give you is not a dyignose. It’s simply a few suggestions to help you. I would first ask you what are you ingesting? /eating? There could be something that causing you internally to have breakouts. I would suggest finding a certified and licensed hormonist/Nutrionist, or an Allergist in your area, who can take blood to first see if there is something you could be allergic to. Or take a journal of thr food you could be eating to see when the breakouts occur. This way you can limit the foods that causes these acne prone Accuracies that you might be happening. Also, with hormones you could be experiencing changes with too much extregen or not enough or what ever your doctor sees in your bloom that’s happening with your body. I had mine checked, and I was producing to much estrogen. Which was causing me to break out. That’s just me. The right doctor will help you. Second (2nd), ans in the meantime to help the topical part of your skin until you’re healed internally. Get a AHA/BHA Exfoliating cleanser. This will help with drying up any oily prone skin and acne. AHA/BHA with A blend of Salicylic, lactic, and Glycolic acids helps deep clean oil and dry up acne, but will also help polish dull dry skin without irritation. Which includes enZymes that will help nourish your under layer of skin. Which you mentioned your skin gets dry. It will help it. Also, please stop using the witch hazel. That’s not helping you. This cleanser will help with cell turnover for new skin. It will cleanse any pull impurities out of your skin and will help polish off dead skin. And reduce acne. Do this about 1-2 days a week. The Murad “age Reform” is great for this acne prone skin. Third (3), maybe use a clay mask to help bring up impurities out of the deeper layer of skin. And then a great toner to help bring your skins PH back to balance. I also suggest getting a great Vitamin C serum. This will help with brightening your skin and rebuilding new cells to produce new skin as it pushes up to the top layer of your skin. This should be in your regime daily. I love the Sonage Vitamin C. Then I suggest Either Pink Elephant, or Dermotoligica. They don’t have harsh chemicals. Which from my experience I love using these products on myself. And lastly, then try a great Moisturizer, such as Dr. lancer “Nourish”. Which will help bring back luster and hydration back to your skin without being greasy. End with a sunblock to be sure to protect all of your efforts. Sunblock will also protect your from the sun rays. This sunblock is mandatory. In this process of products a great way to remember the steps in product application is to go from thin water base products to thin for better product penetration into the skin. That has helped me over the years. No matter what! Now some of these products can be a bit pricey. ( it’s all subjective) However, they do have a bit more ingredients in them to help with product results and product penetration. Again, these are only suggestions. You can do whatever you choose. I’m glad that you asked me for help. I’m sure you will see results over the next month or two. If you need anymore help, please reach out to me. I would love to help you more. Try this in the meantime, I’ll try to list all the products I suggested and please keep me updated. Good luck! You will be fine with all the great suggestions. Let’s Get Physical...with exfoliation
Hands down...get it because my hands are in the pics😂😂😂...one of the best physical exfoliation products I have ever used! It’s pricey but worth it! The tube lasts FOREVER as a little bit goes a long way with this product. The Method: Polish by Lancer is just phenomenal and manages to slough all the nasty away while still being gentle enough to not feel like I’m tearing my skin apart. My favorite way to use it is before cleansing as suggested because then your cleanser doesn’t have to work through a layer of dead skin and junk to really clean out those pores. It says that it is safe enough for daily use and I can definitely attest to that because I have used it daily for almost a year now! My skin is smoother, brighter, and my pores are less notice! I also think that my products and serums work better because my skin is properly prepped. The texture is thick but when you add a few drops of water to it there is a slick exfoliating experience you are sure to enjoy. LANCER - The Method: Polish Normal-Combination Skin

My favorite scrub, ever
I love my LANCER - The Method: Polish Normal-Combination Skin - as you can tell. I even travel with the minis - sometimes my skin gets dry and flakey, and quick polish - voila - clear skin again. A few years ago in Neiman Marcus I was given some foils of the Lancer Method and I became hooked on the polish. It's very very fine grits, no moisturizers, and I use it once or twice a week for at most 30 seconds to really clean my skin. I want to try more from the Lancer line eventually! ⁣ ⁣ Lancer makes a sensitive skin version but I use the original. This isn't for everyone, but if you love physical exfoliation definitely try to get a sample - this is like doing microdermabrasion at home!⁣ It’s not inexpensive, but there are typically value sets for the holidays! The texture is very fine fine grit, and smooth. But powerful! It also warms up a bit as you use it, and I massage it in for around 30 seconds. Then my skin is super clean! Price for this is not cheap which is why I mentioned value sets before. The Polish alone retails for $75 for a 4 oz tube (which will last a very long time) , but I just saw a set on QVC for $68 which included the 4 oz polish plus a cleanser and moisturizer. So definitely shop around for this! I rate this 5/5 stars because no other physical exfoliant comes close and I’ve tried them all.

My Picks for Vitamin C Serums
#RX Glow Skincare - Vitamin C Serum[products]#[FiveStars] I have many choices of Vitamins C Serums that actually work. Here’s why? So a lot of people ask me what do I use on my skin, because it always looks so dewy and it glows. Well, I’m proud and honored to have a friend who’s also a MD. she wanted more skin care products that actually work for our skin. So she formulated an amazing Vitamin C product that will actually give you results. I love it! It became my favorite product thus far. I personally tend to get dry, or patchy skin at times. So to brighten my skin and help boost collagen and to keep that bounce In my skin. Vitamin C is great for bringing back that bounce and texture. It actually helps slough off dry flaky skin. And underneath that new skin appears. I use the Vitamin C serum right before bed and in the morning when I wash & cleanse my face. The ingredients are amazing. She even added Citrus stem cells in it. You love it!! I know I do! ❤️ I listed the Benefits of this Vitamin C Serum: *Boost Collagen and promotes that Glow *improves Skin Texture *Packed with Antioxidants *Powered by Citrus Stem cells to help even skin Tone. *Soaks into your skin without leaving a sticky residue *Smells fresh and citrusy🍊 It’s like vitamins for the top layer of your skin! My picks of Vitamin C Serums: GLOW rx - Vitamin C Serum with Citrus Stem Cells SONÄGE - High Impact Vitamin C Serum Kate Somerville - +Retinol Vita C Power Serum LARA DEVGAN MD MPH - Vitamin C+B+E Ferulic Serum LANCER - Advanced C Radiance Treatment #CherieBeautyExpert #CherieCreator

Skincare Favs! •Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum: I am loving my drunk elephant minis so far! I just got this one recently so I can’t comment much on the effects, but I will update this soon once I finish it . •Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream Hydrating Moisturizer: this moisturizer has the most incredible lightweight, gel-like texture that feels so good on my skin - I am loving it currently, considering it is still 90 degrees here and it helps to hydrate my skin without adding any oiliness . •Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover: as you can tell from the half empty bottle, I am loving this makeup remover! It reminds me a lot of one of my all time favorites (Lancome Bi-Facil Double-Action Remover) - it removes makeup well without leaving skin feeling stripped) . •Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm: this cleansing balm is fabulous and is very similar to my Eve Lom cleansing balm - it melts on your fingertips and does a great job dissolving all makeup leaving skin feeling clean but hydrated. . •Lancer Radiance Awakening Mask: ok I am obsessed w/ all Lancer products-considering this line was developed by a dermatologist, I trust that there was high-quality research & knowledge that went into creating each product. This mask is amazing-you apply it before bed & in the morning your skin has a serious glow to it (or at least mine does)-def will be repurchasing (whenever I can afford to 🤣) . . •Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask: I loveeee this mask- this is my second mini that I have had and I will be purchasing the full-size product when this one runs out. You can leave it on for as long as you want and it leaves my skin glowing - also, the purple color is definitely fun to look at :) . •Sunmay Sonic Face Cleanser/Massager Brush: this is another one of my favorite cleansing tools, and it is only $37 (compared to my Foreo which was $200). I feel like it works just as well as the Foreo, so if I was going to repurchase I would go with this one (your husband/bank account will thank me later)

Some mini reviews on this Memorial Day Monday! ⁣ ⁣ ▫️youthtothepeople Mint Superfood Air-Whip Moisture Cream: this is a great, lightweight moisturizer that I’ve been loving for my summer (extremely oily) skin. It’s enriched w/ kale, spinach, green tea & hyaluronic acid & smells SO good (clean 🥬 scent). My mini is almost empty & I’m wishing I had a restock!⁣ ⁣ ▫️YTTP Superfood Cleanser: I’ve been through 2 minis of this cleanser-it smells so good (similar to the moisturizer) & leaves my skin feeling clean but not stripped. HOWEVER, my skin does require routine use of salicylic acid in a cleanser (or else I break out) so I can only incorporate this cleanser into my routine a few times/week (I took this mini w/ me on a trip last week & left behind my regular, full-size cleanser...& I had lots of blackheads by the end of the week). Soooo this cleanser probably works best for non-acne-prone skin⁣ ⁣ ▫️peterthomasroth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Serum: this is a hydrating, hyaluronic acid-containing serum that’s very lightweight & similar to b-hydra (a tad thicker than b hydra but still lightweight enough to wear under makeup). I add this to my AM routine when my skin is in need of a little bit more hydration 👌🏻⁣ ⁣⁣ ▫️Laneige Water Sleeping Mask: this overnight, hydrating mask smells really good & it really does leave my skin plump & glowy in the mornings... but unfortunately it clogs my pores b/c I always start to notice small bumps abt 2 days after using it. So many people rave about it though so if your skin doesn’t get congested easily, you might love it too! ⁣ ⁣⁣ ▫️Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask: this is my 2nd mini of this mask to finish & I do notice a pretty “glow” after using it, but after trying A LOT of masks over the past few months, I wouldn’t say this is a life-changer for my skin. I still think it’s a good product (& the bright purple color is so fun 🤗) but I have others that I prefer⁣ ⁣⁣ ▫️drlancerrx Radiance Awakening Mask: another brightening mask that I’ve been testing recently-it’s an overnight mask that contains vitamin C & niacinamide (among other ingredients) to help brighten skin.

LUXE mini EMPTIES - what will I purchase?
Hi everyone! Thanks for all of the support on my first week’s posts, I’ve really enjoyed making them! I wanted to switch it up from the usual super in-depth review on a single product, so here’s a few deluxe samples I’ve recently used up and my thoughts on each of them (from left to right). I know I write a lot, feel free to skip around my post if you wish! La Mer The Eye Concentrate: This product carries a HEFTY price tag so I’ll be a bit more critical than usual. It felt nice to use and I’d say I noticed a difference in smoothness and hydration as opposed to just taking my moisturizer underneath my eyes. However I didn’t notice any brightening effect (biggest concern with my under eyes) and the results I did get were pretty comparable to a normally priced eye cream. It’s a lovely cream but I just don’t think it’s worth it. Purchasing? Nope.LA MER - The Eye Concentrate Lancer Clarifying Detox Mask with Green Tea + 3% Sulfur: I wasn’t blown away by this product, but it did work. I don’t have oily skin so I can’t say whether it helps with oiliness but it did help a bit with my hormonal breakouts. I noticed it helped speed up the healing process for older break outs that were already starting to “flatten out”. I’ve used better products for treating acne before (stay tuned) but I could see how people might really like this one, especially if it’s also great at reducing oiliness. Purchasing? Probably not.LANCER - Clarifying Detox Mask with Green Tea + 3% Sulfur Saint Jane Beauty Luxury CBD Beauty Serum: YOU GUYS, I’m so sad that I’m out of this. It won’t do much for full fledged pimples, but it’ll heal all of my less severe acne so my skin is pretty clear and I only have a few little friends I have to spot treat. It’s not even targeted for acne concerns but that’s what it helps me with the most. It’s also really hydrating for my slightly dry skin and just an overall gorgeous product. More of an oil than a serum though, good to keep in mind. Purchasing? Yes but I might go for the mini size and see how long that lasts me, the price tag on the full size hurts my soul.SAINT JANE - Luxury CBD Beauty Serum Algenist Genius Collagen Calming Relief: I really enjoyed using this product too, it definitely calmed down my skin when I had some redness going on during a breakout or after a chemical peel. I would highly suggest checking this out if you have super sensitive skin. It’s a cream texture so I would usually use this in place of my moisturizer since it’s pretty moisturizing as well. I really have nothing bad to say about it it’s just that I have so many creams I’m working through right now, but I’m always happy to have a soothing product on hand that works well so I might pick it up eventually anyway. Purchasing? Possibly soon.ALGENIST - Genius Collagen Calming Relief

Are you breaking out and don’t know what to do? Is your skin extremely oily? We’ll this Murad - Acne Control Clarifying Mask will help your. When. My clients come in and have extremely oily skin and is experiencing breakouts with acne. I ask them questions with a consultation, to get to the root of it all. I first ask , What is your lifestyle? what are they eating? Maybe it’s something your ingesting that causing breakouts? That will first tell me that their diet is off a bit. Or they may be alllergic to something thier eating. Then I ask, What is your daily facial routine? Maybe there is a product that their using may be causing a breakout! Or maybe they don’t have a facial cleansing routine. Hormonal changes also could be causing the breakouts. A few factors. Either way, as a licensed Estestician, I like to ask a few questions and check the skin in person to try and find a solution for the problem. A consultation is always key with a professional. I can only Sugggest and not diagnose. With oily skin there may be a few factors. is usually oil glands usually is being over production of your subascious glands.
