Say ‘No’ ❌to greasy hair!
I have had a problem of greasy hair 10 years ago. It was all because I started washing hair every day. Frequent washing couldn’t solve the problem and only made it worse. There are some tips I wanna share about how to get rid of annoying greasy hair and recommend a product to make greasy hair less greasy.   First, check on your shampoo, cut out all harsh drying ingredient like alcohol, sulfates, which contains aerosol hairsprays, day shampoos, mists or texturizers. They are unhealthy ingredient for your scalp. Stop using them!   Second, wash your hair less. You can try wash it every second day or third day. Maybe you will feel disgusting for the first several times, but day by day, your scalp will get used to the frequency of washing, and produce less oil. I have a friend has tried not wash hair for 10 days, and his hair got less greasy! A brave move!   Third, buy some gentle, moisturizing shampoo. Your scalp is like your skin, many people ignore that it also needs caring. If your skin is sensitive or greasy on T zone, you also need gentle skin product to take care of it, so is scalp. Buy sulfate-free shampoo or cleansing conditioners.   Lastly, don’t use your hand to touch your hair or scalp! Hands touch almost everything, so they carry bacteria or dust. If you touch your hair and scalp too many times, the bacteria will attach on your scalp, which stimulate it to produce more oil to protect it.   The product I am gonna recommend is loose powders. The one I am now using is the GIVENCHY - Prisme Libre Loose Powder. Because it’s already expired, I don’t wanna waste it, so I use it on my hair. This method is called PopSugar, what we need to do is to sprinkle a little powder on greasy roots and rub it through hair shaft until it gets blended. This method can make your hair less greasy at once. Baby powder can be used as an alternative, if your scalp is quite sensitive.

I tried 6 products and got flawless base makeup!
My skin is pretty dry and fair, luckily, I don’t have any concern like wrinkles, pimples or freckles. So, normally I choose light coverage foundation, but in summer I would like to use some medium coverage like the ESTĒE LAUDER - Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation, it lasts longer and it’s water-proof, if you sweat in summer your make-up canl keep still on your face. Except that, I will introduce some tips about how to create a flawless look.   It’s important to do a good job on pre-makeup if you wanna make your make-up last longer and flawless. You can apply some lotion, cream or even a mask. I usually wear a mask before I start my make-up, the mask I choose is from Eaoron. It contains hyaluronic acid and it keeps your skin hydrated. After mask, you can put on some lotion or cream as a moisturizer, then apply a primer. The primer I choose is GUERLAIN - L'Or 24K Gold Radiance and Hydrating Primer. It not only can provide hydration on your skin, but also it contains real gold flakes, giving my skin divine look. After primer your skin will become smooth and ready for a long-lasting make-up.   Before apply on foundation, I will add some oil mixed with liquid foundation, you can skip this step if you don’t have dry skin. The oil I choose is PETER THOMAS ROTH - Oiless Oil 100% Purified Squalane. After that I will use a damp beauty blender to apply it on my face. You will find your base make-up is already looking good, but if you wanna it last longer, you’d better to apply a setting powder, like the one I use---GIVENCHY - Prisme Libre Loose Powder, it also makes your skin a little bit shimmer.   If you are easily getting sweaty, you can carry a pressed powder with youBOBBI BROWN - BOBBI BROQN Sheer Finish Pressed Setting Powder, you can use it when you feel your base make-up gets flawed.

💶👄Battle of the Designer Lip Balms!👄💶
I’m a total lip balm addict! I’ve tried more balms, from drug-store to name-brand, than I can count... As my most used & most representative accessory (I am known to have a lip balm in reach at all times) I had a phase of trying lots of fancy lip balms. Though you are paying for the brand & nicer packaging than your average chapstick, most of these are way better than your average drugstore chapstick. Mainly due to ingredients; Because petroleum & it’s derivatives like mineral oil, petrolatum & paraffin wax have been heavily restricted in Europe... all the balms here are manufactured in France. 🇫🇷 There are amazing high quality & “clean” lip balms at every price point now, more than ever. This post is just comparison piece on some boujee balms I’ve tried😋 GIVENCHY - Rouge Interdit Vinyl Color Enhancing Lipstick 🌹Black rose oil🔌 I would definitely love to purchase this again. It hydrates the way I want a balm to. The shade I love: ‘16 Noir Revelateur’ is a “mood” balm with a more sophisticated deeper color than most ones that turn bright pink on me. So that being said it’s not a great balm to use with out a mirror, or continuously while you’re bored because it will get darker & darker & maybe be outside of your lip line. But I truly love this, also has a wow factor, friends would always ask “wtf is that??!” because it looks like black lipstick. CHANEL - ROUGE COCO BAUME Hydrating Conditioning Lip Balm 🥀Oh Chanel, Chanel... I wanted to love this because, I mean, how chic?! Such a classic little cutie. It had a very nice rose scent at first that sadly wasn’t there like halfway through. It was unfortunately one of those balms that had a nice slick & nice shine, but no real hydration or moisturization, I just kept wanting to apply & no real relief. YVES SAINT LAURENT - Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick Balm This is a really nice balm, due to its 65% oil content, pomegranate extract & macadamia butter. It’s technically a lipstick that comes in different shades, I’m reviewing : ‘42 Baume Midi Minuit’ — it’s a clear balm with lots of pearly white micro iridescence. I love the scent, smells like peaches🍑! The iridescence makes it not great for me personally, it kinda washes me out. GIVENCHY - Le Rouge Perfecto Beautifying Lip Balm So, I couldn’t track down the ingredients... But it doesn’t matter this balm sucks!!! I tried a regular version & one with flecks of glitter. It’s super waxy, doesn’t want to go on smooth... oh & the glittery one was scratchy as hell! ARMANI beauty - Neo Nude Ecstasy Balm It was hard to find full ingredients on this but the caper oil is amazing. This is the most moisturizing of the bunch, with a creamy texture that looks like glass on the lips. DIOR - DIOR Addict Lip Glow Color Reviving Lip Balm Mango butter🥭Only 4 stars because I really miss the lip glow balm in the opaque pink tube!! 5 ⭐️ for being THE CUTEST!

The Two Lipsticks I Can’t Live Without
I don’t know about you, but I don’t like to spend much time on touchups once I leave the house for the day, but long-wear lipstick formulas dry out my lips. While I still try new products and lip colors out here and there, I always come back to my two favorites. First up is Givenchy’s Le Rouge Perfecto #02. Le Rouge Perfecto #01 is their best seller, but my skin is darker so #01 is a bit too light for me. It’s silky smooth and moisture-rich so I don’t have to layer a lip balm. This lipstick is a splurge but it’s worth every penny. And if I’m going to invest in makeup it’s always on my foundation and lip color.  What makes this lipstick really unique is that it reacts with your body chemistry and creates a custom color. For me, somedays it’s a vibrant pink while other days it’s a deeper pink. Whatever color it customizes to it always looks perfect.  Le Rouge Perfecto lasts for hours without fading. I usually only have to reapply after I eat.  I love to mix things up so when I’m not in the mood for a shade of pink I turn to Clinique’s #08 Graped-Up Chubby Stick. This color is a few shades deeper than my natural lip color giving me an elevated alternative to a nude lip. I have a few other shades of Chubby Stick but Graped-Up is my go-to. It’s more moisturizing than most lipsticks but I like to layer it over Burt’s Bees Pomegranate Moisturizing Lip Balm.  I reapply my Chubby Stick every few hours but its chubby crayon-like design makes it super easy to apply anywhere. In the morning I use the NYX Dainty Daze lip liner before applying my lip color but throughout the day I just apply it solo.

NOT EVEN WORTH THE SALE PRICE!
I recently bought a Givenchy My Mini Lip Duo Interdit Rouge and Gloss in black on sale from Sephora at $18 (original $25). These are meant to enhance your lips’ natural shade, not to look black, btw. To me this was not even worth the $18! The color looks kind of nice on my lips (let’s be honest I don’t have a huge canvas to work with in the lip department 😆, but never the less!). And mixed together you get a nice glossy look. But, that nice color and gloss wear off in about two minutes, even without a lot of drinking, eating or talking. I’ll still give this two stars, because the packaging is lovely (of course! It’s Givenchy!) and the color enhancing is kind of nice. But I would not recommend unless you have money to burn. FYI, I’m not wearing any other makeup, because my face is still sore from my run in with a nasty SPF yesterday 🥴!GIVENCHY - Rouge Interdit Vinyl Color Enhancing Lipstick GIVENCHY - Rouge Interdit Satin Lipstick

Cool-tone lipstick recommended for warm complexion!
The GIVENCHY Rouge Interdit Marble Lipstick is one of GIVENCHY's limited edition with only two shades. I bought shade No.25 Rouge Revelateur. GIVENCHY is so good at product branding and package design; this Marble Lipstickjust pushes it further to an even higher level.I can’t tell you how much I love this case and the pattern on the lipstick! Introducingan intriguing design on the lipstick where the luminous red and black melted and swirled together. No two lipsticks would share the same pattern, and each one is unique. It's just irresistible! The pigment magically adapts to your skin tone by reacting with the lip’s pH, which makes the resultcolor very dependent. For me, the color is inrose red close to violet, cooler than I imagined based on its appearance. Unexpectedly matches well with my warm complexion, and I especially like it when the color naturally faded away to a lighter, softer tint.Itcomes out with a dewy finish and is not dry at all, doesn't have to worry about concentrating lines on lip. HOURGLASS's Confession Ultra Slim High Intensity Refillable Lipstick in the shade #at night has a similar violet, cherry-like red. Yet this one is slightly warmer. Specially designed with a refillable cartridge, its slim body makes it easier for details or creating edged contour. The texture is quite special, almost gel-like, and it gives a satinfinish more than never. At first, I don't like it onmy skin because I was in bad lip condition, and the texture of this lipstick accentuates it. However, when I tried it later someday, I‘mjust so in love with the smooth and satin finish it appears on my lip. The color is rich and has great coverage. Quite long-lasting as well!

My longtime obsession with long nails //PICS!🔪
Yup, I’m that girl clickin & clackin on her phone! Sorrrry💁🏻‍♀️ 💅🏽💅🏿💅🏼💅🏾💅🏻 I’ve been obsessed with crazy long nails since i was a little kid. I got my first set of acrylics probably sophomore year of high school. I was pretty tomboy in high school even though I wore a lot of makeup, they were pretty annoying at first & the dance companies I was in banned fake nails for shows & even practice. I would get sets occasionally in college, but went to art school & they definitely get in the way with certain processes. ♿️ I got severely injured in 2014, when I was 26, & the cuticle biting habit I’ve always had was sooo bad because I literally had nothing to do all day. I was working as a server in California at the time, so I was definitely not allowed to have fake nails or nail polish of any kind. I ended up returning to acrylics full time after I got injured & I could finally stop biting my cuticles! The nails just look so pretty, I felt less eager to mess with them & the nails are thicker than a natural nail so you can’t pick at your skin (or pop pimples with this length! Plus!) 💔 A combination of moving away from my favorite nail tech, ( TONY I LOVE YOU & OH HOW MISS YOU SO! ) & obviously quarantine, forced me to abandon my long fake nails for now. The damage: Getting full acrylic sets & fills pretty much non-stop for almost 6 years, my real nails were not cute, thin & brittle. I was so lucky to have a very talented & meticulous technician for the last 2 of those years. I honestly never had any of the nasty issues some people can face with acrylics. What are acrylics? Acrylic nails are created by first applying a plastic nail extension with glue to part of your nail to add length. Then a powder & liquid acrylic monomer are combined into a sort of “blob of dough” & shaped onto your nails with a brush & air dried. Next they will be further shaped & smoothed with manual & electric files. A GOOD tech will take about 2 hours, not less. I always chose gel polish that’s cured with a UV light on top of my acrylics, but you can also just do regular nail polish. I worked up to this length- they make me feel like myself, know what I mean? But I wouldn’t recommend starting off long if you aren’t used to it. Your natural nails grow out & then in 2-3 weeks you can get what’s called a “fill”, where your polish is removed & a small amount of the monomer is applied to the base of your nail bed & blended into what you already have on your nail. Quarantine: Had my last real set in February... I ordered long press-ons a few times, which I really loved, but they’re just not the same strength-wise. I was actually kinda rough on my nails & rarely broke them. At least when press-ons pop off, you can just glue it back on instead of rushing to the salon! I’ve had fun trying ones with gems & charms! In the past I stuck to solid colors & glitter with acrylics due to the cost & sitting time. IMO the best press-ons are from black owned business, Hawt Nailz!

Baby’s first Makeup post🌷🙊🍡
I used to always do the same look for work or hanging out with friends because I was really comfortable with it. Sound familiar? I’m the queen of hitting the pan on a beige shimmer eyeshadow time & time again, so during the beginning of quarantine I wanted to push myself to use all the colorful cosmetics I’ve bought impulsively over the years. In every photo I’m wearing CHANEL - Le Correcteur de Chanel Longwear Concealer in 10 & CHANEL - LES BEIGES HEALTHY GLOW Sheer Powder in shade: 20 Lol my container is beyond busted don’t hate... I purchased this in January 2019 & I still haven’t run out. I’ve repurchased the concealer 3 times now, it’s the first concealer I’ve ever found to match my skin flawlessly with shade & texture. *I haven’t been wearing makeup at all lately, but since I started using this concealer & powder on 1/15/19 instead of a full face of foundation, my skin got a lot clearer. 🎀SOFT PINK LOOK: I used a small amount of URBAN DECAY - 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil shade: Woodstock towards the outer edge & diffused the color with the Gucci powder shadow GUCCI - Magnetic Color Shadow Mono in 090-Tourmaline My favorite curling mascara GIVENCHY - Phenomen’eyes Mascara in shade: 1-deep black—— my ultimate favorite is the dark brown shade I can’t seem to find anymore, but this formula is awesome! Holds my curl, adds length & always looks natural, not clumpy. Used it in every look🖤 I also used ARMANI beauty - Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer in 08 -my favorite buildable highlighter blush that I’ve used for years & still haven’t emptied. I used it in every look too💗 Finished withDIOR - Diorshow Brow Styler Ultra-Fine Precision Brow Pencil in 002- dark brown to add a little definition. 🐾KITTEN EYE WITH PINK MASCARA: I’m really not good at anything eyeliner related so I was proud of this haha... FirstToo Faced - Sketch Marker Liquid Art Eyeliner in black on a prepped eyelid (for me that’s just conceal & powder) Then I used the Givenchy mascara on the top lashes & hot pink mascara on the bottom lashesDIOR - Addict It-Lash Volumizing Mascara shade: 872 No brow filling for this look, just added the ESTĒE LAUDER - Pure Color Love Cooling Highlighter in 002- Sultry Shine over the Armani liquid highlighter & one of my favorite glosses DIOR - Lip Glow Oil shade: 001 pink 💨420 LOOK: Wanted to have some fun with this look since I was just gonna hang at home alone... I used a really old TooFaced eyeshadow😬a duo called Fantasy Island🏝 On the outer third of my eyelid I used ARMANI beauty - Eye Tint Liquid Eyeshadow in shade: 8- Flannel, this color is really unique & the camera doesn’t do it justice. It’s a gorgeous smokey metallic mauve. I finished with same gloss, mascara & brow tool.

I have combination-oily skin and I've used these four foundations in winter. Fenty Beauty Foundation Shade 120 FENTY BEAUTY - Pro Filt'r Hydrating Longwear Foundation Star rating: ⭐️⭐️ It smells good and is very thin, but it does nothing for concealing.👎 Givenchy Blurring Foundation Balm GIVENCHY - Teint Couture Blurring Foundation Balm Broad Spectrum 15 Star rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It conceals well and is very moisturizing. I highly recommended it.👍 Chantecaille FoundationCHANTECAILLE - Future Skin Gel Foundation Star rating: ⭐️  It's thin and moisturizing but is not particularly good at concealing, so it's more suitable for girls with dry skin and less blemishes.👎 Guerlain Powder Foundation GUERLAIN - Parure Gold Radiance Compact Powder Foundation Star rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It comes with a built-in mirror and puff, so it's perfect for touch-ups. The fine powder never caused any clumping. I highly recommended this product.👍

At that point, I hadn’t ever tried such a shiny in your face red shade. This is soo good! I love the shade! And I love the formula! Lasts super long and look at that packaging! Leather bullet. These two are my favourite givenchy fragrances 💕💕 Rose Crush is a little sweet and its more of a date night perfume. The fragrances lasts very long and is eau de parfum. Its got this fresh rosy scent as the name tells. Its very floral and strong. Blossom Crush is more pf gentle floral fragrance. Its smells like jasmine flowers to me and a little tint of hibiscus 🌺. Its a great fragrance for the summer.
