LASHES 101 👏🏻
I never wore fake lashes until recently. I have a friend that wears them daily and they really change the game to your whole look! I tried lash extensions Once and it just wasn’t for me. Fake lashes can be a pain sometimes, but if you practice and get good at it then it is worth it! My eye size is normal and I have an almond shaped eye! For me I love a wispie and v-cluster lash! Sometimes I also like a tapered lash to give me a “cat-eye” look. 🙀 How to apply lash: 1. Meausure on your eye and trim the lash according to how big or small your eye is. 2. Apply glue along the band. 3. Most important!!! Wait until the glue is tacky. Depending on the glue this will take 15-30 seconds. *if glue has not dried to the tacky stage it is almost impossible to get the lash to sit correctly and last 4. Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler while glue dries. 5. Use tweezers or a eyelash applicator to apply the fake lash on top of your lash line! 6. Do other lash while this one dries. 7. Repeat 1-5 on other lash. 8. Go back and use mascara to bind your real lash to the fake lash. 9. Sometimes I add eyeliner to the beginning of my eye to make the eye look more cohesive. #cheriepartner
Easy 10 MIN makeup look. Out the door!
I’m all about finding easy natural looking makeup looks. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good glam session, but most times I am pressed for time and need to get out the door. These are some of my go-to products for times like that! Minimal but still a really pretty makeup look! I have combo skin, and right now my tone is light-medium! For a quick look I’m all about time efficiency! I use Perricone MD - No Makeup Foundation Serum Broad Spectrum SPF 20 for a quick sheen finish and evening out my skin (I have some hyperpigmentation spots). This stuff is really great. It’s really lightweight and it genuinely looks like you aren’t wearing any makeup! I would almost compare it to Ilia Beauty’s skin tint but this one is not oily at all. I prefer the perricone one more! I like to use the Kosas - 10-Second Eyeshadow for a quick one sweep over the eye. It is truly a liquid formula but it dries down to a matte. There is minimal creasing, but there still is some. #Laura Mercier - Blush[products]#[FiveStars] in the shade fresco is the perfect nude blush for me. It has a sheen shimmery finish but it doesn’t look gawdy or overdone. It is perfect to shape out your face and I can even put this one my eyes for a pretty nude eye look also. Glossier. - Brow Flick is what I use on my brows because it gives the perfect “brow strokes.” It’s so easy to use but you have to have a very light hand to make sure it is not over done! I’ve been using false lashes because they’re easy to use and makes the look complete! ARDELL - Wispies Lash they’re cheap and can be done in under a minute! Hope you liked this look! #cheriepartner

EASY & SIMPLE pinup old Hollywood glam!
Use makeup products you already have at home to achieve a simple and easy PinUp Hollywood Glam! 𝘍𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘣𝘦! Create the perfect and go to pinup style with just a few twists to your makeup routine. 𝐀𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤: Foundation: Start off with a nice base of foundation. If matte is your thing then you’ll thrive in a pinup look. Hollywood stars kept it quite powdered so if you want to go the distance for the look then pick your favorite matte foundation for a flawless base. My favorite matte foundation : NARS - Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation Natural matte look with a radiant finish to add dimension to the skin. Very long lasting with medium to full coverage! EYES: It’s all about the wing liner! Think Marilyn Monroe style. Keep the liner thin. Start with a small flick at the corner of your eye and drag the line in across the lash line. If you like a Amy Winehouse vibe then totally go for it! Stick with a matte liner or matte black shadow to be really spot on to the original style. Top it off with some whispie lashes from Ardell My favorite liner: NYX - Strictly Vinyl Eyeliner Super affordable drugstore makeup! It comes in matte or a more glossy finish. (Matte is my favorite) easy brush end to work with that is perfect for thin and precise liner. Lashes: ARDELL - Self-Adhesive Lash My favorite style is the Demi Whispies. These have a cat eye style to them to make your liner pop even more. LIPS: Any red lipstick will do! Find your favorite most boss babe red and put it right on. Again.. matte If you have it! In this photo I am wearing: URBAN DECAY - Vice Lipstick In Rocksteady a red created by Gwen Stefani, a true old Hollywood glam makeup queen. This formula stays on very well and doesn’t feel overly drying whatsoever! My other pinup red favorites include: KVD LIQUID LIPSTICK in Outlaw MAC - Viva Glam I BROWS: keep it simple and stick to a more penciled in look. I went with thin and arched brows to be spot on to the style. BLUSH AND HIGHLIGHT: a nice flush of baby pink would fit best to the style, but do ya thing and wear your favorite blush! Keep it light on the highlighter and lightly highlight your cheek bone and brow bone. HAIR: The look isn’t complete without the hair! Stick to brushed out curls or a slick back up do with a bandana. Use a pomade to smooth hair back and tame frizz on curls. When brushing out curls it is best to use a boar bristle type brush. Take your time and mold your curls into your desired shape and apply pomade as needed. Pomade: SUAVECITO - Suavecita Pomade THE BEST OF THE BEST! Light weight sculpting pomade that adds a natural shine. #cheriepartner #cheriecreator
BOWIE inspired eye look! Fun and easy!
Drawing inspiration from music for my eyeshadow, My twist on an iconic Bowie lightening bolt. Music helps us through so much and we all have our very favorite artists! I decided to do a look inspired by the iconic and legend David Bowie. I’m hoping we all love and know the iconic lightning bolt makeup from the Ziggy Stardust era. This is my take on the look using simple tools and techniques! What you’ll need: liquid lipstick (only if safe for around eyes), liquid eyeliner, shadow and mixing medium.. etc. thin liner brush or tooth pick to add dots. pencil or shadow to lightly sketch out shape of bolt. music by Bowie playing 👩🏻🎤. Getting started: ① sketch out your lighting bolt with a light colored pencil or shadow. You’ll be going over this sketch so it’s okay it’s not perfect! * I suggest doing foundation first for this specific look* ② get your colors and product figured out! I used KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in shades Outlaw and Vampira. Since I used liquid lipsticks, I took some of the lipstick on a palette and dipped my brush into it to apply it on my eyes. GO FOR IT and how: ③ get your liner brush or flat end of a tooth pick/brush ready! ④ place dots or “stipple” the colors over your sketched out bolt. Just follow your lines and create your desired shape. Tap tap away with those dots! ⑤ HAVE FUN. It doesn’t have to be precise at all or exactly identical. Dip into multiple colors to make a really cool look. ⑥ once you’re satisfied with the look add on some lashes! ARDELL - Self-Adhesive Lash Demi whispies are my favorite. Since this is a bold and fun shape, I’d stick with not over the top thick lashes so you don’t cover up the eye look! ⑦ that’s it! You’re done! * a tip for oily eyelids* Brush on translucent powder on lids before starting to prevent creases! Use a glowy/luminous powder to add more depth and sparkle to your eyes. Are These 26$ Lashes Worth it?
Recently I went to Ulta and picked out some quality lashes with the intent that I could get at least 30 wears out of a single pair. I typically get the 5 pack of the ARDELL - Cluster Wispies Demi Wispies and I usually get 2 wears out of each pair- so 10 wears total for around 12$ ($1.20/wear) I picked up the BLINKING BEAUTÉ - Faux Mink Luxe Innovative Lashes for 26$. They have a cotton band that is extremely flexible which makes application so easy! They’re also light in weight and don’t give your eye lids that annoying heavy feeling. These are said to give you around 30 wears which would come out to around $0.87/wear. So cheap!! These are 1000% worth the cost, even if I only get 20 wears. I think I’ve officially converted to higher end lashes and will definitely be giving some other brands a try!! **these are the “Brill” lashes and they would be perfect for people with smaller eyes- they’re also great for a more natural look since they’re not overwhelmingly long and just provide some volume at the base of the lashes. What are your favorite high end lashes?? Eye Look Details NATASHA DENONA - Glam Eyeshadow Palette essence - Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara (lately I’ve been feeling like this formula has changed, it gets much more clumpy/thick on my lashes than in the past) MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner PAT McGRATH LABS - Backstage Eye-Con Kit
My Favorite Falsies! 👑 ✨ 💖
I am OBSESSED with falsies! This is going to sound extra, but I honestly feel like a different woman when I put them on. They complete a makeup look and can make it go from 0-100. They are an essential part of opening your eyes and enhancing the best features of your eyes. You can go for natural ones, dramatic, attention grabbing and whatever mood you’re feeling! In fact, I love them so much that I actually used to invest in lash extensions. I have been using falsies since I was in high school so I have experienced good falsies and bad ones too. I have almond shaped eyes and I understand that it could be overwhelming to find the right falsies for your eye shape...this is one of the reasons why I LOVE House of Lashes. They have an eye shape guide and recommend which lash styles are best for you. My top three favorite lashes from this brand are: Au Naturale, Bouidoir Lite and Demure Lite. 1) Au Naturale I go for these often. They are wearable for any occasion. This gives a “your lash but better guide”. I also use this when I create a dramatic look, but don’t want to over power it with lashes. 2) Boudoir Lite This has a dense center. They are dramatic, but soft enough. I go for these when I go out 3) Demure Lite These are also soft and more on the natural side with an oomph. This helps open my eyes and emphasize any eye look. House of lashes are a bit on the mid range price. However, ELF and Ardell are also my fav falsies that are on the affordable side. My favorite “your lashes, but better” falsies is the Ardell Wispies. These look sooo natural! I use it as an alternative to my Au Naturale. Another falsies that I always grab for especially if I want the attention stealing is the ELF Social Butterfly. These are faux mink lashes and did I mention they are $3?! Ardell and ELF are very affordable, but HOL falsies are much easier to apply so if you’re a beginner, I would suggest you invest in HOL. It’s worth it! Lashes can be reused 15+ times depending on how you care for them. Here are my quick step by step for falsies: 1) Measure the lashes to your eyes and cut to your desired length. Most falsies are large so always measure it to your eye first. 2) For easier application, grab one of those lash glues with wand. Apply extra glue on the corners of the lashes because these tend to come off easily 3) Wait 30 seconds for the glue to become tacky then grab your tweezers to apply falsies closest to your lash line. 4) Hold it until it is fully glued to your natural lashes 5) This step is optional, but apply mascara to diffuse your falsies to your natural lashes. This will give you a natural result 6) Apply eyeliner or use a dark eyeshadow to hide the lash band. 7) Voila! Then enjoy! It took me a while to get this down. I’ve been applying eyelashes for more than 10 years and even to this day, I’m still not the best at it. Just keep practicing! What is your favorite falsies? Xoxo, Francesca 💋 #CheriePartner
lightweight daily lashes
Eyelashes range from the lash version of lip balm to “hello I’m here for RuPaul’s drag race.” And I love ALL OF THEM. But I realized I didn’t have nice lashes that looked both natural and lightweight. I did some research and saw how popular the ARDELL - Demi Wispies Black Bundle was. I got a single pack for $3.99, but you can get a 5 pack for $11.99 at Ulta. Wipsy lashes mean the length goes from long to short throughout it. In these, the lash was at its longest/heaviest at the end. My eyes are between almond and round shaped, so I think I tend to look baby faced. They’re a little hooded, too- so imo, lashes with a thin band are best. Thick lashes can end up covering your lid- which sucks if you’re wearing eyeshadow you want to show off. But these lashes did the trick. It gave my eyes more definition without hiding my purple shadow (courtesy of MAYBELLINE - Soda Pop Eyeshadow Palette ) The ends of these lashes are longer than the rest. This makes your eyes look more cat-like. Although the first time I applied them, the ends drooped a little. I had to push them up to make sure they dried right. Ngl though- when they were drooping, I still thought they were pretty. They reminded me of Bambi or puppy dog eyes. These lashes have a clear band, which is good for hooded eyes. Although if you want to wear eyeliner, you’ll probably want to color the band. Still, the clearness is good for natural makeup looks. At first, the ends of the bands were pinching my eye. But I trimmed off a little bit from each side with no problem. They were so comfortable that in 15 minutes, I forgot I was even wearing them! I would really recommend these if you want almost-natural looking lashes that feel comfortable. Also, if you like the cat-eye shape. Buuut if you want to make your eyes look more round, I recommend getting lashes that are longest at the middle like ARDELL - Naked Lashesinstead. 💜 TLDR SUMMARY REVIEW 💜 🌟 Lightweight lashes 🌟 Look natural, good for daily use 🌟 Can look cat-like or bambi-like depending on application 🌟 Good for hooded eyes 🌟 Mink-free 🌟 Affordable!
RECREATING MY FIRST MAKEUP LOOK EVER✨
Makeup, for many is a creative outlet open to endless possibilities of expression. As you can see, I have always loved experimenting with makeup since a young age. I remember the best part of sleepovers was giving each other makeovers and getting all dressed up. I would use my moms makeup and always go for blue eyeshadow and a red lip 😳 I decided to recreate this childhood creation with a more wearable (not so everyday) look. Products used on eyes (seen in pictures): Eyelid prep- - NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer for prepping the eyelid . This concealer is very thin so it well not cake up. - IlliaILIA - Soft Focus Finishing Powder is just as thin and sets the concealer up for a smooth base Shadows- 1. MORPHE - Morphe X Maddie Ziegler The Imagination Palette 2. naked cosmetics - Holographic Highlighter Collection (not as piggmented so use with a setting spray to intensify) 3.#Colourpop - Golden State of Mind palette[products]#[FiveStars] (super pigmented) 4. laura lee - Party Animal Pressed Pigment Palette (very chalky, blend well and use extra product) Lashes-ARDELL - Demi Wispies Black Bundle Lip products: -aLamar COSMETICS - Reina Del Caribe Eyeshadow Palette -COLOURPOP - So Juicy Plumping Gloss I mixed the two products together to create a blue lipstick shade and applied with a lip liner brush. How to (follow along with pictorial): * I first prepped my eyes with said products above to ensure my shadows to blend seamlessly. * Then I placed the 1st shade in the crease and blended outwards. * Next, I placed the second shade on the inner corner of my lid. * Then, I put the 3rd shade in the inner corner to highlight. * I added some depth to the outer corner with the 4th shade. * Lastly, I added the first shade under the eyelid and heavily smoked out, as it appears that way in the original picture. [I have light medium skin with a neutral undertone and almond shaped eyes] My younger self would be so happy to see this recreation 😂 When did you start experimenting with makeup and what was your first look?💭⬇️ #CheriePartner

My forever go to eyeshadow look!
My favorite eye look will always consist of lashes and one eyeshadow color that I’ve used for years! I’m a simple girl when it comes to my go to type of look and for me that is a Mac eyeshadow and lashes! MAC - MAC Eyeshadow BROWNSCRIPT is my most bought and forever favorite eyeshadow EVER. It is the perfect burnt terracotta/brown color. It is perfect on its own or great for a transition color. I’ve been using this eyeshadow for YEARS. I use a fluffy blending brush and feather out this color all over my lid. Sometimes I’ll pop my cheek highlighter in the corner of my eye and I’m good to go! ARDELL - Remy Lashes Never afraid to add extra bang to my look with some nice full fluffy lashes! Ardell is my favorite, they never fail and you can get them anywhere for affordable prices! #cheriepartner

My fave ardell Wispies lashes gifted to me by the lovlies welovelashes . I love wispies as they fit the shape of my eye well and give a natural finish whilst also giving extra volume and length. They look so pretty on. . I have also found these the easiest to apply out of all the lashes I have tried. . Prices start from £5.99 per pair. .
3rd place in brow gels
this is ardell *clear* brow gel .. got stained from use lol, this is a good brow gel from amazon that was under $10 and gets the job done, i would recommend this over my last review of average brow gel because this holds very well only issue is it’s clear not tinted , the spooli is good it’s big but works well, 8.2/10 for me would recommend for cheap clear gel to use this one ARDELL - Brow Sculpting Gel
ARDELL-Brow Sculpting Gel
Works like magic!
This lash glue is great!! Trusty, dries quick, and your lashes stick!! Claims: clear, quick setting My thoughts: This lash glue is definitely quick setting, so if you aren’t experienced with lashes- this one isn’t for you. As for it being clear, if you get any on your lid it will show up as a very light color that is somewhat noticeable. Also- id you get any on your lid (this goes for all lash glues) and you let it dry- if will HURT whenever you blink!! Overall this is a pretty good lash glue if you are experienced with lashes!
