Achieving The “Airbrushed” Look 🤎
Start with making sure your face is prepped and clean and moisturized! I start with Simple - Water Boost Micellar Cleansing Water Then I use The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 make sure your face is damp when applying so it’ll retain the moisture! This is important Then I seal it in with The Ordinary - 100% Plant-Derived Hemi-Squalane Make sure to wait 30 seconds to let these products seal in. Makeup: For foundation COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation Now before I blend it in I spray my setting spray and let it dry a little before.. this will make it looked airbrushed!!! It’s important trust me. Then I use my REAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Complexion Sponge For concealer I use the e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer I use the #Maybelline - Fit Me Loose Powder[products]#[FiveStars] and this stuff is great especially if you’re taking pictures or using a ring light! I use a dark concealer for my contour e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer And the wet n wild - Color Icon Bronzer Square I love this stuff it blends so well!! Then I use MILANI - MILANI Baked Blush in luminoso it’s the best For highlighter I use wet n wild - MegaGlo Highlighting Powder in precious petals this applies so good I use the Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara After I spray my NYX - Matte Finish Makeup Setting Spray and use my beauty blender to make sure everything sets properly! For my lips I use NYX - Suede Matte Lip Liner in Brown And NYX - Butter Gloss in Praline Then layer a coat of NYX - Soft Matte Metallic Lip Cream in Cairo Let me know any suggestions in the comments of your fave products! 🤎

It’s worth the hype- New holy grail
For months I’ve been seeing rave reviews and makeup videos featuring the COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer . Two weeks ago, I finally caved and purchased it. I have been on the hunt for a light foundation that leaves a “your skin but better” finish, and this is IT! It covers my redness while leaving my skin with a natural looking finish. It’s a gorgeous dewy finish, but alone doesn’t have a very long wear time. I set with the FENTY BEAUTY - Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch Setting Powder for a longer wearing base. With the powder I get around 8 hours of wear, with minimal transfer onto my mask. I do notice that it does tend to wear off onto my glasses, but its not something I’m overly concerned about. I’ve noticed in reviews that it wears differently on different skin types, so if you’re not sure if this will work for you I say its definitely worth a try! It really could be the holy grail product you’re looking for. This will definitely remain a staple in my makeup drawer.

I bought this brush for hype and...
Finding the best makeup brushes is no easy feat, but it's important nonetheless. Choosing the right setting powder brush is probably the most important step to achieving a glowy, professional makeup artist-level complexion.   REAL TECHNIQUES - Powder Brush $9   This is a versatile brush that can be used for powder and bronzer. Real Techniques is a professional makeup tool brand in the United States. The makeup brushes it produces are very suitable for starters. At the same time, the price is cheap and the high cost performance allows us to change at any time to keep the brush clean. This makeup brush has very soft bristles that can mix well with dust and mineral foundation. The makeup brush uses artificial hair, which is very easy to clean. After you use it, clean it with their makeup brush and sponge cleansers to keep it germ free. The most important thing is that the brush of this product is very, very soft. Tens of thousands of bristles are extremely fluffy, so that the brush has a very strong grip on powder, and no powder is wasted at all. I am buying the brush that I bought with Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder. The staff recommended that this brush could be well matched with Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder without spending too much time on protection.   As long as the last step of makeup, I take the brush and gently press on the Givenchy Prisme Libre Loose Powder. After shaking the excess powder a little, pour it on the face where we need to set the makeup. Compared with the built-in tools, this brush can make the makeup lighter and thinner, and the small brush head can also take care of some small corners of the face.

Favorite Affordable Brushes 🖌 (RT Edition)
I love affordable makeup products. I did a review on why I don’t really prefer the real techniques sponge 👎🏽 but these brushes are my all time favorite (missing the instapop foundation brush)! (L👉🏽R) REAL TECHNIQUES - Expert Face Brush I don’t think they make it in this color anymore? This brush is so versatile. Usesr: foundation (sometimes) cream contour (works amazingly to blend) blending harsh edges of highlight concealer This brush is usually $9.99 but it’s currently $5.99 (Ulta) REAL TECHNIQUES - Setting Brush This is another versatile favorite of mines. I use this every time I do my makeup ! Uses: dusting away powder: in my opinion, this isn’t dense enough to apply setting powder (mostly under eyes) but this is perfect for dusting away excess powder great for applying blush: this is my main use for this brush. It’s so light and airy I dip on my blush and apply a small circle, then wipe away excess blush, to finally blend with this brush! great for applying highlight: I use the same technique I use for my blush Usually $7.99 currently $4.79 (Ulta) REAL TECHNIQUES - Expert Concealer Brush This brush is great for blending those corner areas for your concealer. I only use this brush if I want an “airbrush” look. I find using brushes under my eye for a full face blends better without lifting products. Usually $6.99 currently $4.19 (ulta) Another great alternative are elf brushes. The only downside to those is that they don’t last as long. I’ve had the orange expert face brush for 3 years now and it’s still on top top condition!

FAV (drugstore?) FACE BRUSH | Real Techniques
I can’t determine if this is a “drugstore” product because it can be found at Walmart’s, Walgreen’s, Target’s, Ulta’s and more! But I really do like this brush. I got this after I got tired of using beauty sponges all the time. I use this brush every morning when I put on my foundation and concealer. It applies my makeup to my face evenly and without streaks when I move it in a circular motion. It can be found for around $10. Kinda expensive for one brush to me, but I think it’s well worth it. When I clean it, it looks good as new and has lasted me a long time. REAL TECHNIQUES - Expert Face Brush

I will not drop this setting powder brush ever!
I got this stuff in my REAL TECHNIQUES Daily Essential set. I bought this set since it looks perfect for beginners. 400 is the biggest brush in this set. I love the elegant and gorgeous dark pink look. I remember the price for the whole set is around $22 on Amazon, and 400 itself cost $8.89 if bought single. I think the price of less than $9 for a brush in this size is really affordable as the single brush of big makeup brands will cost at least $50.   Actually, RL official defines this brush as blush or bronzer brush. I used it for blush at the beginning, but I found it more suitable for setting powder. As you can see from the pics I attached, it has an oval shape. The bristles are super soft! When putting this brush onto the face, you almost do not feel it since it’s so soft. I love RL’s idea of making cruelty-free products. This brush is made of synthetic bristles which is less prone to breakage than natural hair brushes. Also, as it’s non-porous, it doesn’t trap or absorb product, which appeals to me. Also, it’s very lightweight. It’s densely packed and you do not need to worry about bristle-falling. As the second shown photo, you must find it very easy to catch powder. I found this when I mistook it with my setting powder brush, from when I started to take it as my setting powder brush. The big fluffy head works well at distributing and blending the setting powder around the face. I love pair it with my MAKE UP FOR EVER setting powder. They can always give me a mattified flawless finish, which will last for a whole day. I will rate this brush 5 stars. Oh, I almost forget to mention that it’s very easy to clean. You can clean it with common makeup remover. If you’re looking for a cheap but high-quality setting powder brush, you may try this stuff. You can never pay me to switch this baby.

MAKEUP BRUSH 101: ESSENTIAL BRUSH GUIDE
The first thing to understand when it comes to makeup brushes is what you’ll be using them for - liquid or powder products? The second thing to look at is the type of bristle, the shape, and the density. Here’s a look at my top three brushes with these things in mind. BASE e.l.f. - Selfie Foundation Blurring Brush Synthetic, dense bristles - perfect for blending out liquid foundation or cream contour. The densely packed bristles help to blend makeup flawlessly - no matter your skin type. For liquid products, it’s important to use a synthetic makeup brush. Natural bristles will just soak up the product and not blend as well. Plus, the dome shape is best suited to larger parts of the face - not for precise work, so it’s best for blending out foundation, forehead/cheek cream contour, and liquid blush. MULTIPURPOSE Eleanor Dorn Pointed Face Brush REAL TECHNIQUES - Everyday Essentials for Blush + Foundation + Shadow + Highlighter + Concealer This brush has a shape similar to the Real Techniques Setting Brush, which got a lot of popularity thanks to Katie Jane Hughes (the makeup artist). It’s no wonder - it has a slightly pointed, but not too fluffy versatile shape that you can use for almost anything. It’s also a synthetic brush which is good for both liquid and powder makeup. It’s not too dense but not too floppy either - making it perfect for a variety of uses. I’ve personally used this brush to blend under eye concealer and to set my face with powder, as a highlighter brush, and as a blush brush. Obviously, I don’t use a single brush at once for all of these purposes - I actually have two of these in my collection so I can ensure I don’t accidentally set my face with blush! EYES Hakuhodo J5523 MAC - 217S Synthetic Blending Brush Personally, I’ve found there’s nothing better than natural bristle brushes for blending eyeshadow. Synthetic brushes don’t pick up pigment as well, nor do they blend them out as well. My favourite eyeshadow brush for eyes is the Hakuhodo J5523. It’s not too dense, as it needs to blend out powder perfectly. It’s made of white goat hair, and the long bristles are shaped into a dome at the end to fit into your natural eye crease and blend eyeshadow perfectly! it's super similar to the MAC 217 brush, too.

Ultimate Makeup Brush Guide
My skin type is sensitive and normal-dry depending on the season; I have fair skin + rosacea as well. My skin concerns usually center around covering redness and any breakouts/marks I may have and making my skin look & feel hydrated and plump before makeup application. I’ll say this from the start, Real Techniques brushes are my absolute favourite. They’re soft, durable, last forever, and are aesthetically pleasing to have on your vanity! Almost all of my brushes in my collection are from Real Techniques and I have multiples of some of them because I love them that much. How I go about choosing makeup brushes typically is to read reviews, look for reputable brands, and affordability is always important to me. I don’t think you have to spend a ton of money to get good, high quality brushes and for me, Real Techniques checks off all of those boxes. In this post, I’m going to share with you a few of my favourite must-have RT brushes and tell you how I use them. 1. 400 Blush Brush (far right) - this is one of their fluffiest, softest brushes and I just love it. I actually have 3 of these brushes because I use them for difference things. The bristles in this one are fluffy but tapered a bit towards the end so they can hold a decent amount of product and apply it in a concentrated area but in a soft, less harsh way. I use this brush to apply bronzer, blush, and sometimes powder. Typically, I prefer a more dense brush for powder but this one does a great job too. 2. 200 Expert Face Brush (2nd from the right) - I love this style of brush for applying cream + liquid foundations, bronzers, and contour. The short, dense bristles of this one allows it to hold the product right on the surface without the brush sucking it into the middle, which makes it difficult to blend out. This one is super soft as well and works so well at applying my liquid and cream products. I also have 2 of this brush! 3. 402 Setting Brush (right in the middle) - this brush is beautiful for your highlight or for setting under your eyes, around your nose, etc. Again, it’s very soft and feels lovely on the skin. It’s not super dense, so it lightly picks up the powder product and applies it to the skin so evenly - definitely a must have! 4. An honourable mention is their beauty sponges! They are very dense, which some people don’t love, but I have had hit and miss experiences with them. There seems to be a bit of inconsistency in their sponges, but if you get a good one they really do work so well and apply foundation flawlessly! #CheriePartner

Halloween Vibes😈Full face drugstore makeup tutorial!
Not your Barbie girl tonight! This Halloween, I want to do something special. 😎 Instead of the common costumes like witch or vampire, I will get myself a punk look! Here's my easiest way to do a Bratz grunge makeup. Base makeup:  Start makeup on a clean "canvas". After washing my face well, pat it dry, then apply a lightweight face primer such as MAYBELLINE - Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer to blur my large pores. Then I'll use my rf beauty sponge to apply a full coverage foundation to hide all spots and blemishes on my cheeks, and I recommend MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Matte + Poreless Liquid Foundation, which is an affordable drugstore product but lasts pretty long and easy to blend.  Brow makeup: I'd like to intensify the hue of my brows with e.l.f. - Beautifully Bare Sheer Tint Brow Gel that's one color lighter than my hair.  Eye makeup: A smokey eye is a key to a successful punk makeup, which is grungy, hazy! Since I'm applying my heavy, dark eyeshadows, a good eyeshadow primer like is necessary to hold the makeup. First, I'll apply some brown matte eyeshadow on my eyelids, followed by a little touch of black shadow at the outer 1/3 edge corner of the crease. For this look, I also add some shimmer silver eyeshadow on my lids for an accentuated cut crease look! I use NYX - Love Lust Disco Eyeshadow Palette, and this palette is AMAZING with all the colors I need for a spooky look and super pigmented, perfect for the grunge vibes! As for the eyeliner, I use NYX - NYX Metallic Eyeliner and apply it to the top and bottom of my water lines. Personally, I prefer winged eyeliners that are bold and extravagant, so I'll extend a bit more onto edges on both sides. Then, using a sponge applicator to smudge the black lining of the top lashes for a gothic look. The last step of my eye makeup is applying multiple coats of my e.l.f. - Volumizing Mascara mascara until the lashes look quite thick and even dramatic. When it comes to punk, it's OK to go a bit further or appears chunky. Another choice is adding a pair of false lashes to increase the intensity if you like. Blush makeup: I want to create a pale punk look, so I'll keep blush slightly more pinkish than my skin tone and I use ULTA BEAUTY - Mineral Blushhere. Skip bronzers and dark peachy blushes. Use a flexible blush brush like REAL TECHNIQUES - Instapop Cheek Brush to swipe a few on cheekbones in a circular fashion while avoiding the contours or cheek hollows. Lip makeup: Line my lips slightly with a pale lip liner, preferably light mauve or brown, and go for a dark hue to the lips for a powerful pout! I recommend MAYBELLINE - Color Sensational Shaping Lip Liner for lip liner, and MAYBELLINE - Color Sensational Lipcolor in Pitch Black for lipstick! A little tip is that some rock stars often draw shapes on their face like a heart or a star, so if you are going for an exceptional finish, be free to paint on your face to have more fun! Hope you guys enjoy this tutorial! What will be your Halloween costume this year? Share your ideas below! Happy Halloween in advance xx!

fav liquid blush! 💕💞💘
i’ve been on the lookout for liquid blushes since i started wearing less powder and aiming for a more dewy look! the makeup brand Freck sent me some goodies a lil bit ago and they included this cheek slime! it’s in the shade “cuffed” and it has become a new fav! 💕 often with liquid blushes i’ve used in the past they’ve been patchy or hard to blend, but this product does the opposite! it’s super pigmented and easy to blend and you could go for a light wash of color or a more intense blush! 💞 i use a real techniques cheek brush to blend it out in an upwards motion after i put on my foundation and concealer but BEFORE powder! so that the blush blends easily into the rest of your makeup! i highly recommend this blush to any blush lover looking to add another to their collection 🍓✨💕💘💞 Freck BEAUTY - CHEEKSLIME Lip + Cheek Tint with Plant Collagen REAL TECHNIQUES - Instapop Cheek Brush

Body Contouring! 🔥👙
Summer body goals got me thinking: Can I fake abs? 🧐🧐 Yes! With a little makeup in the right places, we can definitely define our abdominal muscles to give ourself a more contoured look. Just like how we contour our face to contour our body, to create the illusion of a well-toned abdomen. PREPARATION: All you need is a contouring palette (bronzer and highlighter), some brushes and a setting spray to make sure that your hard work stays in place.  HOW TO CONTOUR YOUR ABS: Contouring your abs probably isn’t something you’re likely to do every day, but if you want to show off your stomach in a crop top, contouring can help you temporarily create more defined-looking abs. STEP 1: Start by drawing a line down the center of your stomach, from the top of where your imaginary abs would be down to your belly button. STEP 2: From there, add muscles on either side, creating a two-, four-, or six-pack. STEP 3: Harsh lines are a major no-no when it comes to contouring. Here makeup sponge can come in handy. STEP 4: No contouring look is complete without highlighter. Place a liquid highlight on the highpoints of the areas you just contoured, then blend out. STEP 5: Now you can enjoy showing off your newly contoured body in your summer wardrobe!  What I use: FENTY BEAUTY - Match Stix Glow Skinstick FENTY BEAUTY - Body Lava Body Luminizer REAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Body Complexion Sponge Sorry, I'm a big fan of Rihanna lol Still waiting for R9!!! Tips🔅 ● Look at yourself in the mirror as you are blending the colors in so you can make it look as natural as possible. ● When purchasing mineral powder, shimmering powder and tan pigment, match them with your skin tone and choose darker shades. ● If you apply too much and it does not look good, simply wash your stomach area and start again. ● You can help your work last longer by sealing it with hairspray, setting powder, or a makeup sealant spray. ● Use waterproof powders so that they will not easily wash or sweat off. ● Stand up straight and don't slouch. Slouching forward can make you look as though you have a tummy, which will detract from the contouring effect you are trying to establish. warnings⚠️ ● Do not use too much makeup, as you risk creating lines that are too dark or too light, which in turn will look fake. ● If you are using foundation, tinted moisturizer, or tinted sunscreen as your base, be sure to match your skin tone. Anything that is too dark, too light, or too orange will look fake. ● Do not put on the makeup while wearing your swimsuit. If you get the makeup on your swimsuit, you may not only stain your swimsuit, but you might risk giving your secret away. ● Going swimming with your fake abs will result in all your hard work washing away. ● A hot, sunny day may cause your makeup to melt off. Come on!! the beaches and swimming pools are calling out to you, enjoy the warm sun and sport your new swimsuit NOW!

Brush, sponge and puff, my choice is...
In this comparison I'm gonna put three products to the test and it’s going to be the brush,  the puff and the brand new sponge, and we are gonna single out what is the best way to  apply foundation. Which tool should you apply to your foundation? There is so much going  on right now, and all these brands are coming up with new things so I'm going to just grasp  my daily uses: BOBBI BROWN - Full Coverage Face Brush (AUD75), REAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Body Complexion Sponge (AUD 6) and a  Giorgio Armani puff (AUD21).   The foundation I will use is from ESTEE LAUDER’s Double Wear Nude Water Fresh Makeup  range of 12 shades in which I select the 1N2 Ecru suiting my skin tone best (AUD60).  This one is a 24-hour long wear foundation and is supposed to be hydrating. Melbourne is  in late winter right now so it's definitely suitable for this test at the moment.    The Bobbi brown brush (AUD75)    As you can see, on its stick, this one is a full coverage  face brush and is a dense one for the face with cream  products. It’s very light, weighing only 24g on a kitchen  scale, even though its gripping part looks like being  made of wood. The head of it feels soft, velvety but  still like a roly-poly toy, whose ”root” is very rooted in  its stick when you are scrabbling on your face.  In a normal makeup routine in winter, after a procedure of putting skin care products on  my face, I start with the VITAMIN ENRICHED FACE BASE which contains shea butter, vitamin  C & E (AUD 88), functioning as the extra moisturizing balm.  Once applying the foundation, it helps reduce the appearance of any pores. The right part  of the picture shows you how the brush worked.   The Real Techniques sponge and the Giorgio Armani puff   This sponge is super light, soft and elastic. It shapes like an egg so people call it a beauty  egg lol. You can use the tip of the egg to stipple on all areas of your face even though the  joint between nose and face. (it’s a tricky place, isn’t it?). However, sometimes the sponge is  the baddest stealer for your foundation among these three applicators.  By using these two(puff and sponge), in my mind, they are nearly the same for me.  However, this time I use a liquid foundation, if the foundation is dry, a sponge which can be  also watery before application will still make your coverage sheer and long-lasting.  Who wins ? !     These tools are all portable and you can just nip anyone in your handbag, but with a very  small purse if you wanna carry one applicator out, a sponge or a puff would be your better  choice. They can be squeezed into any kind of shape even jam-packed to the pocket of  your jeans lol. However, there are no delicate girls who do not bring a handbag, right? A  5.6’’L brush? No Problem!    What’s more, comparing to a puff or a sponge, It is not only blendable but also seamlessly  gives you an ultra HD face . Thousands of “hairs” of the brush head seem to respectively  carry each foundation molecule into your pore, so as to build up a flawless coverage.  Therefore, I love to use it if ever I’m going out with someone “serious” who I can’t fool with,  or to show up at an important dinner table, or I’m doing a photo shoot because it’s really  photo-friendly.

Makeup Tools I Can’t Live Without✨#CheriePartner
REAL TECHNIQUES - REAL TECHNIQUES Blush Brush My go-to brush for powder! I know it’s a blush brush but I love that it’s not too dense and is able to pick up the perfect amount of powder (AKA enough to dim any shine but not enough to completely mattify my skin). It’s also super inexpensive and can be found at most drugstores! it Cosmetics - Airbrush Dual-Ended Flawless Complexion Brush #132 My go-to brush for blush! The large side is fluffy, round and not too dense- so it applies a sheer amount of color to my cheeks and has the perfect shape for blending and buffing into the skin! It gives a super soft airbrushed effect to my blush. (I don’t really use the smaller side) NUDESTIX - NUDESTIX Blend & Buff Brush My favorite brush for bronzer/contour! The bigger side is dense and picks up a decent amount of product. The shape also allows it to “blend and buff” (LOL) bronzer into my skin without sheering it out too much into nothing. The smaller side is also perfect for contouring the nose (if that’s your thing) or for blending cream eyeshadow (what I use it for)! it Cosmetics - Airbrush Blending Crease Brush #105 The BEST brush for concealer! I know using a brush to blend in concealer is a bit controversial as I know MANY people prefer a sponge. But this brush literally airbrushes the concealer under my eyes and makes it look like I don’t have under-eye circles at all! shu uemura - Eyelash curler I don’t always curl my lashes but when I want a dramatic, long-lasting curl for every single lash, this is the one I go for! It grabs onto all my lashes and gives it a true curl. My tip is to curl three sections of the lash (once at the root, once in the middle and once at the ends) to create a real full curl like a “C” and not like an “L”.

Favourite Brushes- Real Techniques Blush Brush
I’ve raved about this brush so much, my friend @beautyblogbystef influenced me to pick it up about a month ago! It’s sooo soft and fluffy, I’ve been using it to apply my bronzer and love that it picks up a good amount of product but doesn’t pack it onto my skin. It does such a good job and is overall such a high quality brush but affordable - I’d definitely recommend picking it up!

My fav prep duo, definitely help to create flawless skin!
Today I wanna introduce my favourite duo for setting my foundation. I would never skip this step no matter how lazy I get in doing my makeup, especially summer. Otherwise the consequence for my combo-oily skin would be a totally ruined foundation after about 3-4 hours. I’ve tried some different products and here’s my favourite duo I would like to share with you. What are they? Translucent Loose Setting Powder from Laura Mercier and 204 Buffing from Real Techniques   How much does it cost and where to buy? My setting powder is in the mini size ($23), available at Sephora and Ulta. And the Buffing brush is the one I got in this brand’s flawless base set ($19.9). I’ve done a full review of this set and you are welcome to check it out in another post. Real Techniques is on sale at the website of Amazon, Ulta, Target, etc. Pretty easy to find it out.   How does it work? You just sift some powder out of the jar and put it on the lid. Make sure you do not pour too much out. Then use the brush to grab the powder: you just dip the brush in there and every single grain just gets on the bristles. You should make the powder spread more evenly by slightly shaking the brush before applying it to your face to set!   Is it worth it? Worth every penny of it! This combo make my makeup look flawless. I have really used many high end brand setting powders and this is a game changer. They really get to set everything in place and give a clean matte look which help get your foundation last all day long. A little goes a long way so it will last you quite a while.   What else you need to now? As you can see, I’ve got this mini version of setting powder so it’s easier for me to take it whenever I travel. But if you want a better deal, the larger, the better. There are also some different shades made for different skin tones. You could try them out and get your dreamy setting powder!

$9.9 | Best Powder Brush Ever
REAL TECHNIQUES - Base Powder Brush, 1 Brush I'm in love with this powder brush from Real Techniques! 💝💕💗 ⭐️ WHEN & WHY I BOUGHT IT? ⭐️ I first bought it about 5 years ago, because everyone around me recommended it. The price is super affordable, only $9.9. My friends told me like “if you need a good brush but don’t want to break your bank, buy it! “ ⭐️ HONEST REVIW⭐️ Bare in mind, so far it's the best powder brush that I have and I use it every day to set my face and neck with compact powder. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Somebody commented that the powder stays on the brush and doesn't transfer well on the face. I did not notice that. It glides over my skin smoothly, applying my powder evenly all over my face without it looking cakey. My face becomes a bit more matte after I use the brush. I don't like to put too much powder on my face and this one helps with that. Also, I washed it a lot, the durability is great. I did not have any bristles shedding. ⭐️ New VS Old⭐️ Bristles: The bristles of the new pink one is softer but flimsier. Some people may like it, but I don’t. It’s the way too soft for me. It's a challenge to apply the powder onto and into the nose crease because they have no "strength" to them. Powder flies EVERYWHERE, even when I apply the smallest amount to my brush. It’s a Disappointing Downgrade :( Handles: Beside the brush head, the new handles (straight, with plastic painted to match) are also a downgrade. The old tapered handles were much more ergonomic, and fit the hand well. The new handles are straight and almost comically large in diameter for no discernable reason (although I'd hazard a guess that it's cheaper to manufacture a more or less straight tube, rather than an hour glass shaped one.) The new handles aren't very comfortable, especially if you have small hands like me. I don't know if it's psychological, I miss the old design lol 😂 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ I bought tons of old orange colored one in case I need to change to a new one while they do not produce anymore :)

Miracle Complexion Sponge
Miracle Complexion Sponge
REAL TECHNIQUES - Miracle Complexion Sponge This blending sponge is so great for setting foundation, concealer and powder! It’s soft and helps blend the product so perfectly for a natural look. It doesn’t soak up a lot of product either so it’s not wasteful. I would definitely recommend this sponge! Also, according to my three year old niece, the color is beautiful!

Best makeup brush ever!
Best makeup brush ever!
The real techniques powder brush is seriously my favourite brush. I posted my first impression previously, but since then I have fallen more in love with it. The brush may be intimidating at first, but the large brush head does wonders. It applies bronzer effortlessly, distributes the right among of product and helps buff it out as well. The quality of the brush for the price is outstanding. If there’s one brush everyone needs in their collection this is it!!

This is a really affordable foundation brush by Real Techniques! I paid 4 dollars for it. It's a medium density duo-fiber brush that blends beautifully.

This is a great brush for applying powder bronzer and blending out contour. It’s slanted brush head perfectly fits in the contours of the face and seamlessly blends the product.

Product: Real Techniques Powder Brush Price: $9.99 Product Claims: Look pixel-perfect even in harsh light, Ultra-plush, synthetic taklon bristles are hand-cut and 100% cruelty-free, Self-standing for easy storage, Extended aluminum handle is light and easy to use Texture/Consistency: Slightly sticker brush which attracts the powder well but still soft against your skin My Thoughts on the Product: I love this brand. It's been my go to for powder and eye shadow brushes. It's very affordable and they're easy to find in store or online. The only reason I did 4 stars is because I did have one break sooner than normal once but with how affordable they are you definitely are going to find times you might have issues but overall I still love them! Recommend to Others?: Yes! This brand is very affordable and great to way to test new brush types REAL TECHNIQUES - Powder Brush
