✨ Quick 5 Min Curls ✨
I’m usually in a rush in the mornings and skip doing my hair lol. I’ve seen this easy hack everywhere and have been loving it!!! I feel so put together and like a boss whenever I do my hair lol makes me feel like I can accomplish anything! It literally is the quickest way to get curls in your hair! . 1) Put your hair in a ponytail in the middle of your head. invisibobble - The Traceless Hair Ring Original Crystal Clear has the perfect grip and never gets caught in my hair or pulls any hair out! It is so painless and if I’ve styled my hair and use this to put it up in a ponytail, it doesn’t make a crease! They do get loose after a little bit, so I have a few that I switch around and use one a day, then use another one another day, and so on so that each one can go back to its original shape. I’ve also tried heating up water in the microwave in a coffee mug and then drop these in there and they go back to their original shape! 2) Take a small section of the ponytail and wrap it around the curling wand. Repeat until you’ve done your entire ponytail. CONAIR - InfinitiPro by Tourmaline Ceramic Curling Wand is a great curling wand! Picked this up at Walgreens on sale whenever I was in high school years ago and it still works amazing! It’s really easy to use, heats up in ~30 seconds, the curls last for a couple days, and has lasted a long time! It’s normally only like $30 so it’s rather budget friendly for a heating tool and works so well! 3) Take the ponytail out (this is what mine looked like immediately after removing the ponytail). Some pieces in the front or underside might need a separate curl, I curled the two front pieces. 4) Use a leave-in conditioner or styling cream to make sure the style lasts all day and doesn’t fall. You might want to use hairspray if you really want it to last! I make sure to really work the product through my hair and it gives me some volume. ALTERNA - CAVIAR Anti-Aging Replenishing Moisture CC Cream is a good leave in cream, but it’s just the one I have open currently. It isn’t something I’d go out and purchase because it’s rather expensive. There are other cheaper alternatives that are just as good, if not better performing than this. But it does work well on wet and dry hair, prevents frizz, smells nice, and locks in the style. . #CheriePartner

DIY FLOWER CROWN + CUTE HAIRSTYLE✨
Ever since covid, I have been going on so many walks and have been wanting to make a flower crown out of all of the pretty flowers I see. I didn’t realize how easy the crowns are to DIY. The crowns look so pretty on natural hair or elegant paired with a hairdo. How to DIY crown: Supplies: - Real and fake flowers - Craft wire - Pliers To make the crown, I first shaped the fake flower stems into a circle and attached them together with craft wire. Then I attached real flowers either by using the craft wire or poking the stems into a place where they would be secure. And voila you have a flower crown that is completely customizable. How to hair style I paired it with: -I first curled my hair with CONAIR - Double Ceramic Curling Iron using a method my mom taught me. You put your hair up into a high ponytail and curl all of the ends. -Next, I parted my hair in half, horizontally. I pinned back the crown of my hair. With the remaining hair on both sides, I created two loose braids than pinned those braids in the back. -Lastly, I pulled out some strands in the front and placed the flower crown on top. This is definitely not an everyday hairstyle, but it would be super cute for photoshoots etc. P.s.: (I just started using Instagram again. Side Braids For Summer Days ☀️👩🏾
Who doesn’t love a good ol braided hairstyle when it’s just a lil too hot outside. The curls I had in my hair for a couple of days were getting a lil stale & i needed a revamp. All that built up product in my hair was PERFECT for this style. All you need is a duck bill clip, a rubber band, an elastic band (one matching your hair color preferably), a comb & and a hot tool (curls can be achieved with a curling iron or flat iron). FIRST- I section off two small parts in the front of the hair ( we will use those hairs later) to keep those two parts sectioned off I used a duck bill clip. SECOND- I combed the hairs in the back all together and put it in an elastic band so now my hair is in a side pony. Whichever side you put the money it doesn’t matter but I put mine to the left side. THIRD- I braided my hair in a regular french braid, i made it more loose so I can do my next step. EXTRA STEP: You can add a lil razzle dazzle and make it a fishtail braid. I unfortunately am not not really good so I did a french braid instead. FOURTH- I pulled apart the braid a little to make a bit more fluffy & add a lil more fanciness to the style. FIFTH- I unclip the two parts of hair in the front and I curl them with the CONAIR - Double Ceramic Curling Iron and after I curl the pieces i pull them straight and comb it so the curl isn’t as tight. & your done! That is my fav hairstyle to do, it’s QUICK & SIMPLE, idk if you can tell but I love quick things & this style does it every time. Tell me if you like or try this style!

Practicing My Wedding Hair! 👰🏻
A few days ago I shared a makeup look that will probably be very close to what I do on my wedding today. Today I’m sharing a hair look that I *think* will be my hairstyle for my “mini-mony”/“micro-wedding” that is coming up next weekend. Let me know what you think!! I followed a hair tutorial from Missy Sue. She’s one of my go-tos on YouTube for beautiful hairstyles that don’t take a ton of skill. Trust me, this looks complicated, but isn’t at all! You essentially just part your combed/brushed hair into 3 sections - a back (largest section) and one side section on each side. The back section gets braided into a basic 3-strand braid, slightly fluffed out (aka “pancaking”), and then wrapped into a braided bun. Pin in place with strong hold pins. With the two side sections, you create a lace braid (only add hair in on the side closest to your face), lay the braids across the top of the bin, pin into place with bobby pins, and lightly pull on the outer edges of the braids to make them a bit bigger (optional). Since I have long hair, I looped the ends of those 2 braids 2x and pinned them into place near the top of the bun. I then pinched and pulled to create some texture and volume on the finished look. I added 1 bridal pin that came in a 2-pack from Amazon, though I’m not sure if I’ll use it on the day of. Things I used: CONAIR - Styling Essentials Firm Hold Bobby Pins (amazing for long thiiiick hair) scünci - Conair Black Bobby Pins for All Hair Types (basic essential) #Jakawin - Wedding Peal Hair Pins[products]#[FourStars] (little cheap looking but might be cute for photos) Things that I will use next time: Texture spray (I ran out and need more!) - add prior to styling to give hair some grit + add texture Hair spray (didn’t bother because I’m just hanging at home today. Style held well without it!) - add after styling How did you wear/planning to wear your hair for your big day?! #CheriePartner

Easy Party Hairstyle Pictorial
About my hair: thiiiiick, long, wavy/curly, frizzy This style was done on same-day washed hair. I loveeeee this style, especially for summer! It’s super easy to do. The concept involves making small buns. While my pictorial involves making 3 buns, depending on your hair length you may only be able to do 2 buns. I’ve also done this style with 2 buns and it’s really cute! This style can be done regardless of your hair type. What you’ll need -heavy duty Bobby or spin pins -hairspray -comb -optional: texture spray if your hair texture is fine or slippery Steps: (Pre-step: spray texture spray throughout hair if using. Skip if not.) 1. Comb all of your hair from the front of your head towards the back. 2. Separate the section of hair near your crown. 3. Twist the hair counter-clockwise until it starts to coil. Wrap the hair around itself into a bun shape. Use your other hand to hold the bun in place while wrapping. 4. Pin the bun in place. 5. Separate the section of hair above your ears. 6. Repeat steps 3-4 to pin a second bun into place. 7. Repeat steps 3-4 to pin a third bun into place. 8. Add additional Bobby pins if needed to secure your buns and smooth hair in the front of your head. Use hairspray to lock your style into place. If your hair is shorter, this style can be done by separating your hair into 2 sections instead of 3. Accessories, like sparkly pins or clips, would look awesome with this style. My tips: Invest in some spin pins. They make buns a BREEZE. For these small buns, I only use 1 spin pin because they hold so well. goody - Hair Simple Styles Mini Spin Hair Pin are about $7-9. Heavy duty Bobby pins also work well, such as CONAIR - Styling Essentials Firm Hold Bobby Pins , which are amazing for thick hair (about $6-7). I don’t suggest using non-textured styling pins because they won’t hold this style. I used VERB - Ghost Hairspray in this pictorial, but feel free to use whatever medium or high hold hairspray you have on hand!

Leave-In conditioner for damaged hair 💆🏽‍♀️
Damaged hair can be split ends or damaged hair cuticles. When the hair cuticle develops “cracks” in it, this causes the hair strands to become brittle and prone to breakage. You can mostly tell damaged hair by its frizz and inability to be managed. For me personally, if my hair is damaged, it becomes harder to detangle and soaks up and very once of conditioner I put on it. This is why leave-in conditioners can become an essential treatment to damaged hair. 💇🏽‍♀️ Besides hair cuts & trims, what damaged hair also needs is moisture! This can be in the form of a weekly hair mask or leave-in conditioner. As someone with curly hair, my strands tend to be on the drier side, which means a leave-in is a MUST for me and people with similar hair textures. My favorite leave-in that I have been using for years, is the john masters organics - Conditioner for Dry Hair With Lavender & Avocado This is technically a regular-rinse-out conditioner (curated for dry hair), but the consistency allows me to use it as a leave-in treatment and it really does help my curls! 🌟 It’s thin enough to be used in my hair after normal washing and conditioning & creates hold in my curls without the “crunchiness” or stiffness a typical conditioner would leave behind. After washing & conditioning my hair, I flip my head down, and squeeze a hefty amount of this conditioner into my palms. Using my fingers, I rake it through curls and scrunch up to create more definition. If needed I would use myCONAIR - Detangle & Smooth Shower Comb for more definition or extra detangling if needed. I then follow up with my PACIfICA - Pineapple Swirl Curl Defining Cream to lock everything in. This conditioner leaves my hair super soft & hydrated. The ingredients are organic and non-irritating, such as Avocado 🥑 Oil for moisture and nourishment; a Lavender Oil for soothing properties, and Jojoba Seed Oil for even more moisture. I purchased the 16oz bottle from their website ($39) and it has lasted me almost 7 months. It is a bit on the pricier side, but there are 2 more sizes that can be purchased for less, if you want to give it a try. 🦋 Whats your favorite leave-in? #CheriePartner

Dealing with thick (but fine) hair! 👩🏽‍🦱
So I don’t have thick or thin hair; my hair falls somewhere in the middle of both textures. Let me explain this a bit deeper… ☝🏽 Technically speaking, my hair is “thick” because I naturally have a lot of hair. However, my hair strands are fine making my hair feel “thinner” than it actually is. So I have thin/thick texture lol And this isn’t necessarily uncommon. 😁😁 So how do deal with with this? Well for starters, I use products in my hair that are moisturizing but have a lighter consistency. Products formulated with high concentrations of heavy ingredients (shea butter, castor oil, coconut oil, etc..) tend to weigh my hair down and I can’t achieve the bouncy/fluffy curly look that shapes my face well. 💇🏽‍♀️ 💛 fav products for this: - john masters organics - Conditioner for Dry Hair With Lavender & Avocado - SheaMoisture - Sacha Inchi Oil Omega-3-6-9 Rescue & Repair Curl Defining Smoothie Both are extremely hydrating but aren’t heavy and don’t weigh my curls down! 🥳 ✨ Shampoos are usually okay because they get washed out, so I will sometimes opt in for a creamier shampoo to make sure my hair is still getting proper hydration. Now for styling tools - I bounce between using a Wet brush - Original Detangler and Wide Tooth Comb. My favorite as of recently is my wide tooth comb; I just keep coming back to it. I currently use the CONAIR - Detangle & Smooth Shower Comb to detangle my hair in the shower and to distribute product through out my strands. This process ensures ALL of my hair is being hydrated and covered. When my hair is dry, I use a hair pick such the CONAIR - Grooming Large Hair Pick Color Dip to give my hair more volume. I will usually do this on 1st day hair after it has completely dried. My 2nd day hair is always voluminous and little-no volumizing is required to achieve fluffier hair. These processes is what helps me with my hair type! Would love to know what you do if you have similar hair texture. Drop your comments below :)

Conair True Glow Facial Kit (NOT Listed)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars out of 5 Conair True Glow Facial Kit Really good face cleaning tool! ✨The purpose of this product is to deep cleanse your face, get all that makeup still hidden underneath and get rid of any excess oil, if you use the right cleanser for it. 🛑 It targets it’s purpose of deep cleaning again if you use the right cleanser. It may not be fancy with extra tools but it does do it’s job of getting in the skin. 💎 It is not harsh on the skin at all, it does have two different speeds, I never use the fast speed because I don’t know how will I need to use it when I want the product to get in my skin really good ! 🗝My Experience with this tools has been nothing but great! I loved it since day one, since I don’t use it every day I use it once every two weeks since I do have other products to clean my skin but this is my only tool so far and I have only had it for a couple of months, what got to me was the price and the brand and that I needed to try a tool at least a cheap one to start! Do I like it?: 👍🏼 yes I like it very much since I’ve first tried it because it’s not harsh it’s actually delicate and gets the product in my skin! Do I recommend this product?: 👍🏼👍🏼 yes, even one my friends bought it because she needed to try it out, I believe when you want to try a certain type of product don’t settle for the cheapest or for the most expensive! Just something that will do it’s job and then you can get fancy with other ones. Is the product worth it?: 👍🏼👍🏼 yes for $15 at Walmart? It was a good price and comes with extra two replacement ones ? Good deal! Don’t regret it, sleep good at night knowing I spent $15 on a good product !

True Glow Makes my Skin Glow
True Glow Makes my Skin Glow
I started using the Conair true glow facial brush to help remove dirt and make up from my face. At first I was a little skeptical because my whole life I’ve been washing my face with my hands or a washcloth and I was worried about irritation from the device. What I liked about this facial brush was that it had three speed settings so I could decide what was safe for my face. Having sensitive skin, I prefer to use the low setting and find it gets the same job done as a medium setting. I also thought it was great that I could take it in shower and use the cleanser of my choice. True Glow Comes with two facial cleansing brushes and a charging stand and costs about $45. This is a lot less expensive than some of the other facial brushes out on the market. Since using this device I have noticed a significant difference in the size of my pores. They have diminished in size and my skin is feeling softer than ever! Being in my 50’s has caused major changes in my skin. It is drier and the texture is tougher. This system has really helped make my skin softer and brighter. I couldn’t be happier. Overall I give this five stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it is easy to use and effective. Great product Conair. 👍👍CONAIR - True Glow Sonic Facial Beauty Kit
