This is a scale of colours that I’ve curated through research of the 1920s. The shades are exact colour matches of real 1920s makeup colours. Lipstick: RUSSIAN Red by MAC. My favourite MAC lipsticks! 😍
Hey everyone! Who doesn’t love a good staple Mac lipstick? MAC lipsticks are known worldwide and have been a popular choice among many makeup enthusiasts and makeup artists for years now- so I thought I would talk about my favourite lip colours in the collection. I have 18 altogether, but I am talking about my favourite 6 shades. All lipsticks have different formulas and wearing power- my preferable formula being matte. They also have a retro matte formula, a satin, amplified, amplified creme, creme sheen, lustre and frost. It depends on your personal preference if you like more sheer, opaque or glossy formulas so I’m glad they offer this option. MAC lipsticks in NZ used to be $40 which quite pricey, especially for an artist wanting to fill up their makeup kitthey have dropped their price $5 cheaper, down to $35 which seems a little bit more affordable. I get mine from Farmers which is a retail store in NZ, but you can also buy them from any MAC store, Smith & Caugheys or Mecca Maxima/Mecca Cosmetica. My most recent purchase and probably my most favourite would be the new love me lipstick in the shade shamelessly vain. I’m wearing it in the last pic attached. I saw a post on Insta with models wearing the shade for a makeup shoot and I was obsessed! I had to buy it. It’s a beautiful orangey red shade that is super pigmented and would suit all skin tones. I think it looks amazing when I wear a fake tan! The next lipstick is brave. It used to be my favourite back in the day, it’s the one I wore in all my old YouTube videos! When the whole Kylie Jenner dark nude lips when around, this is when I brought this shade! It’s a satin formula. The next colour is Candy yum yum which is a matte formula! It’s super bright and daring, perfect for a night out or if you want to feel extra glam. I think this looks amazing with blonde hair- you’ll literally feel like a barbie 🙊 The next colour is lady danger which is quite a popular colour in the whole MAC lipstick collection. It’s similar to shamelessly vain but is more of a true red and has no orange undertones to it. It’s the perfect bright pin up red lipstick and is a matte formula. The next colour is Diva which is a matte formula- you can start to see the trend in me loving matte finishes! I find it lasts longer and doesn’t slide around as easily. I don’t find them too drying either, and it’s perfect to add a gloss on top of. This dark vampy colour is the perfect winter/autumn colour and I always used to get compliments when I wear a dark red/purple. The last colour is the perfect light nude shade! It is called blankety which is an amplified formula. This suits any thing you wear & looks great with a slightly darker lip liner. Who doesn’t want a staple nude in their collection?! That was the end of my MAC lipstick review! Let me know what shade you like the look of the most and let me know your current favourite shades in the comments! 😍❤️ MAC - MAC Matte Lipstick MAC - Amplified Lipstick MAC - MAC Satin Lipstick

CHANEL SPRING 2021 RUNWAY INSPIRED MAKEUP✨
I rarely do a smoky eye because I think it washes me out but the Chanel spring/summer 2021 runway makeup only had the smoky eye on the top of their lid. I thought I would try it out to see how it would look on me. Working with black shadows can be a nightmare but here’s how I pulled off the look with no fallout. Products used: got2b - Göt2b Ultra Glued Invincible Styling Gel MAC - Pro Longwear Paint Pot Eyeshadow in soft ochre RIMMEL - Scandaleyes Shadow Stick in black mail pretty VULGAR - Nightingale Eyeshadow Palette Rare Beauty - Liquid Touch Weightless Foundation CHANEL - ULTRA LE TEINT Ultrawear All-Day Comfort Flawless Finish Foundation NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer benefit - Watt’s Up! Cream Highlighter laura mercier - Translucent Pressed Setting Powder MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - O!Mega Bronzer Perfect Bronzer ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dewy Set Setting Spray Coconut Vanilla NYX - Slim Lip Pencil How I recreated the look: -First I preppedmy skin with moisturizer and primer -then I went in with the hair gel and brushed my brow hairs upwards as the models brows appeared -I primed my lids with some the paint pot. This product is slightly sticky but used with cream products it works really well to blend out. This product also ensures your look will last all day with no creasing. - I applied the eyeshadow stick on my lids with a flat crease brush. This product is pigmented and super creamy so it is easy to work with. The tip is very large and works well to cover lid space. The only thing is this product can be hard to sharpen because of its size. -To smoke out the liner a used the shade ‘after midnight.’ It is a grayish black matte shade which matched perfect to the inspiration because their eyeshadow didn’t appear to be really black. This shadows was smooth and didn’t create any harsh/ uneven blending. -next I went in with a mixture of the two foundations for a dewy finish as it appears the models have very dewy skin. -next I added some concealer under my under eyes to brighten up the area -I used benefits what’s up highlighter to highlight my cheekbones, down the bridge of my nose, my brow bone, and the inner corner of my eyes -next I set my face with powder. -I lightly contoured and set the make up with setting spray -I applied some mascara to my top and bottom lashes -lastly I lined and filled in my lips I think the end results turned out similar to how the models looked. I like it because the face and the lips are very clean and the eyes are the makeup focus. This a great way to incorporate a smoky eye into your makeup look as it only is intense on the top of the eyes. Lots of mascara on the lower lash line balances out the look. #CheriePartner

WHITE SUGAR SKULL MAKEUP 💀🤍
The inspiration behind this look was obviously a skeleton but I wanted to create a brighter look opposed to the dark/scary skeleton normally portrayed. Products used: -MAC - MAC Powder Blush this contour shade appears cool toned but applies warm. It can be a little chalky so make sure to have a smooth powdered surface when using - MAYBELLINE - Cover Stick Concealer I like this concealer because of its creamy texture. It’s is super easy to work with and blends well. I used a small lip liner brush to apply this. These sticks are perfect for Halloween makeup and color correction. - NYX - White Liquid Liner This eyeliner is super bright and is not drying - NYX - Slim Lip Pencil This lip liner is very pigmented so I applied light handed to get a softer shade. It is a little harder to blend out so be careful where you apply the liner to How to: I first applied my face makeup as usual and used the contour shade to warm up my cheeks, and temples. Then I used the white concealer and marked out the spider web on my forehead, circled around my eyes, and mouth markings. I also used the concealer as a lipstick and to create a skull nose. Next, I used the brown eyeliner to create dimension on the mouth/nose markings and the white eyeliner to create highlights on some of the white areas. I used pearls I found at Michaels and glued them on with white eyelash glue. For the eye makeup, I used the contour shade in the crease and the white concealer on the lids and set with powder. Lastly, I applied false lashes. I created this look awhile back and remember it being really quick to recreate. Also, my skill level is not that high so it is defiantly achievable for beginners with the right products. #CheriePartner

“RAIN ON ME” HAIR & MAKEUP 🌧 #CheriePartner
Every since I bought white liquid eyeliner I’ve been wanting to recreate this look Ariana Grande wore in the “Rain on Me” music video. Both the hair and makeup are a lot easier than it looks. Hair I slept with my hair in a braid to make my straight hair have a wavy texture I than took random sections of my hair and used BURT’S BEES - Burt’s Bees Concealer to “lighten” sections Lastly, I used a brush and an old halloween eyeshadow pallet to color sections of my hair purple. Her hair is probably purple clip-in extensions but this will do the trick. Makeup For the eyes, I first lined my eyes with bellápierre COSMETICS - bellápierre Cosmetics Gel Eye Liner on both lash lines. Than I used stila - Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner and created a thin, long wing. Next, I appliedNYX - White Liquid Liner underneath the black pencil liner on my lower lash line, extended it to underneath the wing and lastly creating an outline just above my crease. I stopped the liner at the inner corner. Lastly, I applied some mascara and curled my lashes. For the lips, I used BECCA - Glow Lip Gloss and over lined my lips with MAC - MAC Lip Pencil . #CheriePartner

Blotchy Foundation? We Don’t Know Her 🤪
The key to to a flawless foundation always, always starts with the base! Ive foundation what helps me get super-smooth application is hydration. When my skin’s hydrated, everything smooths and layers on like butter. 🌸 Warning: it’s extremely thick! So if you don’t like thick/heavy moisturizer, this is not for you. But I’ve found this to be the best moisturizer for under my foundation. COSRX - Hyaluronic Acid Intensive Cream 🌸 After letting my moisturizer sink into my skin for 2-10 minutes (depending on how much time I have lol), I smooth this gal on. This is a new product by Too Faced btw! I just started using it and love it so far. And it smells like heavennnnnnn. Too Faced - Plump & Prime Face Plumping Primer Serum 🌸 Then I smooth this all-time fave on areas of my face that get super oily, like my t-zone and center cheeks. smashbox - Photo Finish Foundation Primer 🌸 Okay, I know opinions on this brand/foundation are polarizing and some people swear it’s the worst for your skin! But I SWEAR by this foundation lol. I’ve been using it since I was 15 and I’ve never found anything that compares. It is heavy and full coverage, but that’s what I like :). I apply it with a wet beauty blender. MAC - Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15 Foundation 🌸 This one’s a no-brainer! A holy grail! tarte - Shape Tape Concealer 🌸 I actually use this as a spot concealer around my face for any imperfections poking through. Another product I’ve been using for years. It’s so creamy and amazing!!! MAYBELLINE - Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer 🌸 I cannot live without this thing. I spray it all over my face after I finish the wet part of my routine and it melts everything together. MAC - Prep + Prime Fix+ Primer and Setting Spray, Original Soothing Herbal 🌸 I LOVE this eye powder!!!! I do have to say, it’s REALLY white. But I have super dark circles under my eyes and love that super light under eye look. I use a dry baby beauty blender for this one. laura mercier - Secret Brightening Powder for Under Eyes 🌸 I have really big pores that poke through everything and anything and this powder is literally the only thing that hides ‘em. It gives me the illusion of smooth skin while setting my makeup to last all day long. I know this sounds crazy, but I apply it with the same damp beauty blender I used for my foundation, just the clean side of it. Idk how or why, but it works! laura mercier - Translucent Loose Setting Powder 🌸 Best setting spray in the UNIVERSE!!! MORPHE - Continuous Setting Mist

Old Hollywood Vintage Makeup 🎞 📽🖤
Hey Cherie Sisters! Happy Friday Eve! ⚠️ First of all, I just want to say that I DO NOT condone smoking at all ⛔️ 🚬 🚫 ⚠️ I just used it as a prop because cigarettes are always seen in old Hollywood films and I wanted to add an extra oomph to the theme. 😜 I looked at “60s makeup” for inspiration. The 60s eye makeup emphasized the crease with dramatic winged liner and huge eyelashes. They stuck to neutral colors on the eyes and pair it with a peach or light pink lips. The beauty mark that Marilyn Monroe had was also popular. I used my MAC eyeshadows for this look because was feeling nostalgic. MAC eyeshadows were my favorite. I remember that I only bought MAC eyeshadows and used them religiously. Using them again reminded me of how pristine MAC eyeshadows are. They were so pigmented, easy to work with and blended beautifully. I seriously fell in love all over again. To achieve this look, I used: 1) MAC Embark which is an intense reddish-brown shade to define the crease. I used a smudger brush (Morphe M508) 2) I stamped MAC Soft Brown on top of Embark for that transition look. 3) Using my Wayne Goss 20 brush, I blended both colors together 4) I cut my crease using Tarte Shape tape then applied MAC Dazzlelight and Nylon on the lids 5) I used an angled eyeliner brush and a gel liner to draw a dramatic wing. I would suggest gel liner over liquid for more precision and drama 6) I applied MAC Soft Brown and Embark on the lower lash. 7) Use a white eyeliner to tight line. I used Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Exit then use MAC Gesso (matte white eyeshadow) to intensify 8) Emphasize those lashes with falsies! I used House of Lashes in the style Bouidoir Lite 9) Apply lots of mascara on the bottom lash. Use falsies for bottom lashes to emphasize the look however, this step is optional 10) Channel your inner Marilyn Monroe and add that beauty marked. 11) For lips, I used KVD Vegan Beauty Liquid Lipstick in Lovecraft then topped it with Marc Jacobs Enamored Gloss in the shade Rah Rah!. A bold red lip would work too! 12) Enjoy! I hope you recreate this look and would love to see your finished look! 🤞 What is your favorite makeup era? Francesca 💋 #CheriePartner

5 min eye look to make your eyes pop!
Bring out your eye color and make your eyes the center of attention with two products! My eyes are my favorite feature and I love to make them pop even more and make them the focus of my makeup look. I have light brown eyes with a bit of a hazel in them (thx mom and dad) and pairing the correct eyeshadow color can really make them pop! WHAT I USE: A burnt brown shadow. Something orange/red based to bring the green out in my eyes. My go to is Brownscript from MAC. I take a fluffy blending brush and blend the shadow all over my lid. Very simple and quick. MAC - MAC Matte Eyeshadow To further make eyes pop and make my eyes appear bigger, I take a white or nude color eyeliner and line my bottom water line. This instantly draws even more attention to my eyes. If you want a more dramatic look then stick with the white, but to keep it more subtle stick with a nude color liner. I like to use the fenty pencil eyeliner. FENTY BEAUTY - Flypencil Longwear Pencil Eyeliner What if you don’t have brown eyes? Blue eyes - orange based browns and orange shadows! Green eyes - red tone shadows! Hazel eyes - red based browns! #cheriecreator

Cure for Bad Day = Bright Lipstick!
I woke up in a funk today. I think months of nowhere to go, working from home and homeschooling have finally gotten to me. Plus yesterday I got dragged into someone else’s drama and that left me feeling uneasy and made it hard to sleep. So I did not want to get out of bed this morning. But I did. And to help cheer myself up, I put on a nice bright shade of lipstick. I am wearing Mac Lustre Lipstick in Lustering. These are $19 at Ulta, though I think my exact shade may be discontinued. It’s a light, creamy formula that goes on with a nice bright pigment. It really is a nice pick me up for a bad day.

EVERYDAY SOFT GLAM MAKEUP
I love a soft glam look when i am going out during the day. I and this one is super simple. After i prime, color correct, and fill in my brows I like to put powder on before i put on my foundation and let it bake while i am applying my eyeshadow. It helps to absorb oils from my skin and keep my skin looking oil free throughout the day. I use laura mercier - Translucent Loose Setting Powder in Deep. I used SEPHORA COLLECTION - Make No Mistake Foundation & Concealer Stick to prime my eyes. I like this concealer for my eyeshadow primer because it is thick and pigmented so a little goes a long way to make my eyeshadow pop. For my eyeshadow I’m only using 2 colors. My CROP - Bio Metal Eyeshadow in guilded on my lid and the color “Busted” from the #Urban Decay - Naked 2 Palette[products]#[FiveStars] in my crease. These 2 colors together give me a subtle glow. Im using mascara and edge brush as eyeliner because I ran out. I just rub the brush on the mascara applicator and then apply and I used the same mascara for my lashes. I used tarte - Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara I useLANCÔME - Teint Idole Ultra Long Wear Foundation in 530 Suede C. I used #IL Makiage - F*ck I’m Flawless Multi-use Perfecting Concealer[products]#[FourStars] in shade 14.5 and L'ORÉAL - Infallible Full Wear Waterproof Concealer in 440 Truffle to contour I used nyx NYX - Strobe of Genius Illuminating Palette to highlight Set with MAC - Prep + Prime Fix+ Primer and Setting Spray Matte Finish i like to set before i apply my contour and highlight and after to help with oil. And to complete the look i use my favorite nine lipstick MAC - MAC Lustre Lipstick in the shade Hug Me. #CheriePartner

Declutter With Me! POWDER HIGHLIGHTER 💖✨
What I’m Keeping: MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Highlight Face Powder in Soft & Gentle This is a classic, classic highlighter. It’s the product that made me fall in love what highlighter. The shade is a perfect champagne color that works for my skin tone whether I’m super pale or tanner over the summer. It adds the perfect wash of shimmery champagne to my cheeks and builds up from a sheer wash of color to a blinding highlight perfect for a night out. flesh - Flesh to Flesh Highlighting Powder in Jump This is my favorite “no shimmer” highlighter. The formula is just so smooth that when applied to the cheeks, you look like you applied a cream or balm highlight- not a powder! The shade is also a beautiful champgne color that goes with almost every single look and it also looks stunning on the tops of the shoulders, collarbones, and even down the legs if you’re feeling extra! FENTY BEAUTY - Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Mean Money/Hustla Baby I love that this highlighter comes with a more subtle shade, actually quite similar to Flesh Beauty’s where it’s zero shimmer and all shine, and a more blingy shade that has a little more shimmer and pigment. It’s perfect for customizing your glow and both look beautiful on the lids too! DIOR - BACKSTAGE Glow Face Palette This is just such a classic product too- I love all four shades on the cheeks and on the eyes as eyeshadow! The lightest gold shade has a little more shimmer and sparkle than the rest, which also makes it a beautiful eyeshadow topper! The other shades are smoother and with less shimmer, they look creamy on the skin instead. What I’m Decluttering: BECCA - Limited Edition Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter It’s a super unique shade in that it looks gold under most lighting but sometimes flashes a peachy pink. It’s hard to apply this as a blush because the gold looks off on the cheeks but using it as a highlighter and having it flash peachy pink so high on the cheekbones is weird too. Lovely formula and shade but it just isn’t functional for my style of makeup. COLOURPOP - Gimme More Highlighter Palette I remember obsessing over this highlighting palette when it first came out, but overtime and after trying so many more powder highlighters, I just feel like I’ve found better shades. The formula is still buttery and beautiful but I honestly just use one shade from this palette (Top row, middle pan) and I have found a similar shade elsewhere (MAC Soft & Gentle).

HOW I CONTOUR & HIGHLIGHT MY NOSE
I love using makeup to transform my features into what I think best suits my face. I like to contour my nose to appear slimmer and a tad bit shorter. I usually use powders to contour, but when I really want to make a difference, I will used liquid products as well. Photo 1: no nose contour/highlight Photo 2: liquid contour/highlight Photo 3: powder contour/highlight Photo 4: finished results Products used & how: Liquid contour- When contouring, you want to stick to shades that are cool-toned (no orange-y). You can use concealers, contour sticks, or even foundations. I chose to use MILANI - Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation + Concealer . I dabbed the product on with a small stippling brush and blended it out well with a small blending brush. I chose to apply this product down the sides of my nose and “circling” the tip of my nose. Liquid highlight- with your highlighter shade you want to choose something much lighter for contrast and to really make the shadows stand out. I chose Too Faced - Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Concealer and applied it with a small precision eyeliner brush. I blended out the product with a small blending brush. I applied this product down the bridge of my nose and on the tip of my nose. Powder contour- with powder contour, you want to stick to cool toned shades as well. This step is too set your liquid products you just used. I chose to use the cool toned shade in smashbox - Step-By-Step Contour Kit . I blended it out with a small blending brush. Powder highlight-I used MAC - MAC x Patrickstarrr Setting Powder on the outer edges of the nose and applied it with a beauty sponge. This created the illusion of a slimmer nose. I also applied MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Highlight Face Powder down the center of my nose and on the tip. This also creates the same illusion. These are the products and techniques that work well for my nose. Also, I did break my nose on the left side so it is slightly crooked but I have a hard time correcting the breakage. (I have a light medium- skin tone for reference) #CherieCreator

CONQUERING CONTOURING 🏆
Here’s how I sculpt the structure of my face on a daily basis! Step 1: I apply a thin layer of foundation to my whole face. I use the TOM FORD - Traceless Foundation Stick - this foundation is full coverage, and leaves my skin looking so flawless. However, I’m not a fan at how much the base moves on my face. I have to use quite a lot of setting powder and spray to keep it in place. Step 2: I take a dark foundation stick and apply it to my jawline, cheek bones, the sides of my nose as well as the top of my forehead. I use the L.A. Girl - Bronzer Velvet Contour Stick - I love this product. It’s the perfect consistency and spreads so nicely around your face, blending in flawlessly. Step 3: I take concealer and apply this beneath my eyes, my chin and along the bridge of my nose. I use the MAYBELLINE - Super Stay Full Coverage Under-Eye Concealer - I’m obsessed with this concealer and have been using it for years! It’s not too dry on the face and isn’t too thick either. Step 4: BLEND BLEND BLEND BLEND!!! 🥳 I make sure to blend in an upward direction especially with the darker contour lines. Step 5: I apply translucent setting powder just under my cheek bones. I let it sit for a couple of minutes and then wipe it off with a blush brush. I use the #Yardley - Loose Translucent Powder[products]#[FiveStars] - this is a great product and holds my makeup so well! Step 6: I then apply highlighter to my upper cheek bones, the tip of my nose and above my Cupid’s bow. I use the MAC - Extra Dimension Skinfinish Highlighter it’s so stunning and soooo shiny! Definitely a must have! And that’s it! 💛 I hope you learnt something on how to conquer contouring! 🥺 Paula x

You Can Make Your Face Look Slimmer Without Any Cosmetic Surgery!
My face is round face, but the angle of mandible is a little obvious, which makes me very distressed sometimes. Because there is a lot of flesh on the face, it would appear fatter, and the obvious angle of mandible sometimes appears to be older. This requires me to do some extra work when I make up.   MAC - Extra Dimension Skinfinish Highlighter #Double Gleam $33   This is the secret weapon I just discovered. With MAC Double-Gleam Extra Dimension Skinfinish, I don't need any cosmetic surgery to make my facial contour more beautiful. This product is light gold with a nice metallic sheen and yellow undertones.   This product of MAC is also very worth buying. It adds the perfect glow to skin. The liquid-powder highlighter, with prismatic reflections, is designed to sculpt and highlight your face, leaving a luminous, well-defined finish.  What's more, the creamy powder formula lasts up to 10 hours, which could last for a long time without any makeup.   This product is really kind for everyone. Double-Gleam was richly pigmented but could easily be sheered out or used with a less dense brush for a more moderate glow. The consistency was soft and smooth, so it was easy to apply and work with on the face to highlight on cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose, and so forth.   My steps are generally three. The first step is to gently sweep up the highlight next to the hairline of the forehead, which is near the end of the eyebrows, and this can make the face fuller. The second step is the very important part, nose, highlight the upper part of your nose according to your own shape. Finally, the lower part of the face. A little bit on the chin, this will make your face look a lot slimmer.   It is also very friendly to novices who are just learning makeup, because this product will not be pressed to the face all at once, so even if you make a mistake, there will be room for modification.

Makeup Stays All Day? This Come helps👍🏽
Why do we need setting spray? Whether you have oily or dry skin, summer’s heat and humidity can get the best of every complexion. On a hot, humid day it isn’t easy keeping your makeup on your face. Your commute to the office or evening on a patio usually ends in smudged eyeliner and melting foundation—even your powder blush isn’t safe from smearing. The solution for any sweaty situation this summer: A setting spray. A setting sprays can hydrate your skin without making it appear shiny, and you can use it to prep, set and refresh your makeup throughout the day. MAC - MAC Prep + Prime Fix+ Finishing Mist $29 This cult favorite is one of the O.G.s of makeup-setting sprays. It not only does this makeup spritz have a no-budge hold on your makeup, but it also comes in five different variations, including hydrating coconut and calming lavender, to fit your skin's mood of the day.  Benefits: ● Sets makeup and refreshes skin ● Sets and improves wear of makeup for 12 hours ● Provides allover immediate hydration ● Dermatologist tested ● Ophthalmologist tested ● Non-acnegenic When I first started using MAC products, I tried products based on popularity. Everything I saw that was raved about by MAC, was first on my list. This was the #1 products I heard people talking about. I was skeptical, like so many others, but I tried it and instantly fell in love. I personally use this to sandwich in my makeup. I moisturize, prime, spray Fix+, apply my makeup, then spray Fix+ again to set it. I have really dry skin when the season changes, so this is great for adding moisture. It doesn't take much for my makeup to look "cakey". If I spend a little too much time buffing product into my skin, then conceal and powder, it can add up quickly. It doesn't take much product on my skin to really build up. This is great in those cases. Even if you maybe applied a little too much powder, spraying this will take away some of the dryness and buildup. I also have to rave about the packaging. I've been using it for months now, and every time I've sprayed it, it has been a consistent, light mist. You never have to worry about large drops of the product hitting your skin to create patchy areas. It's always consistent and solid. It also locks for travel, so it won't spill out in your bag. This is also great for intensifying the color of your eyeshadow and refreshing your skin and makeup throughout the day!

Smudging/Smoky Waterline Eyeliner Tips and Tools
There were many times where I would avoid putting eyeliner on my waterline, because I felt like it didn’t suit the shape of my eye. Recently, I started to explore more and MAN I changed my mind after applying a smoky effect to it. Let’s help you achieve a smoky waterline! 1. Applying Eyeliner Choose your eyeliner. A creamy eyeliner that takes a couple of seconds to set by itself later on is preferable. Line your waterline (the part of the skin that is close to your eyeball. Here are my favorites in black: FENTY BEAUTY - Flypencil Longwear Pencil Eyeliner PAT McGRATH LABS - Permagel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil 3CE - Super Slim Waterproof Eyeliner 2. Use A Good Brush and Powder to Smudge A proper tool and a well pigmented eyeshadow will help you achieve the best results. I use a micro-sized pencil brush or smudging brush like these: MORPHE - M515 Detail Crease SIGMA - E21 Smudge Brush And I also use ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette in the shade Noir(Black) Take your brush and apply a small amount of shadow onto the areas where you placed your eyeliner. Begin applying it with back and forth motions or circular motions. The idea is to increase the width of your eyeliner without creating harsh lines. The eyeshadow and blending will help you with two things: Set your eyeliner in place Diffuse the color outwards from your eye, thus creating more depth Slowly build up the color to your liking. 3. Reapply if needed. As you start blending, you may notice some pigment comes off the waterline. This is normal. Just reapply your eyeliner again and you should be good to go! TIPS: Have some MAC - MAC Prep + Prime Fix+ Finishing Mist on hand in case everything sets and it seems like it’s not budging anywhere. Spray some on your brush and tap it into the areas that need fixing and begin blending afterwards. It should be moveable again. BE LIGHT-HANDED. It’s easier to apply more product than to take away. Happy Smudging! Remember practice makes perfect! ❤️

Everyday lipsticks! 💄
Since I
Everyday lipsticks! 💄 Since I was in highschool, the one beauty thing that I felt was most important was lippies. Lipbalms, liptints, lipsticks or lipgloss really made a difference back then, it was all about red rosy lips 🙌🏻 I can call it for an addiction maybe, because it’s still the same for me now 😅 These are a few of the lipsticks that I tend to reach out to a lot. Third picture is a swatch ❤️

✨My skin type is Dry with a little T-zone action, sensitive, medium in skin tone✨ MAC Prep+Prime Fix It was a hot summer day in Vegas and I had a perfect face of makeup that needed some help ASAP, it was dry, my face was dry and my makeup was cracking. This product came to my rescue, my girlfriend had a purse size bottle in her bag, whipped it out and gave my face a spritz! Viola! My face was back to life. This smells amazing and I love spraying this on my face (with or with out makeup) for a refresher. It dries perfectly and won’t be sticky or ruin your makeup. Be sure to hold this a fair distance to ensure it offers a mist to your face and not a squirt. The price is right and I recommend this to girls who live in dry areas and need their makeup refreshed.
