He want that cake cake cake 🍰 🎂
Hey Cherie Fam! 🍒
I attempted to do a Christmas look today with the cake palette from Glamlite, but I failed miserably. I used the shade “red velvet” thinking it would be red, but it turned out to be a fuchsia. My lids are supposed to be green, but it turned out to be teal so now this look turned to be a cotton Candy look 😢
Anyway, this is a great rainbow palette 🌈 but if you’re looking for a true red, there isn’t a shade in here. The shimmers aren’t a true green either. It’s not exactly primary colors of a rainbow palette, but I love the formula.
To achieve this look, I used:
1️⃣ Red velvet and packed it all over the crease then I blended it
2️⃣ I grabbed a smaller brush and dipped in to cranberry to blend the edges of red velvet
3️⃣ I cut my crease and packed avocado all over my lid. This shade is from the burger slider palette
4️⃣ I placed cinnamon on my inner corner
5️⃣ Red velvet, cranberry and raspberry on the lower lash
6️⃣ Mascara and falsies. I used house of lashes in demure lite
Check out out my Instagram because I’m doing 12 days of Christmas. I will be posting a look everyday until Christmas.
Happy holidays all!
Xoxo,

My Favorite Falsies! 👑 ✨ 💖
I am OBSESSED with falsies! This is going to sound extra, but I honestly feel like a different woman when I put them on. They complete a makeup look and can make it go from 0-100. They are an essential part of opening your eyes and enhancing the best features of your eyes. You can go for natural ones, dramatic, attention grabbing and whatever mood you’re feeling! In fact, I love them so much that I actually used to invest in lash extensions.
I have been using falsies since I was in high school so I have experienced good falsies and bad ones too. I have almond shaped eyes and I understand that it could be overwhelming to find the right falsies for your eye shape...this is one of the reasons why I LOVE House of Lashes. They have an eye shape guide and recommend which lash styles are best for you.
My top three favorite lashes from this brand are:
Au Naturale, Bouidoir Lite and Demure Lite.
1) Au Naturale
I go for these often. They are wearable for any occasion. This gives a “your lash but better guide”. I also use this when I create a dramatic look, but don’t want to over power it with lashes.
2) Boudoir Lite
This has a dense center. They are dramatic, but soft enough. I go for these when I go out
3) Demure Lite
These are also soft and more on the natural side with an oomph. This helps open my eyes and emphasize any eye look.
House of lashes are a bit on the mid range price. However, ELF and Ardell are also my fav falsies that are on the affordable side. My favorite “your lashes, but better” falsies is the Ardell Wispies. These look sooo natural! I use it as an alternative to my Au Naturale. Another falsies that I always grab for especially if I want the attention stealing is the ELF Social Butterfly. These are faux mink lashes and did I mention they are $3?! Ardell and ELF are very affordable, but HOL falsies are much easier to apply so if you’re a beginner, I would suggest you invest in HOL. It’s worth it! Lashes can be reused 15+ times depending on how you care for them.
Here are my quick step by step for falsies:
1) Measure the lashes to your eyes and cut to your desired length. Most falsies are large so always measure it to your eye first.
2) For easier application, grab one of those lash glues with wand. Apply extra glue on the corners of the lashes because these tend to come off easily
3) Wait 30 seconds for the glue to become tacky then grab your tweezers to apply falsies closest to your lash line.
4) Hold it until it is fully glued to your natural lashes
5) This step is optional, but apply mascara to diffuse your falsies to your natural lashes. This will give you a natural result
6) Apply eyeliner or use a dark eyeshadow to hide the lash band.
7) Voila! Then enjoy!
It took me a while to get this down. I’ve been applying eyelashes for more than 10 years and even to this day, I’m still not the best at it. Just keep practicing!

Beauty Bay 🌙 X NikkieTutorials
Happy new year 🎆🎈🎊
I finally tried NikkieTutorials’s collab with Beauty Bay. I actually wanted to go for a neutral and softer look today so I used the browns and beautiful duo chrome shimmers in this palette. I love the formula! Mattes were so pigmented and easy to blend. The shimmers are beautiful and packs a punch. I put the shade “all in” on my lower lash and was going for a little halo but it was so pigmented. This palette is not bad for $30 USD. The palette comes with 20 shades, 2 mirrors (one is is magnified) and a beautiful sturdy packaging. The pans are also huge.
BEAUTY BAY - Nikkietutorials x Beauty Bay Pressed Pigment Palette
For this eye look I used:
• Mila on the crease. I wanted this to be blown up so I extended pretty close to my brow bone
• 5 am on the outer crease, creating a V shape
• Basic Trut to soften the edges of mila and 5 am
• I applied NYX glitter primer to prep my lids for shimmer. This will give more impact
NYX - Glitter Primer
• I applied underground on the mid lid and Mr. Tutorials on the inner corner
• Ivy on the inner corner
• Mila on the lower lash then layer with 5 am on the outer lower lash
• All- in in the mid lower lash for a halo look
• Winged liner and mascara. I used Stila Stay all day and Lilly triple X mascara
• Optional but I added falsies. I used HoL in Au Naturale

Old Hollywood Vintage Makeup 🎞 📽🖤
Hey Cherie Sisters!
Happy Friday Eve!
⚠️ First of all, I just want to say that I DO NOT condone smoking at all ⛔️ 🚬 🚫 ⚠️ I just used it as a prop because cigarettes are always seen in old Hollywood films and I wanted to add an extra oomph to the theme. 😜
I looked at “60s makeup” for inspiration. The 60s eye makeup emphasized the crease with dramatic winged liner and huge eyelashes. They stuck to neutral colors on the eyes and pair it with a peach or light pink lips. The beauty mark that Marilyn Monroe had was also popular.
I used my MAC eyeshadows for this look because was feeling nostalgic. MAC eyeshadows were my favorite. I remember that I only bought MAC eyeshadows and used them religiously. Using them again reminded me of how pristine MAC eyeshadows are. They were so pigmented, easy to work with and blended beautifully. I seriously fell in love all over again.
To achieve this look, I used:
1) MAC Embark which is an intense reddish-brown shade to define the crease. I used a smudger brush (Morphe M508)
2) I stamped MAC Soft Brown on top of Embark for that transition look.
3) Using my Wayne Goss 20 brush, I blended both colors together
4) I cut my crease using Tarte Shape tape then applied MAC Dazzlelight and Nylon on the lids
5) I used an angled eyeliner brush and a gel liner to draw a dramatic wing. I would suggest gel liner over liquid for more precision and drama
6) I applied MAC Soft Brown and Embark on the lower lash.
7) Use a white eyeliner to tight line. I used Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Exit then use MAC Gesso (matte white eyeshadow) to intensify
8) Emphasize those lashes with falsies! I used House of Lashes in the style Bouidoir Lite
9) Apply lots of mascara on the bottom lash. Use falsies for bottom lashes to emphasize the look however, this step is optional
10) Channel your inner Marilyn Monroe and add that beauty marked.
11) For lips, I used KVD Vegan Beauty Liquid Lipstick in Lovecraft then topped it with Marc Jacobs Enamored Gloss in the shade Rah Rah!. A bold red lip would work too!
12) Enjoy!
I hope you recreate this look and would love to see your finished look! 🤞

I Turned Myself into an IG Filter 😱😳
Hello beautiful!
My makeup inspiration today is from IG/Snapchat filters. I love using them so I thought I would try to re-create them. I noticed a common theme when it comes to “beautifying” filters. They always tend to make your lips fuller, give you faux freckles, fox eyes, a drunk blush look and a faux tan. That’s exactly what I did!
✨ FAUX TAN
I used a foundation that is a few shades darker than my skin tone. I used Juvia’s I am Magic foundation because it is full coverage and perfect for that flawless IG look. I also used a ton of bronzer. I love Becca’s Sunlit bronzer. This gives me a sun kissed skin all year round. I love the shade Ipanema sun.
Juvia's PLACE - I am Magic Velvety Matte Foundation
BECCA - Gradient Sunlit Bronzer
✨FOX EYES 🦊
The most important thing about this look is the fox eyes. Use a cool toned eyeshadow and make sure you blend it upwards. You want that lifted look. I used CP going coconuts palette. I used the shade coolada on the crease, shredded on the lids and nutty as an eyeliner. There are plenty of tutorials on YT so check them out if you’re curious. Lashes also really helps with this look. I used House of Lashes in the style “Bodouir Lite”
✨LIP FILLER LOOK
I have a video on how to fake lip fillers so go to my page and check it out if you’re curious. But I pretty much just over lined my lips using a darker shade liner. I used Kylie’s lip liner in Candy K and DoC’s matte lipstick in Truffle.
DOSE OF COLORS - DOSE OF COLORS Liquid Matte Lipstick
✨FAUX FRECKLES
I used Colourpop’s freckle pen in dark brown. Using an eyeshadow with a liner brush works too. I have also used light brown eyeliner in the past to dot faux freckles on my face. Eyebrow pencil works too. Use whatever you have
✨INSTA EYEBROWS
I used Benefit’s microfilling pen in dark brown to give me instagram eyebrows. I sealed it with Glossier’s boy brow in brown to intensify the look.
✨DRUNK BLUSH
I noticed that these filters always give me a flushed look. I used Rare Beauty’s liquid blush in joy. This definitely packs a punch will give you that drunk blush look while still glowing from within
Rare Beauty - Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
Follow all these steps and you are now an IG baddie 😉
Remember that filters are just for fun and they are unrealistic. You are beautiful without them! I hope you try this out.
Xoxo,
Francesca 💋

Purple Dreams ✨🌙💜
Hey Cherie Fam! 🍒
I have been doing a lot of reds/greens lately for the holiday season. If I’m not doing those colors, I’m doing neutrals. I just really wanted to play with some color today. I wanted color, but still a somewhat wearable look. I used my Lunar Beauty Moon Spell palette today and played with some duo chrome purples. The shimmers in this palette are incredible. I love the shade Phoebe and Prue! They really are mind blowing. They don’t have too many fall outs either. The browns in this palette are so buttery and pigmented. The shade Winifred blew me away because I expected it to be a light shade, but it packs so much punch. I really love the formula and I’m thinking about picking up the Strawberry 🍓 Dream palette 🤔
LUNAR BEAUTY - Moon Spell Color Palette
To achieve this look, I used:
• Winifred as a transition shade. I used a fluffy brush and used window wipe shield motions
• Kiki to deepen up the winifred shade. I used a smaller and stiffer brush
• I applied glitter glue to intensify the shimmer then applied Phoebe all over my lids
• I applied Kiki on the outer V to soften up the edges from the lid shade
• I applied Winifred then Kiki on the lower lash
• With a wet brush, I applied Phoebe in the middle of Winifred and Kiki
• I applied Prue on the inner corner and highlight
• Winged liner, mascara then lashes. I used HOL in Natalia Lite
HOUSE of LASHES - Natalia Lite
•For the lips, I used Colourpop lip oil on skinny dip
What is your favorite eyeshadow color?

Indie Brand Spotlight: Lunar Beauty 🌙
Hello beautiful!
I’ve been on an indie brand train lately. I have been loving Glamlite cosmetics and today I played with my new Lunar Beauty Moon Spell palette and my Moon Prism highlighter in Jupiter.
For those who don’t know, Lunar Beauty is a brand created by MannyMUA. MannyMUA is a YouTuber who is known for being the one of the first men in the YouTube beauty community.
The moon spell palette caught my eye and I bit the bullet and purchase it 😬 I love the packaging! It literally looks like a book and the shade names are all the witches from pop culture.
Since that Christmas is around the corner, I decided to do a muted green eyeshadow look using this palette and pair it with a classic red lip. The mattes in this palette performed well. They blended easily and were pigmented. They were no fall outs at all. However, I found the shimmer shades a little too dry and underwhelming. They swatched pretty nicely, but I had to layer it on a couple times on my lids. I have to try this palette a few more times because I only used a few of the shimmer shades. Maybe some perform well better than others? This palette retails for $48 USD and contains 15 shades. I don’t think that is too pricy considering you’re getting 15 shades. One of the reasons why I bought this palette because I wanted to support MannyMUA. If it wasn’t Manny’s brand I think I would have passed. Anyway, packaging passed the vibe check and so did the performance of the eyeshadows. If you want to support Manny, I say go for it, but I think these shades can be easily duped.
LUNAR BEAUTY - Moon Spell Color Palette
To achieve this look, I used:
•Bonnie on the crease and lower lash
•Marnie on the outer V and lower lash
•Mary on the lids
•Fiona on the lower lids
•Prue on the inner corner. I LOVE this shade. It’s a purple and pink duo chrome. It doesn’t really show up in the photos, but it’s such a great pop of color
•KVD vegan beauty tattoo liner in mad brown
KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - KVD VEGAN BEAUTY Tattoo Liner
•HoL in Natalia Lite
HOUSE of LASHES - Natalia Lite
•Lips are from Glamlite holiday foodie box and it is in shade red velvet.

This eyeshadow palette is stunning! Without primer it can be a bit pasty, I swatched the colors on my arm and it wasn’t as pigmented as it is when it’s applied on top of primer! But honestly these colors are everything! ❤️
