Achieving Healthy, Colored Hair! 🌈
I have been dying my hair for a long time now. I recently got my hair dyed pink, which has required more care. My stylist used Lanza hair color and products. I wanted to share what I’ve been doing to maintain my color at home and strengthen & repair my hair. Keep in mind, I do have dry, thick, wavy hair. These are the products that I use- 1. Olaplex No. 3- This is a pre-shampoo treatment to repair and strengthen hair. It claims to restore your hair's healthy appearance and texture by repairing damage and protecting hair structure. I apply it to damp hair & keep it on for a little under a hour. Instructions say to keep it in the hair for a minimum of 10min (longer if desired, some even keep it in overnight). I use it every 5 days when I wash my hair. You can use it up to 3 times week if you have extremely damaged hair. There has been a huge difference in my hair since I started using this product. My hair is softer, more manageable, and appears healthy again. I will definitely be repurchasing. 2. Pureology Nanoworks Shampoo- This line is made for very dry, color treated hair. Key ingredients include Keravis and Golden Marula Oil. Sunflower Seed, a UV Filter, and Vitamin E fight color-depleting environmental effects while ensuring lasting shine. Since I only wash my hair every 5 days, my stylist instructed me to use my usual shampoo first and then the colorwash. I will not be repurchasing this shampoo (nothing special about it) and will instead be trying the Lanza healing moisture shampoo. Make sure you are using a sulfate free shampoo if you have colored hair! 3. Celeb Luxury Light Pink Colorwash- This is a color-depositing shampoo recommended by my stylist. It allows you to maintain your color in between salon appointments. This product maintains, refreshes, and creates vivid hair color. I definitely think this product has been key in maintaining my pink color and reducing fade. I will definitely keep buying it. 4. Deep Conditioner- I rotate between: Pureology Hydrate Soft, Shea Moisture JBCO masque, Shea Moisture Intensive hydration masque. Since I only wash my hair every 5 days, I find it necessary to use a deep conditioner instead of a typical conditioner to hydrate my dry hair. I love each of these products. The SM intense hydration is the most hydrating. If I need a small protein boost, I use the JBCO masque. I use the hydrate soft if my hair feels more coarse than usual. 5. Curls Blueberry bliss leave in conditioner- This product is specially formulated with blueberry extract, mango butter, and coconut & grapeseed oil to repair, strengthen, moisturize and encourage healthy new hair growth. It moisturizes, detangles, softens, prevents breakage and smells incredible. I apply this after I get out of the shower to damp hair. I rope to apply and then scrunch the product in. Then I use an old t-shirt to soak up extra water & product. 6. Lanza smooth down spray- This is a blow dry, which benefits include: 1) Calms & tames hair while reducing puffiness & flyaways, 2) Reduces drying time while providing extreme heat protection, 3) Diminishes surface friction so brushes glide through easily. I actually air dry my hair and use this product to reduce dry time & increase shine. This product has made me want to try more Lanza products in the future! Some non-product things I do to maintain my pink hair include using cold water while I shower and only washing my hair every 5 days! I hope this post was helpful. Leave-In Conditioner for Wavy/Curly Hair!
Looking for a leave-in that works for your wavy or curly hair? This amazing leave-in conditioner works on my 2b/c hair, as well as my sister’s 4c hair! What is it? - This softening leave-in conditioner is specially formulated with blueberry extract to repair, strengthen, moisturize and encourage healthy new hair growth. - It moisturizes, detangles, softens, prevents breakage and smells incredible. What’s in it? - Blueberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that work together to hydrate and protect hair, stimulate circulation, and slow down the aging process. - Infused with mango butter and coconut oil for deep moisture and grapeseed oil for unparalleled shine. How to use- - Apply to wet or dry hair whenever moisture and conditioning is needed. Great prepping product to apply before styling, twisting, braiding or creating updos. My review- - I absolutely love this leave-in conditioner! It leaves my hair feeling so soft & hydrated. It’s my first step after coming out of the shower. I scrunch it in my hair and follow it up with my L'ANZA - Keratin Healing Oil Smooth Down Spray . If I want my curls to be more defined, I also use Kinky-Curly - Original Curling Custard, Natural Styling Gel and aussie - Instant Freeze Hair with Jojoba Oil & Sea Kelp Gel . - It’s also curly girl method approved, so there are no silicones or drying alcohols. I love that it’s glycerin-free so I don’t have to worry about “glycerfrizz”. There is protein in it thanks to silk amino acids!

Lanza Glossifying Shampoo | Empty!
This was my first ever empty I’ve saved!! I usually throw away my bottles as soon as I use them up, thanks to my OCD 😅but I’ve managed to store a couple ! {what are the claims?} L’anza’s daily smoothing shampoo gently cleanses & softens hair while reducing frizz and adding shine. Some key ingredients it’s formulated with ; mangosteen fruit extract to add a shine/ gloss to your hair. & Gugo bark to provide a luxurious lather without drying hair out. It is for someone wanting straight, smooth & frizz free hair, idea for someone with medium to thick hair. Not ideal for thin. {Texture/consistency?} it was a very thick cream, very smooth and lathered easily! {My thought?} Ive had this in my shower for quite awhile, and I’ve finally emptied it! I used it before conditioner & every couple days. I really liked this shampoo, because it smelled really good and it didn’t change the color of my already colored hair. It is free of sulfates & parabens so it didn’t strip the color out of my hair. My hair is medium to thick texture and it’s wavy/curly. I try not to use heat on my hair because I find it damages my curls. This didn’t seem to straighten my curls but leave them super moisturized and soft. They weren’t frizzy. I alternate shampoo’s & conditioner & masks so my hair gets the benefits from all of them, so on the days I used this I really enjoyed it. It is $31.00 usd for 10.1oz of shampoo at Ulta and I don’t think that’s too bad. I would repurchase just simply because it worked to help keep my hair frizz-free and it smelled so good! I can’t describe the scent but kind of summery-beachy. L'ANZA - Healing Smooth Glossifying Shampoo

Holy grail product for damaged hair!!✨
Holy grail product for damaged hair!!✨
✨What are the claims? Lanza Trauma Treatment is an extra deep healing formula that provides color & heat protection & restores traumatized hair. Contains amino acids to help fix integrity of your hair. It has a versatile lightweight formula that can be used as a leave in or rinse out. For damaged or over processed hair. ✨Texture/Consistency? It’s a very thick cream. ✨My thoughts? I was recommended this product 2 years ago when my hair was damaged in a salon, and it defiantly helped heal my damaged hair when I needed it! You can use it as a leave in conditioner or a rinse out treatment, I personally used it as a rinse out treatment. This helped restore elastin & protein to my hair so I really felt & saw results immediately! It smells lovely, like roses & pineapples so it makes me want to use it even more! I only used it once a week but I really enjoy this! It works great for my wavy curly hair when I was damaged. Defiantly recommend to ANYONE who needs a bomb.com treatment! ✨Price Vs. Size? It’s $32 for 5.1oz, and it lasts me forever! L'ANZA - Healing ColorCare Trauma Treatment
