Good for your skin & pocket 😜 💰 - Target Finds
Another random find from target. Sharing my impressions right awayyy!!!!!!! creamy texture, no fragrance & easy tube like packaging. Can be applied with the help of your finger tips, slides easily onto the face. 👍👍 doesn’t sting, leave for not more than 10 mins. After wash face doesn’t feel congested. (Which is very important for ppl who have clogged pores) 👍 can be used as a quick fix before an event or self pamper routine when you just want to detox or calm your skin . It also gives a nice refreshing feeling. It’s only for 7$ & it can easily last more than 10 applications. 👍 All in all i feel this should not be your go to mask when you want to target or heal your problem areas. Rather this can be a mild mask which can be an escape from your routine to just let your skin detox & also give you the satisfaction of masking!!! HTH! 💋

Face masks galore!!
I can confidently say that the biggest contributing factor to my skincare success as of late is....🥁🥁🥁 face masking. I face mask almost every. single. day. Depending on what my face needs that day. Here’s a peek at my current collection, a few missing bc I didn’t feel like taking them out of the fridge ☺️ Current favorites for various purposes: Declogging pores: PETER THOMAS ROTH - Irish Moor Mud Purifying Black Mask Exfoliating: PETER THOMAS ROTH - Pumpkin Enzyme Mask Enzymatic Dermal Resurfacer Depuffing: CLARINS - V-Facial Intensive Wrap Eye mask: pixi - DetoxifEYE (feel amazing after a long day of zoom calls!!) Just all around magically making my skin smooth and even and glowy: The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution which I always always follow up with PETER THOMAS ROTH - Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask I also LOVE multi-masking — I often put a charcoal/declogging mask on my nose, a lifting mask on my forehead, and a depuffing mask on my cheeks/under my jawline. Throw on some eye gels and you’re sure to freak your husband out like I do regularly!

A College Student’s SKIN CABINET On the Go!
Welcome to my on the go skin cabinet! I’m so thrilled to be working with Cherie and Skin Cabinet for the next few weeks!🤩 That being said, let’s start out with how I organize my favorites!🥰 • Being a college student, I’m moving around a lot between home and my apartment at school. So, I needed an easy way to hold all of my products that did not take up too much room. College living is definitely making the most of smaller spaces! 🧺 My Two Organizers 🌿 • My little clear organizer I found at TJ Maxx for around $8, which is a great price considering most I have seen go for about $20! 🤑 • The very cute mini makeup fridge is a Cooluli - Classic 4 Liter Small Mini Fridge It comes in plain colors, but I’m from the south so it’s all about Coke here! I absolutely love my little fridge, but there is a large emphasis on ‘little.’ I think in the future I’ll want to size up, as my of my products are really tall and take up loads of space! If you have mainly smaller serums or such products, I believe the smallest sized fridge would serve you well! ❄️ To name a few favorites in the clear organizer🌿 • I have my Formula 10.0.6 mud and peel masks (I have some reviews up already, and I’ll be sure to get through them all in the future!) • My NATIVE - Citrus & Herbal Musk The one I have was seasonal, and it’s scent is cypress and ginger! Also they are now doing plastic free packaging which I am THRILLED about! • My bh - Crystal Zodiac 12 Piece Brush Set which I will have in a review coming up! In this picture they had just been washed and were still drying, which explains the lack of fluff • The lotion is PACIfICA - Indian Coconut Nectar Body Butter Tube This lotion was a godsend when I was staying at the hospital for a week a few years ago, and I have used it ever since! • And of course my clarisonic - Mia Smart Skincare + Mario Badescu Holiday Gift Set What’s Inside the Fridge 🌿 • I love the way the FORMULA 10.0.6 - Keep Your Cool Mask feels chilled! Go check out my post about the mask to learn more about why I adore it! 🧊😍 • The FORMULA 10.0.6 - So Totally Clean Deep Pore Cleanser is also in there. This stuff is a miracle worker, but I’ll be the first to admit it stings. That being said I like the contrast of stinging with the cold! • Lastly, I keep one of my FORMULA 10.0.6 - Best Face Forward Daily Foaming Cleanser in here! I use the chilled one in the morning for an extra wake up call! Note 🌿 •While these are not all the products in my organizers, these are my favorites! If you have questions about something you see that I didn’t touch on please ask me about it! • I am so ecstatic to share what is coming in the next few weeks! See you then! 🙌🤩

Skin Success Story • Peter
Hello, this is my boyfriend, Peter! Skin Type🌿 • Fair • Combination Skin Concerns🌿 • Acne • Dark Circles • Dryness/Oiliness • Black Heads What these pictures are🌿 •So for about a year, I have worked to find a routine for Pete. He had acne mainly on his cheeks and running up towards his temples, and it was looking like he might start getting some acne scars. Furthermore, his skin likes to switch between dry and oily. Eg: sometimes his cheeks will be in dire need of hydration, but his forehead was super oily etc. He struggled for about 2-3 years with his acne. He tried Curology, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, Proactive, etc. He also tried dermatologist recommended products. None of which worked for him in the long term. •The first picture is one of the earliest pictures we have together, and right as we just started treating his acne. By the second to last, and last picture we had been clearing it up for about a year. I added both of these, despite them being at the same time, so you can see different angles of his face! How we’ve treated it🌿 • Pete uses the Best Face Forward cleanser at least once a day FORMULA 10.0.6 - Best Face Forward Daily Foaming Cleanser • He uses it with the Clarisonic Mia Men. While this Clarisonic seems to be working well for him, the brush head is much smaller than the regular Mia head. This sometimes causes product to fall past the bristles and not be much use. I was wondering why they made a whole brush “for men!” because that’s almost always overdone it seems, but guys do tend to have tougher skin, and this brush really seems to work for that and take that into account. clarisonic - Mia Men Facial Cleansing Skincare Device with Charcoal Brush Head • Every other day he uses the One Smooth Operator Scrub to get rid of dead skin and buff out acne. This helps especially when his skin goes towards the dry side. FORMULA 10.0.6 - One Smooth Operator Pore Clearing Face Scrub • At least once a month I’ll do acne extractions on him. We use this BESTOPE kit from amazon. We have two of these kits, and they really come in handy. You have to be careful doing this of course, but they were the turning point in his skincare. BESTOPE - Blackhead remover tool kit • Every night, Peter uses this deep pore cleanser. It tends to sting especially on acne spots, so bear that in mind if you have sensitive skin. We also use this right after acne extractions. FORMULA 10.0.6 - So Totally Clean Deep Pore Cleanser • Finally, we use an array of 10.0.6 face masks as needed! These I’ll be reviewing one by one, and you can check my old posts, as I’ve reviewed our favorites first! Note🌿 If you have any questions please let me know! I hope this routine was helpful, and I would love to hear if y’all have tried any of these! 🥰

Cheap wonder or just cheap?!
FORMULA 10.0.6 - Draw It All Out 💲6.99 @ ULTA Every lady needs a good skin detoxing peel mask in the charcoal and plum dry it all out is a wonderful thing to have in your cabinet this peel works like a mega magnet to attract all that dirt that’s clogged in your pores. It’s made with bamboo charcoal and wild Plum and they both work super quick in your pores and gently exfoliate your skin. My Experience ❤️❤️❤️It is a thick black substance as you can see in the picture it’s very sticky. I love the nice thick texture and after I peeled off the mask my skin felt nice and cleansed. FORMULA 10.0.6 - Get Your Glow On 💲6.99 @ ULTA Next up is the wonderful get your glow on skin brightening peel mask made with a mix of papaya and 🍊 . This peel will revitalize your tired skin and boost radiance. This mask helps to remove dead skin cells, unclog your pores, banish breakouts, and boost your GLOW!!!🌞🌞🌞 My Experience I fell in love with this mask the first time I used it it comes out a really light translucent melon color. The texture is the same as any other gel mask. My skin felt nice and smooth after removing with a nice glow.☀️ FORMULA 10.0.6 - Sea Side Glow Algae + Sea Clay Skin-Hydrating Peel Mask 💲6.99 @ ULTA This is a skin hydrating peel made from algae and sea clay. This peel is meant to deposit a nourishing moisture barrier to your skin. The algae delivers nutrients to hydrate and condition while the sea clay minimizes looks of pores and soaks up unwanted oils. My Experience It comes out looking a little bit like Aloe Vera and it really does have this like salty sea air smell to it. It’s very clean and very refreshing. I did enjoy this peel And felt a deeper sense of hydration 💦to my skin. A good addition to any regimen. FORMULA 10.0.6 - Keep Your Cool Mask 💲6.99 @ ULTA If you have hormonal breakouts or any other kind of breakouts it’s nice to have something on hand that’s meant to just cool and calm your skin and this skin calming gel mask does a great job. This is not a peel off mask it is just a gel mask that is meant to reduce the appearance of nasty breakouts it has coconut in it to soothe your blemishes well the cucumber refreshes and calms your angry skin. My Experience I just ❤️ ❤️this mask it comes out looking a little bit like a lotion and it smells amazing I don’t know about you but cucumber and 🥥 are my new favorite blend. I have only use this once since I purchased it during a flareup of hormonal acne and I am telling you it really just calmed my skin, reduce redness, and duration. Final thought. All of these masks are extremely reasonable in 💲 and they deliver definitely a cheap wonder. 💎💎⭐️⭐️The first three are all Peel masks you leave them on for 15 min. Peel and rinse with warm 💦. The gel mask is a rinse off with warm 💦 after 15 min. I use the first 3 on a weekly basis and get my cool on when needed!

my progress in the span of 3 years
This is my first post pls be gentle I am soff My experience and exposure to skincare was...odd growing up. I came from a poor family and was constantly switching between households. Consistent skincare routines did not exist for me, if we could afford it at all. I also had no idea what was going on with my face or why, just that I was being mocked and berated for it as though it was some sort of lack of hygeine or moral failing on my part. About 3 years ago, I started using a consistent skincare routine with more than just a face wash in the shower. Granted, it was whatever the cheapest face wash I could find at Safeway that week (likely biore or st. ives) and argan oil that I found at Marshall's. I had no idea what ingredients to look for or even what my skin type was. That first pic STILL marked a huge improvement for me and kicked off my desire to learn more to finally rectify this issue that had plagued me for more than a decade. The 2nd pic is from a few months ago. I kinda think I peaked there. I was using Neutrogena - Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser in the shower. I have oily, sensitive skin (thanks eczema) and it's very gentle, not irritating in the slightest. However, it feels like all it does is clean my face. No real benefit apart from that. I was using pixi - Glow Tonic as a toner which I loved and gave me great results but rent is literally over half my monthly income and that doesn't touch all the other bills I have and at anywhere from $18-$24 a bottle? Well... I'd rather eat tbh. I also got over the "oily skin don't need moisturize hurr durr" mentality and began to use (still do, this jar has lasted me since like July) AVALON ORGANICS - Intense Defense, With Vitamin C, Oil-Free Moisturizer . Works fine, nice and light, absorbs pretty quickly, and I like the smell. I'd like something that qualifies as a night mask instead tho, just because my entire routine is done exclusively at night with extra moisturizer or treatments as necessary. 3rd pic is from about a month ago. I've changed up the roster a few times. I'm really feeling FORMULA 10.0.6 - One Deep Attraction Daily Foaming Face Wash as I used it years ago, liked it then for the suds and the actives, but haven't gotten much in the way of results. I might try the FORMULA 10.0.6 - Three Times Sublime 3-in-1 Blackhead Wash + Scrub + Maskand FORMULA 10.0.6 - P.M. Perfectorinstead of the moisturizer I use as mentioned above. I'm also alternating between Cos De BAHA - BHA Salicylic Acid 2% Exfoliant Liquid 4oz with Niacinamide Acne Spot Treatment + Redness Relief + Pore Minimizer + Pore Cleaner and The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% . The serum makes my skin incredibly soft and the suspension helps a bunch with oil control. If y'all have any comments, questions, or suggestions regarding my routine, I'd love to hear what y'all have to say!

Budget skincare brand feature: Formula 10.0.6
Love drugstore skincare but looking for a new brand? Look no further than Formula 10.0.6. Their products are easily available at Target and Ulta, and through the brand’s website. I usually purchase mine at Ulta because they’re frequently on sale BOGO 40-50% off. I was first introduced to the brand a few years ago. I had been shopping in store and saw a travel size kit containing makeup remover wipes and minis of the “so totally clean” deep pore cleanser, “best face forward” cleanser, and “pores be pure” strawberry + yarrow mask. I used everything up and went on to repurchase a full size of the deep pore cleanser (twice, actually!) and several other things. At the present moment, I have 2 items left in my skincare collection - my second tube of FORMULA 10.0.6 - Three Times Sublime 3-in-1 Blackhead Wash + Scrub + Mask and the FORMULA 10.0.6 - Bare Face Beauty Skin-Hydrating Cleansing Oil . I have dry skin that is also acne-prone. Dry skin does need to be exfoliated from time-to-time. I enjoy using gentle physical exfoliants, and also do sometimes use chemical exfoliants. “Three times sublime” is great because it gently exfoliates with jojoba beads and has an awesome grapefruit scent. I like the texture because it’s not overly scrubby (see 3rd photo). This can also be used as a mask, though I don’t personally care to use it that way because I don’t like the feeling when it dries down. This scrub tackles blemishes and clogged pores without stripping my skin. You can add more water to decrease the scrub level and use as a wash instead, too. I typically use once per week. I’ve repurchased this item and will continue to do so! The “bare face beauty” cleansing oil is a great way to try out a cleansing oil at an affordable price. It’s not my absolute favorite, but it is in my top 5. It has a nice vanilla scent, contains a multitude of nourishing oils (sunflower, almond, grape seed, safflower), and shea butter. The texture may feel initially heavy if you use too much. I recommend 1-2 pumps depending how much makeup you’re wearing. I apply to my dry face and remove with a damp reusable bamboo round. It leaves my skin soft, mostly cleansed of makeup (sometimes mascara is stubborn), and ready for a second cleanse. I alternate between this and a cleansing balm randomly - just whatever I’m feeling that night. I would repurchase this cleansing oil and recommend it! Prices: “Three times sublime” $8.49 at Ulta “Bare face beauty” $9.49 at Ulta Formula 10.0.6 sells a variety of products including cleansers, moisturizers, all kinds of faces masks, eye cream, and lip balm. Ulta and Target usually carry some of their products in a mini size, so you can save even more $$. Formula 10.0.6 is cruelty-free and uses quality ingredients without steep prices. Almost all of their products are under $15!

The Best Advice For Choosing Skincare Products
Hey Beauty’s 🙋🏽‍♀️ So I’ve recommended a lot of products and thought I’d share some advice on how how I select skincare products these days. ☺️ Thanks to @babesandbeauty on Instagram for the advice. Products that you consistently use I noticed that I consistently use TruSkin - Vitamin C Serum which has Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and Vitamin E as my day Serum. I also have The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 for my night routine. I’ve started using Truskin’s Super Serum at night and now alternate between using a natural Retinol or Vitamin A Moisturiser and the Truskin Super Serum which has Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, and Retinol. I now can’t live without my FORMULA 10.0.6 - Rise of the Foam Blemish Busting Cleanser I use this because of the salicylic acid and hemp oil as part of my double cleansing routine. I’m currently trialing products for my first cleanse. 😄 I noticed the ingredients are ideal for my issues which are rough texture, larger than average pores, dullness and my wrinkles and fine lines. For reducing the appearance of my fine lines and wrinkles I ❤️ hyaluronic acid!!!! Products that are ideal for your skin type I’m a little lucky in the fact that I have combination skin and can use a range of products for my issues. Treating the wrong skin type can lead to irritated skin, breakouts and premature aging. Choosing the correct skin care routine for your skin type is essential for making your skin appear youthful and healthy. Products that do not cause irritation to your skin barrier Our skin is the largest barrier against infection that we have. Keeping our skin healthy and moist helps keep this barrier strong. Using the proper skin care products for your skin type can help preserve this important protective layer. ☺️ Products that fit your budget and life The Ordinary creators have totally changed how we think about and buy skin care. Its allowed us to understand ingredients and offered them in ridiculously cheap formulas. It’s championed transparency in an industry that wants you to think expensive products are better. Nothing costs more than $20. In fact, the majority of it ranges at less than $10. This is largely in part thanks to The Ordinary's dedication to transparency, resulting in prices that aren't significantly marked up. Although if you can afford to spend $150 I’d recommend purchasing a Serum rather than a cleanser or moisturiser. Drop me a line about what you consider when you purchase skincare products. Is it the beautiful packaging, ingredient list or that you just saw a review and want to try it. ☺️ Have a wonderful day or evening Jade 🥂

The Benefits of Hemp Oil
Hey Beauty’s So Hemp Oil was my favourite trend last year. 😀 I started using FORMULA 10.0.6 - Rise of the Foam Blemish Busting Cleanser with Hemp and Salicylic Acid last year. Hemp oil is actually pretty inexpensive considering it can be used as a make up remover, moisturiser, overnight mask and hair conditioner. I’m trying to simplify my self-care routine this year and Hemp Oils multipurpose benefits has piqued my interest. 😁 Hemp Oil has a pretty scandalous history although it’s now viewed as one of the most hardworking ingredients for your skin. Health line say, its different from cannabidiol (CBD) oil, which is an extract of the cannabis plant and utilises hemp flowers and leaves for its production. While Hemp oil is an essential oil made from the hemp seed. It’s contains nutrients like, calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B5, vitamin B9 (folate), and vitamin D (of which it is the only plant source), along with a useful dose of the antioxidant vitamin E (tocopherols) as well as all 10 amino acids for protein building. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Benefits of Hemp Oil 🧚‍♀️ Perfect for hydrating skin, it contains omega fatty acids that help plump skin without clogging pores or non-comedogenic ☺️ 🧚‍♀️ Its anti-inflammatory properties can help diminish scarring and reduce redness 🧚‍♀️ It contains vitamin F and fatty acids known as oleic and linoleic acids. These acids play an important role in slowing the skin’s aging process and enhancing skin. Oleic and linoleic acids are responsible for making the outer layer of the skin strong. It enables the skin to retain higher amounts of water, which keeps it smooth, supple, and healthy. Wrinkles and fine lines that develop are significantly reduced. The fatty acids are also known to protect the skin against aggressors and threats that cause premature ageing 🧚‍♀️ It’s a good oil for oily skin types because it’s considered a dry oil so it absorbs quickly and isn’t greasy 🧚‍♀️ Hemp oil is also a natural humectant, which means it draws moisture into the skin. Instead of sitting on top of the skin the way some oils do, it's able to penetrate the skin, moisturising between cells and strengthening the cell matrix. So beauty’s I’m looking for recommendations, I’ve read a few product reviews but if you can recommend a great product or brand I’d really appreciate it. 😄 Just drop me a comment below. 👇🏽 Have a great day! Money Well Spent Moisturizer
FORMULA 10.0.6 - Thirst No More Moisturizer CLEAN BEAUTY, you found it!! This is the perfect moisturizer to put on daily or specifically in hot and humid weather. It ticks all the boxes on cosdna website as far as ingredient list. This moisturizer has fruit extracts: Watermelon 🍉 Apple 🍎 Lentil (wait is lentil a fruit??) Contains Shea butter 🧈 Camellia leaf extract 🍃 Sodium Hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid) I have 3 of these just because I always get nabbed by the spend x amount of money to get free shipping 😂 Deals, am i right?? I got this at ULTA for $9.50 a bottle. I’ll be gifting the others to my friends lil care packages. One bottle lasts me like almost 3 months? It doesn’t last very long since it’s a small container. But the stuff in it is amazing and it’s a super clean product! Applying it feels very light on the skin and absorbs quickly. I have gone through like 2 bottles of it myself and highly recommend it since it’s so affordable. It’s able to be used for oily, combination, dry and normal skin. For reference, my skin is combination. Normal on my forehead. Enlarged pores and oily on nose and cheeks, dry in chin area. This was one of my skincare routines written in the order of application. 1. CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser 2. PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliator 3. The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% 4. FORMULA 10.0.6 - Thirst No More Moisturizer 5. elta md SKINCARE - UV Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 For those of you who are unfamiliar with cosdna, they have a database of skincare products that rates their safety in terms of causing acne and irritation. Check it out! NOTE 📝 I did stop using this not because it didn’t work but I find it highly more convenient to use something that I don’t have to rebuy every few months.

COSDNA.COM
ok this is basically just a ~shout out~ to cosDNA.com AND to my curology provider. if you go on curology’s website, they talk about this a lot, but basically cosDNA.com is a website where you can enter in the product name of almost A N Y cosmetic product (makeup, skincare, even body wash) and it pulls up a list for you. you select the right one (aka the product you are specifically searching for) and it tells you if theres any harmful ingredients in the product you searched. honestly, it’s crazy because you could be wondering “why isn’t this product working for me?!” when it claims it removes blackheads or gets rid of redness and acne scarring or WHATEVER it claims it does. and then you go search it on the website and you see that it has a 7 for some ingredient in the acne or irritant column. anyways, it’s really easy to use, super self-explanatory! personally, i would use this website to research or AT LEAST check a new product before buying. or you can check the products you’re currently using and if they’re bad, you can use it to research new products! i’m also including pictures of my research based on a message my curology provider sent. i told her that i felt like i wasn’t seeing much progress, but she told me she ~did~ see progress but she also gave me a bunch of recommendations. (i’ve checked all of these on cosDNA fyi) the first are gentle cleansers that won’t clog pores, cause acne, cause redness/irritation, etc. the second is products to help with sebaceous filaments (which are v often confused with blackheads). she specifically recommended the Queen Helene - Mint Julep Masque, Oily and Acne Prone Skin(the rest are just ones i found). and then the last page is different sulfur soaps to help with overall acne. i tagged the products that i ordered in the pics! i’ll let y’all know if i like them or not after i receive them and use them! products i ordered: VANICREAM - Free & Clear Liquid Cleanser Queen Helene - Mint Julep Masque, Oily and Acne Prone Skin THE GRANDPA SOAP CO. - Face & Body Bar Soap Thylox Acne Treatment FORMULA 10.0.6 - Thirst No More Moisturizer

Skincare
Help me with my skin problems . I normally have a sensitive skin with dryness. Oily around my t-zone area. Many times I cannot use all skin type products because my face starts to break out easily. Please Help me to figure out a way to get rid of those small bumps on my forehead. Also I get blackheads and pores around my lips and my t - zone. Lately I get black spots on my nose. I tried to use blackhead strips it didn’t help me. Anything would be helpful. Thank you guys. I used to wear a lot of makeup until I started seeing my face not liking it. I completely stopped wearing foundation it has helped a lot to keep my face from breaking out. But occasionally I do break out. A.M routine is simple Wash my face with water. I used to use cerave but it didn’t work with my moisturizer. I switched to 1) philosophy - Purity One-Step Facial Cleanser I am loving it. Moisturizer my face with 2)BOTANICS - All Bright Hydrating Day Cream Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 15 P.M routine Take off my makeup with 1) GARNIER - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Cleanser & Waterproof Makeup Remover Then cleanse my face with 2Neutrogena - Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask It causes me to break out around my hair line. It helps with those small bumps on my forehead. My dermatologist recommended me to use at night. I used to use first aid Beaty hydrated moisturized it started to be to thick for me. Caused me to breakout. I am still trying to find a moisturizer that will work with my skin. I switched to use with 3) BOTANICS - All Bright Hydrating Night Cream The botanics doesn’t go well with my new cleanser. If I get small breakouts I will use a gentle mask to keep my face refreshed and exfoliated. FORMULA 10.0.6 - Get Your Glow On Lately I have been using to gently clean my face withSKYORGANICS - Dead Sea Mud Mask Spot treatment the best for me work with breakouts HANHOO - Blemish Patch Or Melaleuca - Clarity Acne Spot Treatment

Are you using a cleansing oil?
Cleansing oil is a wonderful addition to your skin care routine! And look at everything it could get out of you skin! Beauty esthetician labeautyologist has a wonderful video on YouTube all about it and explains why it’s so beneficial. ✨ Think of it as chemistry because oil massaging onto your face and sinking into your pores sounds like a bad thing right? WRONG! Like minded things attract so oil mixed with oil that why oil plugs start pulling out of your face. Water and oil don’t mix that’s just science so it isn’t the only thing you should be using to clean. ✨ The most important step is emulsifying the oil with a little bit of water when you’re done this helps the water and oil come together and get all the oil off your face. This way you don’t end up with a slick mess on your face. ✨ It’s literally the first step you should do in your routine and you can do it for 2 minutes or 40 minutes! It’s also incredibly easy just massage the oil cleanser into your skin and it’s super relaxing so that helps to. When I did this for the first time I lost track of time and didn’t even realize it was 40 minutes later because so many oil plugs came out of my face. This picture isn’t even all of them! ✨ This is the first time I did this which is probably why there’s so many I’ve been reading that the results won’t be as many later on because you have less oil plugs in your skin if you do it everyday so makes sense. ✨ I did this in the mid day as a fun skin clearing routines and I.... Oil cleansed for 40 minutes (mentioned above) Washed my face Used a clay mask (Aztec secret) After I oil cleansed again 💁🏻‍♀️ I also read the above routine was called oil gritting. ✨ My skin felt so silky smooth and soft I couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend trying this out I loved the results. When I did it the second time after the mask I didn’t get as many as of the hard oil plugs but got white heads out of my face just by sitting there gently massaging the oil into my face no squeezing just gentle and relaxing. I honestly am shocked ✨ I don’t think I’ll do this whole process every time I just wanted to purge my skin now, I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Ulta Haul
Ulta Haul
I didn’t really go in for anything but came out with Formula 10.0.6 P.M. Perfector and One Smooth Operator (they were buy one get one 50% off). Also I finally found an Ulta that sold brand The Ordinary and picked up Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG for the eyes. So far, first impression I like all three.

I’d rather get coal than this “peel off” mask
I’d rather get coal than this “peel off” mask
I’d rather get coal then this mask again! This mask is supposed to be a peel off mask that brightens and brings radiance to your skin. I’ve used many different peel off masks before, and have only had a problem with a few. The instructions on this mask instruct you to wait 10-15 minutes and then peel off. I noticed I have to wait 25-30 minutes for it to actually be ready enough for it to peel. I haven’t noticed any differences in my skin after the two times I’ve used it and I don’t think it’s worth the trouble to try and use it again. The product isn’t very expensive, but I just don’t think it’s worth the trouble. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone as it hasn’t done much for me. I feel it was a waste of time sadly. This is the only product I’ve tried from this brand that I haven’t liked so far. FORMULA 10.0.6 - Get Your Glow On
