I got an allergic reaction to my entire routine!
So 2 years ago I woke up with my entire face swollen, red and dry. I had nothing else on my body so it had to be due to something in my face skincare routine. After going to the doctor and getting a steroid shot, I was advised by the allergist to patch test all the products i was using. The result: I WAS ALLERGIC TO ALL OF THEM This was especially weird because I had been using some of these products for over 2 years, but apparently it’s called contact dermatitis. These were the products I used: LA ROCHE-POSAY - Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel -this one was recommended to me by my dermatologist. I don’t know that it was anything specifically about this cleanser that made me have the reaction but it was just too strong for my sensitive skin THAYERS - Witch Hazel Astringent - my theory is that this caused my reaction, because I had only been using it for 2 days before I woke up looking like a monster lol. it's still weird that it made me sensitive to my other products as well. Now I know that witch hazel is extremely sensitizing and will never use it again. CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream - I don’t see anything wrong with this product in terms of ingredients, but i tried it again recently and got a similar reaction, so I guess it’s just not for me Now it’s been 2 years since all of this happened, and I was slowly able to build up a routine that isn’t sensitizing to my already sensitive skin (check out my last post to see it!) Let mw know if you have any questions/comments/feedback :)

help! eye product to use with adapalene
I just finished my first week on Tactupump (prescribed adapalene and benzoyl peroxide). I've read different posts about how to start adding retin-A safely - pea sized amount over whole face, avoiding eyes and mouth, every other day, removed other actives, spf, etc. Overall I'm doing okay but just had a minor reaction with my favorite eye serum The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG applied after 4 days and instantly started burning and caused redness/flakiness under my brows. I applied aloe but stopped using the serum and haven't had a reaction since. AM routine: - Norwex gentle facial cloth wash with water - THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Mist (want to replace but just using up the last bit as a base for serums) - SNP - PREP Peptaronic Toner - Osmosis Beauty - Rescue - Epidermal Repair Serum - CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream - Supergoop! - Play Everyday Lotion 50 Default Title or Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 if wearing makeup PM routine: - DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil - innisfree - Green Tea Hydrating Cleansing Foam - SNP - PREP Peptaronic Toner - boscia - Cactus Water Moisturizer soon to be replaced with LANEIGE - Water Bank Moisture Cream - Tactupump 0.1% adapalene and 2.5% benzoyl peroxide topical gel every other day - CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream plus The Ordinary - "B" Oil soon to be replaced with LANEIGE - Cica Sleeping Maskon Tactupump nights Any suggestions for a safer eye product I can swap in? I need the extra hydration around my eyes and have morning puffiness and dark circles.

Thayers changed their formula
I used this as a toner in my routine and the first bottle worked great. However after reordering it on amazon I noticed it made my face burn a little . According to reviews they changed the formula. And i have my old bottle and can confirm they did. They removed the grapefruit seed extract and THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Mist added more chemicals: caprylyl glycol, ethylhexlglycerin, and potassium hydroxide the ladder is probably the new ingredient making my face burn. The first pic was the original formula The second pic is the new one

skin transformation diaries: intro and 1 week!
I've decided to undergo a little skin care transformation. Pictures are from the 1 week I've used these products so far! I am going to continue this routine and post more entries as I go on. The products I use are: 1. Spacewash by Starface a. Applied with Meejee 2. Thayer's Witch Hazel Toner (spray form) 3. The Ordinary's Niacinamide a. Applied with Jade Roller 4. (Under eyes) The Ordinary's Caffeine Solution a. Applied with Jade Roller 5. (AM ONLY) Glossier Invisible Shield 35 SPF 6. Moisture on Mars by Starface Sometimes I like to use the Starface pimple patches⭐️ Reviews: 1. Spacewash by Starface- 11/10! Hands down the best face wash I've ever used. It foams really nicely especially paired with my Meejee, and leaves my skin feeling so clean. 2. Meejee- 10/10! Exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Really nothing I could think of improving in this product. It's super gentle on my sensitive skin, it feels really nice and really gets the job done cleansing my skin. 3. Thayer's Witch Hazel Toner- 6/10. I've been using this product for 3 years and I really do think it works but as many people will tell you, it does burn a little bit. 4. The Ordinary Niacinamide- 8/10. I haven't developed much of an opinion on this product yet but I think it's definitely helped to minimize the textures in my skin. Although I didn't take any pictures of this, around my jaw on my cheeks is very textured and I've noticed some serious improvement! 5. The Ordinary Caffeine Solution- ??/10. I haven't been paying attention to if this works or not😬😬Sorry! I will be taking more of that in the future. 6. Jade Roller by ina beauty- 11/10! I was looking for a cheap roller to get and I found this one on Amazon for $7. Read some reviews and my expectations weren't very high but I was blown away but the quality of this thing. I absolutely love using it especially because it's nice and cold even though I keep it in a room temp drawer in my bathroom! Feels very nice. 7. Glossier Invisible Shield- 7/10. I doubt there will be a physical change caused by this product because it's a protective measure, and a necessary one in Texas! The only reason I've taken some points off is because it makes my skin feel kind of greasy, although it goes away after given proper time to absorb, and sometimes i notice what appears to be dead skin coming off of my face but I think it's something from the sunscreen. I'm not sure though. 8. Moisture on Mars by Starface- 200000/10!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE. I have "normal" skin, and moisturizers make it oily but a moisturizer is necessary. When I found this product I think God sent it from Heaven himself. I adore this product. It makes my skin so glowy and doesn't feel heavy or cause any breakouts due to unnecessary oil. LOVE.The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% STARFACE - Space Wash meejee - Meejee The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG THAYERS - Cucumber Facial Mist Glossier. - Invisible Shield Daily Sunscreen

AM Routine
Since I been working from home I was finally able to get a morning routine and found one that works for me, and can be done when I’m in a rush especially. So I start off by washing my face w the Aveeno - Positively Radiant Brightening Facial Cleanser , I just got it from target bc I needed something less concentrated and drying. So just as a gentle cleanser in the morning I like this. Once I dry my face, and I’ve toned using my THAYERS - Cucumber Facial Mist . I drop a few drops of Bio-Oil - Multiuse Skincare Oil and apply it to my chin as that’s where most of my concerns are ; I have a lot of hyperpigmentation in that area bc of my PCOS. Just before moving on, for a little extra uumph and hydration, I mist my hyaluronic acid and rose water spray and fan it dry. Next, I begin w my serums. So from “lightest to heaviest”. I apply my Nolaskinsentials - Brightening-C Serum (I LOVE THIS SERUM!!!!! It has helped soooo much with lightening my dark spots, in addition to it helping brighten my skin all together... 12/10 rating! And it’s blackowned) I follow that up w The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (not pictured since I’m waiting for my package to be delivered). Currently I’m using a product as a fill in. I bought this from Marshall’s for about $5 so I may just use this and compare the two once my package does arrive. Bc it’s honestly a pretty decent serum. Moving right along, w my The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG , I use this for my eyes bc ya girl apparently hates a good night’s rest and I started getting bags under my eyes, this came as a shock bc never have I ever and also my eyes are too small for bags so I definitely had to get that situated and seriously it helps. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t really have a “concern” of their eye area bc it is still good to just be proactive and preserve your good eyes while you have a chance! And to wrap things up, I finish off with my Neutrogena - Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel Moisturizer the best stuff ever and my Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Water Gel Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30 . I learned recently that 1. Hydrated skin and moisturized skin are in two completely different categories. The water gel moisturizer is a good investment if you’ve had issues with your pores. Literally the holy grail! And super affordable. And I just got into using sunscreen and omg !!! My life literally did a 180° and I’m obsessed. Don’t leave the house w out it anymore!!! So good for dark spots!!! So yeah, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Everyone’s skin is different, and I hope you’re able to be inspired to find what works for you!

Skincare products that RUINED my skin...part 1!
Here are 10 products that I used to use and what I think of them. Check out other post showing my BEFORE & AFTER photos! 📸 These are the products/ routine that I showed my dermatologist, but there are more products that I used along with these! Stay tuned for my NEW routine! 1️⃣Mario Badescu Rose Facial Spray with aloe, herbs and rosewater. $7 for 4 oz ⭐️⭐️Review: Overall this product did not improve my overall skin. The ingredients are very cheap and are basically water and fragrance. 2️⃣ PractivMD deep cleansing face wash. $30 for 6 oz ⭐️⭐️Review: This face wash was super annoying with the tiny blue balls that they put in the scrub. This scrub stripped my skin of moisture, and I also used it too many times a day. 3️⃣Shea moisture Bamboo Charcoal Hydrating Gelee Moisturizer. $11 for 2 oz ⭐️⭐️⭐️Review: This moisturizer was a bouncy Jelly texture that was fun to put on my face. There was some good ingredients in the product. 4️⃣Thayer’s Witch Hazel Rose scented Toner. $11 for 12 oz ⭐️⭐️Review: Basically a waist of money, when you can find better ingredients than Witch Hazel. 5️⃣Sheer Cover Nourishing Moisturizer spf 15. $15 for 2 oz ⭐️⭐️⭐️Review: This product was super lightweight and had no white cast. The sun protection is too little though (spf 15). 6️⃣Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer with Salicylic Acid step 3. $6.39 for 4 oz ⭐️Review: This product would burn. Not sting, but burn, for a long time and be painful. 7️⃣Olay Clearly Clean Acne Treatment Scrub with essence of citrus-mint. *discontinued ⭐️Review: This product broke me out once I used it. Also very stripping and rough to my face. 8️⃣Basis Cleaner Clean Face Wash. $6 for 6 oz ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Review: This was the best cleanser that I had back then. Gentle but has fragrance. 9️⃣Differn Acne treatment gel. $16 for 0.5 oz ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Review: This product worked well, but also dried my face out. Make sure to buy a thicker cream for face and do research before buying. 🔟Pop Vibrating Face Scrubber mini. $25 from Tjmax ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Review: Gave my face a nice gentle exfoliation and helped deeper clean my face with the vibrations. Stay tuned for a Part 2 of products that I used to use!🔜 Follow me for more content and comment any questions you have for me. 🤍 ~Products: MARIO BADESCU - Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater proactiv - Deep Cleansing Face Wash THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner #Sheer Cover - Nourishing moisturizing spf 15[products]#[ThreeStars] Clean&Clear - Share ESSENTIALS Dual Action Moisturizer #Olay - Clearly clean acne treatment scrub with Essence of citrus-mint[products]#[OneStar] basis - Cleaner Clean Face Wash DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel POP SONIC - Leaflet Facial Cleansing Device #Shea Moisture - Bamboo Charcoal Hydrating Gelee Moisturizer[products]#[ThreeStars]

My skin care, what will be refilled?
So this is my current skin care routine, but just the basics. This doesn't include my spf, my extra wrinkle fighters, exfoliates, spot treatment...you get the picture. This is the always auto reflex routine. So what is coming back after it becomes an empty? SOAP & GLORY - Peaches And Clean Deep Cleansing Milk Right out of the gate, absolutely, 100%. This is one of the only times I can say I LOVE a cleanser. Cleans my skin without stripping, and leaves me sour before I put another product on THAYERS - Rose Petal Facial Toner At some point in my life, I'm likely to repurchase this product. Where it's witch hazel, it's a handy product to have. that said I have another toner on my radar, so we might be taking a break Mad Hippie - Vitamin C Serum Probably not. Not a bad product at all, I have reviewed it before, but it's not my favorite Vitamin C serum (also have done a review), and my favorite is actually cheaper...so... CeraVe - CeraVe Moisturising Cream REALLY tough call. Absolutely love the product, but Cerave is owned by L'oreal, and I'm having a hard time supporting a company that employs Amber Heard. I did an entire, long post about it, but it has magically disappeared. If Amber Heard were not working for them, in a heartbeat I would repurchase LA ROCHE-POSAY - HYDRAPHASE INTENSE HYALURONIC ACID EYE CREAM Same exact issue Rosebud Perfume Co. - Rosebud Salve in a Tube Yes, yes, always yes. I have bought this stuff over and over, and will continue to do so. I have also done a review on this product as well

IS THIS REALLY WORTH THE HYPE?
THAYERS - Lavender Facial Toner NOW as this is like my 3rd travel size bottle that I have finished..... I finally did my research and this will be the LAST bottle I will ever look at. When I had my first bottle, I used it religiously, everyday, maybe even twice a day. I’d use it after I cleansed and then later on it the day because my face would get super oily especially since I live in the southern heat. My second bottle I would only really use once everyday/ every other day and it would be like in the afternoon/ late afternoon when my face was, again, super oily because of the southern heat. Now this bottle, my third. I did a lot of research and reading about witch hazel, this brand especially. After reading about it and everything I used this very rarely. Now I wasn’t going to waste the product so I did finish this up. As exciting as it may seem to just have a few swipes of this on your face with a cotton ball/pad and see your pores be minimized and oil completely gone... it all leads to unhappy endings. Witch hazel DRYS/ SUCKS the LIFE out of your skin. It makes your skin like the freaking Sahara desert and it later in causes many problems such as your skin creating even more oils than usual because you have just stripped the living crap out of your skins ph levels. It also leads to having larger pores. Now I haven’t experienced that my self but have heard many others. I do not recommend this product at all But i do recommend doing your research on witch hazel and reading other people’s reviews about this on this app, it will be super helpful and beneficial to you :) For people with oily skin like me there ARE other and BETTER toners out there!! ⭐️⭐️ with that being said, if anyone does have toner recommendations for oily skin, please leave them in the comments!!⭐️⭐️

MOVE ON FROM WITCH HAZEL!
I'm gonna be honest and say: I BOUGHT THE THAYER'S TONER BECAUSE OF THE HYPE! You remember when this was almost always sold out & it was plastered all over the internet. I did not do enough research of my own & that's okay, we all make mistakes especially when it comes to skincare. All I knew was, I have oily skin, the formula is alcohol-free, and witch hazel is good for your skin! Right? ....Kind of. THAYERS - Lavender Facial Toner I used Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel Toner EVERY DAY for almost a year and short-term, I did see results. Witch hazel is a natural astringent that can dry out inflammatory & noninflammatory blemishes. My blackheads started clearing and my skin was less oily which made me keep it in my routine. But over time, my skin started feeling tight and needed more & more moisture with every passing day. It even became more sensitive to masks/peels I had done before! I hated my oily skin but being completely dried out is not what I wanted either. So... I made the transition to Pixi! pixi - Collagen Tonic For some info on this product & its ingredients: Acacia Collagen: plant-derived collagen substitute; plumps & volumizes skin, hydrates the skin, works to maintain hydration. Peptides: tone/firm the skin, improve the skin barrier, & helps ease inflammation. Coconut Water: conditions & hydrates.  Fruit Extracts: promote youthful skin with antioxidant benefits.  For myself, this toner lasts in my medicine cabinet & comes in easier to use packaging. I used to use cotton pads but with this, I can tap the product into my hands. This makes me spend less on cotton pads & helps the environment (side note: invest in reusable cotton pads; you won't regret it!). On top of that, it's NEVER too soon to start anti-aging. The vegan collagen & peptides work to balance the skin. Lastly, this product is helping me reverse the long term effects of witch hazel. Slowly but surely it has made my skin feel smooth, supple, & happy again! My skin stays hydrated throughout the day & I honestly feel like my makeup is starting to go on smoother. If you're looking for a hydrating toner, LOOK NO FURTHER!

Bumpy texture and acne
Hello! I’ve recently tried to stick to a more consistent skin care routine, although I did get help selecting the products based on the skincare goals I had I have yet to achieve the goals I had in mind. As of right now I’m using : THAYERS - Unscented Facial Toner Followed by The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% The Ordinary - Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 And my moisturizer is normally : CLINIQUE - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ And a pump of CeraVe - Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Face Serum Occasionally I will use the following ( on alternate nights) : The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution DRUNK ELEPHANT - A-Passioni Retinol Cream I’m starting to believe that the little bumps on my cheeks won’t go away because they may be fungal acne, but can’t tell. I need help in finding out what this is and how I can clear up my skin! 😩😩😩 Overall I just need help! Thank you ! xxx

Love this Thayers Witch Hazel toner but....
This THAYERS - Unscented Facial Toner is hands down the best toner I have used! I have been using this for months and It’s here to stay in my skincare routine. I am a combination skin type but my skin can be pretty sensitive so toners have always been a hit or miss for me. I bought this from my local Target (retails for about $11) and I started using it as the 2nd step in my skincare routine morning and night. It usually follows my cleanser. I could tell right away that my skin was brighter, softer and was even more balanced especially on days that I have on makeup. I ran out of the “Unscented” for a while and decided to try out the “original” instead. For some reason that did not quite work well with my skin. I noticed some irritation and minor breakouts days into using it. I decided to head back to the store and picked up the “unscented” once more and within two days my skin was back to normal. Not sure why that is, but that was my experience using the two. There are other scents available. However, my recommendation is that if you have sensitive skin, maybe stick to the “unscented”. I totally recommend!

How to Get Rid of Blackheads: Best Ingredients to Look For!
Blackheads are a skincare occurrence that most of us struggle with, whether you have oily skin or not. Before knowing what ingredients to use to get rid of them, what you need to do is understand what blackheads are in the first place.  What is a blackhead? Blackheads are one of the most common forms of acne. Our pores sometimes get congested with dead skin and sebum. When this gunk comes in contact with the air, it gets oxidised, and turns black, and hence is called a blackhead. While some people are genetically prone to blackheads, and those with oily skin tend to have more, they can also occur due to hormonal changes (like puberty or starting a new hormonal birth control) or from wearing heavy makeup.  Dermatologist-approved Ingredients for blackheads “The good news is that there is a cornucopia of over-the-counter products that contain effective ingredients to exfoliate, soften, and even remove blackheads,” says Allison Britt Kimmins, MD, MPH. Here I did some research about dermatologists to get the lowdown on which ingredients fight them best and some products recommendations. Salicylic acid Salicylic acid, found in many acne products, is a longtime skincare staple for its ability to unclog pores by cleaning out enlarged follicles that fill with sebum and become blackheads.  Because the ingredient can irritate the skin if used too much, it’s best to use it as a targeted treatment instead of all over your face or body. Many people may be sensitive to salicylic acid and be able to use it more than once every few days. If you continue to react to it, discontinue use. Try:PAULA'S CHOICE - Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Gel Exfoliant This Paula’s Choice product has long been a cult-favourite salicylic acid exfoliator. The lightweight formulation absorbs quickly and is formulated at the optimal pH of 3.2 to 3.8 for maximum efficacy. Green tea extract is also present to provide calming and antioxidative properties. Glycolic acid An alpha hydroxy acid derived from sugarcane, gives blackhead-prone skin a fresh start. It goes to work by exfoliating the top skin layer and cleaning out clogged follicles. The benefits of this gentle acid are twofold. By dissolving the upper skin layer, it also triggers the skin cells to repair themselves—therefore creating more collagen. Try:exuviance - Pore Clarifying Cleanser It is soap-free formula and contains AHAs, PHAs, BHAs, suitable for oily and acne-prone skin. Azelaic acid "Azelaic acid is a dicarboxylic acid that helps exfoliate the skin and is synthesized by yeast naturally,"says NYC-based dermatologists Gervaise Gerstner,  MD. It is a multifunctional skincare ingredient that targets blackheads and can also lighten the brown discolouration caused by acne. Try: DERMAdoctor - Photodynamic Therapy Age Spot Eraser & Skin Brightener A revolutionary brightening face treatment Developed with awardwinning, antiaging red light technology Formulated with hydroquinonefree botanical boosters Helps even skin discoloration. Benzoyl Peroxide Like salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide works as a keratolytic agent, which means it’s able to break down and loosen the dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and down in the pores. In addition to cleaning out pores, benzoyl peroxide fights the bacteria that lead to breakouts. Try:Clean&Clear - Persa-Gel 10 Acne Medication Spot Treatment It can be drying, however, and harsh on sensitive complexions. Spot treat on a small patch of skin first to make sure you don’t react. Witch Hazel Witch hazel, which naturally soothes blackhead-prone skin with anti-inflammatory properties, appears most commonly in toners. If your regimen begins with toner, pass on the drying alcohol–based formulas and opt for water-based products.  Try:THAYERS - Witch Hazel Blemish Clearing Toner A fan-favorite and easily one of the most well-known witch hazel-containing products, this toner is recommended by Zeichner and also contains rose petal water and aloe to help hydrate and calm the skin. "It's important to eliminate oil, scale, salt, and possibly makeup after a workout to prevent these materials from congealing in pores," explains Craig Kraffert, MD, president of Amarte Skin Care. Noted that cleansing with a gentle cleanser (or a mild exfoliant) is best. Although some people may see a dermatologist for their blackheads, and there are also in-office treatments that can help, it’s really worth trying some skincare products with ingredients that can help us get rid of blackheads! It is super important to wash your makeup off and keep your skin clear before going to bed. Step 2. Hormonal acne solutions PT. II 🤗
THAYERS - Cucumber Facial Toner cocokind - Raspberry vinegar toner VERSED - WEEKEND GLOW ✨ I can finally give this an actual review as it’s been more than 2 months of me using it. When I need some extra care with acne (hormonal mainly or stress related) I mix 2 pumps of this with one spritz of the Cocokind Raspberry Vinegar Toner. Heres my routine for tonight.
Heres my routine for tonight. 🌛 I've been incorporating a few new products into my routines like the rosylana Hydrating cleanser, along with the regenerating moisturizer. I'm in LOVE with these two products, they both have a subtle but fantastic scent, cleanser smells like light oranges, and the moisturizer has a very mild floral scent that is so pleasing. It's organic wild crafted skincare which I just love. 💕 products listed in order ... farmacy green clean cleansing balm as my first cleanse to remove my makeup rosy lana Hydrating sweet orange cleanser. Using this as my second cleanse tonight. thayers natural witch hazel rose petal toner clarityrx clinical daily dose of water hyaluronic acid serum. I've really been enjoying this Hyaluronic acid, it makes my skin so plump and I need all the extra Hydration I can get. maelove skincare pure marula oil organic wild harvested. This is such a great affordable marula oil, I love it. It sinks right into the skin, I mix this in with my moisturizer after using my retinol. sunday riley retinol sleeping night oil, I apply this before the marula oil/ moisturizer. I've had a few of these sizes of this retinol night oil, I've enjoyed it, it doesn't seem to irritate my skin at all, I like the results from the next morning, but I'm not sure if I would buy a full size of it, since there's so many new retinols on the market. 😁 rosy lana regenerating moisturizer, this I've been mixing with the marula oil, but even on it's own, it's a very Hydrating moisturizer, I really love how it makes my skin feel, plus the scent is lovely. artisan luxe Dynamic uplifting eye concentrate, this I'm still testing out, but it has been a really great eye cream for using at night I've found, It's really Hydrating and feels great on the skin.

Hi this is my first post... I start my day with Cerave hydrating facial cleanser..I love the way it hydrates leaving smooth skin and then I use Thayers facial toner not a big fan and then I use my Aveeno absolutely ageless daily moisturizer with spf 30 ..love the way it spreads evenly although it is greasy I love as it’s not tacky and then I use my Neutrogena Hydro boost gel sunscreen spf 50 on my neck ...I don’t like it on my face as my face looks greasy but I love the fact that it doesn’t leave any white cast ... This is what I follow when I am working from home..

Tonight’s routine 😴
Tonight’s routine 😴
Hello everyone! I recently decided to upgrade my skincare routine from very basic (just cleansing and moisturizer most days) to something more intentional. My skin fluctuates between dry and combination (definitely very dry in the winter), I struggle with large pores, blackheads, acne prone (although my acne has improved greatly over the past few years, yay!) Here’s tonight’s routine, some staples and a couple newbies: CeraVe - Hydrating Facial Cleanser I have been using this cleanser for years with no complaints Kate Somerville - ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating TreatmentI received this sample in my IPSY bag and used it tonight in the shower, seems nice so far! I use TO lactic acid most nights but try to do a more intense exfoliator 1-2x per week THAYERS - Cucumber Facial Mist Another longtime staple The Ordinary - Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA I use this most nights and mornings for 1. To help with dark spots and scarring and 2. For the added HA which is a nice moisture boost ACURE - Ultra Hydrating Eye Cream This eye cream is newish to me but I am liking it so far Kiehl's - Ultra Facial Moisturizer SPF 30 My go to moisturizer for nights, sometimes daytime too if my skin is feeling dry ACURE - Seriously Soothing Blue Tansy Night OilTrying this out tonight for some soothing after exfoliation
