Before and After HALLOWEEN Skincare Tips 🎃💀👻
I love Halloween with the costumes, the treats, and scary movies. What's not to love. Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in the fun we can forget about our activities of daily living. So I just wanted to give you guys some tips on how to get through today!!! Before putting on your Halloween makeup remember to exfoliate, hydrate and prime your skin. Healthy nourished skin is the best base for any makeup routine. You can exfoliate and hydrate with one of my favorite masks dear, klairs - Youthful Glow Sugar Mask if you want a hydrating primer my go to is BOBBI BROWN - Vitamin Enriched Face Base Priming Moisturizer After dancing the night away in layers of makeup or walking the neighborhood with a scary mask on your face you will need to double cleanse. The best way to break down that makeup and dirt is with an oil cleanser. My favorites are BANILA CO - Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm Nourishing and I just tried FARMACY - Green Clean Makeup Meltaway Cleansing Balm omg this stuff really breaks down makeup. Then follow up with a gel cleanser to really get in your pores and get the dirt out. I personally like NATURIUM - Mixed Greens Nutrient-Rich Cleanser they are launching a Niacinamide gel cleanser Nov 1 I'm excited to try it. After cleansing you can rehydrate your skin with a nourishing mask like I'm from - Honey Mask or TONYMOLY - I'm Real Aloe Mask Sheet both masks keep my skin plump and hydrated. Throw in a hydrating essence NATURIUM - Hyaluronic Acid Essence 2% or hydrating toner like I'm from - Rice Toner Skip the actives and finish with a hydrating moisturizer like FARMACY - Honey Halo Ultra-hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer Don't forget to hydrate. Water helps flush out those toxins, the candy and/or the alcohol. 😜 Water will help give your skin that healthy glow!!! If the makeup has left your skin irritated you can try adding some serums like Krave - Great Barrier Relief or epicuren DISCOVERY - Aloe Vera Calming Gel to your routine both calm irritated skin. The Krave serum will help soothe your skin while repairing your skins barrier. The Epicuren gel has green tea and camomile which a great anti inflammatory agents. What are your Halloween plans?? Are you still dressing up are you still participating in Halloween activities?? Hope these tips help!!!

Algae Eye Serum
This is another sample I got from Ipsy that I'm finally getting around to trying. The TONYMOLY - Moisture Boost Cooling Algae Eye Serum This is a gel-type eye serum that is supposed to provide deep moisture and elasticity to the skin. the serum is infused with hyaluronic acid, sea water, and algae. It will deliver Marine nutrition deep into your skin without leaving a very tacky finish and it can be used on all skin types. hyaluronic acid - this increases skin moisture and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles sea water - rich in minerals such as magnesium calcium and potassium Algae - full of essential fatty acids which will not only just hydrate but will also create a protective barrier for your skin the full size package of this claims to have a cucumber smell to it I have a sample size and there is no smell it does feel nice and cold when applying it to the under eyes and I find that it is a little tacky but after it sinks into the skin it goes away and leaves my under eyes feeling slightly dry but not like concerningly. a little does go along way so don't go overboard and slather it on your face. this product retails for $22.00 USD on Ulta
Cherie Made Me Buy It - Part II 🤷🏻♀️
Here goes another product I picked up because I saw it on Cherie and Instagram and was instantly convinced to buy it for myself 😊. Before I start sharing what I love about TONYMOLY - Moisture Boost Cooling Algae Eye Serum ($22.00 - 0.5oz). Here is my background - I have oily combination skin with slightly large pores. I’ve been using eye creams for a year and half now mainly because my mom said it was time to be proactive with my eye products 🙂. This product is recommended for anyone who wants to ensure their sensitive eye area is targeted with two of the products main ingredients: Hyaluronic Acid and Sea Water 💦. It does not have a scent to it and if it does it is so faint I cannot pick it up. The texture is clear sheer consistency and easy to apply to the under eye areas. I use this eye serum during my night time skincare routine, after I cleanse my skin and tone it. I think I fall into the category like others that I use eye serums and cream as a way to take care of my under eye area as I get older. You don’t want to be in your 40s regretting not doing more in your late 20s or early 30s. This product has such cute packaging along with all of TonyMoly’s other products. I do not remember who specifically posted since it was popular early in its launch but I thank all my friends for the recommendation. I hope to buy more products from the “Moisture Boost Collection,” and compare how the line works together. PS - if you have a skincare fridge - pop this baby inside and experience a depuffing eye serum sensation. #CheriePartner

On the Path to Success!
Added Lactic Acid to my skincare and I'm loving it! Always looking for suggestions, of course, but as of now, I think I'm headed towards happier skin. Right now my routine goes; Double Cleanse: 1) Bioré - Witch Hazel Pore Clarifying Cooling Cleanser 2) BURT’S BEES - Soap Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream Acid Peel: (PM ONLY) 3)The Ordinary - Lactic Acid 10% + HA Serum: 4) TONYMOLY - Vital Vita 12 Poresole Ampoule (AM) 5) The Ordinary - ''Buffet'' (PM) Moisturize: 6) Clean&Clear - Share ESSENTIALS Dual Action Moisturizer
Should I make changes?
I've just started to really get into skincare, and have designed a routine that I think is doing me better? I'm looking for suggestions, I have sensitive, acne prone skin that burns super easily in the sun. I have improved the quality of my skin with the changes I've made from just cleansing and moisturizing to adding in some serums, but I just wonder if there are any products that might be helpful for me. I'm a college student looking for more budget options that I can get at a local Ulta or possibly even Target. Please leave suggestions!!

🍵 matcha match?? 🍵
No pictures but let me tell you how wonderful this combination was! TONYMOLY - I'm Real Green Tea Sheet Mask I started off with washing my face, again just so everyone knows. I don’t endorse face masks anymore. I ended up hoarding a bunch and I just don’t want my money to go to waste. Continued on with a couple serums and proceeded to put the mask on. After about 20 minutes. My face felt dewy and extremely moisturized. I wouldn’t recommend this as something to try on regularly because of the fragrance and how expensive it would end up being (you won’t be getting your money’s worth in benefits) however, in comparison to the other tonymoly masks, it definitely feels better! I DEW CARE - Matcha Mood Soothing Green Tea Wash-Off Mask Ugh 😍 this mask was such a treat. It’s like a light, fluffy mousse textured treat. It smelled super fresh and did a decent job calming my skin. I tried not to let it dry because it isn’t supposed to but it’s so easy to forget. V calming, 9/10. -1 for fragrance
Stay Young Forever: Antioxidants 🍊
This is my favorite type of ingredient. If you’re looking for anti-aging, hyperpigmentation help, or even just prevention this is it! Antioxidants: You can find these in things around and even inside you. Vitamins such as A, C, and E have such a role in your life it’s crazy. Antioxidant main enemy is FREE RADICALS This free radicals are natural occurring and environment related stressors. They can be caused by the body’s metabolism or found in drugs, pesticides, cigarette smoke, and other pollutants. They over time damage cells and cause that portion of your body to not function properly. They are the most known for accelerating the aging process (mostly by diminishing collagen production). I love this chart because it lists the needs and skin types for each! Dry sensitive skin! Listen up
I’ve replaced a lot of products over the years. I’ve worked my way from little to no skincare to feeling somewhat confident in my current routine as a 21 year old. Ive suffered from severe dry skin, and always being a huge water drinker, nothing is more annoying than dry skin and 10 glasses of water a day. I’m posting my routine that has helped my extremely sensitive and dry skin immensely. Products listed and how to use: CLINIQUE - CLINIQUE Liquid Facial Soap Very very gentle facial soap that has been the only face wash I have been happy with. I’ve been using it for gentle cleansing for about 3 years and when I wear makeup I don’t go in with just this. I firmly believe in oil cleansing ( I use olive oil to take off my makeup and that works for *me*) so take off your makeup or stir up the surface oils with an oil beforehand. It makes a world of difference and won’t leave your skin extremely vulnerable and flaky. Use cool water. The Ordinary - AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution I’ve read a lot about this product and believe it’s something that is a game changer. Using too much first thing and for too long can be an immediate misstep so please, go easy and work your way up to the suggested 10 minutes. I started in increments of 3 minutes with a thin layer and worked my way up to thicker usage with more time added. It is a FACIAL and should be thoroughly washed off after the time is up. Immediately go in with some type of hydration afterwards. Cleans you up nicely and tightens pores. You will see an immediate change in texture. The Ordinary - Lactic Acid 10% + HA Not to be used with the AHA, however i have been using this before I bought the AHA and if you have sensitive skin this works great. I would recommend diluting it and only using a couple days at a time. The Ordinary - Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% This has been a fairly new addition to my routine but it’s thick and balmy, which is sexy of course. Brightening effects are the desired results so i will need to update the progress for this product. I go in for this straight after my hyaluronic acid cream. ACURE - The Essentials 100% Plant Squalane Oil My absolute favorite oil on earth, just slap this on (3-4 drops) after all is said and done. Seals in moisture by absorbing in nicely and doesn’t leave greasy residue. VOLITION - Celery Green Cream Beauty I’ve used most of this up, replacing the Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Night Pressed Serum which is also amazing. Thick heavy cream that locks it all in, both have hyaluronic acid. ACURE - Brightening Night Cream I used this for years, getting slightly sick of it. TONYMOLY - I'm Lavender Lullaby Sleeping Mask Before bed, slather this on and wake up with a lot of moisture still on.
Sleepy time mask 🌚💤✨
TONYMOLY - I'm Lavender Lullaby Sleeping Mask The lavender smell can put you to sleep. I am trying to ween myself off of fragrances and stir in the direction of skincare that is fragrance free, just to protect myself from the problematic long term effects. However, tonymoly came out with a sleeping mask and made it impossible. The packaging is absolutely adorable, the smells fantastic. It’s aromatherapy really. The product itself is fantastic. It’s a thick yet light weight consistency, like that of custard. Quick to absorb into the skin and I definitely love the hydration my skin gets the instant this stuff is on. I like to put on The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 along with other serums and oils before slapping the sleeping mask on. It mixes well and absorbs into the skin even if I have put facial oils on (in minute amounts usually) I have found the combination of the hyaluronic acid and the sleeping mask to be very complementary (should you not be interested in putting on other products during the night time) Took off a star because even though it smells great, fragrance should not be as popular as it is in products.

What a disappointment! 💧🚱💦🚫
I had such high hopes for these products. All had decent reviews but none left me with the hydration I was hoping for. TONYMOLY - The Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Moisture Cream Firstly, I liked the texture of this cream. It was I had hoped for from a “watery” cream but it failed to really absorb into my skin and I felt like it just uncomfortably sat on top. It would leave me with a tight feeling rather than the supple hydrated feeling I get from other water/gel creams. The smell is a little unusual to but if my skin loved the cream I could look past that. I had this next to Neutrogena’s hydroboost in my bathroom and have multiple disappointments I just stopped reaching for it. #Sukin - Rehydrating Gel Cream[products]#[TwoStars] I love me an affordable Australian brand and when I saw this Hydrating range I was so excited to try it. But like The Chok Chok Watery Moisture Cream, it left my face feeling tight and by midday like I hadn’t moisturised at all. This one also had a unique smell but all of Sukin products have a very earthy kind of smell. The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 I literally felt like this serum did nothing. It became an added step that I just don’t need.
Why do I ever try other moisturizers...
As a dry skin girly, I love a moisturizer that feels like a delicious drink of water. The Neutrogena - Hydro Boost Gel-Cream is my sh*t!!! It is light, weightless, sinks right into my skin and makes me feel instantly more hydrated. Some people have said they don’t like the silicone/dimethicone in this, I personally don’t have a problem and actually prefer silicon in my moisturizer. I keep trying other moisturizers and cannot find something I love as much as this! Recently tried e.l.f. - Superhydrate Moisturizer with Squalane and hated the texture, as well as íUNIK - Centella Calming Gel Cream and I think it’s definitely Better than elf but I still didn’t love the texture, just neither felt like they “sank” right into my skin and went on weightless. Next on my list to try is TONYMOLY - The Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Moisture Creambut I have a feeling I will still go back to my Neutrogena Hydroboost gel cream!!

BATTLE OF THE MASKS 🎭
Tony Moly Masks, these are the next sheet masks I tried out ✨ TONYMOLY - Master Lab Hyaluronic Acid Mask Sheet The Masks Claims: This mask is an ultra thin hydrating sheet mask made of natural cellulose for even and consistent absorption of active ingredients! Hyaluronic acid, a hydrating water type-essence, will give your skin super hydration by retaining water in the skin. My Review: This mask did’t do much for me, I didn’t see much difference after using this at all 👎🏼 It wasn’t messy at all which was good! If there was anything good that come out of this it would’ve been that it only cost $4. TONYMOLY - I'm Real Rice Mask Sheet The Masks Claims: Three-layer pulp sheet filled with rice extract and an enriched cream based essense that yields maximum hydration and moisturizing for your skin. No Parabens, talc, benzophenone or triethanolamine included. My Review: This one honestly wasn’t that great either, felt super similar to the first one except it was a bit more creamier in texture due to the rice extract! I love face products with rice extract they give such a creamy formula that makes your skin super soft and smooth. But this one didn’t do a whole lot. If anything it was the perfect mask if you love to relax with a face mask on for relaxation purposes! This one was only $3.
HOLY GRAIL SHEET MASK
TONYMOLY - I'm Real Rice Mask Sheet $3 I'm Real Sheet Mask Rice is meant to clear your skin as rice is good for your skin and is used to clear blemishes. this is a holy grail product that i have been using for years!
My favorite k-beauty skincare products: Tonymoly face masks ☺️ This face mask claims to maximum hydration for your skin and to transform dull and tired skin into healthy, moisturized skin in as little as 20 minutes. This face mask targets dry skin & dullness. This face mask is wet & feels very refreshing when you put it on the face. I really like this face mask because it smells like roses, which smells so good & it moisturizes my skin. I also love this face mask because it doesn’t fall off my face unlike other face masks. Whenever I put this face mask on my face, I feel very relaxed & refreshed. I decided to try this because I love anything with rose, so I wanted to try it. Once I used this, I fell in love with it. I also like how there’s a variety of scents for the mask as well. After using this mask, I saw instant results with moisturizing my face & brightening my face. This product retails for $3 at Urban Outfitters, which is kinda pricey for a face mask, but I love it, so I think it’s definitely worth a try! I would rate this face mask a 5/5 😊 TONYMOLY - I'm Real Rose Sheet Mask
my favorite masks!
I really love trying new masks it’s such a fun experience & feels like you’re treating yourself to some ‘me-time’. Below are my favorite masks that I’ve tried! (most I’ve gotten from ipsy glam bags). 🧖🏻♀️ dr botanicals - Apothecary Cocoa and Coconut Superfood Reviving Hydrating Mask This is an overnight mask so you leave it on while you sleep, it works like a moisturizer except you’re only recommended to use it 2-3 times a week. I really like this mask, I’ve used it when I feel like I need that extra hydration for my skin. I gave it four stars only b/c it’s a bit sticky. I like to use this in conjunction w/ my moisturizer for that extra hydration. TONYMOLY - I'm Honey Deep Moisture Rescue Mask First of all the packaging is adorable. This is a mask that’s meant to give your skin that deep moisture, it has honey + propolis which are very beneficial for the skin, especially dry skin. I’ve noticed my skin really loves propolis so I continue to use this mask. Whenever I use this mask my skin has more of a glow after! GENERATION CLAY - Ultra Violet Brightening Purple Clay Mask I was a bit hesitant to use this mask b/c it’s one of those “the tingling means its working!” type of masks. I can say that when I’ve used it there is a tingling feeling but nothing too extreme it doesn’t leave my skin red or dry at all! When you apply the mask it’s purple & then transforms to a grey color as you wait the 15 minutes before you wash it off. I love to use this as a spot treatment overnight, it really minimizes a stubborn pimple the next day. VERSED - LOOK ALIVE Hydrating Plumping Mask I recently purchased & posted this mask on here so I was really excited to use it. I absolutely love this mask. It does exactly what it says it’s supposed to which is hydrate + plump the skin. When I wash off the mask my skin instantly feels hydrated & A LOT more plump. This is definitely in my top three of masks I’ve tried! I 100% recommend it b/c it’s not super harsh on the skin & there’s no tingle which you normally find in products that are meant to plump the skin/lips. FIRST AID BEAUTY - FAB Pharma Arnica Relief & Rescue Mask When I use a mask it’s for the benefits & partially the experience. However, I don’t mind that this one isn’t as flashy as the other masks b/c it gives your skin the benefits it says it will. I use this when my skin is being problematic. It really heals my skin which I appreciate. I recommend this for people with problem skin! hey HONEY - SHOW YOUR GLOW Colloidal Gold & Honey Beauty Mask This is one of those masks that your’re gonna take selfies while you have it on b/c of the gold pigment, which gives a luxurious feel. I love this b/c it makes my skin more glowy + it’s a great alternative to cute & flashy but damaging peel-off masks.
SUCH a good moisturizing mask!!! I have such dry skin and this one makes me feel baby smooth and plumps my skin like no other mask! It has a delightful gooey cool texture like if you mixed aloe and honey without the drip you get from homemade masks! I will definitely be buying the full size of this product!!! It does have a bit of fragrance but so far has not irritated me (I only use it like once a week). TONYMOLY - I'm Honey Deep Moisture Rescue Mask

Banana 🍌 Hand Milk
✨My skin type is Dry with a little T-zone action, sensitive, medium in skin tone✨ It smells amazing, like candy banana deliciousness, it moisturizes and feels so nice. The price of this is affordable and I recommend it to anyone who loves bananas 🍌 because you will smell good enough to eat 😋TONYMOLY - Magic Food Banana Hand Cream

WHATS THE BIG DEAL WITH TONY MOLY?
i ordered a tony moly face mask just for the fun of it. i’m sure you all have seen this popular brand online! ⭐️my skin is dry and sensitive⭐️ • the mask says it’s hydrating, cool right? • overall the face mask irritated my skin and didn’t do the wonders social media spoke about • the face mask is also very fragile, i accidentally tipped the chin and nose part of the mask when i took it out of the package 🤚NO HATE TO THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER🤚 - this face mask just isn’t meant for sensitive skin 😎RATING: 3/10😎
TONYMOLY-I'm Real Lavender Sheet Mask
This cooling algae eye serum by TonyMoly is literally the cutest product ever. The packaging alone makes you want to buy it but then when you dig into the product itself.... you won’t be disappointed either. It’s such a light gel like texture reminding me of the aloe vera you put on a sun burn. But this serum is made for your under eye area and it really does give a cooling affect that doesn’t irritate your eyes at all. TONYMOLY - Moisture Boost Cooling Algae Eye Serum
TONYMOLY-Moisture Boost Cooling Algae Eye Serum
Tonymoly Hydration Heroes set ($36) 💕My favorites so far are the I’m Green Tea Hand Cream, I’m Green Tea Gel Eye Patches, and Chok Chok No Wash Cleansing Water. The hand cream is lightly scented and feels buttery smooth. It’s been such a lifesaver on the plane and during my long travel days! The gel eye patches have also come in clutch; They have the perfect amount of essence and give my under eyes an anti-jet lag green tea kick. And the cleansing water is the perfect-sized micellar water for on-the-go makeup removal. 🍵 In my “good, but not repurchasing” category are the Chok Chok Watery Cream, a gel to water hydrator that has a lovely texture but is formulated with lemon seed oil - a possible trigger for sensitive skin. Similarly, the I’m Green Tea Mask Sheet felt a bit too thin and a bit too scented. 💕overall, pleased with the set so far.
