✨The BEST Tarte Shape Tape dupe✨
Many have tried, but only one can be the winner. I have tried: 1. COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Concealer 2. MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Concealer 3. REVOLUTION - Conceal & Define Full Coverage Concealer And the winner is... REVOLUTION - Conceal & Define Full Coverage Concealer !!!! The reason I only give it 4 stars is because I wish it were bigger! The product does run out quicker than I would like, but the product itself... *chef’s kiss* The Colourpop concealer gives wonderful coverage and lasts for a good time, which is what earned it 4 stars from me. My problem with this one is that it’s full-coverage to a fault, and almost feels cakey at times! If left on the skin for any amount of time too, it becomes very hard to blend. The Maybelline Fit Me was extremely underwhelming for me... I suppose if you already have perfect skin this could be a match for you, but if you want to conceal anything with your concealer, I’d consider swerving away from this one. The Revolution Conceal & Define trumps the competitors because of its creamy texture, perfect blend-ability, and perfect amount of coverage. When I put this over my freckles, it allows them to still shine through... BUT also when concealing acne and dark spots, it blows the competition out of the water. It is so versatile and can be used for multiple different purposes. I think I’ve found my forever concealer!! P.S. This product is only $7 at Ulta Beauty!!! Run to your nearest Ulta and snatch it up❤️
90s Makeup Trend: Blue Eyes and Nude Lips
So, we’re all back in the 90s as far as fashion trends are concerned. Thankfully, we’re keeping this decade’s eyebrows! I decided to try out two 90s inspired makeup looks with different shades of blue from the MORPHE - The James Charles Palette . My light look was created using the shade “Hello” all over the lid and crease, and running a bit of “Playgroung” on my lower lash line, and onto the outer half of my upper lash line. This added a little definition and brightness to the pale blue base. The light shimmery blue all over the eye and crease felt super retro and fun! ❄️🧚🏻👗 My dark look was created using the shade "Brother" all over the lid and blended into the crease, and "A capella" tapped onto the centre of the eyelid. This rich, dark version of the 90s blue eyeshadow trend felt much more modern and striking. 🧵🌊🌏 These looks are great for brown eyes - as you can see - but there are really no rules! You could achieve a toned down version of this look by lining your eyes with blue shades and adding lashings of mascara! Or pairing a navy blue or turquoise waterline with a bronze or copper upper lid! Don't be afraid of the blue! 2020 is the time to realise your colourful makeup dreams. Complexion Details 👸🏻 If you were interested in my complexion products, I used the ESTĒE LAUDER - Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation in the shade 1C0 Shell, the REVOLUTION - Conceal & Define Full Coverage Concealer in the shade C1, the Revlon Sculpt + Highlight Contour Kit in Light/Medium, and a touch of Juvia's PLACE - The Saharan Blush Palette shade Yara to warm up the apples of my cheeks slightly. Lip Details 💄💋 I did a DIY lip colour to get the 90s nude look. I put some L.A. Girl - L.A. Girl Luxury Creme Lipstick in the shade Teddy around the edges of my lips, and patted some Covergirl Colorliscious Lipstick in the shade 230 in the centre (I think this line is discontinued!) Skin Details: I have fairly dry and fairly sensitive skin. I am very fair, too. I live in Brisbane, so the weather is getting more humid by the day, and is generally very sunny.

Dark Phoenix Halloween makeup 💄
This look is inspired by on of my favorite movie series, X-Men. I love how they portrayed Jean Grey in the Dark Phoenix. Plus Sophie Turner is just gorgeous! I had so much fun creating this look! And honestly it didn’t take as much as I thought it would. This look can be created with most things you probably have on hand any way. But here is what I used! FACE BASE🤗 ILLAMASQUA - Hydra Veil Primer e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealer COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hyaluronic Hydrating Foundation NYX - Dewy Finish Makeup Setting Spray Laura Makeup Labs - Moods Eyeshadow and Highlighter Palette The Pink highlighter for nose and Cupid’s Bow. 😍 EYES 👀 MORPHE - 35OM Nature Glow Matte Eyeshadow Palette Colors- Cafe, wing, blend up. Seriously, blend up from wing on to lid and in crease. Burnt Spice, lid and crease. Blend. Up Front- under brow line. Bossy- outer corner and under bottom lash line. e.l.f. - Intense H20 Proof Eyeliner Pen For wings. Nice and Pointy! benefit - BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara Araceli - Ojos Perfectos Gel Pencil Eyeliner in chocolate on waterline. the Balm cosmetics - The Lou Manizer'sQuad Highlighter Quad the Penny-Lou. On inner corner. FX OF FACE AND NECK🎃 I used the color Seriously from the Morphe palette to contour my face and “line” where I wanted my “fire” lines. About 1/2” thick. I gently blended it in to give a singed look. I then used a thin angled brush and my camo concealer to lighten the center of those brown lines, and then gently set them with my finger. Leaving just enough brown shade on the outer edges. This is where I will place the red color. I used the Bossy color from the Morphe palette on top of the concealer. Then I made “cracks” using NYX - White Liquid Liner Once the white dried, I used the color Toucan Play from my REVOLUTION - Forever Flawless Eyeshadow Palette and blended it in some places near the white line to give a more firey look. I also used some of the color Canary from the revolution palette in some places to give a bright glow. BROWS🤨 REVOLUTION - Brow Pomade LIPS 👄 #AVON - Lipstick- Plum[products]#[FourStars] ❤️Love this look!! This was a fun way to end my Halloween makeup segment! All you need to do now is throw on a red top and long brown coat or sweater to top the look off! Happy Halloween 🎃 ❤️#CherieCreator
Looks for Fall! 🍁
This post is all about my new REVOLUTION - Forever Flawless Eyeshadow Palette Which I snagged at Ulta for 15 BuCKS! And man is it a gorgeous palette!!! And I am still amazed that’s all it costs!!!! This can definitely stand up to the higher end brands on bold color! 💥 The case is metal and full of color, and that’s just the outside!!!! This palette really packs a punch of pigment with the exception of only one shade that didn’t show up very well on the swatch. I personally love ❤️ Revolution Makeup 💄 and have yet to be disappointed. The amount of creations you can pull off this palette are what seams to be endless and this is my first stab at the palette 🎨. The shadows are smooth and glide on very well. They blend amazingly well. The gold glitter is actually my e.l.f. - Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow in 24k gold.... I had to add gold glitter to this look, it was missing. 🤗 In this look I mainly used the yellow and orange shades from the palette, I did use some natural tones from my Morphe 350 palette but just for some transition colors. I tried to stick with the Paradise palette for most the look! I definitely get candy corn vibes from this look for sure! 😏
I ❤️ revolution
This is my favorite donut shadow palate. They are all pigmented not this is just my personal favorite.
I Heart Revolution 'Strawberry Sprinkles' Palette ($7) This is one of the five cute little donut palettes that i heart revolution came out. I Heart Revolution is a UK brand but Ulta stocks them in the US and these palettes are only $7! The fifth slide is a photo of all of five palettes, in case you haven't seen them all yet. Imo this one is definitely the best of the bunch. Well actually that's not fair.I was actually pretty impressed. The peach satin is nice and so is the matte burgundy next to it. The three shimmers swatched fine with a brush but I felt like they applied better on the eyes with my fingertips. I think that the packaging is adorbs and the colors are really pretty too. Well worth $7 in my book!

Trying a new (to me) makeup product✨
On friday night I got bored and decided to do my face. This is what I came up with. What was supposed to be a very natural beat turned into a VERY full glam beat very quickly. The star of the show was the Juvia's PLACE - The Saharan Blush Palette (vol. 1) that I recently got from their flash sale and sis made some points. I have never really been into blush (and I’m pretty sure I put too much on), but I really like how it worked with my bronzer to warm up my face. The other products on my face are: EYEBROWS: - NYX - Tame & Frame Brow Pomade in “Espresso” - L'ORÉAL - Infallible Full Wear Waterproof Concealer in “415 Honey” EYES: - ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Jackie Aina Eyeshadow Palette - bh cosmetics loose foil pigment and glitter glue - lashes from aliexpress BASE: - MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Matte + Poreless Liquid Foundationin “340 Cappuccino and 356 Warm Coconut” - e.l.f. - Hydrating Camo Concealerin “Deep Olive” (highlight) - Juvia's PLACE - Juvia’s PLACE Shade Sticksin “Tunisia” (contour) - REVOLUTION - MAKEUP REVOLUTION Loose Baking Powderin “Banana Deep” (to set highlight) - MAYBELLINE - Fit Me Matte + Poreless Powderin “355” (to set the rest of my face) - MORPHE - Glamabronze Face & Body Bronzerin “Trailblazer” - e.l.f. - Matte Magic Mist & Set LIPS: - NYX - Slim Lip Pencilin “Espresso” - NYX - Soft Matte Metallic Lip Creamin “London” - NYX - Butter Glossin “Fortune Cookie” - essence - Shine Shine Shine Lipglossin “Behind the Scenes” Aside from my lip products which I took off before putting my mask on, the makeup was 100% transfer proof! Do you see any of your favorite products here? Do you have any product/application recommendations for me? Let me know in the comments!
Concealer’s For My Full Makeup Routine
Hey guys! Here is a little look at a full face routine that I do when I have the time. I love this look! When I do wear makeup I usually do this. Here is my list of products that I used for this look BECCA - Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector L.A. Girl - HD Pro Concealer -Fawn L.A. Girl - HD Pro Concealer -Reddish MAC - Mineralize Concealer -NW45 BLACK RADIANCE - True Complexion CC Palette -Medium Deep Too Faced - Born This Way Natural Finish Foundation -Tiramisu BLACK RADIANCE - True Complexion Soft Focus Finishing Powder -Milk Chocolate Finish BLK/OPL - True Skin Perfecting Stick Foundation 15 -Ebony Brown REVOLUTION - MAKEUP REVOLUTION Loose Baking Powder -Banana Deep BLACK RADIANCE - True Complexion Contour Palette -Dark to Deep BLACK RADIANCE - Color Perfect Highlighter Palettes -Sunkissed Glow SEPHORA COLLECTION - Colorful Wink-It Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner - Waterproof ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Pomade -Ebony JORDANA - Classic Lipliner Classic -Coco Loco JULEP - So Plush Ultra Hydrating Lip Gloss -Polished I ran out of my NYX - Matte Finish Makeup Setting Spray !!!! As you can see I used bullet points to emphasize the concealers I used and yeah, lol it’s four of them. I know to some it may seem like a lot but I honestly feel like I need it! Especially where my hyperpigmentation is and my under eye darkness. I’m working on my skincare routine to start from root and I’ve seen progress but it’s taking time. Tbh, these mask and being incredibly stressed have done quite a number on my skin. The BLACK RADIANCE - True Complexion CC Palette is used when I am looking for the finest detail on my face and I want an even complexion everywhere. I am usually doing a full coverage routine if I use this palette. My red tinted concealer from L.A. Girl is great for my dark marks and under the eye as well as going on top of my damn mustache (threading appointment soon, believe me). I use the other L.A. Girl concealer and my MAC concealer for highlighting. I love using them both for the pretty, light and lifted effect it gives for my eyes. I’m still working on application but I definitely see a difference when I use both. Absolutely any tips and suggestions and feedback are incredibly appreciated. Thank you!

Best Niacinamide(b3) Serums— Clear Skin for Days
I’m addicted to niacinamide (aka b3!) as a skincare ingredient. One of the most powerful topical antioxidants, it reduces oil and sebum production (less clogged pores!) and also helps reverse hyperpigmentation and scarring. It keeps my skin clear and soft like no other ingredient within skincare, and so I always have a serum of it on hand to make sure my skin stays texture and blemish free. An effective concentration is 5-10%, used once a day. Any more than that will cause irritation! This ingredient shouldn’t burn or sting. If you’re experiencing that and redness, you’re likely allergic to it from a niacin allergy. First up is my HG serum Glossier. - Super Pure Niacinamide + Zinc Serum which I’ve been using since it dropped around four years ago. It’s solved so many of my problems, and the 5% niacinamide content doesn’t irritate my skin. It’s not sticky, it smells and feels like water and sinks in very easily. I’ve never had irritation or any issues with this, and I use four drops every night. The fact they made the bottle twice as big for the same price is a huge plus, and means that I only have to repurchase once every three months. I prefer this formulation because it has very little fillers, all the ingredients included in the formulation are either healing or hydrating The second best I’ve found is REVOLUTION - Blemish and Pore Refining Serum - 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc which sells for around 7$ at Ulta. It’s really a bargain. It’s a higher concentration of b3, which I noticed started irritating me. When I cut down usage to once every two days using only two drops, the irritation went away. You could also dilute a little bit with toner, which is what I did as well. It’s a bit sticky, but not overwhelmingly as it sinks in quickly and the stickiness disappears. The formulation also has very little fillers and has similar healing ingredients to the glossier serum and doesn’t pill at all, which is why I prefer it over The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% formulation. Sadly I see a ton of people using The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% and while it’s cost effective, the formulation really is sub par and the included ingredients are mostly fillers, rather than beneficial healing topicals. Do you use nicinamide? For me, it’s truly been a game changer ingredient in getting and keeping my skin super clear!
May favorites !!!
CeraVe - Resurfacing Retinol Serum this has made my skin super smooth and has somewhat helped my pores. I’ve noticed my skin change so much with this product They didn’t have the tag for this sunscreen but honestly it is so amazing it makes my skin glow and it’s light weight, smells amazing and I’ve noticed a huugeee difference in my skin after using this sunscreen. REVOLUTION - Blemish and Pore Refining Serum - 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc this serum honestly worked better than the ordinary one but I use this one every morning. Neutrogena - Light Therapy Acne Spot Treatment I haven’t used this one as much but honestly after one use it made the area that I struggle with smoother than it has ever been and I can’t wait to use it more but amazing results and so far I love it FREEMAN - Avocado & Oatmeal Facial Clay Mask I’ve used this face mask since I was in middle school ( I’m now a junior in highschool) I used this all the time and it’s so good and makes my skin so smooth SheaMoisture - African Black Soap Clarifying Mud Mask this is another great mask, it deep cleans and gets deep into my pores to get all the gunk out and makes my skin look brand new and refreshed. The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA this has been the only moisturizer that I have been using and I haven’t switched its so good but the only thing is when my skin is a bit irritated it tends to skin but I love this moisturizer, When buying new skincare remember to do research because what works for me might not work for you these are products I do recommend trying out.

Fall makeup 🍁
Hi guys !! Today I did a nice fall look, I love orange and red eyeshadows so I matched orange and red and a nice shimmer red. I love essence - Melted Chrome Eyeshadow because is a soft formula and very shiny! Also, I used the REVOLUTION - Reloaded Palette and they have a bunch of different colours of palette, I like the one very colourful so I can use with shimmer from other palettes. Again, my favourite blush FENTY BEAUTY - Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush colour fuego. I love makeup revolution formula, it’s nice pigment and easy for spread! It’s soft formula and keeps the colour all day. Hope you guys liked 😘 Xoxo 💋

The perfect duo😍!!!
I have been using the REVOLUTION - Conceal & Hydrate Foundation& pairing it with their REVOLUTION - Conceal & Hydrate Concealer. I have tried out almost every foundation and concealer under the sun, and nothing would suit my dry, sensitive skin. Anything/Everything I would try, would leave me looking cakey, patchy, and well a dessert! I never could achieve a glowey, dewy look until I tried these babies out.😍 REVOLUTION - Conceal & Hydrate Foundation My experience with this foundation has been amazing! The only downfall is with this foundation you CANNOT skip priming, in the beginning I wasn’t achieving the finish looks I do now, as I was using the Mario Bedescu Spray as my primer. My makeup looked dull, and patchy. So make sure you have a good primer to pair this with. The primers that I use are either the #Wet n Wild - photofocus face primer DEWY LUMINEUZ[products]#or the PHYSICIANS FORMULA - Spotlight Illuminating Primer. Them two primers have both left me with amazing results, as they both grip the makeup very well, and give me extra hydration I need. (I also do use a moisturizer oil before I prime my face). My steps go moisturizer, moisturizer oil, and then primer. Only because my face is very dry, not everyone needs to. Medium-buildable coverage. I only need half a pump, little goes a VERY long way! Has a creamy texture, & blends in smoothly. REVOLUTION - Conceal & Hydrate ConcealerThis concealer brightens my under eyes amazingly! I apply this under my eyes, the bridge of my nose, and a little on my forehead and chin. I have not had ANY issues with any creasing or caking, it blends in effortlessly. And has amazing coverage. My results with pairing these two were great, and I do not plan to switch any of these products out for a long time. Both of these products need a good primer to have amazing results! It takes u a couple try’s to figure out how much u really need, so if it looks cakey the first time, and u only used 1 pump. It happened to me, I only need half of that. So experience with it, and hopefully u get the results I have gotten. This is the perfect duo, at such a low cost!! A must try! My skin tone is light/medium and I use the shades (F2) in foundation & (C2) in concealer. + I apply and blend them both with a beauty sponge.

A love/hate foundation❤️💔
Hi friends! Today I wanted to talk about the REVOLUTION - Fast Base Stick Foundation since I’ve been using it quite a bit lately. For reference, this foundation retails for $9 for 0.21oz at Ulta. It claims to quickly perfect and melt into skin, leaving a dewy, fresh finish. To begin, I think one of the main reasons I love this foundation is because I found the perfect color match in F6. I have such a hard time color matching and almost always have to mix foundations. I typically self tan so I have a lot of darker foundations, but now that I’m not, this is perfect for my pale skin! I’ve honestly never found such a good color match- ever. Another reason I love this foundation is the coverage. This is pretty full coverage on me. I’m dealing with a lot of acne right now, so I’m digging it. I will say, this does look a bit heavy sometimes, but nothing a bit of setting spray can’t fix. I also love this foundation because it’s so quick! It blends like a dream, even with a brush. The finish is...interesting. I have dry skin year round, but I usually only get dry patches/peeling skin in the winter. When my skin is just dry(no patches/peeling) this foundation has a nice finish. It’s not dewy on me at all, but it’s a nice satin that I can amplify by using a glowy primer. However, when I have any type of dry patch, peeling, etc. going on, this foundation does not take to it well. Those imperfections are much more apparent and it tends to look drier. I steer clear of this guy whenever I have that going on. It’s unfortunate because that means I can basically only use it in the warmer months. I will say, this foundation is quite oily, so I don’t know if those with oily or even combo skin would enjoy it. Plus, with it being so oily, you have to be mindful of the primer you use. Also, this has to be set which drives me nuts. I absolutely hate setting foundations because powder always looks awful on my dry skin and makes me look so dull. But this foundation transfers way too much without setting. Plus, I find I can’t go in with bronzer, blush, etc. without laying some powder down beforehand, because the foundation will lift. My main issue, which isn’t even the foundations fault, just personal preference, is that it’s a stick. Something about applying a stick of foundation to my face over and over again doesn’t sit right with me. Imagine the bacteria growing on it🤢 This especially worries me since I’m struggling with acne. All in all, I do like this foundation and I have found ways to make it work. I would recommend this foundation to those with normal to dry skin, but maybe not dry to the point of dry patches and peeling. As I stated earlier, I don’t think oily/combo folks would enjoy it too much, but you never know!
Futuristic Flapper Halloween look😱
This was my first time ever gluing my brows down! What an adventure:) I tried a game where you create a makeup look based off a random adjective paired with a random noun... and ended up with “Futuristic Flapper”! If you want to know how a newbie to the brow-gluing game pulled this look off, keep on reading😆➡️ 1. To get started, I cleaned my brows off with alcohol on a cotton pad so no oils were left in that area. 2. I took my purple Elmer’s glue stick and started working it into my brows, making sure to get each hair thoroughly coated. Before it dried, I used a spoolie brush to direct all of the hairs upward. You have to use a lot of pressure for this part! 3. Next, I repeated this process 2 more times to make sure every single hair was glued flat to my face. If necessary, I also used my index finger to press and pull upward on the hairs. 4. Once completely dried, I used a beauty blender to press loose tinted powder over all of the glued surface. Then I gently brushed away the excess. 5. After that, I set translucent powder over the top with my beauty blender as well, and let it bake for about 10 minutes. Once I brushed away the excess powder from that, I was ready for the makeup! 6. After applying my full-coverage REVOLUTION - Fast Base Stick Foundation , I blended my shadows and cut the crease just the same as I would on my normal eye shape, just creating an exaggerated shape this time. The black shade I used was from the MORPHE - The James Charles Palette and the blue shade was from the JEFFREE STAR COSMETICS - Blue Blood Eyeshadow Palette 7. For the white lines on my “brows” and lips, I used a small brush to shade in the blue area first, and then used white face paint to draw the lines. 8. I finished it off with crystals on the eyes, contour and blush, and a swipe of black MAC - Retro Matte Lipstick , keeping it toward the center of my lips rather than taking it all the way to the corners of my mouth. I had so much fun doing this look and playing outside the bounds of my actual eyebrows! Gluing them down opens so many more opportunities for creativity🙌🏼 Give it a try for yourself, and let me know how it goes! (also any other tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated)💗
