I love low-waste, natural, and vegan products.
\\FAVORITE PRODUCTS\\ AZTEC SECRET - Indian Healing Clay this face mask is my FAVORITE!! I use it 3-5 times a week with Apple Cider Vinigar. NATURE'S BOUNTY - Vitamin E-Oil, 30,000 IU This has almost healed my acne scars! I highly recommend!! \\NOT FAVORABLE PRODUCTS\\ MAC - Pro Longwear Foundation This foundation is not as high-coverage as I was hoping for. Super wet and frustrating to apply. TOSOWOONG - Foot Peeling Large Size This foot mask was exiting, but gross! It didn’t fix calluses or peel off all dead skin. Leaves super big splotches, even after multiple uses.

How I grow my natural nails
**Note that my nails used to be frail, brittle old things that could NEVER know length due to nail extensions! Just last year, I was so in love with getting nail extensions. The length, the designs, the colors—I did not go one week without my bare nails showing for most of 2019! Then last September, I decided my nails needed a break (and I needed to save some money!) so I started to rehab my nails! Rehabbing my nail beds The first thing to do is get your nail beds free from any damage from nail extensions. This takes some time! I let my nails grow but I always cut away when it started to get length. I was going off of the theory with hair; cutting it makes it grow faster. It worked because by November, my nail beds were healthy! Supplement growth To help my nails grow healthily, I took my biotin supplements. I love the nature bounty one bc it’s yummy mostly 😂 NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies Prevent breakage A big reason my nails always broke was because I never protected them! So I started brushing them with .INC. - Back to Life Recovery Treatment & Base Coat which really kept it strong and healthy as it grew. I also stayed super conscious of doing things that would break my nails, like washing dishes, moving big items, etc. I live alone so I have to do all these things myself, therefore I wear gloves when doing dishes and try to avoid grabbing things with too much nail. Not sure how to explain the last one😬

My Morning Routine ☀️
VICHY - Pureté Thermale One Step Face Cleanser for Sensitive Skin This is the perfect AM cleanser for anyone with sensitive skin. Its a cleansing milk, it tones and removes eye makeup. It’s extremely gentle and hydrating and perfect to start off the morning without stripping the skin. Murad - Essential-C Toner My Cleanser already does the toning but if I feel like my skin is looking dull, I’ll add this in. It has Antioxidants and Amino acids that brighten my skin. Murad - Hydro-Dynamic Quenching Essence I’ve been using this essence for years. It’s extremely hydrating, And anti aging. It contains Glycolic acid for some resurfacing and essential oils. It makes my skin feel really smooth and supple. It’s lightweight and restores cell function to rejuvenate and plump skin while exfoliating the impurities, dirt, and oil that cause dullness and uneven tone. SUNDAY RILEY - C.E.O. Rapid Flash Brightening Serum I love the serum, I do have sensitive skin and some forms of Vitamin C can be irritating but not this one. It contains 15% THD Ascorbate Vitamin C, it’s brightening, clarifying, and has antioxidant properties. It also helps fight the first signs of aging caused by stress, lifestyle, sun, and pollution. It definitely has brightened my skin and made my skin tone more even. biopelle - Dark Circle Relief Cream 1 Percent Vitamin K Oxide I have the type of dark circles that are a blueish hue due to my veins being visible because I’m so fair. Vitamin K is an ingredient that helps blood clot, so it also helps blood vessels less visible. Aveeno - Absolutely Ageless Daily Moisturizer SPF 30 I’ve always preferred moisturizers with SPF, as opposed to using two separate products and Aveeno has always been a non irritating for me. The Absolutely Ageless contains antioxidants that help stimulate collagen and firm the skin and fights free radical Damage. It also won Allures Best of beauty Award. dermalogica - Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 Moisturizer I switch between this and Aveenos SPF moisturizer. I recently got a small sample of this and wanted to try it out due to all the great reviews. It has Peptides, Antioxidants, Amino acids and fights off Free Radical Damage. It also has a lighter texture than Aveeno which I like for Summer. NATURE'S BOUNTY - Optimal Solutions Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies I use the Advanced version with 2x the Biotin. I definitely see a difference in my nails the most, they’re usually brittle and break very easily, but when I take these they’re much stronger. My hair also seems healthy and shiner. (Not in the pic) I also try to keep my skin products in the boxes to prevent oxidation.

🌰 hair growth remedies + reducing split ends
Admittedly, a lot of hair growth and care is about what you eat. A diet rich in proteins 🍳 healthy fats 🍣 and vitamins 🍓 supports strong, nourished hair from the root. But there’s ways to supplement it. I have 2 main products that help me maintain steady, healthy hair growth. And a couple of extra tips to maintain it from a styling point of view. 🌺 NOTE: My hair type is curly, low porosity and medium thick. ⭐️ SheaMoisture - 100% Pure Jamaican Black Castor Oil Castor oil is thick, making it perfect for curly hair- including hair coarser and thicker than mine. I originally got it to grow my eyelashes, and saw a difference FAST. I’ll have to do a post about it sometime~ I would run a qtip with oil on them like mascara, and it made them look thicker and fall less. To use this oil in your hair, start at the roots. Massage it into your scalp and leave it on overnight. Castor oil has a fatty acid called rininoleic acid, which stimulates receptors that increase blood flow to your hair follicles. Start small with this one! To make it less thick, mix with a lighter oil like almond or rosemary! PS: Have dandruff ? Try mixing it tea tree oil, aloe, or ginger juice. Aloe soothes flaky itchiness, tea tree oil fights fungus, and ginger juice fights bacteria. ⭐️ NATURE'S BOUNTY - Biotin This made a noticeable difference in my hair and nail growth rate. I know they say studies can’t prove it makes a difference, but I noticed my nails growing thicker + with more pronounced ridges when I took it daily. Biotin, AKA Vitamin B7, is necessary for your body to turn certain nutrients into energy. Most people get an adequate amount from their diet- but taking it in a pill gives that extra growth kapow. I have the 10,000 mcg per pill bottle. Research shows that if you take too much biotin, it’s okay- you’ll pee the excess out. Just one pill a day is enough to support growth. BUT DISCLAIMER, it can interfere with lab or blood tests! So if your Dr asks what you’re taking, disclose it to them! 💫 BONUS TIPS: FREQUENT TRIMS AND CONDITIONER You want your hair to grow fast, but healthy, too. It’s like nails- it sucks to grow it out just to have one break and start over. I can’t stress the importance of conditioner and hair cuts enough! A split end can either stay split or deepen its split. You have to nip it in the bud so it doesn’t get worse. Shampoo at your roots, condition your ends, and use a heat protectant with heat styling! And only brush your hair when it’s wet and soft with leave in conditioner. That way it’ll glide instead of tear. What’s worked for you to grow your hair? I’d love to hear people’s hair journeys- even trial and error stories can help!

I started noticing that I had a lot of hair breakage. Also when I got my hair cut that it didn’t grow back as fast as it used to. This started my journey with hair products, I found several shampoos, oils conditioners like AG leave in conditioner that help with breakage but I couldn’t get the hair growth I desired. Also My poor nails were super brittle, & would break easy from years of abuse by wearing acrylics. I started using oils & serum on my nails that healed them but again I didn’t get the nail growth I desired. A friend of mine recommended Biotin to me. So I went & initially purchased the most expensive gummy ones for hair & nails that would cost anywhere between $29-$40 dollars each. I started noticing that the my hair looked healthier, stronger & I didn’t have any more breakage. My nails started growing fast & my skin started glowing, my acne and rosacea breakouts became further and further apart. Even though the gummy vitamins worked, I started researching an alternative that wasn’t as expensive and didn’t have sugar in them & then that’s when I came across natures bounty for $9.95 at CVS and have been using it regularly for 2 years now. I got the same results as the as it did the same exact thing as expensive gummy at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this to anyone that but please check with your doctor before started any Vitamins. 5/5 s⭐️ NATURE'S BOUNTY - Extra Strength Hair, Skin & Nails

Vitamin E oil and it’s effect on skincare!!
Vitamin E oil and it’s effect on skincare!!
NATURE'S BOUNTY - Vitamin E-Oil, 30,000 IU Vitamin E is a nutrient your body needs to support your immune system and help your cells to regenerate. It also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Things that vitamin E oil can help with: -hyperpigmentation: if you are trying to treat hyperpigmentation ( which is dark patches that are cause by too much pigment also known as melanin) it is said that if you want to cure hyperpigmentation pair the e oil with vitamin c as well. - prevents aging and wrinkles: because it is known to have a high antioxidant it affects the blood circulation ( in a good way of course) and gives you that firmness to your face - for smooth and soft lips: some people struggle with dry lips and it is common. Vitamin E oil is know to help it. It helps by bringing new cells to the surface faster and because it is thick in consistency it can prevent irritation Overall, this has good benefits but when trying new products make sure you do more research and monitor your skin because if something works for someone else doesn’t me it will 100% work for you. If you do decide to try this out I recommend using a roller with it to help penetrate deeper into the skin. If you have any questions feel free to ask 😊
