Murad 30 Day Kit Review
Hey y’all! So I got this Murad 30 day kit about 2 months ago and I wanted to give it an honest review so I waited a bit to post this. I started my Murad journey with terrible acne around my chin and jawline (maskne I suspect). So I went to Sephora and got this acne fighting kit to see if the products would work well with my skin type and condition. While the kit didn’t disappoint me, it didn’t clear my acne like I was hoping either. It did help a bit and I was very thankful for the amount of work that it did for my skin but I’m still struggling with this chin/jawline acne. I used each step in the kit in the mornings and gave my face a little break with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser at night. Second pick is after the first use of the kit and the third picture is the 30th day. I did like it enough to get bigger bottles of the murad to keep trying to see if I just need more time with the products. I’m also adding weekly exfoliating masks to see if that will help clear up my skin a bit more (will review in another post). In addition I’m taking a small break from a full face of makeup to give my face some breathing space. Any recommendations, I encourage in the comments below. Thanks lovely people 💕 Murad - 30-Day Acne Kit Outsmart Breakouts
Day 48 of accutane!
Skin is almost completely clear & scars are staring to slowly disappear I went front taking 20mgs to 10mgs yesterday. I’ve haven’t been wearing any face makeup on unimportant days, and I’ve been feeling fresh and happy, minus some body aches😂 I’ve only been using two products on my skin: The Ordinary - Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA (my all time favourite moisturizer) And Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser A gentle, moisturizing cleanser- perfect for accutane.

night night routine
My night time skin care roitine is a ritual. It's my "It's time to decompress, remove the day and transition to a relaxing evening" time. I start by using my micellar water and baby washcloth and remove me eye and facial make. Then, I wash my face with my Cetaphil face wash. After patting my face dry, I pat on some Revolution Bakuchiol Serum. Then I move on to the Revolution Hyaluronic Acid. After that, I get a drop of Revolution Targeted Under Eye Serum with Caffeine and Hyaluronic Acid and tap it under my eyes. Then I use Revolution Collagen Skin Firming Solution on my face. After that it's Revolution Niacinamide Blemish Refining and Moisturizing Serum. Then, I moisturize some more with CeraVe PM Ultra Moisturizing Lotion and finish off with a sample of Sunday Riley High Dose Rentinoid Serum. After that, I am finally ready to lay down for the evening and go to bed. Final thought, you probably don't need a complicated skin routine at night. and certainly, have a less complicated one on standby for those nights when you just can barely put one foot in front of the other. As my mom used to say....night, night, don't let the bed bugs bite. GARNIER - Micellar Water Facial Cleanser Sensitive Skin I love, love, love this stuff! it's gentle on my skin. It takes off the toughest mascara without irritating my eyes. I use it as a pre cleanser before washing my face. Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser While I use this every night, I am only using it until I finish the bottle. I am not crazy about the scent and there is a slight sting on my cheeks when I first lather the product on my skin and I am not fond of that feeling. REVOLUTION - 2% Hyaluronic Acid Serum REVOLUTION - Targeted Under Eye Serum 5% Caffeine REVOLUTION - 15% Niacinamide Serum REVOLUTION - Skin Firming Solution Stabilised Active Collagen Serum I've enjoyed all of the products I purchased from Revolution, they will all be empties. I am going to try The Ordinary next but the price comparison is about the same. DIFFERIN - Dark Spot Correcting Serum I haven't noticed a bit of difference since using this. how long do you have to you this before you notice your spots lightening?SUNDAY RILEY - A+ High-Dose Retinol Serum
Some of my products!! :)
These are some of the things that have worked for my skin so far. My face feels so smooth because of the moisturizer from Cera Ve, which is one of my favorites! CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin Can you guys tell me your opinions? :)

My go to for the last 3 months
Okay so I can’t really say 3mos as this is only my week 2 of this routine!!!! MORNING‼️ I wash with Neutrogena - Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser so far it’s been okay, I guess u get what u pay for but with that being said my skin is soooooooo sensitive that literally before finding Cherie would mostly just wash my face with a rag and 💦 ❤️I then go back in with GARNIER - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water with Rose Water okay so I love this stuff, it don’t make my face feel nasty, I literally use a cotton pad and just wipe away what my first cleanser didn’t get!!!! ❤️I also take my Apostrophe - Spironolactone I’m supposed to take this daily but due to health issues I only take this every other day just to maintain my potassium levels, I’ve only been on this for 2wks and I have noticed a BIG CHANGE in my skin🙌🏽 ❤️I then top it off with Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion it definitely drenches your face with moisture BUT it makes me oily🚱 NIGHTIME ROUTINE‼️ ❤️I follow all the same steps above but I add in my Apostrophe - Topical Formula So far I’m in love with this, I’m already seeing changes in my skin and some of my scarring, I would definitely recommend this product/company🗣🗣🗣If u can’t afford to see a dermatologist or your insurance doesn’t cover it, this process is pretty cool, u literally do everything over the computer💻 or your phone📲your dermatologist will make up a regimen and it’s sent to u via mail🙌🏽With COVID in our lives this was a game changer❤️ Of course after my topical I once again moisturize my skin with Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion
Please help me, any advice will help
Hi everyone, so recently I have been getting acne all over my forehead and now more around my cheeks. My skin type is Normal-Dry Skin Also I know that my skin isn’t as bad as other people, however- I am only comparing my skin with myself. No one else. I don’t know what to do to help make it better. I have a hard time maintaining my skin to keep it clear because one day could look nice then in 2 days I break out. > I always try to drink 1500ml of water everyday > However I do struggle a bit with eating. Some mornings I will skip breakfast and sometimes even lunch. If I eat something it could also be something sugary. I always want to eat and everything however, I just don’t have time to prepare and when there’s no food at home I just skip eating. - I will for sure work on that but just eating 3 meals a day, will it change my skin? And what foods are best to eat? Skin Care Routine: CeraVe - Hydrating Cream-To-Foam Cleanser Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion Avène - CLEANANCE SUNSCREEN SPF 50+ (Sunscreen for the mornings) I don’t have a solid routine and I am working on it. I just don’t want to use so much on my face. What else is best to add to my routine? How do I also take care of active acne? I know I shouldn’t pop them but sometimes they’re just so big and I feel like that’s what everyone just see when they talk to me/look at me.

When it comes to a one-stop shop for everything beauty, ULTA Beauty is the first venue that pops into my mind. The store has a mind-boggling range of brands for every budget. I just recently purchased two items from the store that I have found very suitable for me: Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for my body and Kloran rose SOS serum for my scalp. The rich body cream gives relief to my dry and sensitive skin. I apply this cream liberally all over my body after a shower, especially in the evening. With a natural scent that’s not overpowering or too feminine, the fragrance-free and paraben-free cream hydrates and allows my skin to stay supple until the next morning. It contains extra-strength emollients and humectants to bind water to your skin and prevent moisture loss. Priced at USD16 for a generous 16oz tub Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream I am emptying a bottle of this Klorane’s scalp serum. A non-greasy treatment with a moisturizing fluid texture that reinforces the scalp's natural protection, the lightweight serum soothes any scalp irritation immediately. It absorbs into cleansed scalp quickly and provides a soothing cooling effect thanks to the menthol ingredient. My scalp feels fresher and cleaner after use everytime. 1 month update & sunscreen suggestions?
I’ve been using the CeraVe - SA Smoothing Cleanser absolutely love this has been helping my skin so so so much pores are smaller and I have no more little bumps in my forehead and it’s cleared the patches of acne I had on my cheeks, I 10/10 recommended this cleanser to anyone that doesn’t suffer from dry skin. I have super sensitive skin and I didn’t find this irritating at all super gentle. Cetaphil - DermaControl Oil Control Moisturizer SPF 30 I am not a fan of this at all and definitely will not be finishing the bottle, gave me chemical burn above my lip and stung my skin I wouldn’t even recommend this product to anyone with sensitive skin in the slightest So I’m on the look for a new sunscreen, and am open to any suggestions.
I did this for a week and saw a huge change
I legit just drank 4L or 1 gallon of water a day roughly, drank a cup of water before I had coffee and just drank more water because I went from drinking like maybe 1/2L-1L a day to 4 and it made a huge difference!!!! While drinking water I’ve been using in the morning Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser I’ll be trying a new morning cleanser soon because I don’t overly enjoy this one and feel it’s kind of stripping for my skin The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% I absolutely love this serum and feel like it really helps my breakouts and oil production Cetaphil - DermaControl Oil Control Moisturizer SPF 30 I’ve only been using this a few weeks and I like how it works to keep me less oily and gives me my needed spf but having combo skin I get really dry by my nose and this didn’t help that so i might try another At night I’ve been using GARNIER - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water All-in-1 Cleanser & Waterproof Makeup Remover i use this makeup remover with a cotton pad gets off my water prod mascara and everything in a couple swipes and gives my face a nice gentle cleanser before using SA cleanser (I’ll get some re useable ones so that it’s more sustainable) CeraVe - Renewing SA Cleanser For Normal Skin I love this I find you have to build yourself up to it if you have more sensitive skin because I most certainly did and I love it, it’s living up to its promises, this cleanser shrinks my pores and removed all the little bumps and rough patches from my face. Keep in mind this can cause irritation I know it did after coming out of a pool all day for me so just be careful with it The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% I use this twice a day because I just love it it that much The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Absolutely love this serum and ran out but I’m debating on if I want to find a nighttime moisturizer with this ingredient instead? CeraVe - Daily Moisturizing Lotion For Normal To Dry Skin I’m not a fan of this at all on my face I’m just using it till I run out but I absolutely love it as a body lotion right after a shower I’m open to product suggestions or things to add to my routine to continue my skin care journey and make it successful!!

Current PM Routine
I’m very early in my journey of finding the right products for my skin and clearing my acne. I currently love theCeraVe - Skin Renewing Night Cream My skin can be angry with pimples and redness but by morning redness is minimum and dryness gone. I also love MARIO BADESCU - Mario Badescu Drying Lotion for treating active acne. This lotion seriously reduces the life and size of pimples overnight. All other products pictured above I’m still experimenting with and very open to suggestions for my combination, acne-prone, aging, dull and rough skin.
Cetaphil oily face wash review🧼✨
Texture/consistency: It has a very foamy, light and airy texture. Almost as if your holding nothing. Products targets: It’s meant to help people with very oily, pore clogged skin. Results: When putting it on it would dissolve and disappear 🤨quickly so you have to work quick. I usually put two pumps but that’s my preference. There is a little feeling of dryness after but it wears off after a bit. 🤔 It has really helped my clogged pores and my acne, I feel refreshed and clean after using. I have been using this for a while this is not permanent but if I find something better.. bye bye foam wash 👋 Overall this product is great. It does the job and there isn’t any discomfort after using! Would I recommend though yes I would! If your skin is very oily and has clogged pores this would be great for you! Happy skincare everyone!😘

anyone have any advice? :(
I’ve been struggling with this acne for so long :( it’s pus filled and very painful, and hormonal but they take forever to go away and it leaves scar although I don’t pick at it. the products I’ve been using are CeraVe - Foaming Facial Cleanser For Normal To Oily Skin and Cetaphil - Daily Facial Moisturizer for 3 months, day and night. I also used to use Dove - Sensitive Skin Beauty Bar r two months but I switch to theCeraVe - Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser and I’ve only been doing that for about a week (only using the cerave SA cleanser in the mornings). I don’t use face masks or anything, these are the only products I used. My face gets oily at my T-zone but my cheeks get very dry so I barely barely use a tiny bit of aquaphor on them. Any suggestions of what I can do? Anything will help :(
🦋What is a moisturizer? Moisturizers are an essential part of every skin-care routine! Just as our bodies require us to hydrate with water, so does our skin 💦 In short term, moisturizing perks your skin up, giving you a healthy fullness. In long term, consistent moisturizing helps decrease the appearance and rate at which fine lines and wrinkles emerge. 👉Tips You normally use your moisturizer at the end of your routine. It will hydrate your skin and help it wrinkles less. If you have an oily nose like me👃 you are not in the obligation to moisturize it, especially if you where makeup. Your foundation will stay longer on it😉 🧴Some if the best moisturizers🧴 e.l.f. - Holy Hydration! Face Cream - Fragrance Free It’s fragrance-free and has the benefits of hyaluronic acid, peptides and niacinamide😍 Great for sensitive skin 12.00$ THE inkey LIST - Peptide Moisturizer With its 1% peptide complex and a special smoothing royal jelly protein, this moisturizer seems like a typo! Great for all types 15.00$ Neutrogena - Rapid Wrinkle Repair Night Moisturizer Perfect for mature skin! It minimize visible signs of aging and instantly plump skin🙃 22.00$ CeraVe - Ultra-Light Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 For Normal To Oily Skin I couldn’t pass beside one of the most popular skincare brand! It even contains SPF 30 lotion 🧴 It wears really well under makeup 💄 and is perfect for oily skin! 19.00$ Cetaphil - Daily Facial Moisturizer Probably my favorite drugstore moisturizer🤩 It contains hyaluronic acid, a dream ingredient fir anyone with dry skin😍 18.00$ belif - The True Cream-Moisturizing Bomb My all time favorite🥳 With no fragrance, it leaves the skin so smooth! It smells so good and is ideal for normal to dry skin types❤️ More pricey but worth the price 50.00$

Simple Winter Skincare Routine (SENSITIVE SKIN)
Hi everyone! I’m new to the platform but I wanted to share this really simple and affordable winter skin care routine that has really made a different in my skin. I generally have very dry skin that is easily irritated by pretty much everything so I decided to look for products that are minimal but super hydrating products. I have been using these for about a month. Here are my thoughts: Cetaphil - Extra Gentle Daily Scrub This one isn’t pictured but this is amazing for wanting to get a bit of a deeper daily cleanse with a lot of moisture. It feels very smooth, but you can tell it’s exfoliating your skin. My face always feels very silky and fresh after using this. You can find this at pretty much any drugstore. FORMULA 10.0.6 - Steppin' It Up Vitamin C Moisturizing Spa Eye Balm The next step (and my favorite) is this eye balm from Formula 10.0.6! It makes my under eyes feel really smooth and plump all day, and it works beautifully under concealer if you like a glowy look. I will have to wait to see if there any long term difference Great for night time too! Cetaphil - Cetaphil Facial Night Cream The name of this is actually “Rich Hydrating Cream” but it’s wonderful. They originally had it marketed as a night cream but I believe they’ve changed it to a really good option for all day hydrated skin. Anywho, it’s made my skin feel supple for 12+ after using it in the morning. And when I apply it at night, I wake it with very even and much brighter skin. Love it. COLOURPOP - Pretty Fresh Hydrating Setting Spray This is pretty straightforward, but it’s a great spray for a quick burst of extra hydration because of the hyaluronic acid and coconut oil. I carry this with me throughout the day. I have been looking for a sunscreen to complete this routine but I can’t seem to find one at the drugstore or at drugstore pricing. Please feel free to make recommendations! :-)
✨My Favorite Shower Combo
Cetaphil - Extra Gentle Daily Scrub Aveeno - Positively Radiant 60 Second In-Shower Facial Cleanser This is my favorite shower facial combo! I start off by using the Cetaphil scrub to wash off my nighttime skincare products and to exfoliate my face for a fresh start! Then I follow up with the Aveeno facial cleanser and I usually leave this on for about 5-10 minutes while I shampoo and condition my hair! Since I've started this routine I've noticed that my skin appears to be more youthful and looks replenished! This combo also makes my skin feel super soft and hydrated!

Help, under the mask
My skin is (almost) clearing up EXCEPT this pesky bump So after actually washing and moisturizing my face every day, my face is starting to clam down. Baby steps. One thing I still struggle with is these awful hard bumps. They appear every now and then. They are barely visible but they are painful and hard lumps under the skin. There seems to be no way to tame them quickly. I have to stop myself from prodding them too much. Has anyone figured out how to get rid of these? This is my current routine. I use bacitracin if anything is open or cut. Cetaphil - Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser Aveeno - CLEAR COMPLEXION Cream Face Cleanser With Salicylic Acid
Help me!! I need a routine for my acne
I've struggled with acne for 4 years now, and I'm finally realizing that to help my skin I need consistency and a plan (2 things I'm terrible at) My skin type is combination/sensitive, and I can't tell if my skin is dehydrated or reallyy oily lol My routine is really basic, just Cetaphil - Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser and Cetaphil - Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion Any suggestions for a routine or how to help my skin? Thanks!💕

Review my AM routine for acne-prone skin
My current AM routine consists of a mix of products I’ve used for a long time and products I recently started using. I’m noticing improvements with the addition of the new products already, and it’s only been 4-5 days. Here’s the breakdown on each product: Cleanser: Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser In a previous post I had rated this cleanser a 5/5; however, I recently learned that this product contains several ingredients that are irritants, allergens, hormone disrupters and/or carcinogens. This has knocked my rating down. I have not experienced any negative effects using this cleanser in the past and I have been using it for over 1 year. I am considering looking for an alternative product after what I found in my research. Toner: VERSED - WEEKEND GLOW I recently started using this product and I am happy with the results so far. I am on day 5 currently and I feel like I am seeing brighter skin. I am skeptical of toners and this is the first one I have used in years. So far, so good! Acne treatment: #CVS Health - Targeted acne spot treatment 2.5 % benzoyl peroxide acne medication[products]#[FiveStars] this is a generic version of a product I’ve posted about previously. It’s perfect for spot treatment or all over use in acne-prone areas due to the lower percentage of benzoyl peroxide. This product was recommended by my current dermatologist to treat my acne. It works just as well as the name brand and is less expensive. Serum: The Ordinary - Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% I am loving this serum so far! I’m on day 4 and I am noticing improvements in oil production and the appearance of my pores and acne marks already. It can feel a smidge sticky going on but otherwise I have zero complaints with this product! Eye Cream: OLAY - Total Effects Anti-Aging Eye Treatment Eye Transforming Cream I really like this eye cream. I feel like it always brightens up my under eye area and I have relatively few wrinkles and puffiness in the area thanks to this cream. My only complaint is that I wish it was cheaper. Moisturizer: Cetaphil - Facial Hydrating Lotion This is another product that I had rated higher in a previous post. I have been using this moisturizer for over a year and was disappointed when I found out that it contains ingredients that are allergens, irritants and/or hormone disrupters. I’ve never experienced negative effects with this product;however, I’m now considering looking for an affordable alternative. Otherwise, I have always loved this light yet ultra hydrating lotion. Lip moisturizer: Aquaphor - Lip Repair, Stick, Immediate Relief, Fragrance Free, 1 Stick I love aquaphor! It’s been keeping my lips smooth and moisturized for years. I recently switched from using the ointment to the lip stick and I’m loving it so far. Both work great at keeping my lips hydrated!
Dermatologist recommended acne regimen
Since I hit puberty I have suffered from acne. After years of seeing dermatologists and trying countless prescription and over the counter treatments and products I have settled on the current regimen which keeps my skin 90-95% clear most of the time. Morning Routine Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser this cleanser has been recommended by the majority of the dermatologists I have seen over the years. It works well, cleaning without over-drying skin. Neutrogena - On-the-Spot Acne Treatment this has a lower percentage of benzoyl peroxide than most other gels and creams which is recommended if you are using other stronger acne treatments in your regimen. Over treating can irritate the skin and end up causing or worsening breakouts. Cetaphil - Facial Hydrating Lotion I love this lotion. It feels lightweight but works really well. It is noncomedogenic and contains hyluronic acid. Aquaphor - Lip Repair, Stick, Immediate Relief, Fragrance Free, 1 Stick my lips split on the sides from dryness sometimes and aquaphor has always been my go to lip treatment. I apply it in the morning and evening to keep my lips smooth and prevent splitting. Evening Routine Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser DIFFERIN - DIFFERIN Acne Treatment Gel this gel works almost as well as the prescription cream I used to use when I was younger. I wish it was less expensive but it’s worth the cost to have clear skin.
