Minty eyes and dewy skin 🌿
It was cloudy day today and I wanted to experiment with greens, I wanted to do something bold and bright. I usually never reach for greens but I have a colorful eyeshadow palette and looking at the colors males me want to use them.
I ended up with a dewy minty eye look.
For primer (not pictured) I used touch in sol glassy balm primer. It hydrate my skin and makes it look dewy.

For foundation I used the pūrlisse youth glow vitamin C CC cream spf 50 in Fair. I got this in my Ipsy bag a couple months ago and I’ve been loving it.

Concealer I used a cult classic, NARS radiant creamy concealer in vanilla. This is one of my favorites. It gives me a natural look.

For brows I used my absolute favorite brow pencil and it’s the elf instant brow pencil. I’ve been using this for years and it’s the one I always come back to. Super affordable too!

BH cosmetics take me back to Brazil palette- I love this palette. So many different colors to choose from and really pigmented.

I used my essence eyeliner pen in young and free (pastel yellow). It’s a super cute color. I decided to add some dots to the outer edge of my green eyeshadow.

I used milk makeup kush mascara and it’s really nice. It separates my lashes and makes them look longer too.

I used Sephora collection gel lip liner in creme de la creme to line my lips a little bit.

For my lips I used glossier’s vinylic lip in the shade disco. It’s like a terra cotta/orangey tint to it. It’s my first time using it and I’m already in love. It also has some shine to it so my lips won’t be dehydrated.

For blush I used glossier’s cloud paint in dawn, it’s a orangey sunny coral color. I used a little bit of this and it’s super pretty. I love it.

new palette!
I got a new palette and its absolutely beautiful! its so pigmented and easy to blend. its also 20 dollars for 35 shadows! Definitely recommend this!
also I got the influenster Revlon voxbox to test out the light colorstay foundation with 34spf! I got the shade porcelain and its a smidge too light but it's not too noticeable when I put the rest of my makeup on. it's definitely lasted all day with no problems. it's not tacky and it hasn't moved alllll day!!! Definitely like this a lot!

the most impressive eyeshadow palette i’ve used
BH COSMETICS. HOLY SHIT.
So, recently i was gifted both the bh - Take Me Back to Brazil 35 Color Pressed Pigment Palette and bh - Zodiac 25 Color Eyeshadow & Highlighter Palette i had never used anything by BH before.
so.
Take Me Back To Brazil (not featured in any of my pictures) is a beautiful vibrant palette with colors that i, unfortunately, will not use. they are pigmented and bright and beautiful but not colors i am comfortable using yet (that is the only reason it has 4 stars, the quality is amazing.)
Zodiac has totally shocked me. pictured here are two looks i’ve done with shadows from the pallet (Gemini, Pisces, Virgo and Scorpio, and their unnamed matte adjacent colors.) they are velvety, blendable, and incredibly pigmented. every time i pick up this pallet i walk away with a beautiful eye look. these colors could be used for high glamour looks, or everyday looks. i have never had such success with a pallet before. i strongly recommend this to ANYBODY who’s trying to break into the eyeshadow game.
i hope anyone that reads this tries it out because i adore this pallet!

Mono chrome that packs a punch 💥
I am in love with this palette. The pigment is insane! The shadows are buttery to the touch and blend amazing. I love how you can create so many different looks with this palette. Also has a killer highlighter in the Center that makes you shine bright✨ must have in your collection.

Natural Summer Glow ☀️ ✨
First of all, can we talk about BH Cosmetics?! I bought one of their huge palettes years ago. The quality was okay. It was def a step up from Coastal Scents quality wise. I recently hauled a bunch of BH Cosmetics because I’ve heard great things and they definitely leveled up! Their quality has always been good for the price, but sis they went off!!
I did a look today that is dewy, glowy and bronzy for the summer. I know a lot of us can’t really do much with the pandemic going on, but at least we can STILL look good? Lol 😝
I used BH cosmetics’ Hangin’ in Hawaii palette and Blushin in Bali blush + highlighter to achieve this look. I also used Colourpop’s Pretty Fresh foundation because it has a dewy finish.
I used:
-Jaclyn Hill palette in Pukey for transition
-JH palette in butter for crease
-Hangin in Hawaii palette in Tiki for crease
-HH palette in Mahalo in inner and outer corner
-HH palette in Honolulu for outer V and lower lash
-HH palette in Sandy in lower lash and center of the lid
-HH palette in Hula got inner corner and brow bone
For the cheeks, I used coral in the blushing in Bali palette as a blush and glisten as a highlighter. This highlighter is what really got my face glowing!
To finish the look off, I used Ciate London Everyday Vacay Dewy Coconut Setting Mist. This smells like coconuts! It really makes me feel the summer vibes plus it makes my skin more dewy

A big deception... I love nyx products but this lipstick is just a mess.. the color is fabulous and the matte finish is also nice, however it’s so hard to apply, I don’t know if it’s the formula, it’s smooth but so easy to mess up, you have to apply very carefully to avoid stains around the lips

DUPE! ❤️Stila glitter eyeshadow dupe!

I tried this nice glitter liquid eyeshadow from elf and it’s fantastic. It’s like Stila but way less expensive. However they have just 4 or 5 colours, this one is 24k golden.
I also used the setting spray from urban decay and it’s my favourite ❤️ it lasts all night/day and when you touch your face, it’s safe ahahah no makeup comes out!
I did this make makeup for stay at home today (believe me) and for try my new products, also for give a nice review for you guys :)

I’m in Love
I have issues with eyeliner. Most of the time it’s a gamble of whether or not I’m capable of making a clean line. Is God’s blessing upon me today? Have the stars aligned in my favor?
I picked up a pot of e.l.f. - Cream Eyeliner on clearance once, because I use and love a lot of e.l.f. products, but this one is really terrible. It’s way too thick and does not spread smoothly, but I kept it around, thinking I’d find a use for it eventually. Lo and behold! I came across INGLOT - Duraline recently and I have to spread the joy. Just a couple drops turns this cream eyeliner into the perfect consistency. Not only that, but I’ve also added it to a little bit of eyeshadow ( only bh - Trendy in Tokyo 16 Color Shadow Palette so far ) and it also works perfectly. Both cream and eyeshadow dry quickly and stay in place all day!
It’s not a very big bottle, but it takes such an infinitesimal amount that I imagine I’ll have it around for a very long time.
I bought some itty-bitty paintbrushes off of Amazon for application and they’re getting the job done beautifully!

I have never been a lipstick kind of girl of any kind - liquid, creams, solid ones.. I often find them too drying on my lips and feel like I can never pull them off. But that doesn’t stop me from buying them 😅
These BH Cosmetics Liquid Linen lipsticks are no exception. I can never make them work on my lips. They dry out pretty quickly and are very hard to wipe off. It does say though that these are long lasting, pigmented and lightweight so you don’t have to pack on a lot to get that vibrant color. I haven’t touched them again ever since trying them out on my lips the first time I got them. I really want to love these because the brand’s eyeshadows are really great plus they have very low prices and are always on sale. Will gather enough courage and really prep my lips well before trying them out again.😆

Best $12 Blush Quad 💕
I was making a huge Ulta order a few weeks ago and while scrolling through the sale section I found the bh - Truffle Blush for $9 (it originally runs for $12). I remembered seeing these on Instagram a few months prior and falling in love with the packaging.
They have 9 different quads in their truffle blush line. The quad I have is the Vanilla Cream which consists of nude and mauve tones. I was shocked when I dipped into this for the first time. They are super pigmented so I recommend going in with a light hand. They are super flattering on the cheeks and last quite a while. The product is a little small (a little bigger than the palm of my hand) but for as often as you use blush and for $12 you are really getting a great product.
I would completely recommend this to anyone looking for blush options. I think it’s completely worth the money.

Fun! But not really it for me...
I liked this palette at first when I bought it for junior prom. However, I didn’t get all that much use out of it after that and the shadows just weren’t as pigmented as I’m used to at this point!
