Follow These Tips & Your Hair Will Thank You!!!
The reason I write this post is that I am still dealing with the effects of having my hair damaged by chemical hair straightening among years of doing box hair dye and neglecting to use silk pillowcases. I’ve rounded up some of the best tips that I have learned personally through my experience healing damaged hair and awesome tips I have picked up from family members and friends who are hairdressers and stylists. 1. Heat damage It's one of the leading causes of devastating hair cuticle leading to dry hair which becomes worse and worse by the day. Consider investing in a good dry shampoo to extend the number of days you can rock your hairstyle, look at using ceramic tools, and always use a heat protectant! 2. Over-washing Many dermatologists agree that if your hair is excessively greasy or is full of dandruff it is appropriate to wash your hair once a day. So do experiment with washing your hair less if you can or looking into a dry shampoo. Speaking of hair washing, lower your water temperature, and finish off your hair washing with a rinse of cold water on your hair also can give you an extra sleek shiny look. 3. Hair Masks Make sure to deep condition your hair with an appropriate hair treatment at least once a week and consider doing an overnight hair deep conditioning mask depending on your hair type and the level of damage you have. You know, having healthy, strong, shiny, and bouncy hair are universal signs of youth, vitality, and health.

Best & Worst Hyped Products
Before i start i want to make sure to tell you that my skin is combination with occasional breakouts. And products work differently on different people. Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid This is by far one of the best hydrating serum i have used. It is a lightweight multi layer hydrating serum. It not only hydrates but also plumps the skin from every level of dermis. It is so affordable and is under $10 but works better than some of the serums i have used costing $40 even. My friend introduced this to me last christmas and after that i have never looked back. The best thing about this serum is that my skin stays hydrated even after 24 hours. You can see the before and after picture of how this has changed the hydration level in the facial skin. And when I wear make up after this it acts as another level of primer below my regular primer too. The Ordinary - Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Prai Ageless Throat & Décolletage Cream This is by far the worst neck cream i have used. I got this in Marks and Spencer last Christmas too. While using it i did not change my other daily routine. This was the only new cream i used. The next day my neck started to itch and i could see small bumps. I paid less attention to that and i used it again that night. The next day my whole neck had rashes. It was so bad it started to creep to my cheeks too. I contacted Prai brand directly and one good thing about them was they were super nice and polite. They investigated and later compensated me with a good neck cream from another brand to soothe the rashes too. It costs more than $40 and this was the result. Never using Prai again in my life. But then again this is my story with my skin. May vary for every other person. PRAI beauty - Ageless 2-Piece Throat & Decolletage Day & Night Set

Bye bye pigmentation & acne scarring
When I read a review that The Oridinary had an AFFORDABLE product that was just as good if not better than drunk elephants babyfacial I decided to give it a try and for under $10 what did I have to lose? The Ordinary AHA30% + BHA 2% aims to smooth and exfoliate skin texture and lighten any dark spots, hyper pimentation or acne scarring. Umm... all of the above please. So this is ideal for dry, oily and combination skin. I’m not super sensitive, but If your skin is, I would sample a small area first. This is loaded with Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid which all three aim exfoliate the outer layers of the skin, while the salicylic Acid aims to clean out inside the pores, removing any blockage. First off the color is bright red and almost looks like blood, it has a berry scent when you first apply it and offers a slight tingling sensation. When I first got it, I only kept it on for a few minutes because I was scared of burning my skin. Now I use it 1x per week for 10 minutes. There is some skin redness after use, but this typically diminishes within the hour. I love the way my skin looks and feels afterward and have noticed significant improvement in lightening scars I have along my jaw line. Ive also seen an improvement with the overall redness in my checks, over all my skin looks brighter and more uniform. I plan to repurchase this item when I run out, and have recommended nearly everyone I know to try it. It really is that good!
