Top 5 Perfumes Every Woman Needs 🤍
Perfumes are like memories in a bottle to me; they take me back to the specific event or chapter in my life. These 5 fragrances are my top 5 perfumes I ever had (and I have tried A LOT). If you love floral, powdery, soft & fresh scents, check this edit out! ✨ DIPTYQUE - Do Son Perfume Oil Roll-on Limited Edition A recent discovery and by far the best perfume I ever smelled. Diptyque Do Son Eau de Toilette is honestly the most beautiful scent I've ever come across. It has quickly become my signature scent. It's a mix of floral tuberoses and other fresh flowers. gisou - Honey Infused Hair Perfume A bit of an odd one in my top 5, but the Gisou Honey Infused Hair Perfume is in my opinion a musthave in your perfume collection. I wear this hair perfume layered with Diptyque Do Son, Chloé Nomade, or on its own. It makes your hair smell like an exotic flower mixed with sweet honey. It's one of those floral scents that has a bit of a bite to it, making it last extremely long in my hair. I've never come across anything like it, so I would highly recommend giving it a go. YVES SAINT LAURENT - Libre Eau de Parfum Since I love floral, powdery & quite light scents, I always struggle with finding an evening scent. Most of them are overly heavy or sweet, giving me a headache wearing them - not cute nor sexy for a night out. However, the Yves Saint Laurent Libre perfume is evening scent perfection in a bottle. With notes of lavender essence, orange blossom, musk and musk accord, YSL Libre is strong yet fresh & floral. It will be powerful enough to make a statement on that cute guy sitting next to you on a bar, but not too strong it will give you nausea. CHANEL - GABRIELLE CHANEL Eau de Parfum Chanel is the embodiment of a classy, successful & stylish woman to me. So whenever I have an important event or meeting to attend, it is the Chanel Gabrielle Eau de Perfum that I wear. It's Chanel's newest fragrance, and also my favorite of their assortment. It makes me feel like a bad boss bish. It has notes of exotic Jasmine shimmers with the fruity green notes of ylang-ylang, fresh and sparkling orange blossom, and tuberose. Chloé - Nomade Eau de Parfum Before discovering the Diptyque Do Son scent, Chloé perfumes were my go-to signature fragrances. I'm in love with all their perfumes, because of the beautiful mix of floral and powdery notes. The Chloé Nomade Eau de Perfum is a floral scent with notes of oakmoss, freesia, and mirabelle liquor. It has a bit more bite to it, making it last longer than typical light and floral perfumes. It's the perfect scent for any Summer holiday trips. And every time I wear this fragrance, I get asked what scent I am wearing - especially from male uber drivers for some reason. Hope you enjoyed my top 5! #cheriecreator
My favorite perfume at the moment.
Fragrance Family: Floral Scent Type: Warm Florals Key Notes: Lavender Essence, Orange Blossom, Musk Accord Fragrance Description: The new fragrance of freedom by Yves Saint Laurent combines lavender essence from France with the sensuality of Moroccan orange blossom, for a unique floral fusion complemented by a daring note of musk accord. About the Bottle: The bottle is a couture statement featuring a black asymmetric cap like a sexy couture dress. Gold chains around the neck are reminiscent of the iconic YSL it-bags, and the design is completed with the timeless Yves Saint Laurent logo. Really loving this fragrance! I’m super picky about my perfumes, and this one really caught me by surprise. The bottle design is exceptionally beautiful, and the smell reminds me of lavender fields with fresh spring flowers blooming next to it. It does lean a little musk forward... but not in an offensive way. Nice sophisticated perfume for a wonderful night out - great for every where from your next rock and roll outing to a classical evening at the symphony. Treat yourself!
My go-to perfume ✨
YSL Libre perfume has been my go-to fragrance recently. It combines Lavender Essence, Orange Blossom, Musk Accord, and Floral notes. It's the perfect perfume for anyone who wants to be reminded of how powerful they are. YVES SAINT LAURENT - Libre Eau de Parfum

Utterly obsessed with the Isola Bella candle by calmingpark ! I've never been to Sicily (or any Mediterranean island for that matter), but if this scent is any indication, I need fix that ASAP! With notes of bergamot, melon confit, cedar, grapefruit, and tea leaves, it's sweet yet delicately earthy; all together a divine scent. Also, can we talk about the gorgeous packaging and matching mini notebook? Done by Portuguese designer Joana Areal for thisislove , it's bright, colorful and playful, with fun little illustrations of various flowers/plants. Easily a box to save, and I love the notebook so much I almost don't want to write in it so as to keep it pristine (stationery lovers know what I'm talking about)! Available at select Calming Park retailers, it's limited edition so definitely jump on it if you can!
I wore this beautiful White Tea perfume elizabeth arden uk pretty much all spring😻 Upon placing my order I also got two bath bombs in the same scent for only 1p, did I mention it was on offer too? For me it’s very tricky with it comes to scents as most of them make me sick, but this one is a delight. As a scent & candle connoisseur I will share with you the top, middle and base notes and explain a little bit more how they work (for those who don’t know). 🌸 Top notes: Italian Mandarin, Clary Sage, Sea Breeze and Japanese White Fern 🌸 Middle notes: White Tea Extract, White Iris, Mate Absolute Paraguay, Spicy Turkish Rose, Nutty Sapucaya 🌸 Base Notes: Madras Wood, Ambrette Seed, Tonka Bean, Amber & Musk 🌸 Now, I will explain shortly how these notes work and the extent to which they influence the overall scent/impression. 🌿Top notes: usually the initial impression of a perfume, they evaporate fairly quickly and are the lightest of all notes. In general, upon application, is extremely important to not only make a good impression, but also to smoothly transition into the middle notes (know as the heart of the fragrance). 🌿Middle notes: The last longer than top notes and usually come through when the top notes evaporate. Hence why sometimes we feel like the scent has changed. It’s actually transitioned to the heart of the fragrance. Can either mask unpleasant top notes and or work to mellow/round the scent. They influence the base notes whilst combining smoothly ( i.e florals/fruits infused with spices). 🌿Base notes: are the heavy molecules that mingle nicely with the heart notes in order to provide a long lasting impression, in other words they linger for many hours on skin (i.e musk, amber, vanilla bean, woody scents, patchouli, etc). Hope you find my little guide useful. I have learnt the importance of notes when I developed my love & passion for candles many years ago. 💞

in my opinion, YSL do some of the best and most long lasting perfumes in the biz! if you’re looking for one of those perfumes that are strong but not overly strong, just make you smell nice when you walk past someone (you know those girls in shopping malls that walk past and you think to yourself, she smells nice [in a non creepy way lol]) - this is the type of perfume that does that! I even find that after working a shift at work (waitressing), you can still smell this perfume on me even after standing in the kitchen and smelling like oil and charcoal. > however, it is on the pricey side but trust me: one spritz is more than enough (if you can control yourself), it lasts ages! > what does it smell like? honestly, I don’t even know how to describe the scent - it’s a very feminine sweet but mature type of scent! If you’re in a department store, definitely give this one a smell ❤️ YVES SAINT LAURENT - Mon Paris Eau de Parfum

This has been my go to perfume for years - since about 2009. It holds notes of bitter almond, caraway spice, sambac jasmine, cinnamon, tuberose, vanilla, musk, mosses and jucarunda wood. It is indulgent, arrogant, bewitching, seductive and warm. A beautiful perfume for winter. 10/10 DIOR - Hypnotic Poison
