Beautiful Acid and C Serum

I had honestly never tried any skincare from Tarte before this, I really thought of them as a makeup brand. Tested it out in Sephora and ended up loving the texture. It’s a smooth fluid consistency that goes on really nice and leaves one hell of a glow. Whenever I use this in the morning I have to stop for a sec and look at myself in the mirror like damn sis! It does feel a bit tacky like a lot of Vitamin C serums do at first but once it dries down and absorbs a bit it’s perfectly fine.
Notable ingredients; a double shot of Vitamin C, glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid and apple extract. These all work to brighten, smooth, help with pigmentation issues and reduce the look of pores.
Would recommend this if you’re into brightening and reviving dull skin or just love acid products like me.

My experience has been so well with this serum. I really like the ingredients in this serum like niacinamide & seabuckthorn. I would recommend this product to someone who’s looking for brightening power.
The price is on high end but it’s totally worth it.

This illuminating serum works really well! There are not immediate results but after a month of using, I could tell a difference in the tone of my skin. My skin is brighter and less dull than before. I would recommend to anyone who has time to wait on bright, even skin.

My Experience: I used this pineapple - c bright serum from Glow Recipe for a month and I can say I was impressed 😍 I can definitely say my skin was brighter and firmer🍍I use this serum in both my routines (AM and PM). It also hydrates and gives a glow which I love! Many found the scent to be a bit potent, but I personally didn't mind. Would I recommend? NO, I know I said I liked it but I don’t think it’s worth $49. Also, it took a minimum of a month to see some results unlike my favorite vitamin c serum from Pixi Beauty. I do like other products from this brand that I would get but this one would be a pass.

Kylie Skin Vit C Serum — Antioxidant Serum
Function: This serum claims to brighten skin. It contains Vitamin C to make skin look more lively and uses camellia leaf as an anti-inflammatory. It’s meant to target dull skin and “improve overall skin health” with the use of antioxidants.
Texture: The texture is thicker than other Vit C serums I’ve used before. It’s a milky white, whereas many others are more clear/yellow in color. It applies more like a lotion, which I actually enjoy because it absorbs fast and doesn’t feel tacky.
Thoughts: This is a really solid Vitamin C serum! I’ve enjoyed having it in my routine for the past few weeks. I feel like there was a lot of thought put into this product, from the packaging to the formulation. The container is opaque with a pump — this is important because these qualities protect the Vitamin C from deteriorating (air and light can negatively affect the star ingredient!). There are different forms of Vit C that can be used in skincare, and this one uses the most stable form that is also thought to be the best at penetrating the skin. Also worth mentioning is the fact that the Vit C is the second ingredient on the list, making sure that it is potent enough to be effective. There’s no added fragrance, so you definitely get that natural hot dog water smell that is unique to Vitamin C in skincare, but I’d take that over unnecessary fragrance any day!
Overall, I would say I have noticed an increase in brightness and evenness to my skin, thanks to this serum. I’d say this is more of a 4.5 out of 5 stars, just because they could have added another element to this to make it more impressive. But I’d recommend it to my friends for sure, as an entry into using antioxidant serums if that is something that is intimidating!

Omorovicza - Daily Vitamin C Serum was gifted to me and was the first vitamin C serum I ever tried. Like all good products, this one went too quickly. Would definitely repurchase if I had the $$$$. It’s super hydrating and really enhanced my skin’s brightness. I loved that the packaging kept the good stuff locked in and that I didn’t have to worry about it oxidizing or anything.
The only thing that I wasn’t a fan of was how it mixed with other products - if it doesn’t agree with other products in your routine, it will feel a little sticky on the skin.
