The smell of the Glossier. - Glossier You perfume is absolutely breathtaking. It has a dreamy vintage smell mixed with modern. I always feel so classy wearing it. 😉

Glossier. - Glossier You is a perfume that I don’t think I can ever top. I’m not one to pay $60 for a perfume or body spray EVER, but I am so glad I did! Not even kidding, I get a compliment everywhere I go with this perfume. I might as well work for Glossier at this point for all the recs I’ve been giving for it! It’s a very cozy, comfortable smell that is woodsy, peppery, and sweet all at the same time. I can’t get enough of this stuff and I’m about to buy my 2nd bottle! The only thing that is sad about this product is that it doesn’t last forever. If you ever buy something from their website, you have the option of getting a sample of the perfume, so if you aren’t sure if you want to take the plunge, definitely try it out first! For my birthday I was able to pick up my annual Sephora free mini gift set, and this year I chose Laneige! I really wanted to see what the hype was all about on the Lip Sleeping Mask, since it’s soooo highly rated and on Allure’s top product list! Here are my thoughts after using them for a week! LANEIGE - LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask it’s a no for me. ❌ Reason being: It actually dried my lips out. This stuff is literally just lip gloss that you put on your lips at night and that’s it. I will say that it does feel very expensive and luxurious when you put it on- but after like 3 hours of sleep, the stuff magically is gone from my lips and dried up into thin air. I’ve even tried wearing it during the day to see if I was just licking it off in my sleep, and it stilll evaporated. So, I will be sticking with my cheap Aquaphor that truly transforms my lips overnight. LANEIGE - Water Sleeping Mask also a no ❌ Reason being: when I applied this is feels NICE. It feels like a gel that’s so cooling and refreshing. It dried on my face and actually got really tight (idk if that’s supposed to happen?) and my face didn’t seem moisturized. Idk it was weird so I don’t think I would purchase again. LANEIGE - Water Bank Moisture Cream okay I won’t give it an X this time! ✅ I did enjoy this product, and really had a beautiful, dewy finish on my skin every time I used it as a moisturizer. I do feel like it gave me hydration and I liked the cooling, gel feeling of it like the sleeping mask had. Overall, I really like this stuff!

I got this sample from Sephora and I was this close 🤏🏾 to choosing a different gift but I remembered her review and decided to go with this set instead. Glad I chose the Laneige gift set because this did not disappoint! The directions says to wipe off the remaining amount the next morning but my lips were so dry this mask melted into my skin like buttah! A tip for anyone thinking about trying out new skincare for the first time. Always start small and get a sample or travel sizes first. Some skincare can be pricy so I like to try it out before going all in especially as someone with sensitive skin. My motto: Try Before You Buy! There are many ways to ensure your lipstick stays out and to avoid your lips drying out. One of the things I love while I get ready and before I apply my lipstick of the day is putting on a layer of my CHANEL - LES BEIGES HEALTHY GLOW Lip Balm in Deep. The color is very sheer and the product is very moisturising. It’s the perfect primer to keep your hydrated for a longer period. Works so great for me! Price: $25

I’m prone to dry chapped lips, especially now when the weather keeps changing and is on the verge of getting chillier. Here’s some stuff that’s always helping my lips. Laneige Lip Glowy Balm - I started using the sleeping mask, fell in love with it and eventually bought this too. They’re so good! Price - $17 for 0.35oz Dior Lip Glow - been using this since forever and it’s never disappointed. But lately I feel that there are more competitive products in the market. Price - $34 for 0.12oz Chanel Les Beiges Healthy glow lip balm - I use this before I apply lipstick or gloss and it gives the perfect tinted protection. Price - $25 for 0.10oz @cocokind Mymatcha moisture stick - a great all round balm for dryness anywhere. Price - $9 for 0.50oz My fave lip balm ever however, is the Nuxe Miel lip balm for which I have a separate post!

can we just take a minute 🤩⁣ Ilia Beauty is a fairly popular brand as of late. They are apart of the clean beauty movement but they also have programs where you can send your empty products to them and they will recycle them through Terracycle. I love that they have this program and are committed to reducing waste! ⁣⁣⁣ 🌟 ILIA - True Skin Serum Foundation is very sheer and has a natural finish. It has skin loving ingredients like squalane and aloe Vera. It is buildable but medium coverage and I love the way it looks on the skin! It doesn’t cake up or look like you’re wearing makeup at all. The only downfall is the price honestly. $54 is a lot for a foundation, but it is a great option. 🌟 ILIA - True Skin Radiant Priming Serum ilia primer is super hydrating which i love, the first ingredient is aloe vera! it has a slight glowy shimmer to it and because of the ingredients it could even be worn alone as a last step for a little glow. i found it to just be a hydrating serum, i wouldn’t pay the full price for this because I just don’t think it’s worth it. 🌟ILIA - Color Haze Multi-Matte Pigment Cream Color products are also pretty great. i first compared them to cloud paint because they have the same concept, but ilia’s is much thicker and i find the color to actually stay longer compared to glossier. i also enjoy the applicator of it, i want all the shades because i love it! 🌟ILIA - Limitless Lash Mascara is one of the MOST lengthening mascaras i have ever used!! it’s that good. my husband compliments me saying my eyelashes look really long. i will say it is not a thickening or volumizing mascara, it is the perfect mascara if you want a more “natural” look. and this is what i go for these days. will always have this mascara in my possession because i am obsessed. ⁣⁣⁣100% worth it. 🌟ILIA - ILIA Illuminator is a very subtle highlight. again, if you like more natural looks you will love this. but i find that it is also buildable! i apply with my fingertip because it it needs to be warmed slightly to get product payoff. ⁣⁣⁣i wouldn’t apply this directly onto cheekbones because it would mess up any makeup already on the skin. it would be perfect for “no makeup” days to add a little dimension though. 🌟ILIA - ILIA Tinted Lip Conditioner what a beautifully made lipstick, if you want to call it that. it is really creamy, not drying at all (hence the name), and it literally stayed on my lips throughout a whoe meal. i have never found a lip product to do such a thing. we stan. ⁣⁣⁣ 🌟🌟🌟 i am actually in love with this brand and these products. little pricey, but if you are leaning towards the clean beauty movement and products that can be recycled back, I definitely recommend since the quality is so good! ⁣ ⁣ *100% my own opinions even though they were gifted by brand! #cheriepartner

It’s summertime...we all love a glowy no-makeup-makeup look but sometimes it takes some effort to get us there right?😆 These products are what I’ve been counting on to give me that flawless base that actually holds up throughout the day and looks like I didn’t try ~too~ hard. Swipe through to see the products on my skin! • Supergoop! - Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40 - this stuff absorbs quick, doesn’t pill, and makes a great base for makeup. Don’t ever skip your spf! • ILIA - True Skin Radiant Priming Serum - this primer is beautiful and really helps keep your makeup in place while giving you a natural, glowy radiance. It has a lightweight texture and sinks into the skin so nicely, it also has a bit of grip which is perfect for adding any type of foundation overtop. • Haleys Beauty RE:INVENT BB Drops - these have quickly become my favourite makeup product of the summer. They are light weight and feel more like skincare than makeup, but give a beautiful natural finish + tint to the skin. • cocokind - Mai-light Rosé highlighter - this highlighter is gorgeous and again, so natural looking. I use it on my cheeks, cheek bones, and eyelids for a pop of glow!
