My relationship with Caudalie began when I moved to France and lived there for a year. It is one of the beauty brands that one can find in French pharmacies. I love that it’s a clean beauty brand, and its products are free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and other chemicals that might interfere with our hormones, which can lead to various illnesses. It’s a company that truly cares for the environment and for our health by using only natural ingredients. Caudalie also gives a part of its revenue to plant trees.

Happy Belated Valentine’s Day! Sorry I didn’t post yesterday but I was enjoying the day with my Valentine, BUT I did want to post my no-makeup makeup look was able to create even though I am FAR from a makeup artist.

CAUDALIE - Limited Edition Beauty Elixir oh my did I LOVE this spray! The smell was fantastic, it was like having my face in a pile of rose petals. It truly made my skin feel fresh and wonderful! Most of the complaints say that since it has fragrance, it’s not good for your skin, but I find that to not be true for me. I don’t really have sensitive skin, it’s pretty normal, so honestly the fragrance doesn’t bother me at all. It made my pores look smaller, my skin glow, and it really has been helping me with my maskne. Just a few pumps into my mask like 30 minutes before I wear it and I noticed I haven’t had as many breakouts due to my mask. Unfortunately, this was a limited edition scent so even though this one was my favorite, I still like the brand and the benefits of the spray so I got the CAUDALIE - CAUDALIE Beauty Elixir in the original scent. It’s not as nice as the rose that’s why I docked it 1 star but it’s still pretty refreshing.
Briogeo - Scalp Revival Charcoal + Coconut Oil Micro-exfoliating Scalp Scrub Shampoo best shampoo for dry scalp, hands down! Is smells great, it feels amazing, and it lathers so nicely, especially when I use my Briogeo - Scalp Revival Stimulating Therapy Massager with it! The only problem is I wish it came in a bigger size because it only lasted me about 2 and a half months and I only wash my hair twice a week.
Murad - Oil and Pore Control Mattifier SPF45 PA++++ 50ml I got this in the small trial size and I absolutely loved it. The spf was creamy but didn’t leave any residue and it didn’t make my face peel like some spfs. I can also see a difference in my pore visibility and oil production when I use this product. 5/5⭐️
Now my last empty is Dove - Dry Spray Antiperspirant & Deodorant Rose Petals it’s not the rose petal smell but this was the closest I could find to my deodorant. I like that it’s a spray and I like the scent but I don’t like that it has aluminum. I love the dove brand and their bar soaps are perfect for my skin (coming soon to another post) however I’m looking for an all natural deodorant. Also this deodorant says 48 hour coverage but it doesn’t even last me the whole day so it’s a little frustrating.
Anyone have a favorite natural deodorant or brand? Help a girl out 🙏🏻

I’m 40 now but since my mid 30’s I have been on search for the perfect night cream to help with firmness (elasticity), hydration, and help with my fine lines & wrinkles.
I have purchased several Elemis products before & absolutely loved the Elemis anti-aging Eye serum. I have read & heard so many good things about there night cream, I decided to give it a try.
I have been using this now for 5 months every night before bed & I feel in love 😍
The texture is thick, rich & creamy but doesn’t feel heavy on your face or leave your face feeling greasy. It has this soft calming smell, that is so relaxing.
My skin is just loving this product, it just drinks it up.
You can start to feel it working the moment you apply it, Instant softness.
They give you this little tool to dip in and a little bit of this product goes along way.
The next morning after my first time using I woke up to my face feeling amazing, very hydrated, super soft and smooth.
Over the next few weeks I noticed that my pores were looking more refined, my skin looked dewy and more youthful. I noticed my fine lines on my forehead Were not as noticeable, and my complexion looked more uniformed & glowy.
It Definitely helped calm down the redness from my rosacea, and has helped immensely with my dry skin.
This product overall has left my skin feeling soo much healthier, brighter and youthful.
I highly recommend this product to anyone over the age of 30 that is looking for a great night cream to help delay the signs of aging.

So, about two and a half weeks ago I got this moisturizer. I was very unsure about it considering the fact that it’s a new product and there really weren’t any reviews on it.
After reading the ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t contain anything extreme so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. It is formulated for those with blemish-prone skin aggravated by city living, but it’s honestly perfect for all skin types no matter where you live! I have combination to dry skin and I found that this is perfect for my skin, especially in the summer when my skin tends to get oily in certain areas.
The most important ingredient in this cream is Silicon. Silicon is an element found in the earths crust that is known to be a great for the skin and bones.
Some other ingredients are:
▪️Willow Bark Extract: anti-inflamm. properties -
▪️Glycine (amino acid): hydration/collagen - ▪️Shea Butter: conditions skin -
▪️Sunflower Seed Oil: vitamin E -
▪️Niacin (Vit. B3): restores skin -

My thoughts:
After using this cream for 2.5 weeks I really feel like my skin has evened out in texture. I have always had dry and oily patches on my face. There has never been an in-between time where I wake up with completely even skin until now. I haven’t even been using night creams the last week because I don’t feel like my skin needs the extra moisture.
This has been the perfect go-to for morning and night. I especially love using it as a makeup primer because it holds my foundation in place all day and keeps away any oiliness while still giving me moisture to maintain the dry patches. If heaven exists in a glass bottle, this is where it’s at! It will forever be a part of my skincare collection!

This moisturizer is a rich yet weightless gel cream that gives skin the look and feel of pure silk—soft, smooth and lustrous. Target concerns inckudes lost of elasticity/firmness, dryness & wrinkles/fine lines. It is as marketed lightweight gel/cream consistency that instantly absorbed into the skin. It feels so lightweight that it’s weightless. Has a soft silky texture.
I really really like this product. The reason why I wanted to try this product was because I wanted to find an antiaging cream from tatcha that will work for my skin since I love their essence & their eye serum is my holy grail! I like this more than their water cream. Mostly because it’s more hydrating. Also it instantly absorbs into my skin unlike their indigo cream which pills for me. This silk cream doesn’t do that & it doesn’t cause irritation for me. I really like using this especially when I gym. I don’t like having anything on my face when I gym so my pores can breathe but of course I can’t gym without any face cream on... I needed the hydration. Don’t want my skin to break out from flares of eczema as I gym. This is the product! I found you. Cleanser & this cream. I’m all set for gym. I usually spend 3 hours at the gym. Still no signs of irritation, breakouts or eczema :) I would totally recommend this cream! The only down side is the price! It’s expensive. Although I only use it for the gym (I gym 2x a week) so I know it will last me a long time! But if I am looking for a cream for everyday use, I’ll prob find something more affordable. I know it sounds silly to use such expensive product ($120/50ml) specifically for gym but until I find a more affordable dupe, travel size $30/10ml. Now, my skin feels plumper & softer without the greasy/something is on my face feeling. Thankfully I don’t have wrinkles but because of that I can’t say if it will work on wrinkles. Love how my skin feels silky! Totally recommend it if you want to splurge on a luxe cream that will turn your skin silk.

This is a moisturizer that is formulated to make your skin more radiant and glowing. It has watermelon extract and hyaluronic acid to enhance skins moisture retention. The watermelon extract has anti inflammatory properties that help with redness and fine lines as well. It is a moisturizer that is great for day and night and can even be a great prep step for makeup application. It has a bouncy gel like consistency that absorbs fairly quickly but can leave a bit of a tackiness feeling behind. I got this as a sample in one of my hum nutrition boxes and actually have really enjoyed it. This has lasted me about four times already. I use it as a night moisturizer as I work in a scent free office and sometimes the watermelon scent can linger a bit long. I have really liked the results that I have gotten from this. I have not broken out once (which tends to happen to me when I switch moisturizers) and my skin feels and looks more hydrated and dewy. I had heard a lot of good things about glow recipe and their products so I think this was a great first step for me to see what their line has to offer. It smells great, feels great, and leaves my skin looking great too. I would recommend this product to people because of the glow I have gotten from it alone. At first, I bought this double serum when I saw a blogger I like using it. Its two-phase formula is quite moisturizing and is suitable for all skin types. It contains lots of anti-oxidant ingredients, glycerin and other moisturizing ingredients. It forms anoil film on your face when first applied but it's soon fully absorbed.
Lancôme Blanc Expert Melanolyser Integral Whiteness Spot Eraser
Although this spot eraser is considered a whitening serum, it's suitable for sensitive skin as well. However, I don't apply it to my entire face, only on dull spots and it really brightens the skin. A white creamy texture, it is scent-free, non-greasy, can be easily absorbed, and can also be used as a moisturizing lotion.

This is a savior for dry-sensitive skin as it not only repairs the skin barrier of sensitive skin, it also keeps skin moisturized. Emulsify and apply it to reduce redness during allergy flares. It is considered a drugstore alternative of La Mer by many bloggers.
