Hunting for the Glossier ☁️ 🎨 dupe - Part 2
So, I love Glossier’s Cloud Paint. But I really wanted to find a dupe from the drugstore because it’s just nice to have a more affordable and accessible option. Enter Quo - Featherweight Cream Blush ! I bought this one on whim. I hadn’t heard much about it and it was my first time trying this brand (which might be 🇨🇦 exclusive). And I must say, this is a pretty amazing dupe for Cloud Paint. The formula acts super similar to Cloud Paint and the colours are even pretty similar. So far, I am loving this product and in particular, the shade Halo 35. The good: + This formula is super similar to Cloud Paint. It’s a cream-gel texture and it has a good amount of pigment, but it also has the ability to shear out if you want it to. + It provides a dewy and natural-looking flush your the skin. Plus it’s super easy to blend into the skin or dab on top of makeup. + It’s a lightweight formula, but it has great staying power throughout the day. + This also mixes well with Glossier. - Futuredew Oil Serum Hybridwhich I love to use to shear out my Cloud Paint on “no makeup” days. + The shade Halo 35 is almost a perfect colour match for when I mix Beam and Puff from Glossier, which is my favourite blush colour. + It’s $14 which isn’t THAT cheap, but it’s more affordable than Cloud Paint (typically $22). + Like Cloud Paint, you just need a little bit of product each time. So I can see this lasting quite a long time. And you get 13 mL with quo over the 10 mL from Glossier. The not so good: - I guess it does feel a bit weird that this is such a close dupe. The packaging, the formula, the colours. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery... right? Worth it? Yes!!! More affordable, a bit more product, very similar results. Love it. Would I repurchase? Yes. Especially with the price and my ability to go see these in person, I’m tempted to try some more colours too. I notice that these are quickly starting to sell out at Shoppers Drug Mart and I am definitely on the hunt for some new colours. :)

Azelaic Acid (BYE BYE BLEMISHES!)
What is it: a gentle exfoliating acid for the skin. What does it: diminish the appearance of blemishes, help fade post-blemish marks/discoloration and refine skin texture. How to use it: a leave-on treatment on breakout areas for active and post blemishes. PAULA'S CHOICE - 10% Azelaic Acid Booster I love this 10% booster so much. It works great for mixing into my moisturizer at night for a “boost”. I also use it as an overnight spot treatment if I have a particularly angry spot and it will diminish by at least 80% by morning!

I spent $12 and here is what happened on my nails...
The base coat is a barrier to protect our nails. My suggestion is that, no matter whether you often do nails or not, you need to use it to care for your nails. Recently, I often change the color of my nails, which causes the nails to be in very bad condition. ESSIE BASE COAT: GROW STRONGER $12/13.5ML Essie has been a color authority and leader in nail luxury, for more than 35 years, and it committed to high quality standards with an award-winning line of nail polishes and nail care products. Unlike other products of the same type, this base coat is not completely transparent, with some pink hue. Therefore, you can even ignore the nail polish and apply this product directly. After you wash your hands, apply it and wait for absorption. On the nails, it shows a light nude pink, a little bit like delicious jelly. If you wish to apply only this product, you can wait until it is absorbed and then apply another layer, the color will be more obvious and beautiful.
It seems like I applied nail polish, but actually I didn't!
🧤Cooking and playing piano can’t keep long nails 🧤The nail bed is not long and thin 🧤Don't like doing phototherapy manicure 🧤Nail polish is easy to fall off 🧤Nail polish on short nails doesn't look good The above reasons lead me to find another way to treat my nails. I prefer to remove the dead skin regularly and polish my nails. I bought Mr.Green nail tools. Step 1 Glass nail buffer It is a polishing tool that can polish the desired thickness according to the needs. It can also remove long nails while polishing. After polishing, it seems to be painted with bright oil, and the nails are very clean and shiny. If your nails are not smooth, try this! Step 2 Exfoliating Mainly use the shovel head side, especially for pushing the dead skin of toe nails, which can be easily removed without soaking the dead skin. There is no sharp blade and you don't need to worry about hurting the nails at all. After the toenail is treated, it will be obvious that the nail bed is longer. Step 3 Cuticle trimmer It is used for trimming the edges of the fingers after removing the dead skin. Step 4 Cuticlel oil I use OPI - ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil, which smells good. ❗️Not all fingers are suitable for pushing dead skin. Some people don't have enough coverage of fingering, and there is no space to push. Hard push will only cause bleeding.

Bye bye pigmentation & acne scarring
When I read a review that The Oridinary had an AFFORDABLE product that was just as good if not better than drunk elephants babyfacial I decided to give it a try and for under $10 what did I have to lose? The Ordinary AHA30% + BHA 2% aims to smooth and exfoliate skin texture and lighten any dark spots, hyper pimentation or acne scarring. Umm... all of the above please. So this is ideal for dry, oily and combination skin. I’m not super sensitive, but If your skin is, I would sample a small area first. This is loaded with Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid and Salicylic Acid which all three aim exfoliate the outer layers of the skin, while the salicylic Acid aims to clean out inside the pores, removing any blockage. First off the color is bright red and almost looks like blood, it has a berry scent when you first apply it and offers a slight tingling sensation. When I first got it, I only kept it on for a few minutes because I was scared of burning my skin. Now I use it 1x per week for 10 minutes. There is some skin redness after use, but this typically diminishes within the hour. I love the way my skin looks and feels afterward and have noticed significant improvement in lightening scars I have along my jaw line. Ive also seen an improvement with the overall redness in my checks, over all my skin looks brighter and more uniform. I plan to repurchase this item when I run out, and have recommended nearly everyone I know to try it. It really is that good! More about the product: Free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, and triclocarban, and contains less than one percent of synthetic fragrances. The Ordinary-AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution
The Ordinary AHA 30% + 2% BHA Peeling Solution 🌟 This is one of my absolute favourites, the instant results are what make me go back for more, I'm addicted to the glow. Upon application it can sting or tingle for the first few seconds but it swiftly disappears. I'll use this once a month although you can use more if you please. This is a chemical exfoliation mask and heres how it works 👇 Alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) work on the surface of the skin, gently dissolving the bonds between dead skin cells so that they can be easily removed, making way for a softer and smoother surface. They’re water-soluble, so they don’t penetrate deep below the surface of the skin, but are capable of reducing the appearance of fine lines, acne scars and dark spots. Beta hydroxy acid (BHA) more commonly known as salicylic acid is oil soluble so it can penetrate beneath the skin’s surface, cleaning out excess sebum from the pores and reducing oiliness. This mask is my go to for tired, dull looking skin and when I need a little extra product absorption.
