Makeup For My Graduation Photoshoot!!! 🎓💖✨
First of all, congrats to all my fellow 2020 graduates!!! I recently did a graduation photoshoot with my family and so I wanted to show you the makeup I did for it! I wanted to look like myself but more enhanced and defined. I started with MAKE UP FOR EVER - Full Cover Concealer to cover any blemishes on my face. It has a super thick and high coverage formula that lasts all day (it’s literally waterproof!) and is perfect for pinpoint concealing! I skipped foundation because I wanted my makeup to look more skinlike in the photos and not super flat. I then defined my brows with MAYBELLINE - Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil . It’s a great dupe for Anastasia’s brow wix and any other more “expensive” skinny brow pencil. It’s not too pigmented where you accidentally like like you use a sharpie to draw on your brows. It has the perfect in-between pigment and wax so it lasts all day and adds thickness to the brows. I used benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel to set my brows. It’s literally super glue for brows! This is a clear gel that keeps my hairs looking fluffy and combed up all day. I used the bronzer and highlight fromTOM FORD - Soleil Contouring Compact to add some warmth, glow and definition to the face. It has a super smooth powder formula that doesn’t look like makeup once on the skin! It blends in perfectly and seamlessly so it looks just like skin. For blush I used CHANEL - ROUGE COCO Lip Blush in 420 for a warm berry glow on the cheeks. This is a gel like formula that is super cheer but buildable. It also leaves a nice glassy sheen on the skin! To set the concealer and the parts of my face that gets shiny throughout the day, I used rms beauty - "Un" Powder . It makes my skin look satin smooth and doesn’t let any shine come through! It also doesn’t have flashback (if you apply only a sheer layer on the skin). For eyeshadow, I used TOM FORD - Cream and Powder Eye Color in Naked Bronze. It’s a beautiful combination of a creamy, moussey bronze cream shadow and a sheer but super glittery gold powder shadow top coat. It lasts all day and looks suuper flattering! I always get questions on what I have on my eyesqhen I wear it. I used my holy-grail favorite DollyWink - DollyWink Liquid Eyeliner to line my eyes for extra definition. It has a super fine tip for extra precision and the formula is inky black and doesn’t budge at all! For the biggest, baddest lashes, I used LANCÔME - Monsieur Big Waterproof Mascara . It adds so much volume and length to my lashes and the waterproof formula makes it stay on all day without any smudging. For the lips, I wanted a shade similar to my natural lip color so I went for COLOURPOP - Ultra Blotted Lip from Pony’s Collaboration in Holly Lolly. It’s a beautiful warm pink!
MY FACE MAKEUP ROUTINE for when I’m breaking out
For numerous reasons, I have been stressed lately which really shows on my skin. I already get the occasional breakout, around the time of the month, and sometimes from diet and eating food that probably isn’t GREAT for me. So with additional stress I eat more, crave more crappy food, maybe pick at my skin, etc. I also wear a face mask whenever I go out and with the heat and humidity of where I live, it just becomes a skin nightmare. I just made another post about how I’ve changed up my skincare routine. Here is my makeup routine for covering it up. Add warmth and color back into the face. COLOURPOP - Super Shock Blush in Count Me In NUDESTIX - Nudies All Over Face Color Bronze + Glow in Terracotta Tan I find that when I’m breaking out, my face can tend to look flat and pale. By adding some warmth and color back into the face, you look healthier and more radiant which will help a lot at disguising breakouts. The colourpop blush is a beautiful mousse-y texture that gives sheer color with a satin-finish. The cream bronzer is my holy grail! It’s super creamy, long-lasting and looks just. like. skin. Spot-conceal. MAKE UP FOR EVER - Full Cover Concealer Wearing a full-coverage long-wear foundation just isn’t the way to go for me. It ends up looking cakey and accentuating texture instead of disguising it. As the individual breakouts are the only areas I really want to cover, I don’t want to cover the areas of my skin that are actually smooth and break-out free! This concealer is super high coverage, a little goes a long way and very long lasting. I will sometimes use a pinpoint eyeliner brush or even just my ring finger to pat the product exactly where I need it! This TRULY gives the illusion of smoother, clearer skin. Lock it in. rms beauty - "Un" Powder I love this powder because of its super fine and silky texture. It makes my skin look 100% poreless which is perfect for smoothing out texture on my skin! It also keeps my T-zone area shine-free all day without drying out my skin (as many mattifying powders do to me).

enhancing beautiful skin ✨
Loving the skin you are in is hard . As my skin cleared up throughout the last year ,I realized that I really like having a little makeup on : on my eyes ,on my cheek ,on my lips. I am experimenting with this no makeup makeup look and I had those glossier and colourpop products perfect for trying something that has become a little routine in the last few weeks 🙂: on the lips : First ,I apply COLOURPOP - Lux Lip Oil in the shade skinny dip,it really moisturize the lip and I put on top of that the COLOURPOP - Lip Tint Kit in the shade gimme s'more to add more color on the cheek: Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color in the shade puff. I dab it and blend it with my fingers . I sometimes put a little on my eyes to act as a little pop of color in the crease on the eyes : I admit that it's not my favorite products because they are not the most pigmented and the shimmer can be messy ,but it's so easy to apply and be done in five seconds. I use two shades of the Glossier. - Lidstar Duo one in the shade fawn on the outer eye,it brings dimension and a grunginess to the look , and the shade moon on the lid and the inner corner for more brightness All our skin journeys are different and important. It is vital to share it and be proud of it because we are all beautiful . As long as you do it for you ,then you're proving how amazing you are ! tourlou 🪐
My Updated “No Makeup” Makeup Routine ✨
Hey Cherie Fam! 🍒 I’ve been trying to find the perfect no makeup makeup look lately and I think I finally found the right combination for complexion products to use. I’ve been on a hunt lately and have been trying to find the perfect tinted moisturizer, sheer foundation and a setting powder. I used Glossier Perfecting Tint in G7 all over my face and the Stretch Concealer in G8 for under the eyes. For cheeks, I used Glossier’s Cloud Paint and mixed Puff and Haze then set my fave with Becca Light Shifter finishing veil in Star Hugger. The result is a natural dewy finish. My skin looks like skin, but luminous. You can still see my imperfections such as acne scars, but my complexion is evened out. I am also glowing ✨ I think going for the cloud paint made me look even more “effortless” rather than using a powder blush. When I apply powder blush, you can see it sitting on top of my skin which is a huge sign that I’m wearing makeup. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you don’t want that when you’re going for the “I woke up like this” look. Glossier. - Perfecting Skin Tint Glossier. - Stretch Concealer Glossier. - Cloud Paint Seamless Cheek Color BECCA - Light Shifter Finishing Veil Setting Powder For my eyes, I used 3 eyeshadow shades. I used my Natasha Denona Mini Nude Palette. I used Quoin all over my crease, Lumino on my lids and Soil as an eyeliner. On some days I leave my lids bare. I still do like to go heavy on the mascara. NATASHA DENONA - Mini Nude Eyeshadow Palette For the lips, I like to keep it bare. I have extremely dry lips and I try not to put anything on them as much as possible. I just use Kosas - Kosasport Lipfueland a nude hydrating gloss. COLOURPOP - So Juicy Plumping Gloss I never knew that looking “naturally pretty” and “effortless” is actually so much work! It still took me a good 15 minutes to get this whole thing done What does your “no makeup” makeup routine look like? Xoxo, Francesca 💋

✨ eyebrows on fleek ✨
Benefits cosmetic I all way waiting to try tint for my eyebrows to see for any difference for my brows. I tried the Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel from Benefit Cosmetic, this contains tiny microfibers that adhere to skin and hairs, creating natural-looking volume. The custom tiny, tapered brush provides an easy, mess-proof application and boosts brow volume in an instant! Poof. Fuller-looking brows magically. I've seen a different on to my brows. This product helps my brows to a lift that hairs and add color to ones that are less pigmented. Overall I use this product for my daily brow routine, plus it comes in 10 different shades. Would recommend someone who will want a natural eyebrow look with less the hassle. benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel don't forget to like and follow for more 😘😘😘 also follow my Instagram page at @sweet_citrustea
gimme natural brows!
I bought the benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel in color 5 in the sample size to try it out since I’ve seen people rave about it and now I’m going to be one of those people raving about it!! This is one of the easiest, most natural-looking brow formulas I’ve tried (granted I’ve only really used two other eyebrow formulas). This eyebrow gel brushes up your eyebrows while filling them in, giving such a natural and quick fix to your eyebrows. I really can’t stress how easy, quick, and full my eyebrows look after using this. It’s a huge time-saver and a wonderful addition to my makeup bag. Have you tried this eyebrow gel or have you tried any other benefit eyebrow products?
Chanel Eyeshadow & Blush Swatches
I got 3 shades on CHANEL - Les 4 Ombres Multi-Effect Quadra Eyeshadowand 2 blushes -CHANEL - JOUES CONTRASTE Powder Blushand Chanel Duo No. 02 Les Beiges Healthy Glow Multi-Colour. Here is my review: CHANEL TISSÉ CAMÉILIA (202)-Pic.2 The four shades in this eyeshadow palette are pink-brown with delicate shimmers. I don't like this palette that much because its color payoff and blending are not great. Blending: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Practicality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Color payoff: ⭐️⭐️ CHANEL CANDEUR ET EXPÉRIENCE (268)-Pic.3 This is a very practical palette and its four matte shades match beautifully with each other. The pop of the warm red shade is very beautiful, blends well and offers high color payoff. Blending：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Practicality：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Color payoff：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CHANEL ROAD MOVIE (288)-Pic.4 This is my favorite palette. The color matching is great and so is the color payoff. It's a pity that the shade on the bottom right is less pigmented. Blending：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Practicality：⭐️⭐️⭐️ Color payoff：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CHANEL ROUGE PROFOND (320) -Pic.6 The shade in this palette is very stunning, highly pigmented and blends well. The powder sticks easily to the brush, so be careful when you're applying powder to your brush and apply it little by little. Blending：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Practicality：⭐️⭐️⭐️ Color payoff：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DUO N°2 -Pic.7 You can see the delicate shimmer with your bare eyes, but it won't show in pictures. It doesn't have great color payoff so you'll need to apply highlights and blush repeatedly with your fingers. This palette is very suitable for beginners. Blending：⭐️⭐️⭐️ Practicality：⭐️⭐️⭐️ Color payoff：⭐️
My favourite eyeshadows
Here are three of my favourite eyeshadow products that I would like to recommend: 1.M.A.C Eye Shadow - Fashion’s Field Day This is a single pressed eyeshadow from M.A.C. I like this one because the colour is so special. Basically, it’s a beautiful pinky coral shade eyeshadow with a pearly finish, but it has a fine golden shimmer that creates a kind of frost eyeshadow look. It’s not that strong reflective and iridescent shimmer so it can still be very natural for day-to-day use. The texture is a little bit dry but acceptable and the pigmentation is good. It applies evenly on my eyelid and blends very well. 2.COLOURPOP Super Shock Shadow Ultra-Glitter - DGAF I would highly recommend this single eyeshadow if you are looking for a shimmer eyeshadow with glitters. I really love this unique bouncy texture of COLOURPOP. It’s so creamy, so soft and so smooth. Only one swipe is needed to deliver an intense pigmentation. The best tool to apply this eyeshadow is your fingers. And this shade DGAF is the best seller. It has warm-toned brown shade and with many golden glitters to create a multi-dimensional look. 3.CHANEL Multi-effect Quadra Eyeshadow - 268 This is my favourite eyeshadow palette of my whole collection. This palette has four shades that contain three shades of brown and a beautiful warm red shade, and all four shades are matte. The colour combination is exactly for a fall makeup look, and the warm red shade recalls me maple leaves. The texture is not that dry as many other matte eyeshadows especially the red one. The colour is buildable and well-blended on my eyelids.
This skin tint is gorgeous!
This skin tint from Chanel absolutely beautiful! It is a light to medium coverage foundation with a texture that is like water! It is composed of 75% water which in return hydrated the skin when applied. This can be used as a primer and then apply foundation over it. It can also be used as a light foundation for a natural, healthy, refreshed look. I absolutely love this product. I’ve gotten asked multiple times when I was out what I was using on my skin or if there even was a product on my skin. This product is very innovative in my opinion. I’ve never seen a tint like this that comes out in little droplets surrounded by water. To apply this it comes with a brush. They suggest you apply it on the back of your hand and then mix it with the brush, then apply to face. CHANEL - Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint This gets a 5/5. It’s such a fun and beautiful product for a natural look.
Monthly Product Reflection: April 2020
What I used most in April 2020 to run errands during the shelter in place orders. Fresh, light, and barely there. Chanel - UV Essentiel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Enjoyed this sunscreen a lot while out on walks over the weekends, especially since some of my skin tints do not have a lot (if any) SPF. CHANEL - Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint Love this barely there coverage that just evens out the complexion and adds a some warmth to the face. tarte - Tartelette In Bloom Clay Eyeshadow Palette During the month of April, I went through some decluttering of old makeup and brought this one back out in the vanity! Love the neutral tones. Perfect for adding a sheer wash of color on the lids. Glossier. - Glossier You My normal everyday perfume. Spritzing this on made me feel like I was going through my normal routine despite these unprecedented times. Love how light this scent is! benefit - Gimme Brow+ Volumizing Eyebrow Gel Got this as a sample in my Sephora order - and ended up buying the full size because I loved it so much! I have always been intimidated by brow gels, but this one was very easy to work with. I have thin brows; this definitely helped create a fuller look. Milk MAKEUP - KUSH High Volume Mascara I was not a huge fan of this mascara, felt like it did nothing to my lashes. Kosas - Color & Light: Pressed Powder Blush & Highlighter Duo Love this peachy cream blush! Very light, soft and easy to blend. This blush adds a light wash of color and pulls the look together. I find that this shade is very flattering on my skin tone that leans more on the yellow side. I docked off one point since I was not a huge fan of the highlighter. HUDA BEAUTY - Lip Liner in Trendsetter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a very cream lip liner that I apply all over the lips for a nice peachy slightly coral color.

Worst mascara I’ve ever tried
Not only was this not lengthening in the slightest it also was extremely irritating to my eyes. My eyes turned red when I wore this and started to itch. The ached for days . This mascara has a strong floral sent which is nauseating. It just not a good product I ended up throwing it out.
natural, glowy, pink 🌷✨ about - face beauty
Quick and fun everyday makeup look inspired by about - face beauty’s eye paint in Dionysus 🌷✨ I started with a light sweep of the eye paint in Cloned and followed up with Dionysus on my lids. I blended it out with my fingertips really easily, it doesn’t dry down immediately so you have time to work the product in which I really appreciate I then added a little blush to my cheeks with ilia beauty’s multi use stick in Dreamer and followed up with my about - face light lock stick in Please Indulge Me ILIA - ILIA Multi-Stick Cheek & Lip ILIA - Limitless Lash Mascara Psuedo Labs freckles are one of my favorite final steps in a glowy makeup, they’re super easy to apply and look really natural— I love the sunkissed look!
Rms beauty highlighter
This is my first @rmsbeauty product!! I purchased this mini living luminizer quad during the Sephora VIB sale. I’m super excited to play with this mini palette!! I heard great things about the living luminizer highlighters!! The highlighters and bronzer look so pretty 😍😍😍 .
RMS Living Luminizer Glow Quad Mini
rms beauty - Luminizer X Quad Highlighter Palette [FourStars] This quad is a limited edition RMS Quad with 3 highlighters and the Buriti Bronzer. I don’t like the Buriti Bronzer because I don’t like a shimmery bronzer and when I try to use it as an eyeshadow it creases and looks like I never applied anything. Everything else is BEAUTIFUL, I’m a sucker for a good highlight. This palette is a steal at $25 when these are normally sold separate at $40. I’ve tried the Magic Luminizer in the RMS Pop Palette and love it for a special occasion highlighter. I’ve always wanted to try the Living Luminizer and it’s a beautiful every day highlight. The Champagne Rosé Luminizer has never been on my must try list, but I would have missed out on a beautiful pink toned highlight if I hadn’t gotten this palette. They are all beautiful highlights that can go with any look, plus it’s travel friendly so you can have 3 in one easy to pack case. LOVE IT!

Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer This product came out earlier last year. I love concealers because I have dark circles and I’m always looking for a good one. This became a staple product in my collection after trying it. Just a couple days ago Kosas released new shades to their line so hopefully it works for more people now. This is a description based on the Kosas website: Turn on your best skin. A medium coverage, super creamy concealer, eye cream, and spot treatment in one that visibly brightens and helps reveal better skin over time. Sooo what are my thoughts? This product is on my top three favorites for a concealer. If I’m going for a natural makeup look I ALWAYS grab this one. It’s extremely creamy and looks beautiful on the skin. After applying it under my eyes I can instantly see the skin care benefits. It sounds weird, but it’s true. This concealer is medium coverage, but if I want added coverage I just use an eye corrector beforehand. It also lasts all day if I set it with powder. Cons? This product runs VERY yellow. Even for me, it’s a little too yellow sometimes. If I want to neutralize this shade I mix it with another concealer. It will crease. Because this product is so creamy, it will crease under your eyes if you don’t set it. What are your thoughts on this product?
Ilia & Kosas on Sensitive Eyes- hit or miss?
I have very sensitive eyes, and just about every makeup brand (including natural/organic) I’ve tried irritates them; they get watery, sting, and within 20 minutes I have to run to the sink to get it off. I got to the point where I just didn’t want to bother trying anymore. Lately however, I’ve started looking again for that HG product that my eyes wouldn’t hate; I’m tired of looking at eyes that look permanently tired (hereditary dark circles). I did a bunch of snooping online, and after staring at Ilia products and Kosas for awhile, and reading reviews, I decided to spend the $$, so here’s my thoughts! I swatchedILIA - True Skin Serum Concealer and Kosas - Revealer Super Creamy + Brightening Concealer, and ended up giving Ilia’s a try. I picked up their lightest shade, in Arrowroot. My skin leans combination and I wanted something that felt barely there. Kosas concealer is just what it advertises, it’s very creamy and has a very heavy consistency. Their lightest shade also was too dark on me, so I went with Ilia. The concealer itself really does blend seamlessly into my skin, it has sort of this barely-there scent that I can detect if I sniff the bottle, but it isn’t something I’d ding it for. It kind of just smells like a yummy skincare product tbh. It has a super light consistency, if makeup could be serum-ish, I guess this would be it? It’s very light, and it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing anything which is exactly what I hoped for. The verdict? Hit! No stinging, no itchiness, no irritation. I was super pleased, and it held up all through the day without primer. No creasing really either, which I was impressed with. All in all I will 100% continue to use this, and I’d really like to try some of their other products! The price is a bit hefty, at $30.00 if you’re looking for more affordable products. But in this case I feel like I’m getting what I paid for, especially for a product that not only doesn’t piss off my eyes, but works beautifully. As for Kosas - The Big Clean Volumizing + Lash Care Mascara , I’m kind of sad. Here’s why: It didn’t clump, and it did just what it says. My lashes were voluminous, but also looked very natural. And, most importantly, my eyes didn’t hate it. It felt fine, and all day I forgot I was wearing it. The one gripe I have with it though, is that within the first hour it began rubbing off underneath my eyes, which really sucks because I love everything else about this mascara. It proceeded to do so on and off throughout the day, and honestly it’s like most of it faded off. Due to that, l probably won’t continue to use it. I wanted this to be my HG, but it was kind of a miss due to the way the formula rubbed off and faded. I’m glad I got the mini to trial it instead of the regular size, which retails for $28.

🤪Glowy natural makeup when I’m late😌 (~10min)
SKIN TYPE: Very dry skin, eczema, sensitive and acne-prone all at the same time🙃🙃 Sometimes using prescribed cortisteroid ointments (Novasone) for eczema flare ups or reactions. PRODUCTS USED (in order): Primer I use e.l.f. - Poreless Putty Primer , it’s so cheap but acts as a nice bond/barrier between skin after skincare routine and applying makeup; it’s so good in preventing drying out my skin but it’s not very hygienic as fluff or dust gets stuck. Usually patting the primer into the skin and waiting a moment for it to melt into the skin. Foundation is a cushion #CHANEL - Vitalumiére Glow[products]#[FourStars] (#21), gives a shine upon application while still looking like natural skin. It’s a light to medium coverage and I find it doesn’t cling to my dry patches. I don’t use concealer most of the time but I do use the powder Charlotte Tilbury - Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder to set under the eyes, smile lines, nose contour area, chin and forehead. I don’t produce much oil through the day at all but I do sweat and the powder helps set makeup while still looking natural and doesn’t take away the glow too much. For the price though, there might be better cheaper alternatives🥺. Brows I usually use the innisfree - Auto Eyebrow Pencil or the ETUDE - Tint My Brows Gel New +benefit - 24-Hour Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel, the tint can last ~2-3 days so it saves time if I’ve already filled in and drawn my brows the night before😂. The only con is that on initial application the tint looks green-ish in the camera. #NARS - Original blush - Orgasm[products]#[FourStars] for the slight golden shimmer enhancing the glow of the cushion foundation, usually building it up for a slightly brighter flush of colour on the cheeks as the colour doesn’t show too much when you first apply it. Highlight usually the FENTY mini Kilowatt highlight in the shade Hustla Baby, it’s a golden sheen that really blends in with my skin tone and not too glittery while also blends in with the NARS blush. If I’m feeling extra then also lightly adding in the FENTY mini Diamond Bomb highlight. Eyeliner is the brownUZ - Eye Opening Liner Usually use various lengthening falsies or innisfree - Skinny Microcara Last but most crucial thing for me is the URBAN DECAY - All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray , it really pulls the whole look together, adding back some shine where I’ve powdered thus making the whole look more natural. Also with the spray I don’t have to worry about the makeup transferring or fading/melting away during the day unless 8+ hours. Lip products include: CHANEL - Rouge Coco Flash Lipstick(#212) #CHANEL - Rouge Allure Laque[products]# romand - Glasting Water Tint 6 Colors FENTY BEAUTY - Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer FENTY BEAUTY - Diamond Bomb Baby Mini Lip Gloss and Highlighter Set

Makeup to Feel Good In
I haven’t been excited about makeup in a while now and I think that has had to do with COVID and this whole mask wearing business. Obviously I’m not complaining since our health will always come first, but I do miss my makeup!! This past month I partnered up with Thrive and I created a video for them. They were so sweet to send me over so many products from their line and guys, what is this sorcery? They’re so good!!! I think my favourite HAS to be the mascara. I’ve never used any mascara that creates a more natural looking lash that you can build volume and length with that truly lasts all day. It lasts so well for me that I bawled my eyes out (tbh many times in this past week) and my mascara still looked so pretty! I also truly love the brow pencil. I have shade Audrey and it’s surprisingly the perfect colour for me. It’s effortless, helps me look put together and stays put all day. The CC cream is a delight too. Extra SPF is always a bonus for me!! But it’s the perfect medium coverage that just look like skin. Not too matte and not too dewy. All in all, I’m OBSESSED!! I genuinely use these products everyday since I received them and I love how I can look so put together with like no time or effort 💙💙

Makeup You Can Wear While Peeling
I typically will not wear makeup while I’m going through post retinol peeling (SKINCEUTICALS - Retinol 1.0 ) but I had a pretty important call for work and really need to put in the face-to-face with my customer, so video call was a must. I needed to look good, but limit items and stick to hydrating products. laura mercier - Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector Broad Spectrum SPF30 - this blends so easily and hasn’t cling to my dry skin that hasn’t peeled off yet. Good coverage without the heavy feel of makeup. MAYBELLINE - Instant Anti Age Eraser Concealer - in the color neutralizer. This always looks so natural without being over the top, great for canceling out dark circles. CHANEL - SOLEIL TAN DE Bronzing Makeup Base - my favorite! Used for bronzing and a little on the lids for color. FENTY BEAUTY - Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush - in rosé latte. I really love a good cream blush and this color is unique, rose and mocha mixed. I dabbed a little of this on my cheeks as well as my lips.. I will say it blends a little too well - you’ll blend it right off. ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Brow Wiz Mechanical Brow Pencil & ANASTASIA Beverly Hills - Dipbrow Pomade - I use a combo of these two products since I’m started to experience brown thinning. True a true and will never let me down. WANDER BEAUTY - Mile High Club Volume and Length Mascara - I love this mascara! I use it when I just need a little something. Doesn’t smear and comes off in flakes like the old Two Faced Lash Injection mascara before they reformulated it. Easy and not dramatic look. COLOURPOP - Super Shock Highlighter - easy and creamy highlighter. Blends well and leaves a natural glow. What are some good hydrating easy makeup recommendations you have?

Jouer - Sheer Pigment Lip Gloss The formula is thin and balmy, light hydrating. Has a sweet, sugary scent. it's not the most long lasting effect but it has a perfect sparkle and shine that lip gloss makes your lips look. Every day basic makeup!
Some of these I love, others I will only be using until they run empty, then never again... Okay! Starting off the products I’m loving: bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 this is my go-to every day. It’s buildable, protective coverage that’s feels super lightweight and barely feel it there, considering it’s a gel cream. It’s my go-to that I’ve used winter and summer months. Probably my fifth time purchasing last week? Check out my other previous post on this product for even more details! tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush got this in “Seduce” and “Captivating.” I’d argue Seduce is the best shade for anyone to try- super neutral color that’s blends nicely to look like your natural skin tone, and compliments your bronzer color-wise too. “Captivating,” is a bit more on the peachy side, but still ultimately neutral. These will truly last up to 12-16 hours, no setting spray needed AND any brush easily picks up a lot of pigment. Lastly, it looks great on matte or dewy foundation. I’d argue it’s one of tarte’s best makeup products, and if you couldn’t already tell, is my holy grail blush product. ULTA BEAUTY - Radiant Shine Lipstick in “Innocent” and it has a lovely, satin finish. It feels hydrating, and you wouldn’t want to classify it as a lipstick! It has the feel of a lip balm, but really makes you look put together for Zoom meetings. Love! tarte - Park Ave Princess Waterproof Face & Body Bronzer I’ve repurposed this baby as bronzer for my face and man does it work wonders! Check out a previous post of mine for the details on why I love this product. I’ll mostly use when getting glammed up: bareMinerals - Complexion Rescue Hydrating Foundation Stick Broad Spectrum SPF 25 I use this as my under eye concealer. It glides so smoothly on my skin and quickly fills in to cover large pores, but it can sometimes leave a thicker residue in certain areas when combined with the tinted moisturizer. It works best when used as the foundation base and as a concealer with its medium coverage. Feeling underwhelmed by: tarte - Gifted Amazonian Clay Smart Mascara I bought this on a spontaneous whim for myself when I was already restocking on other things I needed (psh, treated myself to) at Ulta, and boy do I regret it. Another post of mine goes into more detail, but basically while it has a great application experience, actually wearing the makeup + trying to take it off kinda blows. I’m having to constantly check in the mirror to make sure the mascara doesn’t bleed onto my skin under my eyebrows, and it messes up any eyeshadow I might have on. When initially cleaning off at night, it’s tougher than other mascaras I’ve used. Probably sticking to what I love and trust to get the job done to make my lashes look great- MAYBELLINE - Great Lash Washable Mascara
tarte-Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush
I already have their tinted moisteriser and lipsticks and love them. I did a full face minus brows and was so happy with the look. Their True skin Serum Foundation is a lovely light foundation. The colour was a little bit light for me but still worked. It gave a lovely light glowy finish. It lasted about 6 hours. The Necessary Eye Palette is beautiful, nice pigment and easy to blend, lasted all day but I always use an eye primer. Gel liner glides on smoothly. The Colour Haze Pigment is a lovely multi use product and I dabbed it on my checks and lips. The mascara gives quite a bit of volume and left lashes non crunchy. The Nova Liquid Light is the most stunning product, the gel based highlighter blended well on to the face. Really happy to have these products in my collection!
